Lovely bar area to relax in

Very nice hotel right in the center of everything. Friendly staff.

This hotel was very well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were great. It was walking distance to the night markets. I would definitely stay here again.

Going the extra mile

From the moment I arrived i received a warm and friendly welcome. I arrived three hours nefore check in but the reception checked me in, stored my bags and i cane back when my room was available. Food and drinks were excellent amd served with a smile.

The property is placed at a very convenient location. Within a walking distances you can find lots of dining options and the major temples. The car parking space was very comfortable a convenient. I would suggest to improve the size of the safe box in the room, and also improving the pool chairs.

My two young adult daughters and I loved this property. The staff were so kind and helpful with any questions we had. The room was always cleaned and sticked well. The nicest lady helped us with some tours and was so friendly. Definitely recomment staying here!

No hair conditioner

The hotel was nice and offered what we needed during our stay. It lacked hair conditioner for some reason.

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is immaculate. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and is surrounded by a healthy garden. Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast has a lot of variety for all cultures and is served at the onsite cafe. The onsite tour desk is well managed with english speaking staff. Tour prices are very reasonable. We will return

Chiang Mai Nice Stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and had a comfy bed. The restaurant attached to the hotel had very good food.

Very friendly staff and well-appointed property. Inside the Old City so you can walk to a lot of bars and restaurants. There is a breakfast buffet on-site with eggs made-to-order.

The bed was quite hard but the overall experience was fantastic!

Very nice hotel in the heart of the old town, walking distance to all attractions. The rooms are large with terraces and extremely clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Good hotel in convenient area, Big room, good restaurant. The couch needed to be replaced, not comfortable at all. Fridays and Saturdays the place next door played VERY loud music until midnight.

Loved our stay here - from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with great service and smiles. The staff was always helpful and always friendly - A great start to our trip in Thailand. In the heart of Chiang Mai and everything is walkable and easy to get a cab. The massage parlor across the street was fantastic! The food around the area, also great! Our only complaints were that the view from our room was non existant and the ac unit was a little weak. Loved this hotel though and would recommend it to anyone!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Le Naview @Prasingh Hotel. My room was excellent, with a nice balcony, and completely fulfilled my travel needs in Chiang Mai. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the adjoining hotel cafe, and the location of the hotel in old Chiang Mai was perfect - walking distance from many excellent and reasonably priced restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport, dropping off laundry, etc. All in all, I loved the hotel and really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be back the next time I visit Chiang Mai!

We loved our stay at La Naview. It was the perfect location for us in the Old City of Chiang Mai. Easy to pickup a tuk tuk if we wanted to explore further. Walking distance to the Sunday Night Market. Great rooms. Lovely pool. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Always a smile to greet you.

A good place to stay with strong value for money

My girlfriend and I stayed here during the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak. We had planned to visit Chiang Mai and see what it had to offer. Thankfully, with everything shutting down, we chose this hotel, because it has a built-in restaurant which served a full menu with extended hours. The room was spacious and clean and had a variety of channels on the TV to watch, so we could keep informed. We both agreed that we want to revisit the city once the virus has gone, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Great hotel reasonably priced and close to everything. Great Tuk Tuk driver stationed out front every morning as well. Excellent breakfast!!

This hotel was in a great location within the old city walls. The staff was friendly, and there was a nice open air lobby area which made for a nice place to gather with our friends. My only complaint about this hotel was related to our room itself. There was no hot water and there was an unbearable smell of sewer coming from somewhere in the bathroom. At one point I had to run to the seven 11 to get spray and scented candle but that did not help. Our friends stayed in a room a couple doors down and they had no issues with smells or hot water. It was just our room.

Everything is good: the room is spacious and clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful, the location is good, the buffet breakfast is nice. The only problem is there is no hot water but just warm water for shower, I felt cold every time after shower. Hope they could fix this problem or I think I would not come back though all other things are good... Thanks!

Perfect place to stay in chiang mai. Right in the center of old town near the principal temples. Good restaurant in the lobby and staff very friendly. We loved the woman that sells the excursions. We buyed 2 excursions and they offered the return by taxi to the airport. Perfect choice with great ratio quality/price

Nice comfortable hotel. Good WiFi, in the heart of Chiang Mai. Staff were attentive without being overbearing. Would highly recommend except breakfast buffet had cold eggs and cold bacon on a few days, but omelets were very good, so overall a good hotel

A complete hotel for a night in Chiang Mai

A great hotel for your money's worth!! It's situated in a great location with lots of places to eat at around it at within 2 to 10 min walking distance. Gotta mention their breakfast on point!! Very fresh and great taste!

We just stayed here one night and our flight didn't get in until late and we had to leave early in the morning for a tour. However, we wished we were able to stay longer because the hotel was so nice and went beyond our expectations. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and it was in a great location. Would definitely like to stay again if the opportunity arises.

Nice small hotel

There are lots of nice small places to eat very close by to the hotel. We ate breakfast each morning, there was everything you could want for a small hotel. Good value for money.

Breakfast is included, which is great, but coffee and tea is awful! Eat the food and ignore this part and go to one of Chiang Mai’s many coffee shops for a decent cup of coffee.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Large room, good wi fi and ac. When booking and staying on first floor, recommend you ask for a room on the side otherwise you face a large bamboo fence which makes the room dark.

Good base for Chiang Mai visit

Nice newer hotel that was a good base for our visit. Staff and tour desk lady were great. We snacked at restaurant in front of hotel and food and service was good. Only knock is pool and pool area was small so we only used it once in the four days we stayed there. Having said that we would recommend.

The front desk was so helpful, room was reasonably priced and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The property manager always had an eye whether it was our tour car picking us up or if we were having issues with our moped. They want to make sure your experience is seamless. Would highly recommend!

What a great couple of days spent in Chiang Mai. Le Naview and their team did an awesome job of catering to my needs. The hotel is located in one of the corners of the Old City, not too far away from the Night Bazaar which is a must see. Also conveniently located 10-15 mins of a cab ride to and from the airport. There is a massage parlor directly across the street from Le Naview which is mother and daughter owned that offers traditional Thai massages and foot massages. I did the foot massage and it was a wonderful relaxing experience. The mother and daughter who own and operate it were extremely kind and welcoming. Definitely worth visiting. And super cheap too - my 1 hour foot massage was just about $7. Also, there is a restaurant called Mamory which is located a couple bloacks down the main road which is right off the to the side of the hotel (at the traffic light). Go there! The food is fresh and healthy with amazing Khao Soi - which is a staple dish of the northern Thai region! I never found the time to use the pool at Le Naview but it did look clean and relaxing same with the rooms - all spacious and comfortable/clean. The breakfast at the cafe that was attached to the hotel was good as well. I had no issues with WiFi as the signals were very strong my entire stay. All in all, Le Naview was a great experience as was Chiang Mai and I would definitely stay at this hotel again! A huge thanks to Le Naview and everyone in Chiang Mai for the amazing trip!

Decent hotel for the price

You get what you pay for. It's a 3 star hotel so don't expect 4-5 star cleanliness. The staff did a great job of keeping things clean in common areas but the rooms need a thorough cleaning.

Amazing hotel! We stayed for 4 nights. Huge rooms and great value for money. Great location and friendly staff! We arrived at 9am because of an overnight bus &room wasn’t meant to be ready until 2 but the staff were amazing and gave us the key to the room at 10!! Amazing hotel - everything you could need. Wifi abit slow at times and shower not very hot but that’s me being very picky.

Pretty good location.make sure you are there for the Sunday market.the hotel is not far from it.

Nice hotel, great staff but their was an issue. Electricity in the rooms can only run with the key, so the air conditioning could not run if you were not in the room nor could you charge anything while out of the room.

Nice hotel in midst of old city

The location is great. The rooms are well maintained and clean. However we were given ground floor room which had no view whatsoever. The breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

unpleasure experience

shock that the hotel is out of electricity three times in one night, one lasted a few seconds, one lasted ten more minutes and one lasted 45 minutes, it is very inconvenient and we see other building in the street did not have this problem, we felt uncomfortable and insecure. There was a big spider in the room as well.

Cute hotel. Cute neighborhood

My friend and I were just in Chiang Mai from Songkran and arrived a few days earlier than when we were going to be meeting a larger group of people. The larger group would be moving to a different hotel, so this stay was for a few days while we waited. The hotel was clean and super cute. They upgraded me for some reason without charging extra so no complaints there. The pool was on the small side, my friend complained that it wasn't warmer but I thought the temperature was fine (she's also kind of baby about that kind of stuff). The restaurant on the ground floor was OK for like quick bites and breakfast. What I really loved most was the neighborhood. The neighborhood was walking friendly with lots of little shops and and restaurants near by. We checked out on the first day of Songkran, so didn't get to see what the neighborhood was like at full scale Songkran. I really wanted to come back to see what it was like during day 2. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would book again. This neighborhood really made me fall in love with Chiang Mai

Charming hotel with an Arty vibe

Nice large painting in room. Breakfast sets to choose from, with a simple salad n fruits bar. Mostly young and pleasant staff. Love the cafe/breakfast area. Small n cosy with more seatings outdoor, facing a nice little garden and elevated from the street level. Stayed in room on the ground level with windows facing the car park, able to hear motor sounds late in the night. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has a great location. If you didn’t book anything for advance, there was a girl booking all kind of tours.

Nice hotel close to night market

We check in the hotel late, but the staff was very helpful and everthing went smoothly. This hotel is close to 7 eleven and night market. Some nice and cheap foods around.

Best Hotel I’ve ever stayed in in Thailand

Traveled to many places in Asia and this is the first hotel I’ve stayed in that everything is made to Western standards. Everything worked as it should and no cheap short cuts.

Good location

Hotel is near to many famous temples, easy to get taxi if you would like to go ninman too. Overall is good. Wish could have gym & laundry facilities in future.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful hotel, perfect location. Nice big room with a Modern touch. The pool is a bit cold as it doesn't get much sun all day long just in the afternoon but perfect to refresh. The restaurant at the hotel is very yummy.

Modern hotel downtown Chiang Mai

Front desk staff professional and helpful. Called an "Uber" for me and saved me lots of money! Breakfast good and cafe staff also great.
