Near the transportation

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast and the room was ideal for ours needs. Very clean ans had a bacony.

Bathroom was out

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast had a lot of great and fresh options every day, and the hotel had a familial vibe, which we really enjoyed. The area was safe and had a lot nearby, but I really liked that there was a gate at the entrance. The staff at the hotel made the stay even better. I'd like to specifically shout out Ronald, Douglas, Giuseppe, and Martina for their kindness. If you're searching for a hotel in Milan, I'd highly recommend the Martini Suite!

It is about 2 miles from Duomo. Easy to get to by bus and metro. But the metro went on strike and we had to walk from the Duomo which was a little difficult. No fault of the hotel. The beds were comfortable. Our bathroom was outside our room which was a little weird and uncomfortable but it was private. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with boiled egg, ham, prosciutto and cheese, croissants and a yummy cornbread type of cake and pastry with chocolate in it. Drinks were coffee, juice or water.

Staff was excellent!!

The rooms walls were paper thin, the bathroom was located outside of my room and everything had a lock, so many locks to get into the building and my room. Overall it was small. And a queen bed was made up of two singles pushed together, it’s been my least favourite stay in Italy so far

Good breakfast, very friendly staff.

Stayed for 1 night as a stop over for a day in Milan with the family before flying home. Room was large and clean, but shower cubicle was tight. Had a nice welcome box for all and the staff were all friendly. Had a nice welcome and felt a safe hotel to be in. Not much in the area but only at a 15 mins walk to the metro stop but i knew this before booking. Good choice for breakfast and staff where friendly throughout our stay. Room connected to the stairwell and could hear people talking from the ground floor lobby. This was noisy but no city noises. No kettle or fridge to keep cold drinks in. Overall I was happy with this hotel and staying here for 1 night.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The hospitality was incredible! Breakfast was amazing. Everyone was very kind and approachable. Definitely recommend. And will definitely will be booking with Martini Suite again!

Very clean rooms, staff very helpful

A little walk to the Metro stops

The breakfast was really great with beautiful croissants of various types, fruit, cold ham, hard boiled eggs, cereals , assorted breads and cheese plus juice and coffee/tea. Best service at breakfast that we have ever had (bravo to Douglas) and wonderful front end staff(Martina and another girl) . We were able to leave our luggage for an extra three hours, which was very handy. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

We had an amazing experience in the hotel. The lady on the front desk was so sweet and helped guide us with how to use the metro. So helpful and kind. The Venezuelan server (we don’t know his name) at breakfast was helpful and super nice too. He even stored food for us for the next day since we were leaving before breakfast started. Overall, great experience in the hotel, and the service was great.

I've been traveling a lot in Europe and USA and never ever have stayed in a hotel with nicer people. I have to mention two people that were amazing and made our stay so enjoyable. Those are two brothers Douglas and Ronald. I'm not sure which one was serving us a breakfast every morning but he was so nice, very polite, warm and welcoming, and very professional. They kept our room so clean with clean towels every day. If I would have to grade them, grade A, 5 stars, or grade 10 would not be enough for these two brothers. Overall the place was so clean, nice, safe, welcoming, and very enjoyable. I would recommend it to anybody coming to Milan visiting. If I ever go back to Milan that would be the place to stay. Thank you Martini Suite once again and hopefully see you again.

Martini in Milano

Perfect location. Cozy room and exquisite bathroom.

Definitely served a purpose.

The hotel was very clean, we were greeted by very friendly staff, and it was in a good location in town. The only surprising thing for us was that our double room did not have an ensuite, but we did have a private bathroom that was on the same floor. And it was a fabulous bathroom. it wasn’t a problem but we just didn’t realise this. A breakfast was included which was simple but nice. A 10 minute walk from the railway station.

Only stayed for 1 night. The actual property was really nice & had a good breakfast. Location is a bit far from metro, and while bus was good during day we found it a poor service at night.

Staff was super nice! We had a great stay

It was our first time in Milan, we arrived a little late due to a flight delay. We received a warm welcome at the hotel and was showed straight up to our room which was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! You can walk to the train station which is not too far away, you can find a nice little playground along the way. Thank you Alex, Douglas and Serena for the hospitality. We really enjoyed this stay!

I will definetely recommend staying at Martini Suites when you visit Milan, we came for short vacation and were very happy with service, and the room Room was clean and equipped with everything we needed, the breakfast was very good. Thanks to Douglas, Ronald, Alex and Diana for being such amazing hosts. Hope we can come back soon.

Not really meant for one night stays. Probably fine for a week or more. It’s a good long walk to Lambrate FS, so be prepared if you have a lot to carry. The breakfast is continental, but they also have yogurt and croissants.

Friendly staff, clean room, just not having elevator

Lovely,cosy and clean room with balcony. Breakfast was good but there should have been more variety. Staff was lovely, courteous and hospitable. Overall, enjoyable stay so I will give five stars.

What a pleasant experience! A classy and elegant small hotel. Staff was super friendly and very attentive with us. Nice basic breakfast with peaceful ambiance and service. Closed to Lambrate FS metro station and 10min in car to Milano Centrale. We will come back for sure when in Milano.

Nice and clean rooms. Property feels safe with security measures. Feels uncomfortable with all the business offices and employees that are working in the same building. Otherwise the staff were nice.

hidden gem if you're staying in Milan

The place was nice and clean. The room was nice and clean Overall it’s good for the price and the interior is updated! Staff is friendly and accomodating if you arrive earlier than your check-in

Great visit!

We enjoyed our room(s), which were both large enough to accommodate 3 guests, though we ended up only needing 2 beds in our room. The breakfast buffet of croissants, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juice was a nice start to our mornings. The evening check-in gentleman was very nice and the staffers who were taking care of the buffet and cleaning up were also very nice. We took an Uber from the train station since it was late when we arrived, as well as to the airport after our stay. However, there were several nice restaurants within walking distance (including an Irish Pub on St. Patrick's Day), and the bus was very convenient when we traveled to the Duomo district to catch the Hop-On/Hop-Off bus and Duomo tour.

very clean and nice place but the internal noise from hall was very annoying as u could hear every voice and lack of parking if u have car, easy walk to metro and eat, value for money if u need to stay day or two but not any longer

Basic business hotel

This is a very basic business hotel with meeting rooms and parking on-site. The room is very clean, spacious, has a desk and a wardrobe in good condition. An in-room safe would have been good though. I made the mistake of booking this for a family stay and had to haul our luggage up the stairs. In the evenings, we could hear people walking up the stairs, talking echoing through the corridors and every door opening and closing. It was otherwise quiet at night. Location is 10 min walk from Lambrate subway station which is ok. However, the front desk staff were polite but not particularly helpful. When I asked about the airport shuttle as listed as an available service on their website and here in Hotels.com, she said there’s no such service and told us that she would book one for us at our requested time. And she said it only takes 30 min to the airport and that’s not true either, it takes at least 1 h! Later in the day when I asked her colleague to change the timing of the taxi booking to and earlier time, he had no idea and said no such booking had been made and asked us to just come down 5 min before we want to leave and whoever is at the front desk can call for a taxi for us. At this price and location, I expected higher quality facilities and service from the hotel.

Not great vibes

Although a bit basic, this is what I expected for the price I was paying. So in that regard, I enjoyed my stay here. Not only was it clean, but it was also well kept and had almost everything we needed. I'd say two letdowns to our 3-bed room were that it needed a safe and the curtains didn't block out sunlight so when it got to early morning, the room was completely bright while we were still trying to sleep. Apart from that, the staff were friendly and it was secured well from the street.

If you want to stay local away from the tourists then you book this

Rooms are very spacious and aesthetically pleasing, me and my friend managed to lock ourselves out of our apartment and needed a room as soon as possible for the night we managed to get the room at 11pm which was very good and the security guard checked us in he was very lovely and made me and my friend feel much better about the situation.

Very clean accommodation and shared washroom facilities.

O quarto oferecido é exatamente como nas fotos. As camas e travesseiros confortáveis. O quarto é muito espaçoso. Os funcionários são muito gentis, especialmente o Douglas que nos ajudou bastante. O café da manhã é bom, apesar de ter muitas opções doces e poucas salgadas. É preciso caminhar um pouco até a estação de metrô, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Valeu a pena.

Comfortable staying. Bed and pillows of a good quality. Breakfast was good, the main thing though was the excellent service every morning by Douglas and Ronald and the positive energy to start your long day ahead. Thank you guys.

vær meget opmærksom på hvilket rum i booker. dem på øverste etage er klaustrofobiske menskrå væg og vindue så højt at du kun kan se himlen. ingen forståelse fra ejer eller personale. I Milano kan man tilsyneladense slippe afsted med at udleje selv et linnedrum og tage 1000kr for det. Morgenmaden var dårlig, næsten alt pakket i plast, ost bukker enderne op og ingen ordentlig brød kaffen ok men kun 1 kop pr. person

Lugar incrível!! Super aconchegante e o atendimento é excelente

Der Eingangs- und Essbereich sind sehr schön. Unser Zimmer war klein und unter dem Dach. Aber für eine Übernachtung völlig in Ordnung. Hatte auch eine Klimnlage. Die zwei Herren im Service sprangen etwas hektisch umher um allen Leuten zu helfen. Und wenn sie nichts zu tun hatten standen sie wie Bodyguards da was mich etwas irritierte. Aber sonst kann ich nichts Schlechtes sagen.

Fint hotell med god service

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is quite central, with a couple of good restaurants nearby. The coffee was excellent, and the breakfast was decent. A nice touch was the ice-cold water ready in the fridge. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds. However, there were a few downsides: the noise from the hallway was quite audible, and there were not enough power outlets for a modern family’s needs.

They have great reception team! Super big smile! I don’t really like the waiter, he kinda of weird but it’s ok. I like the housekeeping as they tidy near! He is super hardworking but they don’t change your sheet at all though but it’s okay. As long I self change my pillow case daily is fine . The breakfast is boring but ok as I got my hard boiled eggs daily. If there’s sausages would be great 😅 I want to thanks Diana and Martina for their bright cheerful smiles . This hotel does not have lift so if you come in really late, you are bigger to dragged them up to the stairs! We are lucky to have it’s on the first floor and not many steps . The housekeeper was so kind to brought our luggage’s down !l

La propiedad bonita, renovada, limpia, buen desayuno pero se oye mucho ruido en la noche en la calle

Vi bodde i ”annexet” med egen WC/dusch utanför rummet i en gemensam korridor. Kändes mycket märkligt. Vi bodde därtill utmed en stor gata, med spårvagnar, bilar, motorcyklar. Mycket störande. Frukosten var torftig. Personalen var dock oerhört trevliga.

Très belle hôtel. Très belle chambre. Nous avons eu un magnifique balcon. Le petit déjeuner était compris avec la chambre. Le personnel au petit soin .
