Checked in was a breeze. It was a self checked in and no reception or anything but once you entered your confirmation # from booking, your key to your room will dispense like an ATM card.

This is a bare bones hotel with self check-in. There is not a place to leave luggage if you arrive early. However, there are lockers available at the train station. There are also free public WCs about a block away.

Checkin was absolutely terrible. The kiosk wasn't working correctly and this caused a 45min delay in getting into our room as well as several phone calls to getthe situation resolved. The room was as expected, very simple with no real amenities. The room was very clean. The coffee machine was great and the croissants were excellent.

Disrespect to customers with dysfunction of automa

The rooms are enough big and clean. The motel is in a business center with too much noise untill late night from the shops around. The Check-in was automatic, the electronic system was not working, three passengers on 19:00 o'clock were behind the door for 45 minutes and no one came to help us. It was totally rude and impolite to behave to the passengers, who have paid and expect respect. It was really a shame for such a motel system. At the end even no apologies. It was terrible!

Pros: Room and bedding were clean enough. Self check-in was easy. Free parking was nice Cons: There are several street cafes in and around the building. They are quite noisy late into the evening (until 1am) and the room does not have AC or even a fan, so you need to decide between quiet or a cool room, you don't get both. The free coffee room and breakfast 2 go were locked in the morning and our room card didn't open the door. If there's an issue it's impossible to communicate with any staff. There are none on premise and they don't answer their phone or reply to emails in a timely manner.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped out very kindly for a forgotten item. Only thing missing in facilities would be a small fridge in the room.

Very unique, quirky hotel with self check-in. No frills, but also half the price of any other hotel in Buchs. Has a dorm/hostel type feel but with your own bathroom. No a/c and we were here during some warm August days, so needed to open the windows and the street could be loud, but somehow we still slept very soundly. If you're looking for convenience, cleanliness, and value, this is your place. If you're looking for customer service and luxury, you may be happier elsewhere. We liked it.

This place provided a great stay. We just had a minor issue figuring out how to check ourselves in because no body was on site. It was a self checkin. But once we did, it was a piece of cake.

When I checked in, I was initially nervous as there wasn’t actually a front desk with staff. I thought, what if something goes wrong. I still don’t have an answer for that, but the stay turned out to be lovely. Nothing did go wrong, and I expect to see more staff-less hotels like this in the future. The check-in takes place at an electronic kiosk on the 2nd floor, where your key card is printed. A very easy process.

Dirty and shabby

It's a budget hotel so I didn't expect it to be great, but I didn't expect a dirty toilet seat or holes in the towels.

This hotel was something of a surprise, given that it is a) completely automated and b) situated in the middle of a shopping centre. It is, however, immaculately clean and very well located, not far from the train station and the bridge into Lichtenstein. With the room pre-booked, all that was needed initially is either the booking reference or your surname. Other information is then required (address details, passport information, etc) before a couple of cards for entry to your room are delivered by the machine. The room was large and smart, with an equally impressive bathroom with towels and shower gel provided. There is an eating area on one of the floors where free tea and coffee are always availble and, in the morning, this is supplemented by croissants and fresh fruit. This is clearly the future for some hotels and, on the basis of this one, when things are done efficiently and without hassle, it works very well. Not sure what happens if you leave your entry card in your room by mistake and leave building as there is (apparently) no-one on site to help you out!

Great location for Buchs train station and for exploring Liechtenstein Schaan & Vaduz area. The auto-check in worked very well. The room was clean and comfortable. There were 24 hr drinks facilities in the main area and croissants in the morning. It was easy to access the hotel even though it was in the shopping centre, however felt very safe and contained. There are no staff that you see which for me was not a problem. For others who like the traditional hotel setting, and a use the reception function for local information, bookings, reservations etc, it may not work for them

The room is ver spacious very nice but, there was no air conditioner, and so it is to hot inside the room, something else would be nice also to have a frigo inside the room

Overall, the hotel is nice. However, the check-in was rather difficult. Especially because we arrived almost at midnight and it's located inside a building that has all entrance closed and there are no clear signs. However, the 24/7 phone number was useful and help us get in. For a hotel where everything is automatized and they provide just the basic services (i.e. basic breakfast, no extra pillows, etc) you would expect the price to be cheaper.

-poor general cleanliness -poor air quality and to hot rom for summer stay (you can open the windows but there is a lot of noise in the streets and food smoke from the kebab shop below makes it unpleasant) -the mattress in the bed is rock hard without a mattress topper and there is a large brown stain on the underside of the bed.

Es war alles sehr sauber. In den Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Die Räume waren groß und hell. Der Frühstücksraum für die Durchreise völlig in Ordnung. Es wurde Obst angeboten.

Zum Übernachten ok, zentral gelegen, geräumige Zimmer, alles übliche vorhanden. Parking gratis, im Hotel abzustempeln Zimmer ohne Charme

Nice, comfortable and clean place. Parking in the basement. Self check-in. There are fruits, hot and cold drinks in the common kitchen. The only thing we couldn't find was the main entrance to the hotel and any information about where we should go. So we had to call hotels customer service and ask where the entrance was, which was on the other side of the building.

Il s’agit d’un bon concept mais peut être améliorer. Le radiateur pour les serviettes de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de prises électriques près du bureau. Le fonctionnement des persiennes. Une meilleure communication préalable du type d’hôtel et du parking serait bienvenue. Mais une chambre très spacieuse et agréable.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, Bett, Bad und Fernseher waren da, viel mehr auch nicht. Absolut null Atmosphäre, eher Kasernenflair mit gekacheltem Boden. Die beschriebenen kostenlose Parkplätze waren nicht zu finden, jedoch öffentliche Parkplätze mit Parkuhr bzw. die unter dem Hotel befindliche Parkgarage die für die Nacht 17 CHF gekostet hat. Nein danke, ich bin geheilt!

Pirteämpi versio kotoisista Omena- ja Mango-hotelleista sinällään aika tylynnäköisessä liiketalossa. Huone oli suuri, raikas ja siisti. Yleiset tilat myös siistejä ja aamiaishuoneen automaatista sai ilmaiseksi teetä/kahvia. Tilassa myös 'Honesty Bar'-jääkaappi, minkä virvokkeet sai maksaa erilliseen kolikkolippaaseen ilman varsinaista kontrollia (We trust to you...) Talo tarjosi myös pienen aamiaisen, joskin se koostui vain omenista ja höttöisistä croissanteista.

Eingang schwer zu finden, Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, Vorhang war schmutzig. Für den Preis aber ganz OK
