Everything was good but Air conditioning wasn't good at room.

I have to say, the stay was great. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast was decent. I just had a dispute about a charge and they will not give me a refund even though it was misinformation from the staff and the hotels.com website. They keep telling me to go to the Hilton hotel’s website regarding the charge! Who checks each website before they make a booking? We should be able to trust what is sated on the hotels.com posting! They are being incredibly unreasonable.

It would be cool if there was a kitchen or alcohol available but I completely understand if that’s not the business model

Perfect for families with kids/babies .

Perfect size for our family of 5, with 3 kids under 9. The kitchenette was perfect for my 10 month olds bottle/formula setup. Traveling with washing bottles is always a hassle, so I appreciated it very much. Would stay here again.

Amazing people and service

New, very clean and conveniently located next to lots of amenities. A reasonable Uber ride to the strip. Staff is inexperienced however. I checked in with back to back bookings and was told that they would be merged. I was locked out of my room, escorted to my room by security to retrieve my credit card, and had to check in a second time ( and pay a second deposit for the same room. They also allow large dogs. One lunged and barked at me as I was going into the elevator. Hilton, fix your booking system to merge bookings! More importantly, why are you prioritizing animals over the safety of guests?

Awesome stay. Loved everything but the bathroom door. The sliding door had a gap, did not lock and no privacy. But everything else was awesome.

The room was very comfortable and staff was very friendly. The only two issues were the barn door to the bathroom which went off track a couple of times & needed service; the closure did not allow full privacy. The other small issue was the placement of the toilet tissue dispenser, kind of awkward. Otherwise an excellent stay!

The Manager made our kids morning with Free teddy bears. Great breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff. Very clean place. Would definitely stay again.

This is highly recommended place to stay especially the receptionists were very helpful and efficient. Despite new year's eve and busy tasks, those receptionists were listening patiently and helpful

The price seemed very reasonable for the convenient location it is at. Overall I would say it was very good, not quite excellent. Parking is difficult to exit (because of how the signal lights are configured), and there was an odd smell in the hallways. But nothing too objectionable. I would stay again.

I like that they offer really good breakfast and rooms are very spacious and that there is a fridge and microwave with utensils. Nice quiet and very clean I definitely recommend staying here. Staff is very friendly

Wet carpet

Initial room had wet carpet from being shampooed that day and was musty and humid. Front desk manager was anoid that we didn't want a room with a wet floor even though he was trying to accommodate our floor level. Wet socks are no fun and he knew there was a chance it wasn't dry. Why would he even chance it - but he did!! Not a great check in experience at all!!! Not pleasant knowing animals are allowed in the rooms!

Although this property was in Las Vegas, it was very quiet. The area felt like home as there’s not a lot going on. The rooms were excellent. They had big rooms that accommodate my family of 5. Their amenities were exceptional as well. They offered lots of activities to do in the property. They offered complimentary breakfast which offered a lot of options! I recommend this property.

Our stay was great. Every member of your staff was polite,attentive, and helpful. The room exceeded expectations. The only negative was the breakfast food quality. It was awful. Good thing Dennys was in your parking lot.

Staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Ours included a full kitchen. Many food options nearby and The Durango resort just a few minutes away.

Happy with the staff, with the condition of our room & bathroom, and with the breakfast they offered.

A good place to stay off the strip, close enough to see from the hotel, dinning walking distance!

Great comfort and feels like home

We had an amazing stay. The room had everything we needed and more. It was near gas stations and food places. We also ate breakfast in the morning at the hotel. We recommended your hotel to a friend.

Spacious, clean room. But very thin walls so noisy stay.

Great stay. However, we confused this for one closer to Henderson so travel was difficult do to constant construction on the freeways. The property itself, rooms and staff were excellent!

Totally impressed with the entire experience! Quiet clean room with great amenities (fridge, sink, utensils, microwave). Room was clean and smelled great. The staff was really kind and courteous and even got a couple of texts to make sure we had everything we needed. We ended up asking for a pack & play for our 18 month old and they immediately ran one up to us. Lots of great restaurant options nearby. If you're willing to get off the main strip, this is an EXCELLENT option.

Only issue was elevator not working. 3rd floor room was a problem.

At check-in, Regina was efficient, helpful, and caring...all with a smile. Appreciate it very much! Our check-out was quick, as well. Breakfast offering was wonderful - great selection of food choices, drink choices, and plates/utensils was organized and smart, too. Breakfast staff was great - cleaning up, restocking foods all with a smile. Thank you all for making our first experience a memorable one...even for a 2 night stay!

Great Stay

The hotel was perfect location, away from the strip but close enough to get there. It was clean and the customer service was supreme, they checked on us via text and remembered my name when i passed the desk. Great stay.

The staff at the front desk was always attentive and friendly, day and night. The room was great in size and even had a sofa bed. Decent breakfast was provided in the mornings.

It was a great hotel to stay in with my kids. Breakfast was perfect and the gym was excellent as well. We enjoyed the close restaurants like McDonald's and Dennys. For dessert we went across the street to Yonutz.

The best hotel property I’ve evvvvver stayed at! The night ladies were the absolute best! Not a big fan of Las Vegas but I’ll come back for this hotel.

We stayed there July 25th through July 28th. The room is nice, breakfast is alright and the hotel is neat, quiet and clean. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Second day housekeeper was very nice but third day that lady was rude. We were out the whole morning, she came around 1:35 asked us if we need anything, we said yes she said too bad she’s not coming inside because she doesn’t have time, she’s leaving. She didn’t even pick our trash. She only gave us a couple towels. She was not nice at all. Overall everything was great.

The room was very nice! It was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Continental breakfast was very good, nice variety of food to choose from. And the coffee was very good!

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. We were in town visiting family and have small children. This location provided a quiet, safe area away from the Vegas strip but close to everything.

The staff were very friendly and took care of our requests. The room and facility are very clean and well kept.

First time staying at this brand and will definitely return in the future. Perfect for people who travel for work and has all the essentials in the room. At this particular hotel in Summerlin near Las Vegas, a Dennys shares a parking lot and it was really good as well. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and the surroundings.
