Everything was good. The only point to improve is that there was no shelf in the shower to hold my bottles of soap and shampoo.
Would stay again
Great location, good value. One outlet didn’t work, top floor was super hot (room was fine)…little issues only. Good closet space for a small room. Nice lounge. We would return….
Excellent home away from home experience. The comfortable and spacious apartment with a kitchenette allowed us lots of options during our stay. The immediate area is quiet with great dining options.
I have been trying to reach customer service to discuss how the internet wasn’t working the ENTIRE time. I paid 1300 for 4 days only to also have a $120 phone bill because I had to use my own data. I am still waiting for someone to call me back. Please advise asap
This place had lots of little extras, like very nice roof patio with a tub, and a nice gathering area on the main floor where all guess can meet. It was also easy enough to reach the operators of this place. They were very helpful in answering questions I had about parking and checking time. Nice place.
I accidentally booked for the wrong date. Customer service was very responsive and had it all sorted within 15 minutes or less. Great neighborhood vibes and incredible places to eat just a few steps away. Highly recommend this place!
Wayma was super helpful. Very convenient to restaurants and Metro for Canadian Grand Prix.
The A/C was not functional. I attempted to set the temperature lower, and gave the unit a good amount of time to let the temperature come down. The baseboard heaters were on in the common areas, and the temperature in my unit was approx. 31 degrees. I contacted the help line, left a message and was never called back. The heat made it extremely difficult to rest.
A charming, well-laid out, quiet and cozy efficiency apartment. I liked the no-contact easy coded entry and the common room space with Keurig coffee maker downstairs. The location is ideal. Room had almost everything you need except a kleenex box, coffee and coffee filters - adding a reusable one to the old-school coffee maker (which I prefer to pod coffee) along with a small amount of complimentary coffee would be a nice hospitable, eco-friendly touch. I also would have appreciated a hand towel and wash cloth in the bathroom which only had 2 bath towels. Adding these small amenities would make my rating 5 stars. We’ll definitely be back!
No wine glasses, few towels, no recylcing box are the things that could be better, the rest was nice.
Cute Montreal Plateau getaway
Nice little boutique apartment.
I like the independence LeQube offers as it is functions more like a neighborhood-based apartment than a hotel.
The property gave me a partial refund because I did not have internet for my last 2-3 days, but it wasn't enough. One morning, there was loud work being done on the hot tub right above my room -- at 6am! The washing machine (one of the reasons I chose this property) was inoperable and, from their email to me, it seems like it had been for a while. My AC rained (leaked water) on me beginning at 3am on two different nights (it's right over the bed). When I emailed the property about a tornado and storm warning and asked what the protocol was, they never responded. The balcony was spacious but it doesn't overlook anything special (it's interior, not looking at the street) and neighbors can see you; I also had a pigeon visitor a lot. Finally, the ceiling light in the bathroom had a large crack around it, which made me wonder what could crawl into my room... There were some great aspects to the property as well, like the fancy roof and lobby, but overall I was really disappointed with my stay here. (Note: I stayed in the room without a kitchen. Perhaps the other rooms are better.)
Love it. Room are not full soundproof but stil, loved it
very quiet and clean building , missed my apartment already. will recommend for people who like easy access to transportation, restaurant and groceries. very safe, unique code for each room and a special code to enter the premises.
The entry was down right old and dingy, vague bathroom odor. Beds do NOT sleep 2, unless you’re a couple. They claim to have free Netflix, which they don’t. Also claim to offer a parking space for an additional charge, which they don’t. The room itself was clean, decent view of the street. Location is steps from Au Pied and La Banquise.
l environnement est très beau et calme
Very clean , cozy & overall a great place to stay.
Everything Is the same as the pictures.
This could be an excellent property - if under better management. Communication is horrible. We were locked out twice by a malfunctioning keypad on the building entrance. When we called LeQube to get inside, we dealt with a student who complained that he was busy studying... while we were locked out on the street. The next time we were stuck, they failed to answer the phone - leaving us stranded in the street. LeQube later sent us an email explaining that it had just broke (google reviews show that it has been malfunctioning for at least two months prior). The washing machine was broken (management failed to tell us - and also stated that it just happened; google reviews show otherwise). The rooftop is unmaintained and no furniture - technically the hot tub is usable - but as uninviting as possible. The apartment was very dirty (keep your shoes on - don't look under the bed - be sure to decontaminate everything after you leave). The sheets were very cheap and not properly cleaned. The management apologized for the problems and said that they issued a refund on the service fees for the disruptions. Not only did they not do this, but they ignored our emails and phone calls until we forwarded everything to Expedia. Expedia refunded us the fees, and then LeQube finally responded, once again with a series of false statements, pretending that the glitch was on Expedia's end. This location is poorly maintained and poorly managed (dishonest and deceptive).
This property is located in the perfect spot. Lots of restaurants, walking distance to the park.
If you're a low maintenance traveller it's okay! But if you like amenities, having staff you know how to contact, cleaning at any point during your stay, a mini fridge, an ice machine, etc id consider looking elsewhere. Multiple things fell or broke during my stay, the wifi was so slow that Netflix went down multiple times even when it was hardwired into the building, my brand new phone didn't even pick up wifi when in bed, and the patio door didn't lock. I didn't have a negative experience, so if you just need a place with a bed, go for it! But staying here made me realize that saving a little money is not as important to me as a hotel with communicative staff and working wifi.
Such good value and location
Good location. Apt as advertised. Only issue was non-existent Wi-Fi, but to the owner's credit, we sent an email to complain, and this issue was resolved the second day.
The location of this place is super! Although we had issues getting in to our building, they were sorted out quickly. I believe we were supposed to get one cleaning during our stay and we did not, so using our towels for 5 days didn’t thrill me. That said, I would stay here again and I would recommend it.
Amazing location if you’re not looking to stay downtown. Close to great local shops and restaurants. Only issue was the overall cleanliness of the room. Dust and hair everywhere. Surface areas and Baseboard was covered in dust. Had to clean room thoroughly as soon as I checked in. Hotel said they were taking extra pre cautious during COVID-19 but I question the cleaning since wiping down baseboards takes maximum 5mins in the room. I contacted property regarding cleanliness and they did sent someone within the hour to assist and provide new bedding. It’s great value for the price and location and I would definitely consider staying here again. Hopefully by including the cleanliness issue in this review, it’s an easy fix for future guests.
LeQube a fantastic place to stay!
LeQube Apartments in St Hubert Montreal is a fantastic place to stay. It is located in a quiet and safe area, close to 2 metro stations and walking distance to lots of restaurants and cafes. In the Lobby you can relax and hang out with great amenities! There is no front desk, so everything is communicated via emails with access codes for building and apartment and right instructions and city guides. It was easy and convenient. We will for sure come back and already recommended to family and friends!
The location and value were phenomenal. The communication was excellent. There was free, nearby on-street parking (in December/January.) The jacuzzi on the roof made it extra special. The laundry was also super convenient. The room was the perfect size with nice style and everything we needed. We would definitely stay at LeQube again!
Perfect place to stay for a long weekend getaway. Was super easy to communicate with the staff when we needed something, and apartment had everything that was in the listing. The lobby area is a perfect place to relax. It Was a little bit of a walk to the metro but all in all a great neighbourhood, and nice place to stay.
Location was awesome and the place was convenient.
Property is very nice. Apartments come stocked with everything you’d need for a little stay. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.
great location! perfect size for 2! wished the top deck had been open so that we could have enjoyed the setting sun. very close to Parc Lafontaine ( 3 min walk ) and right around the corner from cafes, Au Pied Cochon, Saint Sushi and other restaurants. It was great and I hope we stay here again.
There was no parking available for me and made me feel very inconvenient and frustrated as I had been fined for a traffic ticket of CDN$78.
I think it was just bad timing
Stephanie (i think that’s her name) was super friendly. I was just super disappointed about the rooftop being sorta closed. Stephanie said i could go up there but would have to be with her. Which i didn’t like the feeling of making her go up there for me to enjoy the view and hot tub. I booked the place because of the rooftop. Also the patio area was locked and closed unless the office person was there. And the sheets on the bed were really wet when arrived. I emailed them and they were able to fix it the next day. But i had to sleep with no sheets for one night.
Horrible experience
23158194 Case number. Still unresolved with property manager. Not professional for Vrbo staff to say I don’t have an actionable complaint. I’m taking this as far as I can until my money is back in my pocket. Horrible way to treat customers.
Lovely, slightly disappointed with service
Wonderful stay as always. Though this trip was slightly disappointed by a lack of the reply to a question I sent during my stay, and that pigeons seemed to be living rather noisily right over our room though I doubt the hotel can do much against the tenacity of Montreal pigeons. Overall a very nice weekend spent relaxing!
A chance booking as the city was full. Its a far better option in the city centre. Its a delightful residential area with stacks of bars, cafes and restaurants. Very French, very nice, i couldnt reccomend it more highly. Theres only one point to note which may be worth noting that theres two floors and no lift, so not possibly the right place for the old and infirm.
The location and property were exactly what I was looking for in a hotel. Simple and easy to access my room, enough supplies although if I stayed one more day I would have run out of toilet paper and tissue but not sure how quickly I could have gotten these replaced. My main issue with the location was that the outdoor rooftop was closed due to a recent fire and the lower outdoor area was closed most of the time because the construction crews were working on the roof. It would have been nice to have an outdoor area to enjoy since my room did not have a balcony. I also wish someone would have contacted me about this issue and maybe offered more than a "sorry". We were looking forward to using the pool/hot tub and had no idea this wouldn't be available to us.
Couple diversion
This is a great, unexpected hotel/apartment right within walking distance of some of the best restaurants! The bus is just down the street and there are so many cute places to see as you are walking.
Le Qube is so/so
Difficult to get the door code:, Door handles were missing in the bathroom , Community room which is lovely is operated for the convenience of the staff rollup doors to another patio close at five making the patio inaccessible The neighborhood was great great restaurants great shops it might’ve been nice for the owner to have let us know what’s in the neighborhood
leQube apartment consist of a set of newly renovated apartments in the Mount Royal district of Montreal. The amenities are great and the lobby is spacious, great for reading or for enjoying free tea or coffee. An open patio with a wooden terrasse decorated with natural plants is a real oasis. On the deck, a pool/jacuzzi surrounded by comfortable chairs offers great views over the city. All the ingredients are present to make it a peaceful and restful stop. Unfortunately, unless you are a fan of loud techno music, the place is hostile with electronic music playing 24/7. The patio is not accessible during breakfast hours (unless you sleep in and have your breakfast after 9 am). The internet is very spotty and in the staff's own terms "your are out of luck" if you try to address the problem.
The modern decor and relaxing ambiance. The fact that they had no reception or on site ‘hotel staff’ made this funky yet luxurious place to stay very affordable
Excellent location, close to restaurants and the trains. Parking is tricky if you have a car. All the street signs are in French so difficult to understand. Overall very comfortable apartment!!
The space was in great condition and very comfortable. Great location and great to have an attractive space overall.
July in Plateau
Outstanding location and very comfortable!
The property was at a great location and we were able to park the car for a few days and walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and updated. The communication with staff was excellent!! Will return and definitely recommend to others.
Reserve a parking spot
The location of the apartments is cute and comfortable for a vacation. Parking was an issue, I highly reccomend reserving 1 of the 2 parking spots the le Quebec has. The street parking was residential that required parking stickers. If you do not reserve a spot you will regret it. We ended up parking 1 mile away in a parking garage. The area had a lot of tasty restaurants nearby.
What a delightful apartment and great location! The rooftop terrace was definitely the highlight. The apartment is perfect for two people, comfortable and quiet. Will definitely keep this one in my files for future reference.
Felt like home
Awesome apartments with great vibe and very private. Great area to walk and close to everything! Very much enjoyed my stay would love to come back!
The hotel is in a great location if you don’t want to be in a touristy spot. (We didn’t) The apartment was very comfortable and the WiFi worked great. This is a great spot to stay and see Montreal.
Nice neighbourhood
This is a really cute apartment. It was the perfect size for a couple nights. The decor was great and the bed really comfortable. A small kitchen and shared laundry if you need it. The neighbourhood is nice with lots of great options for food. Response time via email was really quick if we had questions. I inquired about early check in and they were able to accommodate. Even if they were not, there is luggage storage which they would provide the code to you if need be before and at the end of your stay. Unfortunately we were there in March so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the rooftop patio. The only downside I would say is if you are a light sleeper you may have trouble sleeping because of the street noise.
Didn't provide the shampoo and body wash, still didn't get them even after contacting the representative. General speaking, the place is newly renovated in an old building
Loved the neighbourhood. Easy to get around, everything was in walking distance, the Metro was close by. Apartment just needs a small fridge, would be a help.
Everything felt so thoughtful and welcoming. I really loved how modern yet homely it felt, my apartment was beautiful and clean. The plants in the lobby made me so happy and of course the croissants and coffee on Sunday were the cherry on top. I highly recommend LeQube!
I loved the setup so modern and Chic And the terrace on the roof was awesome Every thing was immaculate
Gorgeous apartments and great location
Stayed in Sept 2018 for 6 nights - apartments were lovely, clean, modern, even had smart TV with Netflix and all essentials in the kitchen. All keypad entry so no keys or reception - we had no issues with it and there was an office you could contact on email or phone if you needed. Rooftop pool and terrace was gorgeous as was lobby area. Only comment negative if anything at all is maid service for clean sheets / towel would have been great half way through with the length of our stay.
excellent
very spacious room. very modern and comfortable. very clean. great facilities. rooftop pool is fantastic. Although check in is done over the phone and there is no staff on an evening which can be slightly disconcerting, the support of the maintenance staff onsite during the day is great.
Fantastic stay
Amazing hotel!
LeQube Apartments were a great place for my boyfriend and I’s weekend get away. The rooms are quaint, clean and well kept. The rooftop terrace and lobby area with a small courtyard added nice touches to the hotel. These spaces allowed us to get out of our room and enjoy the nice weather we had! While the location isn’t ideal I would still choose this hotel over any other as it was such an enjoyable experience! The free Sunday breakfast and coffee also was very nice. Highly recommend!!!
Great hotel in a somewhat quieter area of Montreal. Only 10 minute walk from the subway, nice looking rooms, and a roof deck with a hot tub on top. Wifi was available, but had a weaker signal.
Great location with very convenient service
My In-Laws came into town and leQube is around the block. They very much enjoyed the accommodations, and I enjoyed the simplicity and service. Big thank you to Lisa from client support for making things super easy and being very friendly on the phone.
We loved the location, near a corner that was close to everything (Metro, convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops) and yet was surprisingly quiet at night. The decor was simple (think IKEA) but clean, bright, and neat. The bed was super comfortable (both the mattress and comforter) and the A/C was a lifesaver in the hot July weather (32/89 degrees outside). The rainfall-type shower was great; it would have been good to have a ledge or shelf in there to put things on. The apartment would benefit from having at least one bright light for someone who wants to read. Wi Fi worked perfectly. TV is centrally located and a bit small, but you won't be spending a lot of time watching it anyway, so it's fine. We appreciated the hair dryer, iron and decent ironing board, electric kettle, and coffee maker, and the Keurig-style coffee available in the lobby downstairs. Rooftop terrace is a lovely place to hang out. It wasn't much used by other guests while we were there, so it felt like our own private oasis. We would highly recommend leQube.
Quiet area. Not super-central, but pretty accessible. Nice residential street. The bed was a little hard. And the towels were difficult for me to reach (but then I am quite short!). But other than that, a nice little place! I liked the style of it.
Beware of Booking at leQube
Communication w/ LeQube was unacceptably POOR. Entry codes to access the apartment to be emailed to me on morning of arrival. Due to intnl phone & WiFi difficulties, not able to access email on arrival. I called the contact number & was told to check my email. I explained email problem & asked for access information over the phone. They gave me the code to my apartment and the front door (apt code plus *). This worked fine on 1st day. Spent the entire 2nd day out & returned at 11:00 pm but my front door code no longer worked. Located their WiFi network but denied access even with the correct password. NO ACCESS to email or to cell phone via WiFi. Also the phone contact #s were only available 10 am to 10 pm, & my phone didn't work without WiFi anyhow. LOCKED OUT for the night with no ability to contact management. The next a.m. I was given a backup/emergency front door code, previously not mentioned when I contacted them on arrival. I asked for a refund for the day I was not able to access my room. With barely a cursory apology, I was denied a refund. I asked to speak to the manager but she was "out of town." Does her phone not work when she is out of town? I should have received the backup code when I called, (room#* code never worked again). A 24 hr emergency # should be included w/ info. Doesn't the manager's phone work to call me back? She never bothered. Also, no access to roof/hot tub due to fire. FALSE PROMISE: do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Excellent spot in an amazing neighborhood.
The area is absolutely amazing! It’s in one of the safest, cleanest, most popular (but not busy) parts of the city. Many things are walking or biking distance (there’s a Bixi stop less than one block away)— two of the most popular parks, three of the most popular streets, and its uphill from Rue Catherine. It’s also right next to a famous french restaurant. The apartment/hotel itself is great- super clean, convenient, etc. My only complaint is that it was difficult for us to find free street parking so we moved our car twice to minimize charges (paid 15 bucks over the course of 3 days.
Fantastic location! Le Plateau Mont Royal. Lots of nice restaurants and unique boutiques, yet amazingly quiet and private. Extremly clean! Friendly and helpful staff; responsive to all questions, including sightseeing suggestions. Beautiful rooftop garden and hot tub with 360 degree view. Private courtyard. Wonderful lobby with the comforts of home (Kitchen area, computer area, big screen TV, living room chairs, plus counter facing street for people watching). Free washer dryer a plus. Looking forward to staying there again.
Beautiful and relaxing
It was everything I expected and more. Beautiful interior and very comfortable. It was nice having cool little spots in the area to try and enjoy without going to far but even then if you do venture further it’s still not that far. Staff was helpful and nice and I dont have any complaints.
Another Great Stay
We had another excellent stay, the room is lovely and has everything you need. The kitchenette is great, its nice to have a decent coffee machine and a kettle for tea! The location is great for walking around, access to the metro, and shopping. The self check-in and out is incredibly convenient, saves time and hassle.
LeQube apratments are well maintained, clean, and a wonderful place to stay when in Montreal.
LeQube was a perfect place for 4 of us to stay while visiting Montreal. The apartment is clean, well supplied with anything you might need, and located within easy walking distance of parks, the metro and wonderful restaurants and shops. We will stay here again when next in Montreal. Thank you LeQube and Montreal for a wonderful visit. Mika
Very comfortable, convenient atmosphere.
I love the concept of self catering. I can come and go as I please. Excellent value for the money. Beautiful space.
Enjoyed the location and the apartment. It had everything needed and was very clean and comfortable.
Nearly a 5 star hotel like quality and ambiance!
This was a good two day trip. The nights were quite in Le Plateau Mont-Royal. The people in the neighborhood were kind and very helpful with giving directions.
Awesome
Beautiful hotel!! The self check in was so convenient and the staff were very friendly! Only complaint is that the parking was expensive, there were only 3 spots which were across the road and not much other parking close to the building.
Trip to MTL for the Weekend
Terrible place. Even thought the location is not too bad, it still far from all the cool activities the city has to offer. the staff was terrible and was monitoring each of our moves. We regret having choosing them for our weekend as the manager and staff show us a terrible attitude!!!!!!
Great location, easy place to stay
This was our second stay at LeQube. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of lots of great bars and restaurants and a nice park, and we appreciate the ease of LeQube. We've stayed in both one of the first floor standard rooms and one of the studios - I think the extra space in the studio is well worth the higher cost. The roof terrace is nice in good weather as well.
Birthday in Montreal
We had a great stay at Le’Qube in Montreal. It was well priced, clean, well equipped and in a fabulous neighborhood! We also loved the rooftop deck and hot tub. The staff was super responsive and helpful. I will be recommending this to friends who are in the area.
Montreal weekend
Great location and neighborhood and excellent value for a short stay in Montreal
A great little spot!
My husband and I had a great time during our 2 night stay. The room was small but just what we needed, it was clean with a simple and fresh aesthetic. Our favourite part was the lobby and the outdoor courtyard! We found parking to be a bit more difficult than we'd imagined but the info/pictures in the welcome packet was helpful and our e-mail questions were responded to promptly. It was in a super cool area as well with lots of great food around (Restaurant L'Avenue was a highlight of the trip for both of us!!) Overall we had a super positive experience, would recommend to a friend, and would stay there again if we ever visit again in the future.
clean & quiet neighborhood
Although the apartment isn't located near downtown, it is right next to a street full of great restaurants. It is also relatively close to metro stations and bus stops. The apartment was clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Noisy area, but great for Plateau area
World traveling couple that stayed for 3 nights in September during our vacation in Montreal. The roof and downstairs lounge were perfect for relaxing. Close to the popular streets of Rue Saint-Denis and Boul St. Laurent as well as the park La Fontaine. Also, many good places to eat nearby. Walls were thin and we were able to hear the tv from next door. Also, our room faced the street which was loud all the time. We would recommend this place for any one that is not bothered by noisier areas and wants to be around the Plateau area.
location is fine but meant for single traveler
Location was in a good tourist area, near transit. Room was way too small though, no where to sit
Modern Hotel with Rooftop Patio
Modern and eclectic boutique hotel with a beautiful lobby and rooptop patio. Very quiet and in a great neighbourhood.
betweenness
Easily accessible, mice common space & decent room for the price, one brief moment of loudness late at night, but otherwise quiet over 3 days
Modern decor. Very clean. Great location. Rooftop
We stayed in a studio. Modern decor. Very clean. Not huge but really good enough for 2. Rooftop with rafraishing spa was the cherry on top. Location is great easy to go everywhere with the metro.
Nice stay
Enjoyed the neighborhood, lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Awesome place! Great location, just make sure to book parking at time of booking room as it is very limited
Great Apt Hotel in the heart of things to do.
the Apt was very clean, very modern with a full kitchen. We dicided to walk where ever we went. 20min. to the village, 20 min to the jazz festival, 4o min to the Bascilca. The roof top patio was a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the city. There were plenty of resturants and pubs within a 20 min walk. We enjoyed our sty very much.
Nice
Small room but very comfortable, nice decoration. Good location in a very quite place but near to restaurants a a a aaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssaaaaaaaaa
Awesome apartment with perfecta amenities in a GREAT location.
Thank you for an excellent stay!
We had the most fantastic stay at La Qube! The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us and gave us the flexibility to be able to explore Montreal as well as enjoy some of the local in-season produce that was all over the markets. Everything we needed and asked for the team was happy to provide and in a very timely manner. I would very happily stay there again!
Gorgeous rooms. AmaIng location
The staff is incredibly helpful and answer questions via e-mail very quickly. The location is amazing too! Beautiful interior
Great location and great value!
This hotel/apartment is nicely appointed with modern amenities and represents great value for Montreal. Close to some great shopping and dining, although a bit of a walk to St-Catherine street shopping district and to Old Montreal.
It was super clean. we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the friendly service with the breakfast pastries on Sunday morning. Would have loved to have a seating area in the room to eat or a microwave so we didn't have to go all the way down stairs. It would have been great if there was housekeeping every day or so because I spent some time cleaning and no space to collect dirty towels. over all it was ok and we enjoyed it.
Best Kept Secret In Montreal
This is a fabulous spot to stay in! Amazing, updated, trendy rooms. Clean and we'll cared for. Would definitely stay here anytime I am in Montreal.
Everything is awesome!!! Nice place, nice location, very well organized.
Great stay
We walked everywhere arohnd montral. Leqube staff was very prompt and helpful and accomodating. Great stay
Very nice, we would definitely stay there again if in montreal.

A bit disappointing
I did not get the email with the code at the time of my check-in. There is nobody at the property. There was nobody answering the phone. I found an email, contacted them and finally got the codes. They told me that they sent the email but it was held up by Expedia. There were a few things that neede attention in the room (electric socket, towel hanger, shower door) and the wall AC was not working, so there was a mobile AC that was working but taking a lot of floor space. The location is nice with many restaurants in walking distance and there is free parking in the the streets around though the signs can be confusing, but the hotel has a brochure with nice explanations.
