TravellerNunca creí que fuera habitación compartida (4 literas para 8 personas), nada de privacidad y en baños igual, y por el precio, se me hizo exagerado, pésima decisión, intenté comunicarme con uds. EXPEDIA, para exponer la situación, pero es imposible, NO VUELVO A RESERVAR CON EXPEDIA y así lo voy a manifestar a todos los que lo quieran hacer., al estar en el Hostal, otras personas tambien querían cancelar, por lo mismo.
TravellerLa ubicación es ideal para moverte al rededor de la ciudad, el ingreso y salida son muy prácticos y el equipo de trabajo es amable. Dos detalles a considerar antes de reservar, si buscas privacidad un hostal no es la opción, las regarderas y baños son parte del área común (aunque cabe mencionar que las veces que me he hospedado, el hostal está practicamente solo). Aquí como en varios lugares que me he hospedado en el Centro es la plaga de cucarachas, el día que llegué, al mover el colchón donde tenía que dormir, salieron cucarachas.

TravellerThe staff was very rude, I was lectured on not speaking Spanish for 5 minutes when I arrived although I am trying to learn and using google translate. The light in my room would not turn off. When I asked they said it was automatic and just to stay still. But it never turned off. I had to sleep with it on all night. Luckily Morelia itself was amazing, full of helpful, kind people. But I was very disappointed with how rude Carlos was at the hostal. Would not stay here again due to staff.
