You can here all the noises from the rooms next door. Staff in the breakfast area were rude. Facilities not great. We booked for 3 nights but left after 1 night. Would love to get a refund.

This was an upbeat, easygoing hotel, with a fantastic swimming pool and breakfast area. My room had great views of the mountains and was really light and spacious. Perfect spot in a quiet road, in easy reach of tour operators, the night market, the beach and local restaurants. I would stay here again.

The room had multiple issues - hair in the bed, stains on the sheets, stained headboard, ants on the counter, no hot water in the shower, and easily clogged toilet despite not using toilet paper. It felt like staying at a 2-star hotel. Avoid if possible.

It was ok. Room was in adjacent building with many sets of staircases and no elevator. Shower needed a good cleaning. Room itself was pleasant and fine.

Stay was good. The cleanliness was fair.

Falsely Advertised as a 4 star hotel. It was really a 3 star motel. The motel smelled like sewage. There were discolored bedsheets, black towels, no minibar(empty fridge), and red stained walls. There was also no smoke detector in the room. The stairwell had a stained mattress.

We stayed for 4 nights. Had a mouse in the room. Not having an elevator was a little bit of an inconvenience but we knew going in. Cleaning could have been better.

Nice hotel in good location

The hotel rooms were comfortable and good location, with restaurants and bars nearby. Only a short walk down to the beach and you can get the boat to different islands, so worth staying here!

It’s average hotel

Nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to all you need. Pool was nice but limited sun in the area. Will be in the shade. Food was alright at the hotel restaurant. Plenty of tourist booths and car hire outside.

The patio and large sliding doors had a wonderful street view.

Breakfast

We think that the breakfast should be improved. There was no variety of teas and the coffee needs to be improved aswell. There was no cheese or ham and there where a lot of bees and instects on top of the food.

Fine a short stay!

Adequate facilities for a pleasant stay. Ideal location within walking distance to beaches, shops and night market. Balcony was snug but nice view of the pool. Food and drink seemed overpriced for the area. Observed large holes in towels and bath mat - these obviously need replacing. Pool area was clean but pool left our skin feeling irritated which was concerning. Overall, a budget friendly stay for 4 nights.

Sadly this property was not our best choice for our trip, and quite disappointing as noisy due to it being child friendly, and no sun in the afternoon. in need of some TLC

I booked a family suite of this hotel and it was not what I expected. It was quite dirty and looked like it hasn't been mopped for days, stains on bed sheets and blankets, stains on toilet paper, smelt bad in the room and fan was loud. When I brought it to their attention with the toilet paper at first they just changed the roll for me and after I had mentioned all the complaints with photos and videos, they agreed to refund me the remaining nights but still charged me for the first night which I was quite surprised with since the conditions of this room was in such bad shape.

Great location, easy access to everything, kids love the pool however room quite sandy even after being probably express cleaned as our family of 4 stayed there for 4 days

Took standard room since I was alone! Overall is good I must say. Clean room, toilet, comfortable bed and clean bed linen. Walking distance to nearby all tourist spots. Will come back again!

This hotel is absolutely not how it is advertised online. It is incredibly run down our hotel room smelled beyond disgusting , our balcony was right next to the garbage and an emergency exit stairwell. It was so noisy AND the front desk stole money out of my passport when we checked in. Absolutely unacceptable. Not a good hotel at all.

Reading lights v dim and lift v slow

Lovely for a budget property - I booked 2 separate rooms (same room not available when I extended my stay) - the rooms are basic but nice, I had a lovely view over the pool. The first room had a shower head that shot every which direction but down - created a river across the bathroom floor. The second room had a working shower head but no Netflix available on the TV like the first room. Seems like a minor complaint (I didn’t come to Thailand to watch Netflix!), however, when it’s raining outside, and you’re traveling by yourself, it’s a nice distraction!

Lovely hotel with great location

Amazing hotel stay! Super clean, modern, and comfortable. Also great location walking distance to beach and restaurants, cafes, etc. I liked that there was also a balcony, nice hotel pool, and gym. Also the room bed was comfy and shower was nice. Would stay again!

Nice place to stay at. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area also good. Location good to go to the beach and do all the tourist activities.

The internet connection was basically non existent, the pool was covered in kids everyday, breakfast was not good, the egg lady was awesome but the other hot food tasted like leftovers, the elevator would stop at every floor all the time (to the point where it was faster to take the stair) probably from kids always pressing all the buttons. Our doorbell would go off in the morning for no reason. Our room would barley get cleaned or restocked they would just remake the bed and we were staying there for 10 days so it got pretty grimly in there, no wiping our bathroom counter or cleaning the floors, no new hand towels for half the time we just had small bath towels, they forgot to refill our toilet paper a few times and we just had to grab it ourselves. We booked it because it was rated higher than the hotel we were staying at before it but I really don’t understand why, maybe if more people said it was good for kids and family’s not couples then I would have known to not book there without option of a refund.

great location . everything was great

Glow is in the middle of a whole lot of action. It's a great place if you want to be right down by the beach but not in the completely crazy parts. Ao Nang is the launching point for thousands of tourists. Glow had decent food, a nice pool, fairly quiet and good service. It's a bit beaten up from the influx of young travelers but overall a really decent place to be.

Room is clean, staff is friendly and location of hotel abit deep in but still accessible to go around as tuktuk services and nearby.

Amazing hotel with awesome staff and very good location, close to everything in Ao nang.

The place is nice. Bathroom amenities are great and clean. Excellent. I'm a gym person so I'm happy that they have gym. And it is nearby the market area. Well situated.

We stayed on the 18-21 February in room 2601. Our visit there was only for food and relax away from home and the Covid 19 virus. As we have done most of the activities on our previous visit. Hotel is small but have lots of amenities. A Family friendly hotel. We use the small gym which have enough of good equipments. Management needs to add more English channels for the TV. No one wearing mask here. Guests were mostly from the Eastern European countries. Note: do not book the superior rooms because it was on the first floor facing the back of the hotel. Balcony with no views. We wanted to upgrade but the hotel was fully book. Breakfast was OK as we have expected in a four star hotel. We will come again some day!

Very near to night market

I liked how close it was to the beach and the pool was very pretty the gyms are nice too. The restaurant is expensive! If you don’t get a room with breakfast it’s 300baht a person! Also the hallways echo and the one night we stayed there we could hear everything. Also the airport transfer was 700baht. Grab ended up being a lot cheaper only 500baht. It was nice for just the one night we were there to catch a flight from Krabi to BKK.

Very modern. Buffet & pool area are great. Room size may be little small. Other than that everything is great. Staff is very nice.

Family n kids friendly hotel. Most of d staff in particular Rah, Aom, Nok, Ibrahim, Bao are friendly n helpful except one named Ling who're extremely rude. Location is slightly far from main road however, there are are shops n restaurants nearby. Overall is a recommended hotel.

This is a ok hotel, quite new and clean. With extremely poor WiFi in our room (we could not see a movie or have a conversation on WhatsApp). The rooms are noisy and it did not help that there is still work happening on some places on the Hotel....the first 2 X nights we were awakened at 5 AM with construction noises. Otherwise it is OK with friendly staff

the staffs are not consistently attentive and polite. The hotel is one of the busiest and they should've been more trained to be attentive to us. The food they packed for us were not edible and manifested with ants. We had food poisoning thereafter even with the other food in the hotel and out of the hotel as well.

The entire stay was pleasant and the hotel was new, clean with well kept facilities. The only issue we had was with the bathroom whereby the flow of water is very slow which end up with water collecting on the bathroom floor during shower.

Location of the hotel is average, surrounded with hotels and shops. Convenience store is nearby. Mini night market within walking distance. Spacious room with a balcony. Toilet amenities are not included unless you have to get it from the reception. Bedsheets have a unpleasant smell and towels are not in a good condition.

The room is very comfortable for me just the bathroom smells not good. The Glow staff very polite and good.

I love the look of the overall grounds and the pool was beautiful. The front desk was very rude and disappointing. After we got moved from our ground floor room because of a large cockroach our stay got better and better. I never saw those incompetent staff members again doing my stay. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous. Omelet to Soup to Stow, fruits and breads to danishes. I leave with no complaints.

Had a good stay. Everything good but staffs are not friendly. Especially reception staffs. Tile was broken in a place inside the room and making noise every time we step on them. Bathroom tiles also had cement coat which was not cleared after some repair work. Otherwise, it was fine.

Very family friendly

Great place to unwind with the kids after traveling around. Kids loved the pool even when it rained. Rooms were great for our family, giving us space. Choices at breakfast suited all of us. The location was just right being just off the main strip. All in all a great stay

Staff are good and very helpful, the room is perfect, BF is not variety but still acceptable. The day that I stay was my BD so when we back to the hotel we found a surprise; so impressive :) and we checked out very early and staff prepared the ready to go BF too (not tasty but so thoughtful) .

I would like to thanks for the hospitality by all GLOW staff especially MEOW who handle us during check in and our luggage. MEOW can speak good Bahasa Melayu and make me feel home as we are Malaysian . The breakfast was great too .The only thing is the location not really close to the beach but you can easy access with tuktuk or taxi .

A frustrating stay in this hotel.

Reception was not good. Main person checking us in was rude. Same person carried on being rude and insulting. Kids are left to run around in in appropriate places like the gym and weight room. The two tv’s in our rooms did not work and not much effort was made to get it dealt with during our 5 day stay. Breakfast was adequate but lacked detail. Often hot food was cold, not a great selection for vegetarians. However once they understood that we could not eat much they were happy to make special dishes.

Everything is good, staff very pleasant. The only thing I would like to comment is it's far to the Krabi beach, if the hotel could provide free transport to fetch & pick up on the specific time as in schedule & points / spot would be better. Also do upgrade the water pressure in the shower.

Good hotel

Was for 7 nights at this hotel. First in Family 2x queen beds. Then moved to big Family room, highly recommended if traveling with kids. Good pool and very lovely staff! Helpful in every way. Have a play room for the kids! Reason for 4 stars vs 5 is like most of Thailand then you can smoke everywhere, which is sad, and they allowed smoking at poolside where my kids where playing. Had to leave onetime due to heavy smoking!

Helpful staff but hotel itself isn't nice. Dirty rooms don't know what is housekeeping doing.

Pleasent stay... staff friendly and helpful... pool was very nice .. room was nice but a bit of welcome decorations would of been nicer.. everything u could need is at the door step.

Family friendly hotel.

It was nice enough hotel to stay at - stayed for 2 nights. It was bit of a walk to Ao Nang. Next time I would choose a hotel that was closer to the beach. It had a nice pool to cool down in. This hotel is very good for families with small children - it has a play room.
