I am satisfied with the service provided

It’s a must stay property for people who want to relax with your family. Well maintained and the staff is always there within minutes unlike other places where they generally take longer. The in room dining person told us the order would take 30 min but arrived before time so no complaints.

The room had dirty glasses and the property hoes not have a gym. It had a room marked as gym without any equipment. The staff mentioned that gym was under renovation- but there was no sign of any work

Great venue & best food

We had a one night stay here. This would be the BEST hotel buffet ever. We had the lunch & breakfast buffet. So much variety & most delicious food. The service is also very very good. Staff are attentive & are very eager to help. I would happily visit this hotel again & this time will stay longer.

Nice hotel

Good hotel, walking distance to main sights such as the lighthouse. Great breakfast. Staff very helpful and efficient. Hotel very clean. Nice swimming pool

On 15th July, I received a mail from booking partner that - "There was a problem with the payment method you provided at booking. To keep the reservation, you’ll need to contact the hotel and provide a valid payment method within 24 hours." And finally booked another hotel. I did not contact the hotel and neither was confirmed my booking nor did I checked in the hotel but on 15th Nov, I received mail from the hotel and booking partner that booking was confirmed and payment was auto detected. In a span of 5 months no message was received so I made bookings in another hotel, and to my shock the payment has been auto debited.

Couldn’t fault services, facilities or staff.

We had a great time during our stay. The spread were awesome and included all types of cuisines. it was a family trip and we had a wonderful and happy stay.

The staff and front desk were extremely helpful, always had a smile on their faces, and made our stay very pleasant!

The ‘garden view’ is a scam. Food is below average. Rooms are smaller than expected.

The Property is very chic & in impeccable condition. The food is delicious but what stands out the most if the Hospitality of the staff

Amazing place

Sheraton is just a USP not Service

we stayed for a day and it was heavily raining. Reception for checkin took lot of time…food was average, highly priced (3 cup tea for 495/-). And service was horrible. Inspite of requesting for battery cart (since it was raining heavily); even after waiting for 45 min and multiples calls no one bothered. Finally all of us has to get drenched in rain and go to restaurent. I expressed my displeasure at reception and instead of correcting they started asking which number u called, who took the call etc. the same event was repeated 3 times during one day of my stay. Property is good but service is horrible and no one should get carried away by brand Sheraton and have expectations for a class of service. Not worth spending money , time or otherwise.

fantastic stay..

Great Service, staff was super friendly + helpful. The facilities were great especially for old family members (ground floor rooms with minimum stairs, accessible ramps available to access the restaurant + golf carts to get to / from room, well paved lands with nice gardens nearby etc). Food at the restaurant was also great, large spread and delicious food so everyone could get their fill. (Only minor scope for improvement would be the cutlery kept running out). The location of this establishment was great too, just off the main highway with nearby access to main Mahabalipuram sites.

Check in Staff seemed a little overworked but otherwise an excellent location with great food and amenities

Very close to Mahabulipuram. The resort area is very quite and gives you a feel of getting away. The Staff have been amazing

Great hospitality

Best stay, this was our first visit with our 8 month old daughter and the hospital staff everything possible to help. They even removed the fan in the hall to fix a baby rocker we had. Thanks a ton to everyone. Made my trip. Food was great and the drive to their beach was also 5 mins.

Relaxed and enjoyable stay

we enjoyed in particular the breakfast spread and the restaurant in general. everything else was good too. the staff were courteous and helpful.

The hotel is not 3 Kms from the beach and makes for it for its Expanse and its attentive Staff. The breakfast was excellent with a great Omlete ( easily the best I have had )

We loved our stay in your property at mahabs... All staffs were very courteous and my daughter really enjoyed it and had a wonderful and memorable stay. She rates this the best from all the other resort's we had taken her. We look forward to coming back here more often. Keep up the great job and the mesmerizing customer service and am sure this is going to take this holiday destination to a different level. Thank you team and Good luck to each of you in making my family weekend outing very special.

A good getaway for relaxing

Resort is not on the beach. Overall resort is good. The chalets are nice, comfortable and pretty big. But the food aint very great. Options also are limited. Overall a hood getaway.

5 stars for 4 points!

We travelled as a family through India and were made to feel welcome by the hotel staff, who went out of their way to ensure that we have a fantastic stay. The friendly staff stopped to check if everything is okay, including the souz chef in the restaurant and specially made food for our daughter who doesn’t like spicy food. Breakfast had a fantastic selection of Local and western dishes and hotel security was good, as was the entertainment games at night on the cricket lawn. The hotel location is just outside of the town and and therefore peaceful and quiet. It was easy and cheap to get a tuk-tuk cheaply in to town and between the sites (five rathas, shore temple, UNESCO site with various carvings and sea shell museum). Mamallapuram is a fantastic town with amazing stone carvings and we explored the town safely by walking and had good food at Moonrackers on Ottovadai Rd. The hotel has a fantastic and clean pool with sun beds and towels, where we were able to cool down from the heat. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Four Points for the enjoyable stay!

Had A Very Good Holiday!

everything was good about our stay but we had issues with our electricity that went off. Staff is extremely courteous, helpful and hospitable - definitively the best part of the stay.

Good resort with excellent staff!

We booked the Chalet with a large bed that could comfortably accomodate 2 adults and a 5 year old child. The room had the basics - coffee maker and mini bar. It also has a small balcony. The toilet was spacious with a separate shower stall. Breakfast spread was not large but pancakes, eggs, etc were made to order. There are separate child and adult pools - both were very clean. Bicycles, board games and play area are available to keep the children engaged. Very attentive and responsive staff. Only 2 things that we did not enjoy. 1) our balcony faced the service road, so constant throughfare of vehicles/people 2) no access to the beach.

Spacious and comfortable stay

A nice and big property. Top notch service and yum food available in the restaurant. Only improvements noticed in the area of pool timings (should be increased to after 7, atleast 10pm) and facilities for driver rest.

Sympathique hôtel à Mahabalipuram

Hôtel situé à 45 mn à pieds des Five Ratha ( mais marche sur route pas forcément très agréable ) ou 300 roupies en rickshaw. L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu mais un petit rafraîchissement des chambres serait le bienvenu. L’accueil est au top ,prévenant . La piscine est très agréable après une journée à visiter ces beaux temples ( merci à Kartykean pour sa disponibilité). La restauration est savoureuse avec le service impeccable de Theresa et Rejola .( nous n’avons pas éprouvé le besoin d’aller manger à l’exterieur. Au total un hôtel parfait pour visiter Mahabalipuram.
