You definitely stay here again. Nice hot tub and pool
We won’t be coming back.
Facility is not properly maintained. Had a broken window in the dead of winter, and rooms were not cleaned properly that our entire family had an allergic reaction.
Please do better
It was great other than the hot tub not working correctly
Very convenient hotel. Didn’t like to pay for parking and hot tub was broken
Great stay!
It’s very close to the mountain. However, the $10 extra charge to park on the properties own lot and $25 per person cost for a basic breakfast seems high to me. My son liked playing pool. We would have liked to try to the hot tub but it was overrun with guests and dogs.
Convenient and clean
The hot tub was NOT accessible for our stay( heat not on, cold, both fireplaces not burning, ran out of wood??? They actually charged us to park on the property .
Comfortable good location
An excellent hotel / amazing staff
Best staff EVER!! Tracy the manager is professional, caring, helpful, kind, and made our family trip our best ever. She is warm and made us feel at home and always helped us. Her front desk colleague Alex was so sweet and friendly. It was my birthday and he made sure that it felt special. So kind both of them. The housekeeping staff - Enrique and Adrian and others are helpful friendly always ready with an extra towel or a smile. Buffet staff for breakfast Kevin and others started our ski days with yummy healthy great food before hitting the slopes the restaurant area was clean beautiful everyone here it is dynamite. We love this place.
Hotel is good in general, staff very friendly and I should mention Paulo and Isabely as the stars. Breakfast expensive for what is offered. The worse was the maintenance which is null… sink clogged and no hot water for one entire day… hot pool closed for the entire week so if you book the hotel to enjoy it pls call and make sure it’s opened.
Super convenient to ski slopes. The hot tub was not functioning, also water was out when we arrived. Water was murky & cold through the next day once it started working. Check in for 1 of the rooms out of the 2 we reserved, was well past check in time.
Be aware that Parking cost $10/day. Front desk knows little their business. We left a winter coat in the hotel, the next day we went back to find it. The front deck staff has zero patient, without checking, told us nothing was turned in. But we tried our luck and walked in the lobby and happen ti see the coat was hanging right in their office. No big deal. But cold.
Staff is very friendly. It was clean but very old for a Hilton. The AC to the gym never worked and for the quality it seems overpriced buybinthinknits bc it's close to the ski resort. It definitely needs to be more updated . Overall, it's just ok when I compare to other Hilton's. Usually other Hilton's have a special lounge with appetizers and drinks for Gold members but this one doesn't.
There is no shuttle instead of bus to ski resort.
As a re-occurring customer, I am sad to say this hotel is not what it used to be. Killington is a beautiful mountain to ski and visit, but the next time my family comes back we will be choosing another place to stay. What was different from the last time we had come was the quality of the amenities that are highly desired/expected when spending $300 a night, such as: 1. Having the basic necessity of hot water. 2/4 nights we had to wait hours for the hot water to be working. 2. Paying for an outdoor hot tub that withstands cold weather. Again, 2/4 days we were asked to “wait patiently” for the hot tub to warm up or that it was just “down for the day.” 3. No buffet breakfast or coffee/hot chocolate available. While the other disappointments are more prominent than this one, we were specifically let down because we called in advance to ask about it and they had stated it is still there…. It is not. 4. When reporting our disappointments about the amenities to the manager, my family (as well as other parties staying at this hotel) were told we should not be upset about the lack-there-of of amenities and to me patient. My family and others feelings were blown off. There is poor communication between management and staff.
This experience was not consistent with other high end Hiltons.
Clean rooms great lobby decent food, amazing employees
They charge you for everything. The staff was very rude and inattentive. They made my group feel very unwelcome.
Breakfast buffet it use to be good But so much has changed No bacon in buffet not even a spot for a lot of stuff was missing and sit wasn’t as good as it had been in past The buffet was a huge part of my family’s choice to stay here and it is not the same not sure what I may do now in future
Very nice hotel, close to the killington, would recommend.
We stayed here years ago when it was The Inn of the Six Mountains. It was the coldest and unwelcoming hotel we ever stayed at! Now the Killington Mountain Lodge under Hilton, it was warm, welcoming and the staff could not do more to make the customer stays outstanding! Definitely recommend!!!
We enjoyed our stay at the Killington Mountain Lodge and would definitely recommend it! The hot tub is awesome, the food/drinks served are good, the staff is super friendly, and the hotel itself was really nice. Super convenient location for skiing too.
Great experience! It was a lot of fun around the pool table or the fire pit outside. We loved it! It was great to have our dog with us everywhere around the hotel. Everything is very clean and in modern design. The only downside was that the restaurant dinner menu is limited to 5 options and there is no breakfast, just a Starbucks kiosk with coffee and muffins. We will go back!
I had a lovely time. Staff was great and helpful.
Wonderful lodge; a little older. Had luke warm water to shower; overall nice views with great dining options in the area.
This property is not suitable to be a Hilton. I had the following issues : - Rude staff at the front desk. - No coffee in the room. - Unclean room and bathroom. - Room service did not make the bed. - Pool was closed. - No breakfast. They only had a snack bar. Also they had a breakfast buffet but only for the tour bus people. - Not much onsite food options. The bar and restaurant was open only from 6-9 pm with very limited food options and no beer on draft. - Overall a terrible and sub-par experience. - Price gauging. I was charged about $400 a night whereas the rates are from $100-$200 a night on an average.
Mountain lodge inn for the beast Spartan race
The mountain lodge inn was a wonderful place to visit. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had a fantastic view of the golf course, hill side and hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We’d stay there again any time.
Rooms were comfortable and close walking/biking distance to area restaurants.
Best place to sleep but not the best view from the window
Excellent property. Wasn’t aware that dogs were allowed or would have requested a room away from a neighboring barking dog. Otherwise excellent.
paying to park
If you’re staying in the area, this is where you want to stay! Low key, chill… pet friendly! They have a Starbucks in the lobby! The moment you walk in, it smells like you’ve been transported to a magical forrest. It smells woody and high end and the room smells like it too! The linens and bed were so comfortable, huge TV in the room. Honestly I stayed at an Airbnb later in my trip and all I wanted to do was come back here!
Weekend getaway Disappointment
Our stay started with very easy check-in service at front desk at 3PM. Noticed no other patrons or employees on a Friday afternoon which was awfully strange. We went to our room and found that it was a handicapped room with no tub. We decided to go for a swim and found out both pools were out of service except there was a hot tub in the courtyard, so we decided to relax in that. After that, we were going to go shower for dinner, only to find out there was no hot water for showers. Another patron had told us they had no hot water since Tuesday. We found out later that night the hot water problem was fixed. I noticed there was a nice pool table so I decided to play a few games and noticed the felt was full of stains and obviously not taken care of. The table was lobsided as balls would automatically roll towards one side of table. I decided to get us a couple bottles of water from the small concession near the front office but there was none and nobody was at the front desk. About 5 minutes later, someone showed up and gave us a couple complimentary waters from the back office. We tried to locate ice machine but there was none on 1st floor and had to go to the 2nd floor to get ice. The following morning, we were going to have the complimentary breakfast buffet but was told they no longer offer that. We did have a couple coffees from Starbucks which cost us $13.00 since we tried to make coffee in the room but the coffee tray did not fit into the coffee maker we had.
Checked in and learned there was no hot water. When I asked they were very no big deal. After the problem was fixed I was offered a discount of $100. This was later taken back as I booked with Expedia.
Disappointing Experience
My husband and I checked into our hotel. What we were supposed to have was a king size bed room, balcony, with a Mountain View. We tried to check in, in person, about 1.5 hours early. We were told “That type of room isn’t available yet”. We left, had a lunch, and waited until the 4pm check in time. When we returned I was told, because I booked through a 3rd party site, they(hotels.com) oversold” The room we booked and paid for was sold out. They said we would be “reimbursed the difference”. The room we were given was about as far from the room we booked. 2 double beds, no balcony to sit on, we could stand??, the view is of the courtyard, no privacy and our room is directly across from the elevator!!! Our goal was to get away and relax, this is anything but. They never adjusted the bill. My husband went to speak with the staff at the desk. One employee said “sorry”, the other never looked up from her phone. I chatted with a virtual Hotels.Com agent for quite some time, there no resolution. The agent was unable to contact the hotel.
Spa n Fire pit
The early shift receptionist had a sour personality. Asked for early checkin and got a head shake with a “absolutely no” response, nothing else. Came back an hour later, after shift change. New girl very friendly and welcoming. Hot tub/Spa and fire pit were outstanding. Right next to each other with nice lighting are memorable.
Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough about the great service I received.
I paid for breakfast with my reservation and they didn't have breakfast. The only breakfast was Starbucks. No restaurants in the area were open in the morning. Also very limited hot water.
They were able to accommodate us when we made 2 reservations so we didnt have to check out snd back in again. Very helpful staff
Great stay!
I couldn’t shower NO HOT WATER!!!! I was in a schedule and had no time to waste or even complain.
Clean, well appointed, comfortable stay. Staff were polite and courteous, with some good local recommendations. Would happily stay again.
Don’t pre-pay for breakfast
Check with the hotel directly before adding the breakfast option to your booking A sign on the front desk states that the kitchen is currently closed. A Starbucks cart offers a few options between $5-10, nothing gluten free if you needed. I’m out-of-pocket for a breakfast I paid for but didn’t get. Hotel room was fine, service average. We were woken for a fire alarm at 4am and evacuated for an hour. No acknowledgement from staff on checkout or apology offered.
Dry nice place
Thanks for the nice stay.
First room had a clogged sink. Second room had a skylight and no blinds so at 5 a.m. we were awoken by sunshine in the room! Shower leaked onto floor. Air conditioner vent hits the bed. Pillow case had yellow stain.
Very professional and courteous staff. Very clean and modern.
Great location. Expedia needs to do a better job of communicating with the hotel on which amenities the hotel has open. It was advertised this has an outdoor pool/hot tub which were both closed for repairs. We booked the hotel due to these being advertised and would have likely booked elsewhere. Overall a good stay near Killington.
Our stay was great. They had live music, restaurant on site, bar and other accommodations. There are several restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus it is quiet. Perfect for a weekend getaway.
Fun and quaint place, great place for families!
Nice location in the mountains near Killington for a weekend get away
Great Location
Conveniently located near the mountain. Hilton did a good job updating the condition of the property. Breakfast should still be complimentary (not worth what they’re charging).
Feedback about stay
I was on vacation i always stay at this hotel cause we like it in killington and also the only downside was that the 1 week i was on vacation i thought we would have a pool to swim and we did not have a pool or jacuzzi what a shame. But iverall it was great clean rooms nice amenities.
This hotel is horrible. There was no water for one full day of our stay. The hotel staff was unapologetic about the situation. We were not offered any compensation, not even free bottles of water to drink. The entire hotel stinks. The elevator smells like melting crayons. The linens smell like they were washed in dirty water. The hallways are musty. The hot tub didn’t have any water in it. The breast bar costs $25 per person but serves the same food you would expect at a free Hilton breakfast. The hotel staff are disheveled and uninterested. The bathroom faucets are so cheap and poorly designed that you can’t wash your hands or face in the sink. They are too close to the edge that the water just runs down the side of the sink. The floors are dirty. The showers are dirty. There are dead end stairways that are marked as exits. Totally unsafe. The fitness center is unusable. There was reliable WiFi. But you can get that almost anew here. Stay away. Go anywhere else. Hilton should be ashamed to be associated with this place. Disgusting.
There was no water in the hotel when we woke up in the morning. Staff was apologetic but wouldn't adjust the bill. The extra $10 charge to park at this location is nothing but price gouging from a hotel that is already overpriced. I have never left a negative review prior to this, but they couldn't pay me to stay at this hotel again. Overall everything at the property looked nice but having to leave without the ability to even get a shower is completely unacceptable. The water problem was a hotel problem, not a community wide outage.
Water in our sink was not working properly our first night, maintenance did come the next day and fixed this but we were never offered any complementary bottles of water for drinking or brushing teeth the first night. The Starbucks coffee counter was closed the whole time we were there. The hot tub spa did not have working jets and there was a dirty band aid on the bottom.
Nice buffet
Ski get away
Nice hotel close to Killington. Utilized the jacuzzi outside. There was live music in the bar.
Great place to stay. Highly recommended.
This was a wonderful stay. Everyone, from front desk check in, to bartender, to Starbucks barista were warm, inviting, friendly, and helpful. The room was spotless. Appointed as advertised, and well cared for each day. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed overall.
The spirit and ambiance of this hotel was amazing. Loved it
Good hotel. Rooms and bathrooms do need updating
Hot tub
Friendly
We just left today and I was looking forward to sharing this review! This was our third time staying there, and each time prior was great. But this time was a bit different! The staff all throughout the lodge were more than polite and professional, they were very heartwarming, down to earth, and personable. Now, my initial expectations are for staff are to be polite, helpful, and professional. To mentiona few, the front desk staff, the bar tender, and the waitress coving the dinning room. I believe they have a great team there, and you can see it. This includes the two cleaning individuals that were taking care of my floor this past Wednesday. They were extremely personable and pleasant as well. Lastly, I will mention the chief. The breakfast as well as the dinner were both Delicious! My husband actually lists the breakfast as one of the highlights to his trip! 👌
Bed was comfortable and clean
This was our second stay here and it was great again! Friendly staff at reception and a clean, comfortable room! Would definitely recommend, especially if you’re skiing at Killington due to its close proximity to the mountain.
Clean, up to date and very friendly staff
Great place to stay and great staff!
For 730 bucks, pretty underwhelming. That was an "eclipse price," of course. Still, the place was ok, but nothing special, for sure. The "bar" and gathering places seemed a bit creepy to me. Hardly a "ski-chalet" vibe.
Fine place if you get it cheap
Bit weird with skylight in room not having covering, which is fine if you don't want to sleep in, but that should get resolved (it's a bit quirky and would be annoying if you had kids). Place is overall fine, clean but shower head way too low as example. For shooting up w/o kids to go and ski, it's fine. Walls not super quiet but not terrible.
This property is perfect for any skiers or riders looking for a place close to the mountain, restaurants, and shops. Staff here was very friendly and accommodating.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and with great amenities.
This is a great place to stay while skiing at Killington! The only bad thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear if you have loud neighbors, it didn’t bother us though. Overall a clean, comfortable hotel.
They didn't have hot water for a whole night. It was really hard since you need a shower after a whole day of skiing/riding
Great Location. Great Hot Tub. Good Breakfast. Shower water pressure marginal. Pool table is nice touch. The tiny fire in the lobby fireplace should be 5x larger and the elevator needs to be 5x faster. I will be back, with my entire family, next year.
My room wasn’t ready until 7pm. Bathroom sink was clogged. Lack of hot water in shower. Bartenders were very nice.
I never went. Could not purchase a lift ticket. Tried for over a half an hour. Kept being told incorrect password. No one to talk to. It's insane that this happened. How hard & complicated can they make buying a Lift Ticket
We been staying here for years , always enjoy our stay. Love the game room and fireplace !!!
The property is nice and the room is nice. Our room even has a skylight which is very nice during the day. However, there is no blind to cover the skylight and it’s so bright in the morning and you won’t be able to sleep in after 7am. And we had a next door Neighbour one night screaming very loud and woke us up.
check in staff was excellent and kind
Stay was amazing as always, not happy with Hotels.com because i reserved 2 rooms and they only had one room reserved. Thankfully they were able to still accommodate our group and we had a wonderful time!
Disgusting.
The bed was hard as a floor. The toilet was filthy. Feces still in the bowl. The colors in the bathroom were like a subway. I tried to check out after the first night they would not refund my second night stay.
great place and easy to get too the slopes!!!
Enjoyed the lounge, bartender and billiards table… did not like that both the pool and hot tub were closed without notification… very disappointed after a day of skiing. We were looking forward to soak our aching muscles and were very disappointed that the hot tub was closed for 2 days( the whole time we were there… ) without notice.
The hot tub wasn’t working even though we called ahead to ask. The dead bolt on our room did not work. The breakfast should be included. Even though recently remodeled, the shower was moldy and had hair in it when we arrived. Only one elevator was working. The door on the stairs To the courtyard locked and was not accessible from the outside.
Room was nice. Toilet Flush and shower drain was weak. My only major issue was the sneaky $25/person mediocre breakfast buffet that you don't realize you're going to be charged for until you go to leave and get handed a receipt to list your name and room number. There was no warning that they were not offering a complimentary breakfast to guests which was the expectation when booking.
Loved the pup-friendly policies and staff; proximity to Killington; the chic decor; the large, outdoor hot tub; and the common areas and bar where children, dogs and adults could gather comfortably. We were sad that the indoor pool was closed and that breakfast was $25 extra per adult. There is a small Starbucks stand downstairs in the lobby and a tiny market, which we did not visit. Beds were comfortable and we had no issues with noise. (The smell of bacon in the morning did effectively wake up the pup and ergo us, though. :) Small exercise room, but we didn't need it as we spent our days skiing. Note: They may be understaffed right now. We had cleaning service on one day of our stay, but not on the others. This wasn't a huge deal to us, but I suspect it may be an issue for many others.
Updated rooms.
Hot tub was cold , indoor pool out of service
Satisfactory Stsy
It’s a nice hotel and the room was clean upon arrival; however, we were there for 5 days and the room was not cleaned. There were issues with the hot tub and it was disappointing to come back after a day of skiing and it not be open. The bar staff was excellent but there was no entertainment so we started out own karaoke party. That was the highlight of our stay.
Checked in from Tuesday to Thursday while skiing in Killington. It was perfect. Outdoor hot tub was great. Buffet breakfast was excellent
Hot tub needs to be allowed for late check ins
Excellent value on the Killington Road, close to the ski slopes. Plenty of parking, and the entire facility was recently rehabilitated.
Run down, poor service
On Friday evening there was a leak in the upstairs great room by the dining area next to the pool table. When we alerted the desk they said it’s fine. We had to say no it is running water-not a drip they took notice. The next day the leak was through to the down stairs lobby. This issue Continued all weekend. Forcing them to cancel breakfast on Sunday and Monday. The fireplaces never were turned on- when asked they said they did not get their wood delivered. We understood the pool was unusable but the hot tub was working. The problem was there were never any towels available to ripple coming out of a heavily used hot tub. Leaving guests standing in the great room dripping wet, making the floor wet(where there was no working fireplace)guests aside from ourselves were Frustrated- everytime people asked for towels the staff member rolled his eyes like it was a giant inconvenience. Sorry it’s not green but people are cold and wet! His Attitude was poor. Baseball cap, tall with glasses. There was a black out Saturday evening where there was a slow response from the staff with the exception being the bartender who proceeded to put battery candles on each table for all the guests she was good. The elevators kept breaking, during checkout they did not work nor did anyone offer assistance to carry out luggage.I called 4 times to speak with the managers and kept getting the run around. The last person was rude and hung up on me. It’s run down but has potential. Poor service.
Convenient and clean
Nice weekend visit
The hotel was clean especially for being a pet friendly hotel. It was nice to come back to a comfortable stay after a day on the mountain, Although the bar service was subpar and the hot tub was only open 1 out of 2 nights don’t let that discourage a stay here! Very convenient and within walking distance to restaurants and bars.
Great

Great place, helpful staff! However, miscommunication with the bus schedule… make sure to stand on correct side of road when using bus*
