Wonderfully located. Very nice staff. Thank you!

Communal bathrooms are 2 separate shower rooms and 2 toilets (one male, one female). Clean and well maintained. Only downside is it’s outside and non air conditioned so you begin to sweat right when you get out of the shower. Otherwise room was perfect and staff were nice. Good price for what you get

Overall the location was great. But was surprised that there is no locker inside the rooms to keep your belongings safe. Granted there are lockers at the front desk but they didn't seem big enough for my carry on luggage although I did not test it. I went with my sister would picked a private room and had a lock/key for her door. My shared door room had no lock/key for the door, just a card key access to which 4 other shared door room also had access to and if each door can fit four, that means at least 15/16 people also had access so keep this in mind. Stayed 3 nights and overall it was ok, nothing really bad except that security part but I would not stay here again upon my next visit to bangkok.

Great staff. Very helpful and informed. Nice clean dorms (women only, 2 bunk beds/pod. Drinking water available. Clean Shared shower and washroom. Roof top area available (but I only found out at checkout). Laundry and dryer machines available (coins, I did not use them). Towel, bedsheet and blanket provided. Airconditioning in room (if you can find the remote control and figure out how it works).

Great value and great location

Loftel is great. We had a double room. The shared bathroom was clean and right outside our room - shared with only one other room. The location is excellent - about a 10 minute walk from the metro station and in a great neighbourhood. Highly recommended.

great hostel, nice location but no elevators

I love the room! The interior shape is very unique. The room is spacious enough for me, shared bathrooms are clean, and the AC is great! Not too far from the metro/Railway/ferry to major sights. A 7-11 is right next to it. Staffs are friendly! The only con is that there’s no elevator, I had to carry my luggage up 4 stairs ...

Excellent hostel!

An excellent hostel all around! Fantastic location, easy access to river boats and many places to eat with walking distance. Staff very helpful, rooms clean although small for four people. A lock box for every person in their headboard. Highly recommended for families!

Uncomfortable Bed

In all our hotels/hostels on this trip this has to be by far the hardest mattress. We woke up feeling bruised. Even our sleeper train was better. If we weren’t already switching to another hostel in Bangkok after two days we would have definitely coughed up the money to cancel. Otherwise it was a clean and cute place. They have a very generous luggage policy, in my opinion. We were conveniently located next to the bathrooms and showers (we had a private room). The MRT wasn’t a bad walk away.

Clean hip hostel close to Chinatown

Boy, are we sad this was the first hostel we stayed at because we fear it will make all other hostels look like dumps!!!! We really enjoyed our stay at Loftel 22. The hostel was clean and the staff was pleasant. We stayed in a private double room which shared 2 toilets and 2 showers with 3 other double rooms. Other than the sound of doors opening and closing, the hostel was quiet. Downstairs is a cafe where you can hang out and meet other backpackers. Next door is a 7/11 open 24 hours so that was really convenient for water and any necessities we had forgotten at home. Would definitely stay here again!!

Affordable and great place!

I’ve stayed at hostels before and thought that this one would be just like those other ones I stayed at. I was WRONG! This is one of THE BEST HOSTELS I’ve ever stayed at! The location was GREAT! The place looks small from the front but it’s actually very cute and quite big inside. The staff was amazing and helpful! The downstairs cafe was amazing (must try)! I would totally recommend this place and would DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

Great Location & Staff!

The staff are friendly and helpful. Great location, it's only a few minutes walk to the ferry, MRT and Hua Lamphong train station; and not much further to Yaowarat Rd / Chinatown. Just down the street is the China Gate and Wat Traimit.

Great room with amazing aircon

Aircon amazing! Really good and necessary to sleep. Clean toilets and shower. Cheap boat near by, 14 b to Grand palace.

it was very nice hostel. staff was cooperative and location was great. they are making new rooms so work is in progress.

Cool but uncomfortable

Cool design but very noisy when you can hear traffic from the street trough the windows. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable but clean and no bed bug issues. We stayed in a private room with the double 'bed'.

Clean and convenient

A great place to stay if you want an anti-Khao San Road experience. It was clean and convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms were shared but clean and close to the room. They also have a nice balcony area and a coffee shop on the bottom floor, which was convenient. The neighborhood was good too - right in Chinatown, pretty close to the Yeowarat food stalls and the MRT/train station. Really happy with our stay.

Perfect hostel in Chinatown

The service from the all of the staff was stellar. They were sweet and helpful at all times. The location was perfect, we spent lots of time walking around Chinatown and the proximity to the ferry service on the river was fantastic! Only issue was some difficulty with the Wi-Fi which kept dropping out

Great hostel, very friendly staff!

Very nice hostel, very clean and close to everything (transport,Chinatown) most people in the hostel keep themselves to themselves so if you are going to a hostel to meet people I would recommend staying near Khao San road!

perfect for backpackers

i came here without any expectations at all. well, what should i expect when i pay 7$ per night? This is a hostel where you definitely get what you pay for. Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, great locations with walking distance to hua lampong and china town. a dream for me as a backpacker. best hostel I've lived at so far after 2 months of backpacking in asia :)

Good cafe with amazing pancakes you can buy downstairs. Next to an ATM and dairy and easy location to get taxi/tuk tuk or walk to wharf for boat. Beds are hard but location is very clean

Bonne adresse pour Chinatown

Hôtel agréable. Très bon accueil. Possibilité de manger sur place. Emplacement parfait pour visiter le quartier de Chinatown mais loin à pied des autres points d'intérêt de Bangkok. Ma chambre donnait sur la rue et une fenêtre était cassée, résultat : très bruyant pour dormir.

Bon Hotel à Chinatown

Hotel très bien situé dans Chinatown. Très pratique et bien conçu. Malheureusement, le lit est extrêmement dur et le service de restauration de l'hôtel est très cher.

Hyvä ja siisti hostelli Bangkokissa

Kahden hengen huone oli erinomainen sekä vessat ja suihkut heti ulottuvilla. Erittäin siisti hostelli hyvällä paikalla. Ainoa miinus siitä, että äänieristeitä ei oikein ole, mutta ei haitannut muuten kuin aamulla.

北部、南部の玄関口駅にほど近いゲストハウス。

ドイツ、フランス、アメリカ、ポーランドなどさまざまな外国人が泊まり、情報交換を楽しむことができた。彼らに聞いた話を下に翌日知らない場所を発見するなど有意義に過ごすことができました。

房價便宜，每天協助房間打掃

房價便宜但隔音太差，離市中心有點遠， 房間空間小，不建議帶大件行李樓梯小無電梯，而每天回房間整理挺好的。

Meine Freundin und ich übernachteten hier während unseres vier tägigen Aufenthalts in Bangkok. Das Hostel ist sehr gut mit dem Taxi oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Ein 7-Eleven sowie andere Sehenswürdigkeiten in direkter Nähe. Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer mit gemischtem Bad. Das Zimmer hat ausreichend Platz für Taschen/Rücksäcke, ein gemütliches Bett sowie eine Klimaanlage. Das "Bad" bzw. zwei Duschen, zwei Toiletten und insgesamt vier Waschbecken sind direkt vor den Zimmern. WLAN war auf unseren Zimmern sowie draußen vor dem Hostel stets verfügbar und ausreichend um Netflix/YouTube zu streamen. Unser Zimmer und das Bad waren für ein Hostel sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Unten gibt es ein Café in dem man sich Getränke und Snacks kaufen kann. Diese sind zwar etwas teurer, schmecken aber und man kann sich entweder drinnen oder draußen hinsetzen.

Juste pour une nuit

Bon emplacement, design sympa, restauration également mais la structure résonne et tous les sons sont amplifiés. Aucune isolation et literie inconfortable.

Mattresses were hard as stone, and the location was'nt the best. We left the first night.

차이나타운에 위치한 저렴한 숙소로 시설 및 직원이 괜찮은 편이다. 가격대비 가성비가 좋다. 방콕의 정취를 느끼고 싶다면 추천하지만 주변은 열악하다. 차이나타운 중심이 걸어서 10분정도이며, 배편을 이용하기 편하다. 지하철 및 버스도 근처에 있음

I had a good experience when stayed at Loftel 22 Hostel. I will reference this hostel for my friends who have budget travel plan to Japan.

在中國城的設計風青旅

我住的是4人female dormitory，空間較小，隔音極差，隔房人講電話到半夜一點，如同在你耳邊説話，有點annoying,除了這二個缺點外，都很好，洗澡熱水夠熱且水量穩定，冷氣夠冷，建築有設計感，24小時的reception,check in和check out方便。從住宿點走到曼谷華倫蓬火車站和地鐵只要15分鐘左右，可從火車站花5～20泰銖搭無冷氣三等艙到DMK機場火車站，從火車站上天橋花5分鐘可到機場內。雖然班次不頻繁，但50分鐘左右可到，不需擔心塞車，也不需轉車，便宜方便。

J'ai passé trois jours dans bangkok et se journée dans cette hôtel, le personnel est super cool et accueillant je recommande. ....

Quite nice place and staff, just in China town, 7/11 is just downstairs and 10 minutes to train station by foot.

国鉄や地下鉄駅のフアランポーン駅から徒歩5分ほどの 中華街の入り口エリアにあるホステルです。 1階はカフェになっており、2階がホステルです。 部屋数は少なく室内も小さいコンパクトな作りですが 狭いスペースをうまく利用しており設備は十分揃っています。 デスクトップパソコン、ロビー（カフェと兼用）、洗濯機にシンクまで！ ベッド上にミニロッカーがあり施錠するための金具もあるので 貴重品を手元に置きたい派にはありがたい作りでした。 大きな荷物を入れるためのロッカーはパソコンゾーンにあるので 目の届かない場所に置くのが嫌な方は鍵付きトランクを室内に持ち込みましょう。 ただ室内は本当に狭く大きなトランクでは通行が不便かもしれません。 バックパッカーやショートトリップ向きだと思います。 周りの環境は屋台が多く、1階がカフェで隣がセブンイレブンなので 食事には困りませんでした。
