Keep up the great service!

The property is city center. Room is comfortable. Bathroom a bit small but manageable. The room service was prompt.

This was my 6th stay in the last 3 years. Very good experience as always. Staff was super helpful.

Great property

The property and location is excellent, good amenities and also conveniently located with lots of restaurants, stores, medical stores etc. The only thing which surprised me is the stiff disposition at the reception desk. I passed by up and down at-least 10 to 12 times but each time the front desk folks would look down or ignore me. The last time they smiled at me when I checked out and paid my balance due. They were happy to see me go

I have stayed on many occasions at the four points always great service by all the team. Very friendly and helpful. Well done.

Stayed a night

The staff is really very friendly and professional yet very comforting and warm. Everyone assisted us in the best possible way especially Noor and Tushar and Harshal. Food is awesome and served by sweet people. I would recommend this property for anyone who wants a hassle-free stay in Vadodara

No return to this hotel

Booking the hotel as for business purpose, shared room with a colleague. The first challenge was the wifi connection with restriction, we have 2 persons, 2 laptops & 2 handphones. But only 3 devices able to connect to the hotel wifi. The 4th device kept failing to connect even 1 or 3 devices are disconnected. Feedback to hotel, was told the free wifi able to support 3-4 devices. The next day I re-tried again the wifi Connection, the 4th device was connected, but 1 of the previous connected devices failed to wifi connection. It made me really frustrated, and called again to front desk, was told the wifi connection was failed for whole hotel. After repair, the connection was restricted to 3 devices only. For the toilet, it was abit run down and old. We still can beat with it, but the housekeeping service was in consistent work procedure, everyday will miss out to replace either toilet paper, tissue or floor mat. However, the staffs are quite friendly and nice when we requested for help. The hotel breakfast is quite delicious, and the staffs remember our preference.

Overall stay was very good because of some staff members who were very helpful and considerate. The management could be a little more considerate. Your policies re: not allowing guests to make changes in reservation if the booking was done online, seems very unfair and unhelpful. I lost money for several days when my sister was out of town and not using the room. You made me pay for those days. If you wanted, you could have made adjustments in other ways but you did not. I had a reservation for her upon her return back to the hotel but one of the managers said that there was no room for her. Such attitude increased my stress level. True customer service is not just doing sweet-talk but being helpful to guests in ways that count. Thank you.

Very caring and courteous staff and is located in a great location. Everything one needs is nearby like movie theater restaurants pharmacy and much more.

Clean, spacious... Location - Busy road. Good and variety food - both dinner and breakfast.

The property is very close to the airport and in a happening area. There are good number of food outlets and shops for essentials in the vicinity. Quality of sleep may not be very good. You can hear a lot of unwanted noise from the adjacent rooms and neighbourhood. Food was good and tasty. Staff is very cordial.

The ideal hotel for a family stay

This was our first family visit to Vadodara en route Jambhugoda and Pavagadh. We reviewed hotels in Vadodara before deciding on our stay at Four Points by Sheraton. We were glad with our call. We were overwhelmed by the courtesy and warmth extended by the hotel staff. The room was very comfortable and the hotel location couldn't have been better.

Staff is courtesies & co operative. Dining facilities not used. As I am vegetarian I don't like veg & non veg serving restaurant.

Toilet was leaking, there is no handle for the glass door in the shower if you are 5’ or less you will be stuck there.

Name Sheraton is misleading

Staff at this hotel are great! Very friendly, very helpful. I don't know about this Four Points line of Sheratons. I won't seek it out again. My room was small...but the bed and pillows were comfortable and the WiFi worked well. The view out the window of an ugly road and flyover was not helpful. I had booked an upgraded room. I had questions about the room I was in...but at check out the price was lower than I had anticipated so I guess that wasn't the room I had booked. Breakfast isn't anything special. The 100 rupee charge for a bottle of water (wish I had known to bring it from the room) left a bad taste in my mouth. It's not a bad hotel... just not a great one

Terrible not a true Sheraton hotel

Will not stay here again in the future the staff was incompetent and rude. Overall experience was not pleasant whatsoever and for sure nothing you should expect from Sheraton brand

Worst hotel in industry

Worst of the worst if you wanna ruin your day or trip this is the hotel which you choose I have specifically mentioned to have a smoking room which they have option online when I reach the hotel they say it's complete non smoking room then why did u mentioned online also the room is smaller then the bathroom a good house have bed covers 75% of room space moreover service staff is worst I got angry while I have to come to ground every time I need to smoke I ask them to check out at 7 PM in eve they did not even bother to retain me or ask me anything even though they know I am going to a different hotel Sandesh was the name of the employee Thank you four points for ur worst services not going to stay anytime anywehere with u

Hotel and reception area is clean and comfortable by modern standards. However, the WiFi was not working for the first day that we arrived and for the rest of the time there is was intermittent with the signal constantly disconnecting. The staff were helpful especially one of the male reception staff who suggested a member of the party to see a Dr as they looked pale and helped with facilitating this and appropriate food. In the bedroom there was a constant ringing sound which was a distraction when sleeping. Also a hotel provided dressing gown was removed from the room on 2nd day of stay presumably by housekeeping but on request was re-provided. No slippers provided in room. In general, comfortable, clean and modern hotel with good service, however some things could have been better.

A very comfortable stay.

Overall a very good experience with Nidra hotel in Vadodara. There were few minor niggly points. I always found the dinning room too cold. I always like pure butter with my toast for breakfast and they only served a substitute like margarine. I was there for over 10 days and there is no way I could eat dry toast. So everyday embarassingly I kept asking for butter and then the waiters took notice of my requests. After 3 three days they understood and started serving me butter daily. Some of the reception staff could learn to be a little more courteous. Although they were quick to correct an error on their part, just a little "sorry" should also be in order. However most of the staff were very good except for one or two. These are just some minor points otherwise the hotel is excellent for the price. I would definitely consider staying there again.
