Nice staff, clean and good facilities

All facilities was excellent, cleanliness is the most happened here. Good wifi nice staff at lobby. Honestly if you are asian, local guests won't talk with u much, except u re western or white skin people. Not recomend for solo asian stay here

I love its location, friendly staff and clean room plus toilets .The convience of getting good local food n shopping around the area.Walking back from DJ station every night with ease without having to take tuktuk .The 7eleven stores near by provide 247 convenience too.

Value for money

Staffs are friendly and ready for help. Local is about 8mins walk from Silom MRT or Sala Daeng BTS station. There are convenient stores, pharmacy and amenities nearby. Toilet can be cleaned. Overall experience was great and price worthy.

Everything about our experience at HQ Hostel was absolutely great!

Clean hostel near public transportation.

We had a nice stay at HQ hostel and the lady at reception was super helpful. The double room was relatively comfortable but small which was expected. Pictures represent the room well. Unlimited water is free at the hostel. Breakfast is light but enough. Public transportion is really close and buses go to the main touristic areas for really cheap.

Cozy hostel, great location

Had an amazing stay at this homey and cozy hostel. We stayed at a double private room, room is small however is stylist with everything you'll need. Although our room have a problem with the shower not functioning very well, but we are okay with that. Water cooler/ hot water/ coffee are available all time at the 1st floor shared area and at the 5th floor common area. Location is great as it is easily access to the nearest station,malls and street market. The only problem we had is the wifi, we couldn't connect to the wifi at all throughout our stay. Luckily we bought sim data our own, so we never bother to feedback to the staff.

Prefect location

Good location as you can reach BTS within 6min, MRT within 12 min and 7-11 within 3min. There is a morning fresh market opposite hostel (weekdays) and many stalls at the night so there is no chance for you to stay hungry! Besides, the room and shared toilet is very clean. Good services provided by the staffs too! Strongly recommended!

Amazing location, clean basic hostel

It’s a basic hostel very well located, clean and good breakfast. We stayed at a fifth floor with no elevator not recommended if you have any issue in your knees.

One of the best hostels around Silom area. Clean, Modern and the location was superb. Bery near BTS Silom and Skytrain Sala Daeng

Great hostel

Absolutely a great hostel no complaints at all except for the stairs.

Cnovenient Location, helpful staff

Walking distance to busy tourist area, MRT, BTS, shopping, food. Friendly and helpful staff. Stairs are a big problem, up to the second floor was ok but 3rd, 4th and 5th floor? Appreciate the exercise :) but hard to walk up 4 or 5 floors even for a young person. Elevator please! Breakfast can be improved but it's free so no complaint.

Good Hostel, nice breakfast, clean bathrooms

I was here for a short overnight stay. The staff was nice, the breakfast good and the bathrooms very clean. The comforter cover in the room seemed like it hadn't been laundered, but everything else was clean.

Worst n overprice hostel in the world

10 beds room terribly small, charging 380 baht per bed for a bed which is 3800 per room if full occupancy, what the hell !!!! Locker key provided but you can accommodate your wallet only, I dislike it. Bed no curtain, too short... bad bad bad

Great Location, Great Room, Great Staff

Loved our stay here! We stayed in a private bed with bathroom and it was so clean and the design of the space was great! Liked they cleaned the room everyday and fresh towels. Felt safe to leave our bags for the day at the hostel when we checked out. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Do yourself a favor and stay here. The area is in a great location, very close to BTS lines which connects to everywhere in the city. When we return to Bangkok this will be our first place we will book to stay!

Clean, friendly staff, good location

Located near to night market, walking distance to BTS. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and just nice to stay for budget trip. Serve healthy breakfast. The bathroom is a bit small for me, the rest are good.

Close to Train Station

Location nearby the skytrain station and MRT station which is plus point for me to choose this place.. Lotsa of streets food in the day and night.. 7-11 store is just beside the hostel if you need something.. Quiet place in the weekend as the hostel is located at the CBD area.

everything good but there is no lift...... my room on 5th floor....after you travel the whole day, you need to walk 10min from bts and walk up to the room. our room shower mixer having problem..... its really hard to get the mixer to hot water.

Great location with a Nice breakfast included

I checked in at 1am and was very impressed with the staff hospitality. It was also speedy too. The dorm room is kinda small and has just a little floor space for bags and stuff. The air con works very well but it blows directly to 2 out of 3 upper beds in the dorm - right on the face! Showers are kinda cramp too. Each one was like a 2.5ft square. What I like most was their complementary hot breakfast which includes chicken frank, omelette, ham(low quality ham but others were pretty ok) and toasts, salad, and watermelon! The common area is nice and chillin that I could enjoy breakfast for an hour :)

PERFECT STAY & VERY CLEAN & COMFORTABLE

It was absolutely perfect! What they advertise is exactly how their place is maintained. Wished it was available again for the rest if our stay but we had to move to another place. We booked at a 3 star hotel for the next 2 nights but compared to what HQ had even if they are just a hostel... They were much much better than the 3 star hotel. We will definitely come back!

Nice for price

Good stay, nice and safe, staff are a bit hit and miss, sometimes willing to help and at other times not rally wanting to, perhaps over worked? Facilities excellent, pillow and mattress too hard, left me with a very sore back.

Good hostel

Good hostel. The only problem was the lack of lift. I brought heavy luggage with me and it was hard to take it upstairs. The guy in reception helped me though. People can be loud at inadequate hours which is not really the hostels fault but I'd be nice if there was someone making sure there is no shouting at least. It's sad you have to remind adults about this.

Absolutely best in terms of what you get with the price. Clean, good location, good service, lots of free things, really good breakfast. 그냥 방콕에서 최고입니다. 특히 가격대비 누릴 수 있는 게 최고임.

Not really pleasant stay. Stuff there was not really friendly and black face. Wifi connectivity was very poor. Visited during Songkran, my friend follow me to go in hotel to refuel water. The Staff found out and gave me two options " Check out immediately without refund, or pay penalty THB 2000. Yes, the fault was at my side for using their water for my friends, but they can warn us no to do so, instead of a penalty of 2000THB. Without giving any warning and direct fine me 2000THB.

Best hostel in Bangkok !

I love HQ and when I travel alone to Bangkok I often stay here. It is clean and a good location. Also they recently started offering breakfast which is quite good (eggs, watermelon, salad...)

Parfect hostel!

The perfect hostel for people coming to bangkok. Fun, great people to meet. 1 min from train station. Light breakfast is just ok.

Hq hostel is a great choice for a quick stop over that I did in Bangkok, it was hard to find as the sign was small however once I did it was very clean inside with free biscuits available all the time who can complain about that ! Plenty of movies with a lil social area, I stayed in the 4 bed mixed dorm had no problems to be honest it was empty for my nights pretty much. Overall great place breakfast in the morning was a mixed buffet.

Best hostel in silom Bangkok

This was my adventure trip so was not expected for the best... Yes had a great stay with HQ hostel. Staff was good and friendly...

Nice & calm room

My flight arrived at 6am and check in was supposed to be at 2pm but the staff let me in very early and saved my day basically. Nice and friendly staff, the room was clean (Was in a L mix Dormitory) with A/C, wifi was good as well, also it s in a quite street so there is not a lot of noise which is rare in bangkok. Guesthouse is located in Silom, there is a night market and subway close by so it s easy to go around. 500 bahts for a bed is a little expensive though :(

朝食は以前の投稿でビュッフェスタイルとのことでこのホステル予約したのだが、とんでもない、改悪状態であった。 目玉焼き1個、食パン2枚、ソーセージ2個、ハム2枚、飲み物はコーヒーか水。 または、パンの所が焼き飯しに変更可。 バスタオル付き。 無料の給水機あり。瓶に入ったお菓子は無料。 一つの階にトイレ２つシャワー室は3つ。石鹸とシャンプーの備え付けはあり。お湯が出なかった。 タイ式ウォシュレット有り。 建物は2階がレセプション。エレベーターは無し階段で上がる。共有スペースは2階。 使用した皿は自分で洗うスタイル。共用の冷蔵庫があり名前を書くこと。 一番安いドミトリーは4階。部屋での飲食は禁止。水だけはいいのか。 男子用トイレシャワーは5階。 たばこは1階の外で可。 ドミトリーはカーテンが無し。夜10時には部屋が暗くなる。 部屋はエアコンはあるが暑い。 階段と廊下は外と繋がっていて壁がなくドアから蚊が入って来るし実際に刺された。 蚊が嫌な人は止めるべきである。 ホテルズドットコムの地図の位置は間違っていて大きな通りの反対側を100ｍくらい入ったところである。soi10だったかな? 韓国人御用達か　ドミトリーにはアジア系と黒人の方だけ　ファランはいなかった

Very good hostel. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice. We had a room for two persons. It is small but it has everything you need. Just perfect for the price you pay. Great location also.

我來這裡住許多次了,這次的早餐要事先點好,可是隔天早上我要吃的時候,櫃台人員並沒有準備.因為check in 時,他們還特別交代要先訂,最後我並沒有吃到已訂的早餐,而是吃桌上已經做好但是冷掉的,覺得很奇怪. 第二天我要吃的時候他們說:就是桌上已準備好的了! 可是隨後來了一個歐美的家庭成員四個,她們一來,櫃台人員馬上幫她們準備熱騰騰的早餐...當時有點納悶,我住的還是比較貴的房型,竟有如此不同的待遇.為什麼?

記得問清楚是否包早餐

訂的時候明明在電郵上列明免費早餐，checkin 後第二天早上去吃早餐時竟然說我訂的房間不包括早餐。 我把電郵展示給前枱的員工，他才說hotel.com 有問題，今天算數就我早餐吧，感覺就好像是施捨給我一樣。其他住客也看著我，令我覺得很尷尬，好像是自己耍流氓要吃一個免費早餐似的。感覺很難受。第二天都不敢再去吃。 一直到checkout 前枱也沒有再confirm 過我的預訂有否包早餐。 checkout 時再問一次另一位員工還是說沒有早餐。感覺根本沒有幫我跟進過，又不是我的問題，連道歉也沒有，極度失望。下次不會再住了。

因為是深夜入住，比較难找，待第二天白天外出，發現位置極佳。另外房間清洁，舒服。服務員十分熱情好客，這里有家的感覺，下次有机會再入住。

โรงแรมหาง่าย การเดินทางสะดวกสบาย พนักงานบริการดี อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำมีคุณภาพ ฝักบัวเป็นแบบ rain shower แต่ห้องอาบน้ำค่อนข้างแคบ ส่วนที่ชอบที่สุดคือ เตียงนอน หลับได้สบายมาก ไม่อยากตื่นเลยค่ะ โดยรวมแล้ว ถ้ามีธุระย่านนี้ ก็จะกลับไปพักอีกค่ะ

乾淨簡便，地點好，服務佳的hostel

離地鐵站約8分鐘步行，附近巷弄很便利，三人房型簡單乾淨，服務人員態度很好，適合背包客，輕旅行族群。

Nice staff, great locaion, clean room!

I stayed this hostel for 2 nights,27JUN-29JUN. This is located near the Silom station, so easy to access many restaurants, shops and also nightlife spots. The room is very stylish and they clean the room every day and give us new towels even though it is reasonable price. The best thing is staff are great here. They speak fluent English. I am not good at speaking English, but they speak to me slowly with smiles. They always take care of us, which makes the atmosphere great in this hostel. In addtion, at the last day I checked out and went out with my baggage left in the hostel. When I came back to the hostel to pick up my baggege at night, they asked me if I wanted to take shower. So kind!! I also could borrowed the towel for free. Thanks to them, I could go back to my country comfortably. Definitely I will come back to HQ hostel and I really recommend this to you!
