Accommodating

All in all a good place but the use of the lift was a problem and having to haul baggage 6 floors not enjoyable - customer service didn’t respond to inquiry on lift - other than that room is clean and well located to train and as described

I guess the property is typical for Rome, however it’s is budget friendly and is central close to transit and train. Elevators doesn’t work all the time and we have to walk 6th flight of stairs. If this is a constant problem they should atleast have someone to take the luggage down stairs. Other than that u get what u paid for.

Can’t fault it

Not too far from the centre and the price is reasonable. The room itself was the best I’d stayed in Italy

The staff were great. The room was okay, nice bathroom. Good location to walk into the centre and to get to the train station.

The actual room does not look like a picture. It’s renovated but very poorly. Pictures show sunny modern place, but we got a dark dungeon.

Very convenient check in especially after hours! A code downstairs and upstairs! Location (5), cleanliness (4), it was very cold during the night and the heat was not functional! Privacy and noise is (0) you will hear a bathroom human talks, a guest next to you, and a stunning lady who is walking on the heals up to midnight and starts at 4 AM in the morning! I thought there was a dancer upstairs! I stayed in room (3) from October 12-13, 2021! A perfect place for shower and leave! I could not sleep due to constant variety of noises coming from all over the places!

Great little hotel/guest rooms

Very good for the price paid (Junior suite). Cleaned every day and beds made/towels changed if needed. Basic but clean and modern. Mini fridge. Tea/coffee facilities. Soaps provided. Can’t complain. Tv wasnt working but out exploring most of the day anyway so didnt miss it. Air-conditioning but didnt need. Plenty of little restaurants around - REbasilico particularly good. Supermarket (Conrad) 5 mins walk. Termini station just over 5 mins. Main tourist spots like Colosseum / Trevi Fountain / Spanish steps within half an hour easy walk. Lots of little closer landmarks to explore too.

Rome trip

Everything was absolutely great, especially the location of the proximity of all the sights. The only thing that was wrong was that we drove and the parking was terrible. Would not recommend to someone that is planning on driving. Other than the parking hotel was worth it. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful place

this was a great stay, good location, it isnt really a hotel as such , more a floor with rooms, but the rooms were great I had two with balconies, room had everything you needed good size. there is a reception, but its only open till 3pm. we arrived late for check-in and done self checking which was absoulutly fine. Staff very friendly, highly recommend. Only small complaint, the shower heads need changing, and there is a "adult" theatre underneath but we never had any hassel from it.

Julia was so nice and friendly and very informative about all the questions we had.

Not what we paid for

The room was not what we booked and in a different hotel. Nothing like the pictures. The building has 2 guesthouses on the sixth floor and we we're put into Bon Ton Suites instead of Floor 6. Nobody notified us of this beforehand or in the check-in. We felt like we got scammed. Our room was older and worse than the one we we're supposed to stay in. Didn't have the minibar promised so we had to use a shared fridge in the lobby and other guests stole our food from there. The mattress was like a rock and AC worked whenever it felt like working. The "duvet" provided was a thin sheet and the blankets available were yellow and stained. Walls were like paper and the rooms weren't soundproof at all. You could hear someone talking or taking a shower in the other rooms. The hotel is located near Termini but far away from all the attractions. You have to take a crowded subway in order to get to the centre. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

First of all, I don’t believe it is properly advertised. This is not a hotel per say. It is a floor that has several rooms in a random public building. Reception and staff do not work all day as such, it is not easy to ask them questions or get ahold of them. The rooms do not come equip with basic essentials like irons for example. The hall is poorly constructed therefore, you hear EVERYTHING. Each step other guests take, all their conversations, how late they come home, etc. For the price, I’d recommend an actual hotel.

Beware of some things before you book this place. It’s oviously run as cheaply as possible which I will explain below. If you do stay I’d only recommend a night or two. We booked two rooms for 15 days to put this in perspective Let’s start with some positives. The room was good sized close to Roma Termini train station. Was easy walk. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t feel unsafe walking around the area but is dedinetly a more lower income area (see below) Now the not so good Walls needed a serious coat of paint many battle scars from suitcases The ground floor of the building houses a XXX adult movie theater you can’t avoid the unsavory characters and prostitutes hanging around there. (Something they try really hard not to show in the pictures) Need more shelf space in the bathroom (nonexistant) The terrible NO HOT WATER yeah we had Zero hot water before 8am. We stayed 15 days and not one day did we have hot water before 8 or after 9pm. Not acceptable. The phone # posted didn’t work when we complained to the staff (who are only there 8-3) theybjiat said to run it a bit first. We tried this didn’t make any difference. But after 8am. I believe they turn it on when they arrive, but no way to prove that theory. Lastly and this is something else they fail to mention in their ads and on check in. They only give you fresh towels and bedding every 3 days. They also do not wash the coffee mugs or refill the coffee packets. We will not be staying here again.

Deceived Not What I Booked

Upon arrival the lady at reception helped us with where to go for the attractions etc. The normal procedure the lift we used to get up to the 6th floor was really old and took forever but nevertheless that was fine, The room I booked was for three single beds and I got a double bed and a single pull out bed very uncomfortable too room was meant to include a minibar but the lady said she does not know anything about this and this is the only room she has so that was very dissapointing then I found out the rooms posted on hotels.com were for other rooms opposite the entrance from the reception so that was very naughty of them after I spoke to the lady about the fridge / minibar she got one from another room and kept saying she can’t do anything about the room as she is just an employee who only works part time and wouldn’t take any responsibility towards my booking I made. The location is good for shops but the hotel is a no no loved Rome just not floor 6.

A basic clean and comfortable place

The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from Termini station. It’s located in a quiet area with several restaurants. We also came across a Filipino eatery. We have no problem with the check-in and check-out and Emiliano was very helpful with the local information and helped me to liaise with Singapore Airlines’ local representative re my luggage replacement. Although it can be quite noisy with other guests checking and out with their luggage, the place is of good value if you want a place below USD100 per night.

Fantastic hotel with great location

Fantastic stay at Floor 6. Could not fault the location, service or room. Bed mattress was a little uncomfortable and could have done with a mirror in the room. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Great Service, Cordiality & Convenient Location

I stayed here for two nights with my family and we had a very pleasant experience. Emiliano will do whatever it takes to accommodate you and make you happy. The room was clean and neat at all times. The location is a plus if you are using the Metro, there is a walking distance train station.

A perfect option

There was a problem with the wifi connection, but other wise every thing was perfect. A very clean room and bathroom with comfortable beds and excellent location

Takes forever for the shower to heat up. Only 10-15 mins walk from the main terminal, and buses. Don't pay for the shuttle from the airport for the hotel, as you will pay double the price. The good thing is that the service was not too bad for what we paid. A good 40+ mins walk from the hotel to most attractions ( which is fine if you don't mind walking). Wifi was not great at all. Our kettle was broken but they got it changed the next day for us which was nice.

The room was very clean and good bedding and close location to Termini station. But one thing not so good was not convenient to in and out also check in.

Very Happy

Very good for the price you pay. Location is nice, takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Trevi fountain, is roughly 10 minutes away from the tube station and then 30 minutes by tube and walking to the Vatican. Local restaurants are very nice. The hotel itself - at first was difficult to find but managed in the end, were greated as we arrived and shown to our room, also showed us a map and helped with where to go to get to the tourist spots. The room itself was just the right size, not too big and not too small. The beds themselves were comfy but the pillows were pretty bad, might as well not use the pillows honestly. There were a few scratches/marks in the walls and the panelling in the bathroom was slightly coming of but apart from that cannot complain. Staff clean and make the beds everyday and clean the linen every three days which is fine, the beds are nicely presented and our bin was always emptied. We received a complementary bottle of champagne on arrival which was a lovely gesture, as well as a couple chocolates to kick of our trip. Overall very happy and would recommend to others. We requested twin beds and the hotel replies straight away and honoured our request which is brilliant. Only negative I can say was the sound-proofing, the walls were very thin and because of this you could hear a lot, for example people in the corridors, people showering. Thank you floor 6 for a brilliant stay. Oh and to people staying - take the lift, it's not scary!

Friendly staff and nice location

Staff was friendly all the time. The person that check us in was very attentive. He show us the touristic places to go and gave us a map. The room was not ready because we came earlier however we let our bags there and we went out. We walk all the time. It is about 15/20 min walking but it is a nice walk. Very close to the termini station. Room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for everything, specially the little gift that was left in our room. We really appreciated as it was my birthday.

Nice stay

It was a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly n helpful, room was clean and fairly new. Location is close to Tremini.

Sound off

Not the safest neighborhood but close enough to the main station. The walls were paper thin but the rooms looked nice enough. You could hear the constant in and out of the buzzer and at one point someone must have been locked out so they resorted to a tirade of buzzing from 2:00-2:30AM.

It was a very good stay fir one night. Location was near Roma termini which was ok and walking distance to all the sites in Rome. Unfortunately the Wifi was not working when we were there, but they were trying to fix it and very nice about it. Would recommend for one night ! Great value!

Neat hotel all the rooms are located on the 6th floor of a building that's not a far walk from some great restaurants as well as the metro, bus, taxi, and roma termini train station.

Really bad area. Next to an adult movie teather

This B&B place had a guy name Yoby who need to learn a little bit more about costumer service. Very rude guy. Rooms were actually not bad, but one of the beds (twin bed) was terrible to sleep. Hotel is located in a bad area, next to an adult movie teather. Road were in construction and walking us up so early with the noise. Elevators to tiny, barely 3 people can fit on it And hotel it's not close to main attractions. Maybe 30 minute walking to the tourist area and 15 min or so to the near metro station. So no. I will never stay here again.

The building seems to be in good condition rooms are newly renovated and clean but the beds are not very comfortable we had a double bed and an individual bed that was an add on bed the kind that you can fold very small and uncomfortable that was not specify when booking. They don't provide comforters or blankets only sheets so we where cold at night.

You get what you pay for

The manager was very nice but at the check out was a nightmare going down the stairs 6 flights because the elevator wasn't working at 5am wasn't ideal! The location is really convienant 10mins walking to central station where you can grab just any bus or train . I absolutely loved they had AC in 90 degree weather

Chambre convenable pour le prix, mais très bruyant dès tôt le matin.. ce n'est vraiment pas agréable. La propreté des draps laissaient à désirer.. ma couette était jaune et sentait très mauvais.

La habitación con muchísimo polvo y un olor a cañerías horroroso. La primera noche, al dormir, un ruido repentino y fuerte… resulta ser que se enciende unos calentadores cuando tú u otro huésped de otra habitación se ducha. Duchas sin gel. Lo peor de todo? El acceso. Se necesitan tres códigos para acceder, pues el de la puerta principal no me funcionó dos días, por lo que tuve que quedarme en la puerta esperando a que llegara alguien ya que no hay recepción (solo hasta las 2 pm) y el WhatsApp ni llamadas atendían. En resumen, no volveré ni recomendaré jamás

La ubicación del piso del hotel excelente, pero son unos aprovechados y mentirosos, tengan mucho cuidado, nos dieron la habitación B con balcón, la cual era la única que no tenía agua caliente, nos hicieron creer que era un problema de todas las habitaciones y terminaron reconociendo que solo era de nuestra habitación, solo ofrecieron una disculpa pero no una solución, tuve que insistir en que nos cambiaran de habitación y de mala gana y con pretextos lo hicieron, probamos los baños de dos de las habitaciones y no tenían ningún problema!!! De igual manera volvieron a ofrecer esta habitación a otro huésped, toda una estafa. La habitación que me dieron al tercer día (me tuve que bañar dos días con agua no fría, helada) era de un costo menor, solicité una compensación y al día de hoy no he recibido un correo por parte de ellos o de Expedia, cuando informe a Expedia solo recibí una disculpa pero señalaron que ellos no podían hacer nada… cuando es por este medio que hice la reserva, las autoridades me recomendaron levantar una denuncia en contra del hotel, tengan mucho cuidado!!

Lacken am ersten Tag schon dreckig, benutzte Tasse im Zimmer nachdem die Reinigungskraft da war, Zustand des Zimmers nicht schön. Sieht auf Bildern schön aus aber man darf nicht genauer hinschauen. Bett hart und federn merkt man durch, Rückenschmerzen sind schnell da. Schimmel in der Dusche, zu wenig Ablageflächen.

Le personnel était très agréable, la chambre correcte. L’endroit est bien situé car proche de la gare. Par contre j’ai du faire changer mon oreiller qui était fortement taché de sang à mon arrivée. Ensuite, vu que l’on conserve les essuies plusieurs jours il faudrait prévoir de quoi les mettre sècher. Aucun crochet ou barre disponible. Je faisais sécher mon essuie sur la télé. Nous avons demandé des crochets mais rien n’a été fait. Dommage… Merci

Als allererstes muss man sagen, dass es zwei Teile der Unterkunft gibt, einen renovierten Teil (von diesem sind auch die Bilder) und ein unrenovierten Teil. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im untenovierten Teil bekommen was gar nichts mit den Bildern zu tun hatte. Es war runtergekommen und schäbig. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht gekühlt, sondern ist ein Ventilator, im Badezimmer ist die Duschwanne undicht und es läuft viel Wasser aus. Im Zimmer richt es modrig ohne lüften. Wir hatten MIT Balkon gebucht und keinen erhalten. Nach der ersten Nacht hatten wir reklamiert und wurden nur abgespeist. Wir sollten für unsere letzte Nacht ein Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten wie wir es auch gebucht hatten, allerdings wussten die Angestellten am Wechseltag schon nichts mehr davon. Extremst schlechter Service!!!

Struttura accogliente. Pulizia giornaliera della Stanza ma senza cambio lenzuola e senza cambio degli asciugamani. 2 giorni con asciugamani umidicci (non il massimo). Disponibilità dell addetto OK ma un po freddo.

The worst stay ever. Don't book this hotel.

Jag är en mycket resan tjej som har bott på så många olika typer av hotell. Detta är det värsta hotell jag någonsin bott på. Detta är INGET hotel det är ett hostel med papperstunna väggar, icke samarbetsvillig personal och fruktansvärt område. Vi bokade ett hotellrum, men man bor tillsammans som i en lägenhet där man hör allt och ALLA. Ingen reception finns över huvud taget. "Hotellet" känns osäkrt då man bara får en kod in (som alla kan få tillgång till). Hotellet ligger också ovanför en porrklubb vilket inte alls känns bra. Under vår vistelse var det stök och oväsen hela nätterna och människor som hade "cehckat ut" valde att stanna kvar på "hotellet" för att sova i allrummen. Från mig till er, bo inte på detta "hotell" det är fruktansvärt på alla sätt...

Trots städning i rummet var det fortfarande dammigt. Annars bra.

Une horreur, a fuir absolument !

L’hôtel se situe d’abord dans un quartier pas sympa, au dessus d’un cinéma prono. C’est un appartement au 6eme étage d’un vieil immeuble. Hôtel qui n’en a que le nom.. pas de réception, pas de personnel, pas d’information. On a été agressé par un couple de clients ayant ostensiblement bu énormément d’alcool, rien n’a été fait pour nous aider. Les gens dormait dans le couloir, dans l’escalier, en vomissant. On a du partir dans un autre hôtel en plein milieu du séjour, à nos frais bien évidemment. Pire, l’hôtel n’a rien voulu savoir quant à notre état de santé, se contentant de nous demander à la fin de la semaine comment se passait notre séjour juste pour qu’on leur rende la clef afin de pouvoir vite relouer leur chambre Cet établissement dessert totalement une entreprise comme Hôtel.com qui devrait bannir ce genre de comportements, et donc d’établissements, afin de ne pas perdre de clients honnêtes A fuir ABSOLUMENT !
