Staff were all friendly and it made a difference. Thanks to them.

Front desk was really nice, good breakfasts, convenient location.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite, very nice and clean.

Except for excessive noise at 130am from the room above us this was a perfect place.

My room was great- I appreciate the step-by-step directions for casting to the TV. Breakfast was great and parking was really easy. The hotel was quiet and very professional.

Aidan was so hospitable at check in, accommodated all of our requests and answered all of our questions. Everything about this hotel is awesome

Clean, Comfortable atay

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was super helpful and kind. They moved us to a new room when the people in the room across the hall was super loud. Would definitely stay here again

Nice room!

It was a one night stay. I was in town for a class and didn't realize there was an optional third day. I asked if I could extend my stay for one more day but they weren't able to because I booked through Hotels.com. Very nice room though.

No sleep

Upon checking in the staff was wonderful what made it a bit so good stay is the 3 days we stayed at your facility we were woke up my children screaming and hollering at 4am -8am non stop. If there is a family who stays permanently my suggestion would be not to put any guest in that room so they could enjoy all what comes with your facility including the rest. Other than that the facility and staff itself was A-1

The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the fitness center had a wide variety of equipment in excellent condition. I also enjoyed dining at their restaurant, where the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. One of the highlights was the location—close to key attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which enhanced my visit. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. I can't wait to return on my next trip!

Excellent Stay!

Great location and great hotel.

I was not allowed cancellation. Major winter storm and State Police recommended not to travel cancelled our trip. Hotel could care less and had to pay for a room I couldn’t use. Was told manager would contact me, but never heard a thing!

The staff was very friendly. The room was huge and clean. I like that it did not have carpet. The beds were very comfy. Breakfast was ok, not great.

Christmas Day they had no hot breakfast. And all week they did not have lids for coffee cups that fit.

Best Hyatt yet

This property is kept brand new (only about two years old). Super clean. Both electric chargers for free. Easy breakfast with hot and cold. The staff is excellent - Midwestern effusive and helpful. The pool is kept tidy and was super fun with the family! I've stayed at many places around Columbus and this is our new favorite. Believe they also allow dogs (for a fee). Thank you Polaris Hyatt!

I had a wonderful experience overall. They could have done better at keeping the breakfast items replenished as some items ran out and were not replenished while I was at breakfast.

A property that didn’t have coffee ready for early departures!😩😩

The room was great, bed nice and soft. Very clean. Facility could use more staff in the breakfast area as the amount of travelers coming through were too much to keep up with the food consumption and clearing of tables. She did the best she could, but breakfasts really needed two staff attending to it.

Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful hotel, very cozy and quiet, located in a great area. Thank you!

Starbucks and outback in the same lot

Started off great but ended not so great

My first night was enjoyable. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the following morning, I was surprised to learn that the cost of extending my stay was almost three times the rate I originally paid. I inquired about any discounts available to members, but I was told there were none. As I was in the city on business and needed to finish some tasks before moving back, I decided to check out and look for another place to stay. After searching online, I found that your hotel's online rates were cheaper than the quoted extension rate. Therefore, I rebooked my stay. Unfortunately, my second night was disrupted by several disturbances. At 6:29 am, I was awakened by an annoying beeping sound coming from the hotel room alarm clock. I managed to turn it off and go back to sleep, but about 20 minutes later, the fire alarm went off. I jumped up and frantically tried to get dressed, only to learn from my neighbors that it was a false alarm. This incident further disrupted my sleep and ruined my plans for sleeping in. The following morning, I spoke to the front desk clerk about the alarm incidents and the discrepancy in pricing. She explained that prices change on weekends and that online prices are typically cheaper. While I understand this, I believe she should have informed me of this when I inquired about extending my stay.

Friendly staff and great location.

I thought the hotel was great, very friendly staff, clean rooms. The property was located by restaurants, shopping and easy on and off freeways. Would definitely return in the future.

We stayed on a Saturday night. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels due to noise inside and out of the hotel. This was very quiet. No street noise either.
