I was shocked poor standard of the place compered to Sheraton four points in other countries..

The staff of the property is exceptional.

Cooperative staff

Great experience and great people

Overall it was an amazing experience. Right from the time we entered to the time we left, the whole staff team ensured we are being taken care off at the best. Service was outstanding be it at the front desk, at the diner or breakfast buffet. The pool and the view was breathtaking and this was nothing short of a fantastic overall experience.

Not a pleasant stay at all.

It was really awful this hotel.. I thought it was a 5 star but turned out to be a 0. Expected much more from this brand. I usually don’t complain but this was too much for me. Mold all over the shower, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed in the room and the hallways which should be somewhat clean were extremely dirty, as if it wasn’t vacuumed in months! Again I don’t like to make negative reviews but this one was hard not too..

Hi Team - It was such a great stay at FP Sheraton. My parents also stayed with me and surprised to see Mr Sunil MS, Loss Prevention Manager came with a B day cake for my Dad. Also he helped them to attend SPA as well when i went to office. People like Sunil are a great asset to any organizations. Also kudos to all the staff in the restaurant as well

Good hotel but upkeep??

Washroom doesn’t have overhead shower which is not great. Also the towels were very old and stained. Hotel of this level needs to improve

14th floor had some party ..but the sound could be heard all over the hotel. Also they charge fee if u checkbin few hours early.

Nice hotel, but you expect better from Marriott

They didn’t even give the beer, massage and credit for spice as confirmed by the hotel

Something specific I'd like to share. There was an aspiring female manager who worked in the cafeteria. Rather young. Quite thin. Always wearing a full dark blue suit. She was just extraordinary. It was she among others who made the stay that much more memorable. Her name escapes me. I wish I could have said my goodbyes to her but didn't get the chance.

Nice staff good service

This is a lovely property. I paid for a package that included a buffet breakfast and dinner. Both were satisfactory with a variety of options. I also had a massage at the spa, which was average but well-priced. This property is best for business travelers as it’s not particularly close to any tourist attractions. Also, the pictures are misleading. While the rooms are clean, the view is not what it seems. This hotel is in an urban area and does not have leafy views.

What an amazing stay !! Food is delicious !! Comfortable bed and we had the suite which was beautiful !! Highly recommend staying here and the staff are super super friendly !!

Lovely stay! Would go back ! This is a 5 star resort all the way ! Front desk was super friendly and everyone including the lobby staff and parking staff ! Must visit when you are in Kochi and the rooms are wonderful. Delicious food at the buffet and also at the hot and spice restaurant

Very enjoyable one-week stay with my husband and young daughter. Staff were lovely—very helpful and accommodating. Wonderful range of foods in the restaurants from across India and abroad including excellent delicacies from Kerala. Spa was nice—Swedish massage was very good, the foot reflexology massage was ok. Very happy with our stay overall and would highly recommend.

Stayed two weeks and used the hotel as our home base for our activities. Overall the staff at this hotel are courteous, friendly and very helpful! The restaurant serves very tasty Indian food. Very attentive staff at the restaurant. Easy check-in and check-out. Fantastic front desk staff and facility staff. Would stay here again when the opportunity comes.

the front desk asked us to pay for the entire stay on check-in- this is illegal business practices; i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I did not stay ; moved to bonvoy chain hotel that was cleaner, friendlier, paid when checked out

Design and use for business travelers . Food is mediocre . Staff could be more friendly . Our room didn't have hot water in the morning, some engineering issue though property seems very new. Definitely not for tourist

Had to call everyday to clean the room. Will help if had option to electronically or by using sign on the door. Had to ask few times for toilet rolls and towels as the cleaning staff don't replace it. Only one restaurant. The check-in and checkout was not efficient.

This property is verse than any other properties I stayed before .

Overall, it was alright. Room could have been cleaner (sheets and towels) and breakfast could have been better. But when concerns were raised about the towels they were addressed promptly. Purchased a package that allowed for late checkout which was nice since our flight left late. It's a small amount but a little frustrating that what was reflected on the bill at checkout did not square with what was on the hotel booking receipt. There were no extra charges that explained the difference and when questioned we were told that the difference was due to tax for one room being higher than the other one booked since it was dual occupancy. However, this difference wasn't on the original booking. It would be good if the hotel sorts this out with booking sites instead of leaving it to the guest to report the matter. If a booking is made and the receipt shows the full amount owed in both the local currency and USD, then the hotel should honor the booking rate.

Front desk manager was obnoxious and rude.

Highly recommended, good value

it was a very comfortable stay and we loved especially the breakfast, nice local food and fresh fruits and a good coffee. The only things we were wondering about was the mess in the corridor to our room, which was immediately sorted out after reporting and after three nights we asked for bedsheet change but we didn't get it, maybe a misunderstanding. After all we highly recommend this hotel. Location is good, clean and quiet. Our new place to go

It is one of the best hotels in the region and they have an incredible multi-cuisine breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff is very helpful and serve you at the table as well at times. I had no issues during my stay and the hotel was clean and followed all necessary precautions due to the pandemic. The rooms, restaurant and lobby area were clean. My room had a good city view. There were few issues with the centralised air conditioner in my room and the coffee machine did not have any coffee beans. Overall the stay was great and I would love to visit it again.

Staff were brilliant! So helpful and caring towards my parents - it really meant a lot to have service with a smile. In particular, Selina at breakfast (which was great - lots of choice!) started our days off very happily and Louis on reception was always checking if all was well. Suraj downstairs was extremely helpful organising our cars and trips too. I would very much recommend this hotel to other visitors.
