The hotel s dirty and don’t go outside to any stores Full of druggies horrible area
This was my second time staying here with friends, and I have no complaints. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I had no concerns during my stay. I’ll definitely stay here again.
Good
Great location
Hotel is getting a bit worn out. Furniture and beds could use a refresh. The Keg is right in parking lot and lots of entertainment options nearby.
The room was clean. The plumbing didn’t work properly(toilet wouldn’t fill on its own, shower and sink did not drain, faucet in bathroom had something wrong with venting and water and would burst water) pool and hot tub were dated and dirty.
.
It was very clean with extremely polite staff.
Disappointed
The pool is disgusting and has not been cleaned or maintained. The rooms are mediocre clean; cleaning staff is wonderful when prompted, as long as you continuously advocate for extras - when you pay an additional person fee on this Hotels Ap. I’m so disappointed with the quality comparative of what you pay. Perhaps we just have to accept sub-standard between 3rd party Aps and suppliers.
Had to park in the Keg parking as the hotel parking lot was full.
enjoyed our stay
It was nice.
Very friendly staff. Clean hotel.
Good
The water in the pool was too cold and the foam in the hottub was dirty.
Unsafe, rude staff, run down rooms
Check in/out service was great. Beds were very comfortable. We did find the hotel quite noisy- you could hear people talking/snoring in the next room (we had a room that connects to our neighbour).
Very loud, constantly hearing stomping, yelling in the hallway and doors throughout the night until 4am. Dog barking incessantly in one of the rooms. Apparently it is located right near all the bars- we did not know that when booking. Staff was friendly room was clean- sleep was minimal.
Blood stain on bathroom garbage can, conditioner dispenser empty. Other wise good stay
Walls were paper thin
We were put in a room with a door to the a joining room. We could hear everything they were saying like they were in the same room as us, and unfortunately they were very noisy.
The wifi was horrible. It was open access and it constantly cut out. It made work impossible.
Family stay
Hotel was very clean, check in and check out were smooth. Room was very comfortable.
Location for what we needed was excellent Hotel was very clean
Pool didn't have any towels, room was clean but had some few wear and tear in the room.
Somewhat isolated
Idk. I put on the wrong dates when I booked. But was gonna cost me a nights stay no matter. No unders, no assistance, no anything from the hotel or Expedia. Horrible experience
The only problem we experienced was the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall in the bathroom and I was worried we would be charged for breaking it so I advised the front desk about it!!
Clean friendly.
Rooms are okay but you can hear all foot traffic in the hallways, carpet and hallway walls are old and a bit dirty
Comforabtle place
Train horns blowing at night. Construction not noted or warned about on website. Kids running in the hallway at night.
Service was good but too noisy between rooms, not great insolation.
close to casino
Cold rooms. Noisy in halls. Construction. Bedding is sub par. Towels were not soft. No room service. I could.go on
Staff was friendly. Fast check in. Highly recommend
Did not appreciate the noise created by the multiple trains as well as noise from the other rooms.
Great
Perfect hotel for a night out in regina! Very close to the downtown strip and very clean n safe!
was easy to get around to all our weekend activities like the rider game casino and bars. great staff and fun new friends we met.
Nice location.
Everything as expected. Helpful staff, clean facility. Would stay again for sure
No continental breakfast, Lounge was hit & mid if it was open. Close to stadium & other establishments at least
Room review
There were bugs in the pool area The shower didn't work properly Couldn't turn off one of the lights as the switch was broken
Easy to get to outside if building ok and inside hallway carpet and hallways shows some wear.
Liked everything except the smell of the body wash. Exttemely Masculine and not at all suited for a lady.
Would definitely stay here again.
Staff is friendly. An Idea place to stay to walk to football stadium/hockey arena but not a lot going on in the neighbourhood. Room was excellent except there is some type of lingering smell. Pool maintenance appears to have not be consistently kept up. Wall of the pool look dirty.
Swimming pool was surprisingly chilly. Was hoping for free continental breakfast but nope. Parking was fairly tight. Beds and pillows were great. Shower/bathroom was very good. Customer service was great. Nice and close to Mosaic stadium and downtown.
I am surprised you such a nice hotel in such an area. Roads are narrow to begin with, not easy to navigate, and under major reconstruction.
Very nice hotel
Security guards at mc Donald’s and Timmy’s . Not safe area past 8 pm . Dirty hotel Room with pubic hair on the desk and big in the bathtub
The only negative was adult guests drunk and going between rooms being loud at 2:30-3 in the morning. The room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Adequate amount of parking. Staff was friendly. The hot tub is the best.
This hotel was nice a few years ago but needs some renovations. Our room had dirt on the ceiling, wet carpet from presumably a spill of cola (was brown), desk chair was also soaked, bathroom sink was partially clogged, tiles are cracked in the bathroom and in the the lobby, and the walls on our floor are worn and appeared dirty. Front desk people sent maintenance to address the issues in our room and said that the hotel was getting renovated soon. Will try one more time next year but if not improved, may be looking for another hotel for the labour day weekend annual trip.
Labour Day Classic
I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton with some co-workers, so we could see the Labour Day classic together. The location was perfect, close walk to the stadium. Subway for lunch and the Keg for after the game celebrations was great.
Check in took about 20 mins, shouldn’t be this slow. Around the property isn’t the safest, too many homeless people and native people with their childen out all night. The little pub attached to the restaurant is a serious dive with the WORST customer service ever - you should fire the guy working on August 27 - rude, not helpful, pretty much had to grab our own drinks and he shut the restaurant down an hour early. Did not feel safe, lots of rift raft in and out of here.
Great hotel
It could stand a little facelift in the hallways but still a good hotel.
Great location and Great Staff!!
Breakfast was great. Great service on check in and out
Its worth the stay
Very clean and convenient location. Staff were not at the front desk a couple times and had to wait around for someone to come.
Check-in was quick with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The room was clean, bed comfortable and great food in the dining room. Very accessible to the downtown area. We would book there again.
Great hotel if planning on going to Rider game! Walkable to different breweries and to the game.
Great!
Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Definitely staying at this hotel again.
Dirty, unsafe area
Walkable to Mosaic stadium
Service
Close to Mosaic Stadium.
Was a good price for a quick stop over
While the rooms and lobby were adequately clean the hallways were anither story. Visible grime up the walls. The neighborhood seems safe enough for an i dustrial area.
Bed was firm
Comfortable bed. Nice room. Bad area. Train went by whistling 3-4 times in ich and as disruptive
There was construction going on in the area.
Nice location in Regina
Just outside the main city area right near the rail yard. Good sized room. Bathroom also quite large. Did have to ask for more towels and cups but were given those pretty quickly. Restaurant attached to the hotel which had happy hour. The also serve breakfast though reserving that through the app was a little confusing as it only added it for one person. But the receptionist did allow us to change one of those over so two of us could enjoy breakfast at least!
Stayed in two different rooms. 1st room the door didn't lock, because door was misaligned. The 2nd night had to stay again for work. The roomed deadbolt didn't work. There was what I'm hoping is chocolat stained in the chair. (didn't use it.)Not sure why I had to give a security deposit each time when the cost was covered by my employement for being there.
I was there on a Saskatchewan Roughriders game day, and the staff seem to be made to wear Roughriders jerseys and such which made it difficult to tell staff from tourist fans.
At the end of a long day, staff made check in and dining easy. Good.
The check in staff were amazing , kind, friendly and super efficient.
The two nights were restful.
Hotel put me in a room that sleeps 2 after booking a room for 3 guests. I had one of my guests sleep on the floor and had to beg them for enough bedding to use as cushion. Staff did not seem to care and blamed it on expedia. No offer of compensation or reduced rate for the trouble. They just dont care about customer service. I would never stay here ever again. Also hotel is very noisy and run down. Bathroom door doesnt close and everything rattles when walking arou d the room.
Worst experience ever.
This stay was horrible! Right from the check in to check out everytime we turned around either something didn't work or rules were not posted where youcould immediately see them. What kind of hotel only has a restaurant opentill 10 am. There were no hoursof operation anywhere. Will never go back!!!!
Night staff was extremely helpful. I asked for a late checkout but our ride got there early and the morning staff seemed bothered by it.
Great staff
Close to Mosaic Stadium
Front staff were wonderful and very helpful answering our questions
Nice stay
Great stay, comfortable beds, good breakfast and most importantly the staff are very nice and friendly.
I have had problems with check in. Also with payment.
The only disappointment was the shower was not great as no pressure but I rid tell the desk about it.
Beautiful rooms great staff
All was good
Excellent location. Comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom! Friendly staff. Early breakfast was super convenient. Too bad there is construction going on right outside the hotel, but we’ll definitely be back.
Not worth the price. Hallways need painting, shower door not working properly. Property looks like it needs updating.
The staff were excellent and the cleanliness was commendable. However, the room was quite noisy. Being on the second floor, whenever the occupants above used the bathroom or showered, the water sounds and the noise from the pipes expanding and contracting were quite disturbing. It was challenging to get a good night’s sleep
easy access
Always a pleasure
Clean room, courteous friendly staff.
property is outdated, tub is dirty. shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner containers are empty. room is too dark, one of the night lamp isn't working. coffee maker is old and dirty.
Good location for the purpose of stay
Absolutely disgusting. Mold in the shower, ripped curtains. Dirty walls and nothing is clean. Totally avoid this place.
Spend your money somewhere else.
Hotel is not worth $200 per night. Not comfortable at all.
Terrible front desk staff, would stay in my car instead of giving them my business.
Felt comfortable there

Convenient location for Rider games or events at the Brandt Centre that's easy to get to. Bit of a sketchy area but if you’re not walking around then no problem. Room was clean and comfortable but could use an update. Nice to have a bar/restaurant in the hotel
