Unique quant building.

Room was comfortable along with a great breakfast and excellent customer service but the location was not favorable .

Convince

The staff were accommodating, storing my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was really helpful. The room was perfectly fine for my short trip as I was out most of the day and evening exploring Lisbon. Just would have liked a kettle/mini-fridge but perhaps that’s for bigger hotels. I felt safe in both the area and the building. The location was excellent, with lots to do nearby and easy access to other parts of the city. I didn’t need to use the metro, just the local buses. Breakfast being included and having an outdoor seating area were nice extras. The only small downside was my room being directly opposite reception — I didn’t love the idea of people seeing me come and go, but it didn’t end up being a big issue. My room also had a cute balcony, which I didn’t use much, but it was a nice touch. Overall, a really good stay!

Our stay at LX51 Studios & Suites by APT IIN – Lisbon Center was fantastic! The location is not only convenient for exploring the city but also close to the airport, making travel hassle-free. The rooms were clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. On top of that, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon!

The place was great, clean, friendly staff. They offered a full and delicious breakfast. Our room was clean and nice but small - still it was great. Access to downtown was a short walk. Close to the metro (1km) which takes you to the airport. Car rental is nearby. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for your trip.

Great location, easy to find from the airport and within walking distance of most things. Staff couldn't do enough and super helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and breakfast was amazing.

Highly recommended

Boutique hotel with a very nice and helpful staff and good breakfast. Located close to the Center of Lisbon, you can walk, take metro, or uber almost every where with 5-6 Euro. This was my first time in Lisbon, you need a solid walking shows with strong yet flexible soles as most of the streets are made of stones or bricks. Good stay.

Staying in this hotel at the heart of City Centre is an enjoyable experience. Though the hotel is quite old with its halls and lobby not too wide, it has its unique touch and feel that it is modern in its own way. Free Daily continental breakfast is included, before going on your way to explore the city. Very friendly staff especially to Miguel who helped us on our accommodation checking in late at night. Thank You.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel was quite hard to find, as there wasn’t a clear or prominent sign with the hotel’s name. The bathroom was very small, and having the sink in the room itself was a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, which I really appreciated.

Lovely people from the front desk staff to the cleaning ladies who did above what was expected in cleaning my room. The room was always clean breakfast was nice. The front desk staff is amazing very helpful to two english speakers. We will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself

This place was good and breakfast was awesome. It was a little far away of the principle activities. One detail is that tthey control the air conditioning unit. Is other rooms have diferents mode you can not change your room.

7 days great stay in Lisbon!

It’s close to downtown, very nice customer service, love the food but would have recommended changing some menu after a few days

The Concierge Sonia was very informative and extremely helpful. It was a pleasure to meet her.

Great cute little hotel. Super convenient as it’s near public transport and accessible by uber. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to. The elevator is a bit tricky to navigate with large suitcases but that’s all!

The hotel was perfect - what we loved most was the breakfast! A wonderful spread.

The staff was very friendly and worked hard to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was a delight every morning. Also, the restaurant recommendations were very good. We loved the Lydia’s restaurant.

The room was very very small and was difficult to move around

Really enjoyed my stay at LX51 aside from disturbance from some other guests. The staff kindly spoke to them which helped resolved the issue. I would suggest they use carpet throughout in the rooms to help with sound proofing.

Great stay

Wonderful stay, only thing is that the elevator has a weight capacity, otherwise it wont work and then you have to haul your luggage up the stairs. Other than that, very friendly and helpful staff, great location and quiet during sleeping hours And the buffet is good too!

Liked the balcony. Room was fairly small, could barely move around with two luggage’s in there. Felt a little unsafe in the evening time as there was a gentleman’s club right next door! Overall, cleanliness was good. Would most likely stay again.

The staff at this hotel were really nice & accommodating. We didn’t care for the bed, it was not very comfortable & my son’s twin bed was basically a rollaway with a mattress pad. Our a/c didn’t work & couldn’t be fixed while we were there. The room was clean & nicely decorated. We felt safe in the hotel.

I liked the proximity to shopping and city centers. I liked the staff. I did not like that you have to book for breakfast times a day before. Breakfast area was tight but the food was great. Not everyone likes runny eggs though. Sonia was nice. This is a hotel for your adults not older. Staff is not around at night so if you have an emergency, you are on your own in a strange country. No phones to reach reception as well. I will not be staying here again and rather stay at bigger hotel chains.

Nice place to stay in Lisbon

Good place to stay. Conveniently located. Rooms are spacious. Helpful staff. The breakfast spread was good. Only one feedback - hotel rooms do not have any telephone to connect to the hotel staff or outside the hotel. Hotel management should look into this aspect.

This is an older property that has been renovated into a hotel. Our room was very small. The television was not functional. The handle to control the flow of water in the shower had broken off and it was difficult to use the remaining pieces of the mechanism to control the temperature and low of water.Many other minor irritants also...

2 strip clubs by my 300$ hotel for 3 nights! The floors smelled and room was way too small , this is not a family area. Disgusted with my trip

Deliberately misleading and unhelpful

Initially offered a very very small double room not the studio or the apartment the name would suggest or the 160 e per night charged. No refund was offered if we only stayed one night of our 5 night stay.Only after Hotel.Com got involved did we get a better room the following day.Scammers Avoid at all costs

Propert well maintained. Very friendly staffing. Minimum 30 minutes walk to get to city centre attractions.

The staff was very helpful, kept my luggage in storage before my check in and when I had to wait until 3 pm to check in at another place. Good breakfast and location to walk to the many parks.

The breakfast buffet was included in my stay and I really enjoyed it. However, I did not enjoy having to schedule a time to be down there. I like to be on my own time on vacation. Overall, I loved the location. The bus stop was across the street and there was a mini market one block down. The suite room was smaller than what I’m used to but perfect as a solo traveler.

Suite it was not. Small hotel room with a miniature wash basin in the same room Lift out of action for part of the time so 4th floor fun and gsmes with luggage. Will not be staying again

Rebuilt apartment complex. Friendly staff, good breakfast for the type of place, next-door to a night-club. A bit hard to spot the entrance and how to check in at a short delay was a bit of a hassle but other than that it was great.

I asked to have my room Cleaned for 2 days and they never did. The staff is very nice but seems like something like cleaning rooms for customers fell through the cracks

Very convenient location. Only problem was elevator was very small and you have to carry your luggages up the steps to get to the elevator.

Water drain problem with awesome breakfast

Awesome breakfast is the only thing we like to stay this place again. But the condition of the showroom isn’t good enough for us. The water drain basically wasn’t working well when the people work in the reception told us this is common in Lisbon area? Check out time is 11 am instead of noon as website states

Small room where there was everything but it was somewhat difficult to move around. The real problem for me was the humidity. If you had a shower the humid air stayed there.

Well located apartment near the Marques de Pombal metro stop. Very clean and spacious with 2 full bathrooms, easy to accommodate a family of 3 adults traveling. Complete cold breakfast included.

Lovely place + convenient location

The staffs were friendly and helpful. I arrived before the check in time and they ensured that my room was cleaned as soon as possible so I only had to wait less than 30 min to get to my room. All the amenities are available as advertised - they even had Netflix! The location is also very convenient. It took me a bit time figuring out the metro stops, but once I did, going to and from the metro takes less than 10 min walk. Their breakfast selection is amazing: fresh fruits, coffee & tea, and pastries incl. pasti de nada. I’ll definitely come back to this place and recommend it to anyone traveling to Lisbon!

The employees are wonderful, kind and nice. The room was so small that we could not even open our two luggages. The location was of the hotel itself was good but the quality of the food served at the breakfast was poor.

Very poor communication when trying to arrange check in. When viewing Expedia messages, could see hotel staff saw and read my message but did not reply. No amenities available at all. Then, to make it worse.. husband left his prescription sunglasses behind. Contacted hotel immediately same day of realizing we left them behind. Hotel staff was not helpful at all. Ignored messages again, and didn’t help whatsoever. So someone made off with a pair of brand new sunglasses. Would not recommend this place for anyone.

Super friendly staff. Great amenities and delicious breakfast! The room was a bit small but it was advertised as small. Great location!

Hidden Gem!

I really enjoyed my stay at LX51! The rooms are new, clean and lovely. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good. The only hitch is in finding the office to check in. They will send directions with your confirmation but a larger sign at the front door would save a lot of trouble. Other than that minor problem, I will happily stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Penthouse and we were very happy with the apartment. It is very clean, quiet, and has a good view from the terrace. There is a mini market close by so we were able to buy some groceries to cook, rather than eating out every night. The only thing that threw us off was the Gentlemen's Club next door - HA!

Nice efficiency small room. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfy. Marta, the girl checking us in late was very sweet.

Great place in Lisbon

This is a great place for a short stay- rooms are small (and bathroom is next to the bed) but there's an extra bathroom in each suite, and lots of room in each suite (3 small apartments share a suite) Staff was wonderful- arranged taxi for us- helpful and delightful. Perfect location to use the metro, walk to lots of interesting places to eat especially a new restaurant Capim Limao Lisboa

Stay here to enhance your experience

This place was like a dream. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and zen. The bed was extremely comfortable, there was a cute little balcony, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is safe and only an 15 minute walk from Alfama. I would recommend this place to anybody that is traveling to Lisbon.

Unconfortable bed

The only thing that we weren't happy was the bed. It wasn't confortable at all.

The location was great but the layout was odd, great for a business stay not really for tourists. Found it odd when room was cleaned our towels weren't changed and our used glasses were just removed not replaced or cleaned. Getting in and the attention of staff was weird could do with a reception buzzer on front entrance and in 1st floor area.

Very clean and modern looking. Location is great. Interesting concept, it’s literally an apartment with two rooms and you just get one of the room and each room has its own private bathroom. I would definitely come back.

Be aware when checked in at night time.

The phone number provided in the email was a phone service center which was also provided service to other hotel. I got a really bad experience with the phone reception lady. She gave me the wrong address for my Uber ride. They finally realized that they mixed up the hotel and call me back and gave my driver the correct address. I spent 3 times of fare to finally arrive the hotel.

Walking distance from Marquês de Pombal. Room clean, neat and tidy, no cupboard to hang clothes. It would be nice if a hairdryer can b supplied. Lovely breakfast places close by. Staff friendly.

Much Better than other places near this price

They do late check-in until 11pm, I arrived at 1050pm, no issues. Room was I would consider almost brand new condition. While the room was smaller in size, they bed was soft and the pillows were great compare to even twice the price competitive hotels. Room has a bonus “shared” kitchen space (full size kitchen) and dining room. This are is only shared with 1 other room. This would be very nice for small families that might be looking to have kids stay in the room next door. TVs has local/Chinese/Russian and 3 English channels and was a new model flat screen. Most important, fast WiFi. Fantastic open at this price point.

Convenient and quaint hotel.

Good size room, in a fairly central location. I would recommend this hotel, it does look like the pictures. It feels like you are staying in a mini apartment instead of a hotel as reception is on the first floor and you can go directly to your room. Nice breakout areas on each floor and space to chill outside in the reception floor.

Confused Identity

Hotel not the easiest to find and got no reply from intercom.Eventually, phoned and was told room not ready despite being around 2pm. Left luggage and was asked for a card despite no room service or minibar. £50 debited with no real explanation, still awaiting refund.This hotel has a slightly confusing identity. I thought was a studio but was a small room with a communal sitting area/kitchen outside. Whilst immaculate and new, there were no plates, cups, pots etc so unsure how you were meant to use. Very bizarre.The room had a fiddly door and you had to go through a couple of security doors before getting to the room. We all had issues with either pass or key at some point. The room, whilst being stylish, and recently refurbished,was very impractical. There was no storage, wardrobes, hangers etc., just a few hooks with nowhere to put clothes.There was a sink in the bedroom and I ended up putting my clothes under the sink! Bathroom nice and recently fitted. However, once again no storage, nowhere to put anything.There were no cups or glasses, no bedside cabinets,no info manual, no fridge or tea making facilities. Was as if the minimalist police had stolen anything useful in the bedroom and communal areas! The room had a small balcony but was over a very busy noisy road. I had requested a quiet room..Didn't get much sleep.The area whilst central has an adult shop and nightclub within 50m.The nightclub was audible until about 3am.Not bad price but noisy and room rethink required

This was a great find- near downtown- walking distance to dining and shopping. This was a brand new property and they've done a great job with the design. Only flaw is that it's hard to find since its part of a renovation of an older area . Highly recommend this property.

Stay Away!!!

My wife and I stayed at LX51 Smart Suites for the last leg of our trip in Lisbon. The trouble began when my wife decided to take a shower in one of the two bathrooms in our suite. As she was getting out of the shower, the glass shower stall shattered on her and she ended up with some nasty cuts and a twisted ankle. Pictures shown--viewer discretion is advised. Given my wife's injuries and the loss of a night of our trip, I was hoping (honestly, more like expecting) that we'd be getting a credit for at least a night of our stay, but none seemed to be coming. They were somewhat apologetic, but kind words and calling an ambulance so that my wife doesn't bleed out in your bathroom is more like the bare minimum effort, rather than the pinnacle of customer care. I tried to get satisfaction through hotels.com customer service line. When they contacted the hotel about this, they were informed that there would be no credit or anything else of value offered, did not provide much in the way of an explanation, and from what I was told, the person on the other end of the line was hostile and argumentative on the phone with hotels.com. So we ended up paying full price for a hotel suite with one destroyed bathroom that almost maimed my wife. If you are injured on their property, they will be very apologetic during your stay, but will offer you nothing in the way of recompense. Not a discount, not a bottle of champagne, not even cab fare to the hospital.

Apartment in downtown Lisbon

Had a great stay at LX51. Rooms were a bit small and there was no mini fridge to keep water cold but besides that we were in the heart of Lisbon and just a 5 minute walk from Marques de Pompel. There was some construction going on across the street but I couldn't hear a thing. I'd stay there again

Friendly staff & cosy hotel

A very pleasant, quiet & clean hotel with friendly staff. The hotel has a small lift so best you take turns going up or down if you have big luggage with you. The main hotel door is well secured, activated by your electronic key card. Checking in & out is hassle free with no mumbo-jumbo registration process. They will also give you a pocket wi-fi device enabling you to connect to an internet without using your mobile phone data. If you’re exploring a big city or town, having this little (amazing!) technology in your hands is indeed a godsend. The staff are very friendly, smiling all the time & helpful especially if you need direction or just pleased to talk to you. However, like all small hotels like these, they tend to operate on limited amenities. Whilst a continental breakfast is included in the rate, they could have included a toaster, butter or variety of jams easily to a simple but oh sooo necessary meal to start your day. Also, perhaps offer alternative variety of cheeses and cured meats every other day since majority of your guests are long-stay guests. It can be underwhelming & bland when you serve the same things over & over again. The room where we stayed in was basic but clean & spacious, comfortable bed, soft & freshly laundered linen, a working A/C. The room needs an extra small desk/table to put your knick knacks. There was no where to put “bought stuff” on, everything is on the floor. No mirror in bedroom to put your makeup on.

sTaEverything is excellent! Definitely I will be staying here in the future, this is by far one of the best stays in Lisbon. The location, the staff, the room and the public spaces are top notch. 👍💯

Absolutely Stunning Place.

We booked family suite at this place, we arrived quite late but the gentleman Mr Miguel was absolutely charming. He helped us checking in and even went out of his way telling us other stuff. I would like to give 10 star to this place. Especially Mr Meguel. Note: Breakfast is just basic so don’t expect anything extra ordinary.

brand new hotel with excellent customer service. My room was relatively small compared to a traditional hotel room, but it was very comfortable. Wifi internet speed was really good , and each room was provided with a free portable wifi hotspot device (no need to get a travel data plan). My room also had a smart TV with Netflix

Cama de casal pequena, sem frigobar no quarto. Sem móveis de apoio. Não havia tv no quarto, mas havia o suporte na parede. A tv na sala não ligava, mas resolvemos não reclamar da tv pois ficamos poucos dias em Lisboa.
