We booked a unit with free parking. This was the reason we booked this unit. Once we arrived we were told by a text chat that the unit did not have parking. We had to park 1/2 mile away at another hotel for $30 a night. We were not allowed to use beach toe weld as they were for hotel guests not our unit. There was only one elevator working and they said the stairs was only for emergency use and wouldn’t allow us to use the stairs.
TravellerThe TV didn't work when we got there. Someone from the property management office came the next night and found the well-hidden on/off switch. The remote couldn't turn on/off the TV, but otherwise worked fine after manually turning it on. No table nor chairs in the apartment for dining. Beach chairs, mats and an umbrella were provided. Nice touch. No TV listings nor any type of "welcome" package. Overall, it is a very nice apartment centrally located in Waikiki Beach area.

Very bad management, be ware!
Smells like mold, smells like sewage, No cleaning supplies. Not enough towels, Has no beach towels. Wasn't ready by 4pm, had to call to get someone to come and get condo ready. Customer service is horrible, can't talk to the management, need to leave a message and then they text you back, or not. Paid $600 in property something, for what? The front desk would give us nothing.
