A terrible place! A really bad decision that I should not have made!
Don’t stay here!
Right in the flight path, impossible to sleep. Shower scalding hot and leaking so unusable. No security lock inside door. Mattresses very cheap and uncomfortable. Front desk staff barely spoke English, but was friendly. Run down and generally scruffy. Ridiculously overpriced.
The reception staff was polite and helpful. The room was ok. Cleanliness average.Room need decorating. Toilet flush button missing. Radiator in bathroom rusting. Bathroom smells damp.
I only stayed for one night as had to commence my travel the next day, however it was a good hospitable and professional environment
Just ok
Good
Internet not working
Nice people, nice mattress, nice bathroom. Room is probably the cheapest in the area. The hotel desperately needs looots of TLC
If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport and easy to reach, this place is very convenient. It is like a small hostel. You can cook your own meals in the kitchen. It is a good hotel for its price. If you are looking for luxury, I would not recommend it.if you have a long connection from Heathrow airport You can choose this hotel to stay one night.
Can’t believe the state of my mattress. I wasn’t able to sleep for the entire night as the the metal of the springs was killing me!👎
Last night in UK
Very basic room, too expensive for the condition. Beds uncomfortable, noisy bathroom pipes. Desk staff not available much of the time
Rude manager and old room furniture
Proximity to the airport is the only positive about this stay. It was noisy, dirty, the staff slept on the sofa with a quilt. It stank. No plug in rooms. Bathroom ok. Uncomfortable cramped. Couldn’t wait to leave. Never again.
Very good place to stay
The room was great, the area not seems to be very secure, drank people walking around, at the end the property is a house and other rooms are little noisy at night
I like because it was close to the airport. But unfortunately the bed was hard like a rock and people will come in and out slamming doors and laughing screaming drunk people.
A nice one-night stay. An hour away from Heathrow. Bathroom was clean. Tiny space between the bed and the bathroom door. Parking is available in front of the hotel. Otherwise, there's road parking. No clothes hangars both in the closet or bathroom. Overall, a decent stay for one night.
Very clean. Thats probably the only good thing. Feels exremely unsafe. No one at the front desk multiple times so anyone can walk in. No cctv. Thin wooden doors, no emergency exits, bed wasnt comfy. Only 1 pillow. The EXTREMELY loud planes taking off every 4 minutes so the walls arent sound proofed. No lifts. Room smelled like weed. The staff were pleasant.
Business trip
Basic accommodation close.to airport. Friendly and helpful owner and family. Simple, comfortable rooms. It is noosy as you are next to a major airport and a main road, but earplugs will ensure a good nights sleep!. Close to convenience stores, restaurants and take aways. No food served in hotel, but tea and coffee provided and there is a communal kitchen to prepare food and sit and eat
Great location, great price, could use some TLC
Great location for easy access to Heathrow and cheap!! One night stay before picking someone up very early from Heathrow - I was looking for something cheap - it worked. Essentially a house converted into rooms. It was a mix - bathroom was all brand new - bed room a little dated. the walls need a paint in some areas - hand prints and other scuff marks. Bed was too hard for me.

Surprisingly good for the price. Would stay again
Overnight for the airport
Easy to find and free parking on the road outside. The room was clean and spacious. Booking in easy and the receptionist was helpful. It was a sunny day and the room was very hot, even with the fan on.
The hotel is well below average. Don't understand why there are some positive comments. The location is alright but it's well under the approach path. The sound insulation is not well built so it's quite noisy with planes flying overhead. The hairdryer is dirty and not working with the plug. No other dryer provided. The car parking spot is not safe. The wooden door gate hit my car with scratches. The owner still have not contacted me even calling for the police. The hotel is not recommended.
Front desk attendant was super nice and even offered to make me food since it was late and all restaurants were closed. This is a decent spot to stop, drop and shower.
Clean, reasonable affordable 1 nighter
Last minute choice due to air bnb provider having unsuitable room. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful, secure parking free, clean room and en-suite shower. Very reasonably priced for the location
Bedroom and bathroom were cleaned but the front of the hotel was dirty
No one responds to messages and phone calls go to voice mail. There is no elevator. The guy at the reception was rude and knocked past midnight on my daughter's room, scaring her, because HE forgot to take the hotel charges (they could have waited until the morning). I've stayed at several budget hotels but stay away from this one!
No AC. A cheap Oscillating fan in the room. Stains on the ceiling. Shower did not work well. Arrived after midnight. The night shift was very helpful. But very little English spoken.
Ok stay
Only used for the night as at the airport early next day. For two of us we both found the beds uncomfortably, parking was on the street, if you could find somewhere. It didn't bother us both as we were tired but you are on the flight landing path for planes so very noisy late in evening
Room was great!
It’s a fine place to stay before leaving on an early morning flight from Heathrow.
It was good, and it was certainly good for the price and the convenience to Heathrow.
Nice experience
The room it self was nice, however upon opening the bathrook it was very stink.
Night employee could barely speak English. Beds were harder and cheaper than a little kid's bunkbed. Floor coverings were in major disrepair. Grounds and front entrance had weeds and garbage. I would never stay here again.
A bit dated but decent room
Not amazing quality but good comfy furniture and clean bathroom for a good location. Female receptionist was very kind and helpful ( sorry I didn't catch her name!)
We choose travelling hub because we had to get to the airport very early the next morning great location for this, check in was easy very friendly greeting on arrival, busy area however no complaints from us. Beds in room 4 was a little firm for us place a little tried however good price is want we wanted.
Met reception all very polite but couldn't really get an answer why they needed a copy of ID, in theory i don't need to carry one. Bed was not comfy but you get what you pay for.
Ear piercing fire alarm was accidentally set off. It took what seemed like forever to shut it off. I did not sleep well.
The rooms and staff were great, and it is SO easy to get from Heathrows' Travellers Hub to Heathrow (just take the N9 bus--so easy and cheap!!!!). My only reservation about this hotel is that Hounslow is not a place that one necessarily wants to visit. But this hotel is a great place to go when you are trying to catch an early flight and have come from further away than London. The staff was absolutely incredible!!!!
I don’t usually leave a bad review but this hotel has many issues. The area is not very nice (unsafe feeling). No towels in the room…I guess you were supposed to ask for them. We had an extreme late arrival and an early departure so we were only there for 3 hours…thank goodness. I wouldn’t have stayed otherwise. I would avoid this hotel.

Budiness trip
Handy for the airport, free parking on street. Friendly owners. Basic but comfortable. Cloose to shops, restaurants and takeaways
Very convenient. Good value. Good staff Low sloping ceiling in bedroom caused me problems.
It was totally fine for what it is - a place to crash before an early morning flight. Was a bit difficult to find and it smelled like sewer. You're directly under Heathrow so planes are coming and going all night. Despite all that - the man at the front desk was kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and it was just fine for what I needed that night. The price was right and it's pretty much what I was expecting for 66 pounds.
The accommodation itself was good. Comfy bed, good pillows. Nicely renovated room, carpet was a bit dirty. The room smelled clean. Nice bathroom. Very friendly people at the desk. The check out time is 10. I asked for 11 when we checked in and was told, yes, 11 or even 11:30 would be fine. Really good Indian restaurant within walking distance for dinner. And also a McDonalds the other way, close by for breakfast. My only complaint is that there was no working television. The guy at the front desk said it had something to do with the internet. The wifi was working. Lots of planes overhead from the early hours, but this was expected as we were so close to the airport, my sound machine masked most of it. £15 Uber to the airport. I’d personally stay there again.
When I arrived, I questioned my choice… rough outside! I went in and the smell of food permeated through the whole place. Carpet in my room dirty, walls dirty, base of bed dirty, baseboards and outlets dirty. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was nice! Early morning airplanes fly over so be ready for that!! I did get a 5-6 hours of sleep on a 15 hr layover at Heathrow and was close to airport.
If you wanna save it’s like a motel 6 or worst
Airport accommodation
Basic, but comfortable accommodation next to the airport. Free parking. Ftiendly staff
Kind staff, clean room
The no potable water was a real problem. I wasn’t sure if it was safe to shower with, so I gave myself a sponge bath with the water they’d supplied for drinking. Not exactly what you want after/before a long flight. I washed my teeth with my bottled water. The whole place was clean but has clearly seen better days. Electric sign outside is only partially lit up. Minor fixes needed in the room, crack in the wall, not good signage leading to the rooms…the label on the room key was handwritten, not printed. All cosmetic issues only, but they add up. I’m sure they are doing the best with what they have, but what they have isn’t great. Bed was positioned in such a way that there’s no beside table, so I carried over one of the small tables under the TV and used that. Short walk from a bus stop. The path getting there does require going under a subway under the street, exactly the kind of place I’d expect to get mugged. Didn’t feel safe. Pros: clean, comfortable bed, full wardrobe with space for luggage, short bus ride to/from Heathrow.
A cosy room with tea and coffee. Friendly staff.
I arrived very late, but had tried to contact the hotel via the Expedia website. Even though it was suggested that the reception was manned 24/7, it took some time for the night porter to open the door. The room was in need of some TLC and some areas in the shower clearly hadn't been cleaned. For the condition of the place, it was not good value.
Better expectations need to be set for this place. It's not a hotel, but rather a dose house that might suit back packers. Wouldn't give me a key to the front door and no one was ever at the front desk. Stood out in the rain twice trying to get in. The worst was it sits right under the flight path for LHR!!! Planes were just a few feet above the property. Furniture was cheap and all chipped up. Expedia site description needs to be more accurate and transparent as to what this place is all about.
Clean and safe. Nice staff. Owner walked me to the subway as I’d never been
The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly, the hub itself was very convenient to the tube station Hounslow West (a quick and simple 20 min walk) and access to Heathrow Terminals and Central London. The room was clean and adequate for a budget hotel, although I had trouble with the shower taps which were stiff and only allowed hot water through. Overall a great experience and to be recommended if you want a hotel for a couple of days around London and not pay a fortune.
👍
Good for late check in if working nights.
One of the few small independents that will allow early hours of the morning check in. No frills, hard mattress. We needed a cheap stop over before work the next day and it did the job. Parking on the street outside is free if there's any spaces.
Very bad experience door lock not good working and night staff not allow TV
Easy access to Heathrow Airport
Excellent. Value for money
Great pkace . Value for money
Great place to stay. Clean rokm. Easy access to airport. Value for money
Perfect for getting to LHR the following morning. Staff were very friendly. It’s a basic stay but that’s reflected in the price. It checked all the boxes I needed.
Good stay staff was very good and polite
Clean property, very basic, it’s at the end of the runway so expect lots of noise. Staff very attentive, free parking. Don’t expect luxury, it was good for us as we spent only 7 hours there.
After a week of my complaints, they installed a new router and I had a workable internet.
Excellent
Great staff Nice place
Safe
Great airport stay
Great place nice staff needed a place near the airport and this was perfect calm and chill just wish there was a fan in the room other than that amazing
Decent for the price
Cheap but decent for the price if you just need to get your head down.area is a bit run down but a couple if decent pubs with food within walking distance
Traveling made Enjoyable
Risor, the manager made the correction on my reservation making my time there incredible. Everything was great, the room was clean and comfortable.
This is a place I will never be traveling back to. The staff was extremely unprofessional, the bed was worse than sleeping on the floor, the area had very limited eating choices and no restaurant on sight. One night was more than enough for me.
Lovely people run this accommodation! Very helpful.
clean and simple
Room was clean and simple. About 10 minutes from the airport and 1 hr from tourist attractions in London. Close access to train and bus. The service was amazing. I had left my passports and they kept them safe until I was able to pick them up hours after.
