Todo excelente!

Property well maintained...personnel very helpful....everything was nice ..will recommend to my friends...
Although room was clean, its maintenance was very basic. Could not take a bath since bathtub drain could not be close. And the toilet was clogged and they never came to fix it. It was like that since i got the room. There were a few service oriented people that tríed to make everything better.
The property looks it was built on the '80s. I think the premises was remodeling many years ago. Dining restaurants and bathrooms look very old. the bathroom has a bad smell like a sewage wastewater, furniture on premises in most areas warned, cracking. the rooms with appliances with door rotten, lamps lights must be replaced concrete blocks a lot of holes on the hallways on the sidewalks. This hotel stuff are very friendly, very nice. happy face all the time
We had an awesome experience! Everything was great!
Excelent customer service
Everything is right there. And the train service to the beach was always available.
Great staff
I loved my stay here. Staff & service were all amazing. Very nice, helpful, & resourceful. If I ever come back to DR, Bahia would be my pick again!!!
Very friendly & fun staff
I liked multiple resorts that we could explore. The only problem was the mosquitoes are everywhere, day and night you cannot run away! Something needs to be done about that
Good place to be.
Nice room and nice pools. The biggest complaint would be lack of ala carte restaurant dining opportunities. We have stayed at 15 all inclusive hotels in Mexico and Jamaica and were able to have make reservations every night except one other resort
AMAZING!!!!!! GO !
Horrible, They did not spray for mosquitos the food was horrible. Beds were so disgusting we had to checkout .
The property had some updates but was overall nice. The staff was amazing—very attentive and always willing to help. The food was great, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. My only complaint is that the pools and beach close at 6 PM, which feels too early, especially in the summer when there’s daylight until 8 PM.
No good liquor no quality drinks Regular food
We had a great stay.
Clean, wonderful staff, property old
On the second night of our stay, at 1 AM, we were abruptly woken up by something biting us in bed. When we turned on the lights, we were horrified to find both beds crawling with insects that resembled termites—under the pillows, between the sheets, on the walls, and even the ceiling. It was truly disgusting and beyond anything we ever expected from a supposedly reputable resort. We were forced to change rooms in the middle of the night, completely disrupting our rest. To make matters worse, we had a pre-booked tour to Santo Domingo that morning, departing at 6 AM. Needless to say, the complete lack of sleep made what should have been an enjoyable experience an exhausting ordeal. As if that wasn’t enough, on our final night, the electricity in our room went out. After another long day touring, we were completely drained and looking forward to a good night’s sleep before our long journey home. Instead, we were left dealing with yet another stressful, uncomfortable situation when all we wanted to do was rest. This experience was utterly unacceptable and left us feeling frustrated, exhausted, and regretful that we chose Bahia Principe for our vacation.
It was good but The rooms are poor
CAN'T SAY ANYTHING I DISLIKED😍
Rooms are the worst part of the hotel. They have to upgrade it ASAP.
The beach being so far away. The staff were extremely friendly and did a wonderful job no matter their function.
Enjoyed the area and staff was excellent.
We were at Bahia principe grand turquesa last month and a lot of the reviews referred it to a low budget resort, but I thought it was lovely. We had great service, the rooms were nice, bright and spacious (cleaned good daily) , food was good with lots of variety and a different theme every night for dinners, there was always something around to snack on throughout the day, entertainment was fun, grounds and pools were super clean, and the drinks were great! I didn’t have one complaint. We especially appreciated the awesome bartenders who work hard and made every day so fun: Lidiana, Erickson, and Ercilia. The entertainment staff all deserve a shoutout for the poolside fun they offer every day. I also liked that we could explore the Bahia grand Punta Cana. The beach is a bit far but it wasn’t as bad as I thought. There’s little shuttles that come around so often, longest we had to wait was 3 minutes. The kids enjoyed the water park and it’s really nice to have a snack bar and drinks offered right beside it. Lots of loungers around for parents while the kids enjoy the slides. Very clean! We aren’t picky people, but this place went above and beyond. 10/10!
Old resort but clean and well maintained. Reasonable prices. Pool for children.
Awesome would definitely recommend
Love Bahia principe this is my fifth time coming back. 2 thing that I dislike about this trip was there is alot of mosquitos and all pools close at 6pm it's to early and your are being force to get out
What youd expect in a tropical resort. Loved it.
Always something to do. Can easily go to other areas if you dont like what was offered t your resort. Great for family.
Very nice staff and clean, although it is the most difficult from the beach of all the hotels at the Bahia Principe, nothing to do outside the resort in the area so no reason to leave
🙏
Facilities need care. Staff was not as caring are you would expect.
Turquesa quieter but further from beach. Fantastic vacation
I would have enjoyed this property is it was more to do. I did enjoy going during Dominican Republic independence
Incredible time with the family! Better than Majestic!
The property was great, most everything was close, and it made it easier. The thing we didn't like was the handicap chairs at the beach. Every time we tried to use them; they were taken with chairs piled on top. My husband even went down at 6am to try and get two chairs and they were already taken. Maybe some way you could sign up for them so we could have sat at the beach for one day.
I was initially disappointed with the service at check-in, as Kenia in the lobby was not very friendly, which set a bit of a negative tone for the start of my stay. However, things improved after that, and the rest of the experience was quite enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are well-maintained. The staff at the food venues were friendly and attentive, which made dining a positive experience. The food was good with a decent variety, and I was satisfied with the meals throughout my stay. On the downside, the entertainment options were limited. The resort doesn’t offer much in terms of activities or shows, so if you're looking for lively entertainment, this may not be the place for you. The beach and pool area were good.
WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN! Firstly, the segregation at the resort is TOO MUCH. As a paying customer and a human being, I deserve respect. I stayed in Bahia Príncipe Grand Turquesa for 5 days. This is one of the 6 other resorts located at the Bahia Príncipe Grand resorts. As a guest of Bahia Turquesa, I was faced with so many challenges starting from; 1). I could not stay nor swim at the beach because there were sections belonging to different hierarchy. yes you heard it, BEACH SECTIONS just like you see at the club. As a Turquesa member, I was directed to an unknown location far away from the main beach/bus stop to go look for the section belonging to other Turquesa members. In case you’re wondering, I didn’t find my section after 5 mins of searching and asking questions from snobby staff. I had to give up going to the beach throughout my stay because I was chased around by staff saying “you don’t belong here”. Can you imagine that! On the day of my parasailing, I wanted to take a quick video at the “premium” section as it was close to the parasailing site. I was approached by 3 different staff to leave the area. I had to yell at 3 of them to back off. Yh, avoid Bahía if you don’t want to be thrown around like used toilet paper. 2). The buffet restaurant is small for a large population of Turquesa members. You have to line up in the heat before they can find a table for you. Whereas, in the other resorts, it’s big enough to accommodate everyone. I had to skip breakfast
This was my second time at this location. My prior stay was at the Luxury Ambar but this time we stayed at Turquesa to see if there was a big difference from Grand and Luxury. I would definitely spend the extra money to stay in the Luxury resorts. Small differences between the two but really make the difference for me. Turquesa is the furthest from the beach so it’s almost 1km each way but there are available shuttles to hop on so that was never an issue, just something to note. If you stay at Turquesa, you have access to Grand Punta Cana pools and bar and we personally stayed at the Punta Cana pool closest to the beach. You just had to eat at your own buffet within the resort you booked with. There were snack bars near the beach but we did not eat there. The quality of food and service is the biggest difference. You’re among a lot more people so service is slower. Staff are still generally really nice but not like Luxury. The buffet was good. I was always satisfied with my meals but it wasn’t great. There wasn’t a huge selection. We also only had 2 dinners for the 5 days we were there. We ate at the Garden Grill steakhouse and the Mikado which was a hibachi style dinner and we both really enjoyed but I wouldn’t re-visit Garden Grill again. Entertainment was good, nothing crazy but always something to do. Beautiful beach but finding chairs was not an easy task. Wake up early or you will not get a chair after 9am. Overall, you get what you paid for and worth it to upgrade!
Extremely dated. Not many food options for gluten free vegetarian
The staff was great. We had a great experience
An enjoyable experience.
The stay in Bahia Principle Grand Turquesa was good. It was roughly 30 mins from the Airport and 15 mins from Downtown Punta Cana. When entering the gates the complex is very large consisting of several resorts. The grounds are beautiful with a tropical feel and exceptionally clean. The pools are large and enjoyable and the buffets are tasty. Alcohol/cocktail drinks were not so good, cheap and watered down. I would advise going to the beach earlier in the morning to claim a chair because around noon all beach chairs will occupied. If you are english speaking and understand very little of spanish,I would recommend downloading a language translator. The staff do speak some english but not as proficient. I would also recommend downloading a currency translator app in that most stores such as those in the bluemall prices are in DOP( Dominican Peso). The resort staff are very friendly and will assist with with transportation and other needs. I enjoyed my experience and had a great time practicing spanish. Lastly excursions can be booked on the resort but I noticed that the prices are higher, I would recommend comparing excursions to others companies such as Viator. You can schedule outside of the resort and the company will send transportation to pick you up.
I really enjoyed my time, more of a relxing style resort
After 11 hours of travel, we spent 5 hours going back and forth from our room to the front desk because our magnetic keys wouldn't work. When someone finally came to help us at 9:15 PM, we spent half an hour with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old daughters playing amidst screws, screwdrivers, and disassembled lock parts, furthermore, the door was left open for half an hour, and the room filled with mosquitoes, making the night impossible. The opening was never properly fixed, and no one came to check on it again. So, we spent the rest of our vacation asking staff or stopping porters passing by on golf carts to open the door for us with the master key. Alternatively, we left the window unlocked so we could climb through and open the front door from the inside in case of emergency (thank God we were at the ground follor) When we explained the situation to the front desk, the response was, 'so sorry, nobody's fault.'Never again Bahia Principe.Never again Grupo Pinero.
Everything was good
The staff was great, very helpful and responsive anytime. There are many hotels in the resort and you can find anything you want. Safe, quiet and lovely area. Improvement: it was so hard finding a spot with a shade by the beach and to the pool close to it. The resort is always full and people were reserving since 7am. They need to find a solution especially for families with babies that can’t stay in the sun. Food: If you want to eat at the restaurant, make sure you reserve immediately as you check in because its hard finding a table. Either way, the buffet has plenty of options and tasty food.
Staff was so friendly, helpful and supportive.
Turquesa is very very simple and basic, the accomodations and services are minimal
Nice
Terrible
Had a great time. Lots of kids and family. No coca cola products. Anything off-site is hard to arrange
I like the food at the Las Dahlias buffet restaurant and the ushers but the wait staff are terrible. They make you feel like they will only give good service if you look like you will tip them. The Los Corales pool restaurant is terrible - terrible food & service. The room is dirty, the bed is hard, have lots of mosquitoes, molds & paper-thin walls, we can hear anything & everything from the other rooms & hallways. The room cleaner just make the bed and not change the sheets. We stayed for 4 nites & they only change the sheets once when we told them to. The golf cart drivers are mostly rude. There are very few staff who can speak good English. There are also mosquitoes in the lobby. None of the receptionist gave us informations on events/ entertainment, dining options, golf cart routes and other amenities informations that will help the guest navigate the resort, we have to find/figure things out by ourselves. The place has 6 resorts and very crowded - the pools , the beach & the bars, almost everywhere you go there's lines. The property needs updating and training for staff what hospitality means. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
The cost of the trip, when compared to other more comparable properties, did not live up to the price. The food was ok at the buffet, better at the restaurants. Staff was not very friendly and did not respond to simple requests, for towels, blankets, c ect. We had to ask multiple times. The beds were the worst I've ever slept on, very hard and I like a really firm mattress but I've slept on softer floors. The pools were nice and the beach was clean but you get jumped on by those trying to sell everything from excursions, trinkets and services. Hard to relax with that. I enjoyed self booked excursions, didn't go through the hotel itself. I booked transportation from Expedia, private transport and when leaving, was asked by hotel staff if two people could join us because their transport didn't come. I said no because not only did I pay a premium, it was the hotel's responsibility to transport those clients not me. Would not come back for the price and experience.
Good choice of activities. Friendly people. Great variety of food options.
I like the staff the are very friendly and very kind , but I don’t like the bathroom cleaning and común areas ,
The resort was beautiful. Grounds/pool areas were well kept. All food and restaurants were great. I was pleased with the buffet every day. Only small complaint was the room was a bit dated & they could have better mattresses & pillows. I would stay again.
Property is huge!! so much room to walk around! constant entertainment! Water park was great for the kids. So much food and good food! resturaunts were enjoyable…. only complaint is some nights music was so loud until 12pm had to wear ear plugs one night…. wish there was a hot jacuzzi also! staff very nice!!! shops on premises to buy gifts. we even got to see a circus poolside! kids drawing or crafts daily my kids emjoyed. Boogy tour was great highly recommend!
Nice resort to spend your vacation. Will visit again!
The beach is gorgeous but overcrowded because six resorts use it. The language is truly a barrier for Americans as staff and guests mostly speak only Spanish. The music and shows catered to Spanish only. The food at restaurants was excellent but only sub par at buffets. The daily poolside food was excellent. The common bathroom areas need updated.
Hi ,the resort was nice clean, but the lunch buffe was not so good, i requested some repairing in my room and they never came, and a lot of mosquitos around .
Bahía had never fails
Excellent service The resort was really clean the staff are super nice I had prefect vacation
Staff , beaches are great
We liked the shuttle option from the Turquesa lobby to the beach. Also liked the attentiveness of staff and service people.
Everything was good
Best trip ever the staff made all our days fun and welcoming!! We will be back next year!
Servicio excelente sólo la comida del buffet debe ser un poco más variada en la estación que estuve
Beautiful property. Really big and lots of options. See if you can book restaurants before you go cause it was busy when we were there. If you more connection then a smaller property would be better. If I had kids they would if LOVED it.
great location great food selection everything you need is there
Some waiters are very rude and do not respect customers, especially if they speak Spanish.
The shows were great
Only is the drink like the others resort they should give better quality drinks only drink acceptable is the beer other than that everything is wonderful……..
Very poor service, outdated rooms
Mold in water resivior of coffee machine. Killed a coackroach in closet. Had to request our room to be cleaned. Dirt smudges in bathroom. Dust, residue, and cobwebs throughout room. They do not offer wash clothes. Similar to Red Roof in or Super 8's. Food was nothing special. Dining staff was amazing, attentive, and friendly. Exterior of property was well kept. Pool are nice. Beach was nice and clean.
It was nice to be able to explore a bunch of resorts that are on the property. The beach golf cart runs on time every 5 minutes. The buffet was edible. Not bad but not good. Entertainment was great. More of a family resort do not much partying in the pool. Rooms were clean and bothered water given daily along with towels. I asked for 2 needs but they didn't have that room option available. They gave us a nice close room with a beautiful pool view though so we didn't mind.
The buffet restaurant staff were excellent
We really enjoyed our vacation in Bahia príncipe Turquesa . The staff are very friendly, the food very good . The only thing that could be better is the information about activities during the day especially for kids .
More than ½ of the beach capacity allowed to the Privilege Club. Lot of pressure to become member. Is disgusting.
Place was too big and food was not good
Great fun place to spend 4-5 days, one of the best beaches. Super clean resort with a few good activities. Food was so-so .. great service everywhere.
Me gustó mucho , todo muy agradable , solo que mi esposa pasó una mala experiencia con una piña colada que contenía cloro , gracias a Dios no pasó a mayores , pero todo muy bien , me gustó mucho .
Muy bien administradas.
Everything was so clean and safe to walk around even at night. Had so much fun at the kids waterpark and pool. All the Staff also Friendly and Helpfull
Bahia Principe Turquesa was such an excellent place-it's clean, spacious, and very convenient. I like how it's super close to the beach (the hotel offers transport) and the staff provides excursions (you have to pay though) like island hopping or local tour. Our only two issues is that they forced us to reserve a Christmas Eve dinner, where they didn't allow us to pick our food (the restaurant's name is Rodizio Las Olas. Our reservation was at 9:00 pm) They just served us what they wanted! That was very inconsiderate and poor customer service. We ended up without any dinner. As well, not all staff members speak English, so it was a bit frustrating to ask for help.
Great place, nice dining, great food, great drinks, nice people, highly recommended, I will be returning
The staff were very welcoming and attentive. We did not like how close our room was to the main entertainment area. Also the lack of variety in our mini bar.
Staff is very humble and welcoming. Very clean property. Shuttle service to beach is very frequent. Lot of food variety available with each meal. Very satisfying stay.
We stayed 5 days I stay was excellent the property was large it had all the other Resorts located on the property there was a trolley to take you to the beach and other locations throughout the entire property only negative thing not really negative was the food was average unless you made a reservation to some of the other restaurants polite staff helpful room was clean check in and check out was easy
Old hotel, compatible with price but limited dining.
Huge property, great staff, the room was a little dated, but the grounds were beautiful. Would definitely recommend.
Good value for the money.
