Service was excellent! Only concern, scent in lovby was too strong

We were visiting York University so needed a hotel close by. This hotel was clean and the beds were super comfy. There is not much around the actual hotel (Tim Hortons, Boston Pizza and McDonalds) but it was a short cab ride to Vaughn Mills. If you need a hotel near the University this is a great choice.

It was a nice place to stay not a problem. All was good very well.

Great location for easy access to Hwys 401 and 400.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Room was spacious and updated.

Hotel was clean. Staff were not super friendly or helpful. I requested to be on the same floor as my group and they were unable to accommodate this. Everyone else from the group was placed together. The area around the hotel is a busy intersection.

It was a mean to an end. Bed was uncomfortable, staff was more interested in their personal phones then attending to customer. Placed do not disturb sign on door and house keeping disturbed me three times. Even after the first time when I told them I do t want or need their services.

The AC was pretty loud when it was running, I couldn't close the blinds all the way, there was no central lighting and one of the outlets didn't work. It didn't ruin my visit, but I really would've liked it if I got a more sound sleep.

I’ve seen people complain about the location of the hotel but I didn’t come to Vaughan to hang out in Vaughn. It was a stop that allowed me to save money on downtown Toronto hotels but still access Toronto easily. Staff was wonderful. very friendly and at one point they had to change my room because a guest above me was walking A LOT at 3 am. The staff member somehow made that process quick and easy with half asleep me

Great staff helped with heating problem in room. Many amenities nearby, very well kept. Immediate surroundings are a bit industrial (gas station, car wash).

Nice hotel. My only criticism is that all the toiletries are highly perfumed. Even the hand washing soap for the bathroom. The front lobby also had a high perfume smell that seemed constant so it could not have been from someone wearing it. I have scent allergies so this is always a pain point for me

It was OVERBOOKED. There was no room available. I spent 2 hours trying to book a room….going thru Expedia. Told by the hotel that Expedia was OVERBOOKING…then had to find another hotel room and then try to get my money back from the original overbooked room.

Low down dirty shame.

Booked a king bed room, got two queen's and had to get that corrected. Hotel has visible decay and damage everywhere. Rooms are ok. Beds are terribly uncomfortable. Who decided mattresses that thin and firm were a good idea? Might as well have slept on the floor. Sheets were thin and sounded like paper every time you'd move. Hotel had a Boston pizza where we ordered food. May as well have been microwaved Michelina's that was so salty it was horrible to eat. If I wasn't on the road with a deadline I would have gone back to return it.

Nice room layout, clean, bed is very comfy, bathroom is nice and clean. The elevator area may need some update and fixing. Staff is real friendly and helpful.

It was a good experience. I would have perfered peppermint tea along with the others. Overall, it was good

We had a late checking….after 8pm. The toilet seat(one of the plastic bolts) was broken. The seat did not stay on the bowl. Front desk said no maintenance person till morning. Wanted to change our room, but we would’ve went from a king size bed to two double beds. Did not take move. Bad timing…

We flew in and were meeting our travel partners the next day. The accommodations meet our needs and we had a very good sleep. Location of hotel was excellent for us.

Everything was great except our A/C didn’t get very cold. We didn’t complain as we didn’t really realize it until the middle of the night. Otherwise, great room and great stay!

Nice room however it wasn’t cleaned well. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Black mould in the shower. Bathroom sink was dirty. No toilet paper was provided and had to call front desk.

This property is clean & modern looking. It was easy to find off the highway and ample parking.

Smelt disgusting. Not sanitized. The floor was sticky. Rooms need fresh air after every stay.

Bed was very soft, not the usual firm mattress I have had a previous 4 point properties. Was disappointed, as it did not meet the standard I expected.

People were gathered in the hallways past midnight in lawn chairs and drinking as if was a tailgate party. Had to call the front desk 3 times and didn’t intervene until I told the front desk either they handle it or I would.

Place was nice and clean little noisy for my liking but overall good place.

Small, clean place with a gas station, McDonalds and Tim Hortons in the parking lot. Kind of smack in the middle between highways but this is the area you're going for so makes sense...

The staff was very nice, I checked in very late but they were kind and quick with my service. I had to leave early morning but they still offered me to go get a bite, sadly I was rushing but it was very kind of them to offer.

Tha staff was very friendly, the room was clean, but this hotel is not very soundproof! I had to ask to change rooms at 1:00 am because of running back and forth above my room. The concierge moved us right away and was very expedient and pleasant. I requested the top floor which we got. The bed was unbelievably hard to the point my hips and extremities went to sleep no matter which way I slept. It was the same for my 15 year old so not because I’m older. Both rooms had the same issue with the beds, very uncomfortable. I would not stay in this hotel again. If the beds were more comfortable I would give this a better rating as the noise was from other guests (kids playing hockey) and the staff tried to rectify that issue, they did charge extra for the room change which I don’t feel they should of did, as the walls and floors are not soundproof, but the room was slightly bigger and had a couch and kitchen area in it that the first one didn’t have. Either way I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

My husband and I needed a 1 night stay close to family and this was perfect. The price was very fair but would not recommend for any longer stays. The room was spacious and clean but a bit outdated (paint chipping, some molding, old wood). Service was great and efficient.

Broken bed/lopsided. Cockroach in washroom crawling around when light turns on.

The only complaint would be the iron board and iron didn’t work. The iron board wouldn’t stay open. The iron didn’t steam properly! It didn’t iron the way it suppose to work. I didn’t have enough time to call the front desk to get a replacement on the iron or ironing board.

The staff especially at check in where friendly and helpful with our questions. The property and room was clean and comfortable. The appliances worked and where clean. The bed and pillows was comfortable. The bathroom and shower where clean and everything worked. I would have liked the water pressure to be stronger but I think it's a water saving issue.
