It’s an extraordinary property to stay. I loved my stay at the hotel. I highly recommend this place. Do try their Veg Kebab platter. Absolutely to die for.

Disappointment from itc group !!! No services provided !! At least not worth the money and not upto standard

We have booked this hotel for 2 nights for delux room but we haven't got the proper view post checking with reception they said all rooms of full of proper view. Also their toilet flush was not working properly. Have asked to repair it but problem was not solved. We have requested to change the room. Hotel staff has shown us othem room on same floor. The toilet flush problem was same in that room also. So they have shown room on newly renovated rooms on ground floor. Room was nice and specious and there is no issue in flush tank here. Another concern here there is no direct lift to reception or restaurant. The food is ok there are no verities in breakfast. Also there was some smell is coming from jungle area so we have to close the balcony glass. The hotel staff was very cooperative. Overall experience is ok but not that much good since we have paid 20k paid for 2 nights.

Good place to stay

Good service and nice location Not in mc leodganj so traveling to the main tourist areas can be a hassle

Service at the hotel was excellent. Signage for guests driving in could be more visible. A breakfast only fare option would be great. Overall a very pleasant stay

Location - excellent, just a few minutes away from Mcleodgunj. Staff- extremely courteous and eager to please. Room very comfortable and clean, superb housekeeping. Toilet - clean and toiletries replaced daily. Staff enquires daily about any housekeeping needs. Food- delightfully delicious and a very good spread. They can keep a ready reckoner for the list of tv channels in the room. Unfortunately sauna was under repair during our 4 night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back to this property

Nicely located hotel with scenic views. Amazing staff and great food (breakfast- and dinner- buffets on the house). It was a very relaxing vacation, the weather worked in our favor as well. Would definitely visit again!

A Decent but average hotel

It was an OK hotel. Staff tried to be helpful but they could not manage the crowd in restaurant . Rooms , corridors are all very dated and cleanliness in corridors , pathways is avg.

Wifi, swimming pool, gym were not working. Table tennis table was not in good condition. Rooms initially given to us had very small, unsittable balconies although on request the manager changed one of the rooms with one big balcony room.

It was a great hotel with a good view. I will like to come again later.

A very good hotel and great staff. Food at the hotel is very good and breakfast is just awesome. A little more items in the menu will be appreciated.

Seen better days

Place is tired and old looking. Only one restaurant as the cafe bar in the photos is a couple of sofas in the lobby with no one ever serving. Front of house and travel staff could do with some customer service training. Manager and the waiters in the Orchid staff were very friendly and efficient. Ok for a nights stay.

Really thin walls; bathrooms need refurbishment

The hotel has REALLY THIN walls... you could hear the television (the dialogue, conversation, EVERYTHING) from the room next door. Bathrooms are okay; reasonably clean. But, the place needs a total refurbishment.

Local hotel toilets

Very poor toilets. Balcony was good. Considering toilets room price should be 1/3rd.

Needs Renovation - Old property

Its an old property and needs an refurbishment badly. The condition the wood work is bad. The Swimming pool water was pathetically dirty and even later I observed people were swimming in t-shirts and shorts instead of proper swimwear

Really worse experience ended up

Really expensive no services , too much hidden cost ls, we paid 4000/- taxfor one day only. Bill to be paid was 28000 for three nights basic room but we ended up paying 37000/-. Will never come back again....

Calm and nice place

Lots of amenities in a hard to reach area

The views from this hotel make it worth the trek. From what I could see of other hotels, I think it is probably the nicest in the area as well. My room was large with a wonderful balcony looking out onto a wooded hillside. In the mornings there were large monkeys on the balcony. I ate at the hotel restaurant a few times. The wait staff was excellent and the food was good, though the meals I had in town in McLeodganj and Dharamshala were better. The travel desk staff helped me get to where I wanted to go, but they were very pushy constantly trying to upsell ride packages. They also kept quoting higher prices to me than their signage listed, so keep an eye out for that. I pushed back quite a bit to get the listed prices. Had a great massage and facial at the hotel spa. Would recommend taking advantage of those services as the prices for spa treatments were amazing. The hotel is not very old, but I think the weather in the region is very rough on buildings. Some of the outside spaces were rather worn. There was staff repainting sections of the hotel during my stay. No robes, but there was a safe, ironing board and iron, climate control, TV, large bed, nice shower, hairdryer, and amazing views of the mountains and forests.

Absolutely stellar service!

We picked Fortune Park Moksha because it was the only 4-star property in the area and surrounds. The property is perched on a mountain side with expansive views of the valley below on one side and of snow-capped peaks on the other! For a 4-star hotel, it lacked some of the luxury elements and there was some construction noise on top of our room that disturbed our baby but the one thing that surprised us was how amazing the service was! The staff would not say no to any of our requirements. Traveling with a young baby, we often needed food that would be suitable for our baby and the staff, along with the restaurant chefs were happy to oblige with whatever we wanted cooked. It was like having our own personal kitchen :-)! There was also always a follow-up phone call to make sure that the food was as per our expectations. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious choices. The South Indian was top class! The Travel Desk was always able to arrange a car for us at a short notice. We got our laundry done here too and the staff took enough care to notice a tiny pre-existing rip in one of the clothes and even offered to stitch it for us!! The spa is fairly decent as well. All in all, a great place to stay! Highly recommended!

Great for out of country guests

My family and I looked at every option in the area and found this to be the best for out of the country guests. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the amenities were sufficient and we all enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor things (shower a bit grimy and old) that were expected but this is the best hotel in the area. The spa was a nice treat along with the pool. The views are also fantastic.

Good location and service but above all a very good team of people who take care of all your needs with a smiling face. All the people working at the property deserve a five star rating.

Great property for stay

Our experience at fortune Moksh was great. We stayed for four nights. We had rooms with balcony view was beautiful. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Food was great buffet has plenty of choice. Highly recommended property if you are staying around dharamshala.

Nice hotel. If anything, the staff over solicitous. Good bed, great shower. No bath. Downsides were the evening meals, which weren’t great quality, the terrible restaurant music (Kenny G miss hits) on the same eternal loop morning and evening and the overall lack of wall soundproofing. This meant that noise from adjacent rooms and corridor was invasive through out the night and morning. The breakfast was very good, staff super friendly, good views and all very clean.

Amazing Stay At A Wonderful Scenic Location. Only Let Down Was The Missing Smile and a Bit Cold Reception Staff rest everything was great. Amazing Breakfast spread and Comparatively Good Restaurant Staff. Everything about the property is good my suggestion would be just only if the staff could be more warm it would be a great property. Hands down It Is The Best Property at Dharamshala But That Cannot be taken for arrogance.

Fantastic Location

High in the mountains, outside the town. The services are of high quality and the staff is very helpful. 2 night stay was very comfortable.

The Best Hotel in Mcleodganj

Good hotel.Great Rooms and facilities.Good Food in the restraunt . Satisfied with the service provided. Pleasant surprise to see such a professional hotel in a hill station. The only downside is that the views are pretty average around the hotel.No view of the Mountains. Recommended in case you are not very choosy about the View.

Location is great. View from the room was good. Really impressed with the service. Only issue I faced was with Wi-Fi which was not coming in the room, rest all was great.

A great Hotel, tucked away in the Himalayas.

The facilities in the Hotel exceeded our expectations, be it the Restaurant, the room itself or the level of cleanliness maintained. Overall, the Hotel staff was non intrusive but available at all times to attend to any need.

Peace and calm in the mountains

Slightly more expensive and 5kms out of McLeod but a haven of peace and quiet. Lovely staff, nice pool, great views down to the plains and up to the mountains. Spotless room, nice food, breakfast buffet ok
