Great stay! Very clean with helpful staff.
Best place to stay in town. Perfectly centered
Nice hotel and great location. Thermostat dis not work well was 74 degrees so had to sleep with windows open in winter. Took 15 min to heat up shower. Dogs constant barking in other rooms
Claw foot tub was delightful and the bed was super comfortable. They’d used plastic bags to insulate the windows in cold weather, and they blew around all night keeping us up.
Wonderful weekend
It was a great Experience.
Nice room use of 3rd floor kitchen
Loved dining here in the past, but never stayed in the Inn. What a lovey place! The staff is so accommodating! Already bookednfor next year!
Good stay
This is an adorable town and the outside is deceiving but the rooms are great, very cute and thought of everything. We did not enjoy our dinner at the restaurant, but otherwise everything else was perfect, wish we had a little longer there.
Lovely stay
Wonderful stay. The staff was super helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. Ally was great!
Rooms are very nice. Main lobby busy on weekends because of restaurants. Location is terrific for shopping & enjoying Lititz.
Loved this property!
Nice.
Very nice and friendly staff. Beautiful place to stay. Will be back soon!
Loved both the English manor vibe and the rock and roll vibe of the third floor. Staff was helpful and the town is charming.
Only negative was that we didn’t have more time to there to enjoy the inn and the town. We’ll be back!
We stayed on the third floor and were impressed with the amenities. The shower was amazing! We enjoyed being able to Pop right downstairs to bulls head and being able to walk to so much in lititz.
Great service and superb location. So so quaint and a wonderful stay, especially during the Christmas season!
Love the look of the hotel and the pub that’s attached. The rooms are really nice and the beds so comfortable.
Loved the Lititz Springs Inn for its charm and great service. My husband planned a quick overnight Christmas shopping getaway for us. This was the perfect spot. Decorations were festive and the shops carry very unique items that are perfect for gifting. There are also so many good walkable dining options, including the pub in the hotel. All and all it was a great little getaway close to home.
The Inn was cute and clean and historic! Very walkable to shopping and dining areas. Sleeping accommodations…bed was super uncomfortable. Noise downstairs from the pub finally stopped around 1230/1am. Pub was convenient to the Inn, however noise coupled with the hard bed made for a tough nights sleep.
The staff was wonderful and looking forward to returning soon!
Historical property ! Nice stay in December.
Great and cozy rooms. Might use a little upgrade in the entertainment in the rooms. Friendly staff
Great place easy walkable location. Staff was excellent and nice cozy places to eat. We’ll be back
Charming Hotel
Wonderful classic hotel in a charming small town.
Our room sink water pressure was not good at all. Shower pressure was not good. That’s the only problem we had. They need to fix.
Bathtub had pink mold and towels did not seem to be clean as they had stains. Thankfully we only stayed one night.
accommodation were good, would have liked more coffee in the room. A map of places for breakfast would have been helpful.
Great stay
Very quaint and charming.
Incredible location, friendly staff, cool/historic vibe, nice room, great price compared to other hotels in the immediate area. The internet bandwidth was a bit weak in the evening, but otherwise this was an amazing place to stay!
Visit to Lititz PA
The bathtub backed up with water. It was fixed promptly. A shelf is badly needed in the bathroom. Coffee supplies were not replaced. When they were after my request none of the dirty things were removed.
The bed was super hard so sleeping was a problem.
Great stay in Lititz - large room with a very comfortable bed. The area is great for small shops walking around and the British Pub on the main floor had great food and cask ale.
Great place.
This place is so cute and a must stay. Its quaint and the area is gorgeous
Location and history of the Inn
.
Lovely little Inn
We were at a concert in the area, and would not be checking into the hotel until quite late. The employee on that night reached out to us, inquiring if we were still coming. When we told her what time we would be arriving, she made special accommodations to ensure that we received our key since no ine would be at the desk at that late hour!
Nice hotel in the town centre of Lititz
Price was outstanding! Really unique old inn, well kept up, just charming. Outstanding location. Excellent staff. Highly recommended!
Great location, just on the corner of the intersection of the two "main" roads through Lititz. Outdoor dining has the same menu as the pub but unfortunately not the same beer selection, so got beer from the pub. Comfortable room but wasn't able to redirect the AC unit that blew cool air directly onto one of the beds. Door to the room actually has keys!! and nearly walked off with one of them. Helpful, friendly staff. Free parking
The hotel is a Historical building and well maintained. It was a busy weekend for them, multiple wedding. We received undivided attention when Checking in or had questions. Parking can be tough in their shared lot, they have a handful of spots. You can park by the school during off hours.
I love the location of the building, the staff, and everything Lititz.
Great accommodations. Friendly staff.
We had a wonderful stay at the Lititz Springs Inn. It's a very charming property located on Main Street, within easy walking distance of the many shops in the town. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors and there is no elevator - something to keep in mind if one has mobility issues. The showers do not have grab bars which is something that should be rectified. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed two meals outside on the patio. The food was good and the service very friendly.
This lovely Inn dating back to 1764 is absolutely charming! the English Pub on the first floor serves an assortment of English Pub faire as well as an assortment of craft beers. Each of the 12 rooms and suites are individually decorated. Ours was charming, clean and very comfortable. Shopping and dining are within walking distance and the staff were friendly and professional. A perfect place for a centralized visit to Lititz, PA.
We had great time there. We plan on going back.
Wonderful stay at a beautifully decorated inn with amazing staff!
Just okay
The facility needs to improve its parking. After spending the day with family , I was unable to find a parking spot. The desk clerk told me that likely people were parked illegally but did nothing to remedy the situation. The 3% charge for using a credit card was ridiculous as well. There was no coffee in the morning( just kuerig in the room) or complimentary breakfast either- probably to force you to eat in their overpriced restaurant. A mini fridge and or microwave would be a nice touch as well.
Classy hotel.
Wonderful old hotel!!
This hotel is so quaint and charming. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful at all times. I loved the charm of a small town and central to what I had planned for the area.
Lovely inn, would stay again. The Inn is situated in a beautiful town.
We really enjoyed staying here . Everything was great. Perfect location. Also enjoyed eating dinner at the restaurant and having a beer in the authentic Irish pub.
love it here. clean. close to everything. staff very nice
The Lititz Springs Inn couldn’t be more pleasant and more convenient. There’s a restaurant and pub on-site - all well-catered, well-staffed - serving delicious food and drinks. The staff are friendly and helpful. Main Street Lititz is right on the doorstep, many things in walking distance - and a park around the corner. A friendly, homely, nice little stay.
The hotel was exactly what we were hoping for; the staff were friendly and courteous, and the room was clean, uniquely furnished and very comfortable. Shopping and dining were well within walking distance. It was a great experience.
Such a wonderful charming Inn! The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The price was extremely reasonable too. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. A great place to stay when you're visiting this wonderful town!
Historic Comfort
Our first stay here but definitely not our last. From the moment we walked into this historic building, I knew it was going to be special and we were not disappointed. From the front desk staff and freshly baked cookies, to the bartenders and the amazing craft beer selections, the friendly servers delivering fantastic food. this place is a 5 star gem. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was music themed. It was very cool. My only regret was that we were only in town for one night. But will definitely be back. Kudos to the management and staff. They really do take the customer experience seriously.
Beautiful Inn would definitely stay there again!!
Amazing stay. We actually asked if we could stay another night. Totally would go back to enjoy the night..
Very comfortable place to stay for a night in Lititz. Quiet, clean, restaurant and bar right downstairs. Loved sitting outside and enjoying dinner, drinks and live music on the patio.
We liked everything about our stay , just wish there was an elevator as we were on the third floor and I use a cane. We will be back soon.
Beautiful historic hotel in the perfect location. Our room was great and it is right in the heart of a gorgeous little town. I really can’t wait to come back!
The inn was built in 1764 and was known as the Lititz Springs Hotel. For some reason it was renamed The General Sutter in 1930, 50 years after John Sutter’s death. His main connection to the hotel seemed to be he enjoyed eating there. John Sutter was the owner of Sutter’s Mill, as in the 1949 Gold Rush. Sutter moved to Lititz because his granddaughters went to school there. His portrait hangs over the fireplace and if removed, Sutter reportedly wreaks havoc throughout the hotel. The name was changed to Lititz Springs Inn and Spa a few years ago, partly due to Sutter’s appalling treatment of indigenous people who worked for him in California. So, this place is old, and you can’t expect modern. No elevator. Guest rooms are on the second and third floor. There are only about 15 guest rooms. Ours was large and very pretty. Bed was comfortable and there were two arm chairs and lots of drawers. Two closets. Small bathroom with no shelves. Ice is obtained from taking the ice bucket to the front desk or the connecting restaurant. Parking is in the lane behind the hotel. TV is small and is dish(?), which I gave up on after a few minutes. Staff were young and pleasant. I am sure all the rooms are different, so that will be unique to each guest.
Cute hotel with a fun bar downstairs, patio seating, and outdoor bar area. Totally coming back!
Great place. Will return.
very cute and quiet
Excellent Hotel
Early check in. Very clean & comfortable
Very clean. Old decor, claw foot tub, king bed, good restaurant. Walkable downtown
Great central location in the quaint town of Lititz hotel was wonderful and picturesque near shops and dining! Mystic, CT
Fun
Great area on a vibrant Main street.
We loved everything about it except for the truck noise from the passing trucks.

Charming hotel in Lititz
The hotel was charming and has lots of character. The hotel is old and has no elevator but we were fine carrying our luggage upstairs. There is an adjoining English bar and restaurant which was very convenient. Their food was very good and reasonably priced.
Lovely accommodations in downtown

Historical hotel in a great location
We had a bit of trouble getting ice as did another guest. It was hard to find someone in the morning to help you with this request. And this was after the front desk person had come in. The only other issue was the lack of space in the bathroom to put any of your toiletries. Otherwise, it was a very nice place to stay and loved the patio for dining.
I love it there! Grew up in Lititz so i know the area Only issue was there was a wedding the next day and the bridal party was noisy early in the am
What a lovely spot! Historic, comfy, friendly staff, convenient to everything. Looking forward to staying here again!
Lititz Inn, Amazing!
It was a quick overnight trip. The hotel was fabulous! The staff was great, the atmosphere was quaint, the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Beautiful decorated vintage rooms. Very beautiful and relaxing. Great Pub and food downstairs!
Middle oof downtown Litiz so great location. Front desk not staffed 24 hours and no elevator
Another awesome stay
Wonderful stay. We’ve stayed here often and always a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Quaint
Super quaint hotel in the heart of downtown Lititz - it's a charming building with a ton of character.
What a beautiful spot! Easy check in, comfy bed and great pillows. The water in the shower was hot and had great pressure. The attached pub has good food and the staff is attentive and friendly. Parking included which is also convenient.
Wonderful Stay
We had such an amazing stay despite having a car accident. The staff was so kind to us. The room was amazing. Despite it all, we had such a great time.
Beautiful Inn
We stayed here after our daughter’s wedding and were very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The room was quite large with a sitting area. I definitely recommend it to others.
Fantastic historic hotel. Amazingly comfortable and great ambiance. I like having the pub right at the bottom of the stairs and the historic district and square being right outside.
Great!
Great Inn. Loved everything about it. Everyone was friendly. Food and drinks on site. Great walking town with lots of show and really nice park.
Beautiful old time hotel. Very welcoming
Steep stairs, no elevator...didn't know that when booked. Comfy bed! Curtains need upgrading as they were disfunctional!! Shower/tub is very slippery, almost fell. Staff were excellent, very helpful and pleasant. Got in late, just about 9pm and the desk clerk checked with the pub and placed our order as they were doing last call for food.
what a great night. the hotel is just beautiful, and the bar was was fun with a delicious breakfast in the morning. I will stay there again☺️
A wonderful quaint hotel.
