We have stayed here before. It is a very clean hotel and the staff are great. Convenient location for where we needed to be. Nice to be outside of the hustle and bustle of Victoria.
I enjoyed my time at the property however when I called the hotel to check on my Expedia booking a few days prior to my visit, they stated that I did not have one and was manipulated to making a booking with them for my 2 night stay with 2 rooms. The hotel told me to call and cancel with Expedia even giving me the phone number. The expedia agent charged me a cancelation fee of $407 and later I was told it was unrefundable, I have been calling and emailing Expedia and they refuse to pay back the cancellation fee I was charged. The cancellation fee was not necessary, and frankly fraudulent. The hotel and Expedia both decline that the second booking charges were from either party. All I know is the hotel said he would book the rooms, I have overall been charged an excess of $3000 for a 2 night hotel stay. This has caused a financial hardship on me and such an injustice as both parties only keep stating to me that it is all unrefundable. I feel that Expedia owes me the cancellation fees and that the hotel person was very deceptive, and I was hustled to pay for another booking, it seems nothing will be resolved which i will need to pursue alternate methods. I am very unhappy, dismayed and angry about the events, no seems interested in making any effort for any resolution and have only stated, we hope your next stay is better.
Great location, nice rooms and excellent breakfast ( menu) .
Awesome !!!
Beautiful old building.
Clean, quiet, modern well maintained rooms. Friendly staff. 6 stays over the last year, more to come as we are regular travellers to the area.
Four Points By Sheraton is always good and same standart anywhere. I like it any time any place.

Everything was awesome
Na
Good
Located 20 minutes from downtown Victoria, the hotel is well-kept and quiet. The breakfast is excellent. Our corner suite is huge, and everything inside looks new. The bathroom is about 100 square feet, with a separate bathtub and shower stall. I would prefer a bathtub with a showerhead, as the shower stall is too small.
The staff is terrible.
This is a very nice hotel. The check-in was not great. We received absolutely zero information from the staff member who checked in. She didn't tell us where or how to get to any of the amenities in the hotel (the pool, hot tub, ice machine, elevators etc.)
Very nice
Staff has lack of knowledge at front desk, quoting two different prices at time of check in and check out, staff has no communication between them in department. Lack of mathematical skills. Rude and arrogant Not welcoming bad attitude towards us. Copy waste of time and money.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, easy parking, quiet.
Hot tub out of service
Very well kept
The property is good and fairly new. Location is a bit out of the way, but prices worked well for the quality of hotel.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with friendly, professional staff.
Clean rooms. Good free breakfast.
It served us well.
Anjasj
good for an overnight
1st time ever that we had early check in. Our bedspread had a stain on it but we took it off bed. We were so tired after our Christmas party we didn’t care.Staff greeted us so welcoming.
We had one of the worst sleeps we have ever had in a hotel. A call to the front desk after a girl screaming woke us up, where it continues into the hall for a long time. Also our joined room wall was so thin we could hear everything the party people were saying and yelling at 2am. Another call to the front desk where no one answered. No customer service at the front desk in the morning. We will have lasting memories of the night we had at that hotel.
Room was spacious and had all things needed for a comfy short stay
there were several channels we could not get on the TV. Went to the front desk and it was a problem with SHAW Cable. Hotel did try and get it resolved with no success
Liked the room layout
I arrived at 12:30 pm Checkin wasn’t until 3pm but I was given a room early at no extra charge
We needed a refuge.
Our stay was centred around access to Victoria General Hosp. Hotel is pretty new so high level of finishes with quite comfortable beds. Included breakfast was full service downstairs and food was well prepared and served. It's really handy if you need to be in the Langford area. Desk help was very friendly and helpful. No complaints on any front.
Nice room.hot tub was warm not hot with 5 minute timers for all... hot tub, steam shower ,and sauna .A pain getting up every 5 minutes never seen 5 minute timers anywhere before..
Unsatisfied
Room was not what I booked . Apparently they don’t even have the room type as you sold me
The hotel was nice but the front desk staff was not very helpful or friendly. Our booking agent (Expedia) was happy to give us a better price when they realized our last night (we had to add on due to a storm) had a cheaper option available. They called the front desk and asked them to please cancel the room so we could rebook at the new price and save $100 (for a family with kids in this economy, that means a lot), but the woman at the front desk would not. So, we could not get the deal. We also asked if we could get the breakfast voucher, as I thought I had clicked on it, but either I did not, or the system glitched after I hit enter. Again, there was refusal from the front desk to help in any way, and I was pretty shocked at the lack of curtesy and care shown. Also, when I realized I would need to book one more night due to the storm and our inability to get home, I asked the front desk woman if we could get another night in our room or any queen room. She said they were all booked, though your website and several others showed them available. She said this was just because they were not updated and I would need a more expensive room. I said ok, fine. 30-40 mins later, I came out to the front desk and she was on the phone. She was telling a customer that she has a queen room available for that night! It wasn’t a saved room, she said, “Let me see what we have left for tonight…. I have a queen room available tonight as well as a king room. Which would you prefer?” Rude!
Amazing staff and pet friendly !
I’d stay again in a heartbeat
Great place to stay
We had a great stay!
Nice place clean quiet
Would book again, the Queen junior room was perfect for 3 family members
Very convenient location! Staff are very helpful!
All in all a good experience, other than getting copy of my receipt sent to me at 3 am and waking me out of a dead sleep.
Doesn’t matter if you get a deal with Expedia they charge you so that you pay full price if you went directly to the hotel I’m deleting this app it’s a joke
Very loud hallway until 10pm. There was a hockey tourny so tons of kids playing knicky nine doors. Restaurant didnt open till late.
Good ,clean
Good , clean .friendly staff .
We stayed in 5 different hotels on the island. This was the best bang for the buck.
Very clean
Absolutely love Four Points. Great staff, nice clean rooms, good location, plenty of amenities and an attached restaurant that I haven’t tried yet but heard good things about. My go-to for visits in Langford/Victoria
The property was nice and I would recommend it. Some of their guests were not very respectful when walking in the hallway and entering room at night. The only think I would recommend is at check out for the staff to check with guest regarding their stay. This was not done.
I enjoyed my short stay. The room was quite spacious and the breakfast was delicious!
Clean rooms and great staff
Beautiful place even with voting on
Worst customer service I have ever received, 0 help from the young man working the front desk, I would like my money back
The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the place is spotless- it really is lovely to stay there.
Nice clean hotel.
Everything was clean, friendly staff and great food at the Metropolitan Bar & Grill!
Clean and spacious hotelo
Very clean and well maintained hotel. Looking for a place to stay in Langford this hotel came up and I am so glad I took the chance and stayed there. The bathroom was spotless and the linens on the bed were of good quality. The cleaning staff were fabulous. The reception is run by very young people and could use a little more finesse. The included breakfast was very good with a nice selection of the menu. Overall good experience and I would stay there again.
Front desk was not friendly
My checkin was really smooth and Taylor handled it very well. Very professional person and complete attention to detail
Nice Comfortable Hotel - Parking can be ltd though. Overall stay was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Ginger ale and bottled water was a nice touch. Restaurant was quite good though a bit pricey for breakfast. Online checkin had little benefit. Staff still had to do all the same process as they normally would and insisted that I hadn’t actually checked in even though my texts clearly said otherwise. Parking is very tight if the hotel is full. Front lot has decent sized spots but the rest are geared towards smaller vehicles which are not the norm for the area. Location is handy to shopping and the highway, so it’s easy to get to any of the nearby sights even if it’s a bit of a drive to get into Victoria itself. Being beside Costco, it is busy and can be loud with forklifts honking at all hours. You’ll want to have the fans running if you’re a light sleeper and on that side of the hotel.
Clean , friendly stuff
Thought the place was okay but the staff weren’t friendly and seem to pay attention to the guests as they come in.
Good place to stay with family
Very nice
We really enjoyed our stay at the pool to ourselves most of the time. They got a really nice steam room and sauna.
Nice place. Loved it!
Air conditioner was very loud and so was traffic
We paid for 5 people and got a suite only suitable for 2 people. We had to end up sleeping on a pull out couch (we had to make the bed) which was VERY Uncomfortable and all crockery was only set for 2 people. And with 4 adults the bath is in the living room and we are most definitely not going to bath with an audience 😡
Don't Overlook this Fabulous Property!
We stumbled on this fantastic property not knowing where we could stay when we arrived in Victoria. It was a dreary rainy night, but when we drove into the parking lot we were totally amazed. After checking in, our room was exquisite! Everyone here was so delightfully helpful, especially our bartender/server Julia. Easy to find our way around, and welcome to come back after a long day and sleep so comfortably! I'm definitely a Marriott Bonvoy fan, AND a Four Points by Sheraton. Also loved that they are SO pet friendly!
Staff was very friendly. Bed was great
Not so great
We booked a suite room. The soaking bath tub in the living space was very dirty. As soon as we turned on the jets all the dirt came out. It was a worst experience. It felt like it was some insects/mosquitos/dirty. Not worth the price. No breakfast as well .
Very nice hotel with clean spacious rooms and a fantastic patio restaurant adjacent. A bit noisy though with a lot of construction going on outside the hotel.
I had to cancel because of a family emergency. When I called to ask for a refund or a hotel credit. The guy at the front desk was rude and said they would not give me anything thing. So $900 for nothing. Thanks for nothing
Everything is near.. I like the rooms..
Overall great experience.
It was a nice room
My only complaint was there was no parking for oversized vehicles. But I made it work.
Comfortable stay. Parking was very tight.
There is a severe lack of garbage cans available throughout the property. There was not a single trash can located inside the lobby of this hotel. This doesn't seem like a big deal but I found it very inconvenient to have to carry any garbage to my room in order to discard it. There was not a single trasj located near the elevators in the lobby or on the 4th floor where we entered or exited the elevator.
Nice and clean
the hotel was clean and staff was awesome. a definite stay again location
I didn’t like that we were charged around $400 as a deposit, and it made me upset.
Check in was quick and easy, the property is always clean and in good condition
Just one day but excellent and memorable
nice
Beautiful building, excellent facilities. I very much enjoyed the gym, the sauna and the the jacuzzi. Close to shops and restaurants.
Clean and quiet, next to Costco, parking easy.
Nice
This hotel has mice. I was originally on the 3rd floor. If they are there, they are everywhere. I was woken at 6AM by the sound followed by the sight of them. Corrugated walls let them climb the walls. Large wall unit gave them plenty of space to live. The hotel did practically nothing for me. No room upgrade. A couple of free entrées to cover the food i lost. No money back. Would not move me to another Marriott hotel. There was no appropriate management working for at least 3 days to properly take care of me. All duty managers were off sick. The manager they did have working, the sales manager, had no authority to grant me anything. The restuarant was sub par, with a minimal menu and poor quality food for the prices. The restuarant was not open all day, only for breakfast, closing at 1030 and for dinner opening at 5 to 11. There were several large construction jobs going on surrounding the hotel, nice views of enormous cranes and gravel pits. And noise! I gave 2 stars for the area around the property only because there is plenty of shopping for all your needs. Good hiking nearby but not ideal for tourist activities, too far away from everything.
The area is a little busy and loud. Construction outside started promptly at 8. Our room was great. And were thankful to get a cot for our extra person.
The entire room is spacious, tidy and nice. Bedroom was comfortable but the fold out couches were terrible, you could feel the springs. Loved how it was dog friendly, staff were extremely helpful. Fitness room was great, pool room had a steam room, sauna and a hot tub which was nice. Would definitely stay there again!
Clean, safe, and family - friendly.
Always enjoyable stay we come often the staff was even helpful when I made a mistake with reservations once.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially at the restaurant during breakfast. I recommend the breakfast. Pool was rather small and hot tub was out of service for the first couple of days. The room had a Jacuzzi which was great and the bed was nice and comfortable. Good location and overall a great stay.
Was up all night due to noise. No parking. Everything else was fine.
Beautiful room. Hotel has a Vegas feel about it.
Thanks
Clean room. bathroom needs upgrade
In dire need of renovation. Dirty carpets, terrible bathrooms

Good location but awkward entry to parking lot - very dangerous turn
