Some of the wallpaper is peeling off, rust in the toilet, and rattling of the windows and building during heavy rain in the middle of the night. TV keeps disconnecting for some reason and there were only a few channels for the tv in the bedroom. Room is really big though, i booked the side ocean suite. At first glance the room looks very modern and nice but problems start to show up as you stay there for more than a day. The water drainage for the shower (tub) and basin is very bad. It was choked majority of the time. Maybe i was unlucky, but the front desk was on different floor check-in and check-out day. Feels like the hotel is understaffed as some of us were made to wait while they attend to customer calls. Overall, it is a really nice looking hotel if you can get past the issues.

Central location, clean property.

Beach is a 5 minute walk.

It is a very convenient location at Haeundae line 2.

There is lots of things near by and easy access to cabs also public transportation. Lots of food options available easy walkable distances.

Nice location on main strip 5 min walk to beach. Connected to metro. Spacious suites. Enjoyed the stay.

Convenient location and great size apartment for a family holiday

Comfortable stay, great area

Great comfortable stay with easy check in, luggage check if waiting to check in and lots of fun experiences nearby. It’s also the go-to spot for tour bus pickups. The only downside is waiting for an elevator down especially if you’re in the middle area between the lobby and the upper floors. Just give yourself 15 minutes of waiting during high traffic time (10-12 noon).

Great location, close to transport, and the main shopping district.

Loved the location, close to the main strip of shopping and dining. About 10 minute walk to the beach. Was very spacious and tidy, will stay at this place again. The only downside is there were only 4 elevators and because there are so many floors it sometimes takes a while for the lift to arrive and also it would get crowded in the lifts.

All the people who work in this hotel was really really nice we will absolutely come back soon

Great location, but the receptionist was rude when we checked in. Traveling from Osaka, Tokyo to Seoul and Pohang, we never had any other issues checking in.

Rooms were very clean and amenities were plenty and the property is smack bang in the thick of the Haeundae area. Staff were ok but honestly not much interaction given this was more of a service apart-hotel. My biggest gripe was the wait for the lifts, the number of lifts present is just insufficient to service 30 floors PLUS. There was an occasion where the time taken for me to get a lift from the 28th floor to the first floor was 20mins (10mins for lift to arrive another 10mins to get down to 1st as the lift was stopping on nearly every other floor)

good location....

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location and the service provided by the staff were great. However, the actual experience I had at this hotel makes me not want to return. The bath towels we received had an unpleasant smell, as if they were not properly cleaned or stored. Additionally, all the chairs in our room had nasty stains on them. While I understand that over the years, or due to multiple guests using the furniture, some stains may occur, some of them appeared as though they hadn't even been attempted to be cleaned. I attempted to use the washing machine, but it was broken. I wish they had checked it before assigning us the room. I had already applied detergent to my clothes, so I didn't want to wait until the next day. The hotel kindly offered me access to the room across the hall for laundry, which was a nice gesture, but it was still a hassle to go back and forth.

It was a short stay but kept the good memories of the hotel. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. I’ll visit again, hopefully soon.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating. At times, communication was a bit difficult but they did make every attempt to solve the issue. Location is extremely close to public transportation and dining/shopping venues. The only issue I had with the property were the elevators. It was extremely challenging having only 4 lifts for far too many floors. Also, the lobby/ check-in counter is located on the 6th floor.

Location is good and staffs are also good. Cleaning is not good enough. Air conditioner is dirty - there are molds. Class door is not cleaned well. Toilet is not cleaned well.

Very good location to transportation.

Great location, straight out of Metro, on Haeundae main road/plaza to the beach. Great restaurants on the way to the beach. Beds are ok.. my mattress topper kept sliding around. Basic 3 star accommodation. Staffs are nice, especially the cleaning ladies. Overall, great value.

Great place overall. Had a corner room with beautiful views. Loved the airbnb-like kitchen ameneties, huge bathroom and ample bedding.

Very conveniently located and walkable to Haeundae beach.

Check in was really smooth. Corridors are a little quiet and dark though, especially when my room is at a corner. I love the location of the hotel as it is very near to the exit of the station and within walking distance, you can get to the stretch of eateries at Haeundae and further down is the beach. Its a service apartment so there are cooking facilities provided making it really convenient to heat up my food and not needing to use any one use cutleries as they have everything provided. Would be great if there was a cup for mouth rinsing in the washroom. I really like the floor heating which provided me warmth during my stay there and makes the room very welcoming after a day out in the cold. Definitely would come back in the future.

Great hotel and location

Best location if you want to stay in Haeundae. Lifts take a long time. Right next to the station and amazing restaurants. Needs more cleaning as it’s shared with a cinema

Front office lady charged me $88 I checkout 1:30 pm, I request them I need slightly a hour late checkout, but they did charged me. Very disappointed, it’s not a international way.

Great location -- right next to great restaurants, cafes, the beach... The room was beautiful. There was a washing machine in our room, which was an unexpected bonus.

No hot water the entire three day stay. Notified front desk and all I got was they know. If ur going to eat breakfast make sure u are early because at 0930 there was very little food.

Ok but wouldn't stay again

The apartment was fairly spacious but very dated and dark, shower pressure weak and the lifts took a long time.

The price was incredibly good!

Nice & clean

It was nice, clean and friendly.

위치는 정말 좋습니다. 하지만 체크인때 직원분이 키는 한개 밖에 주지 않으셨고 와이파이 비번도 따로 안내해주지 않으셔서 따로 전화해서 여쭤봐야 했습니다. 그리고 저는 괜찮았는데, 같이 간 친구가 키가 180cm 인데 침대가 작고 짧다고 다소 불편하다고 했습니다. 방 클리닝 해주신 직원분들은 정말 친절하십니다. 감사합니다.

Elevator Doors

The elevators close amazingly fast. By the time a group exits, the doors are slamming shut in a hurry and it hurts. I have a bruise on me left wrist from the impact of the doors closing. Wonderful place, but do something about the elevator doors

Good stay.

It was a great stay. The staff was pleasant. There were a bit of construction noise on Monday. But other than the noise, it is a nice hotel.

Not bad. not so great

Overall "it's ok", but I would not stay there in the future. the staffs were friendly. but the room was too dark, even with the lights. the location is great though.

OK, but not great

the location of the hotel great, but the room is very dark, it faced the north, so I understand being dark, but even with the light, it was still too dark. overall, it is not too bad compared what I paid for, but I wouldn't come back to stay at this hotel.

Great trip idea

Hotel worked out great! Location I easy to travel from and located close to many things. English speaking staff make it easy for foreigners. I would definitely recommend!

Nice views of the ocean / mountains at the higher floors. Clean apartment style stay. Wall paper job could have been done better.

unfriendly checking in

Everything is good, except for the unfriendly reception when we checked in. At the beginning he was kind to us, while he shifted his attitude immediately after he saw my nationality. We did not get any information like checking out time, WiFi pw... even when we asked something about the elevator, he showed us a poker face. Maybe he just think we are two foreigners, but my husband who’s a local is really unhappy with that man too.

엘리베이터

엘리베이터빼고 다 괜찮은거 같아요 4대가 있는데 한번타고 올라가거나 내려가기 너무 힘들어요 음.. 좀 벽이 얇아서 위아래층 방음이 잘 안되는거 같고 엘리베이터 이동하는 모터소리도 좀 나긴하네요

여러 면에서 만족합니다. 엘리베이터 운영 방식을 바꾸는 것이 어떨지 제안하고 싶습니다. 4대가 운행하고 있는데, 모두 전층 운행 방식이다보니 많이 불편했습니다.

샤워실, 침대위 머리카락이 있는 등 위생상태가 불량합니다. 호텔 주변 편의시설이 잘되어 있는 점이 장점이나 다시 가고 싶지는 않습니다.

몇번 투숙했었는데 청결도가 조금 나아진듯한 모습입니다.

客房很大舒適乾淨，入住.退房 都很迅速，每天打掃很乾淨，隔音還不錯，地鐵就在飯店樓下，附近很熱鬧美食很多很方便。美中不足是星期五晚上20:40的櫃檯人員臉很臭不願意幫忙點外送，而且撒謊說沒有這個服務⋯我們連續住5天⋯只有遇到那位小姐說沒有這個服務！其他每一天都可以！謝謝其他天幫忙點橋村炸雞的櫃檯人員⋯

거실 티비 작동 안됨

가족 4명이 숙박해도 충분했어요. 파킹도 편하고 여유있어 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터 기다리는 시간은 좀 걸리긴 합니다.

해운대역에서 바로 이어지고 편함

걸어서 가까운곳에 해운대가 있고 주위에 가계도 많아서 아주 편리했어요. 호텔직원분들도 여러가지로 친절하셔서 여행을 기분좋게 마무리할수 있었어요

Very central and a very nice Location! Train and Bus at the Front Door

The only thing we didn`t like was that we never got more toilet paper while we stayed there for several nights. we got an upgrade to a suite and loved it. my friend allways got to bed way earlier then me and i could enjoy some more movie time with the seperate room. the hotel got a real location with a bus stop and metro in front. we allways used the bus to reach all the destinations we wanted.

전체적으로 훌륭했습니다. 접근성과 교통, 숙소 상태, 크기 다 좋았습니다. 엘레베이터는 좀 불편했네요. 그 외 만족합니다.

해운대에서 가성비 최고호텔인듯

기대이상 좋았고 가성비 짱! 바다도 보이고~ 이 가격에 이정도 호텔이라니 완전 좋았습니다! 앨레베이터가 너무 적다고 하는데 그정도는 감수할 만 했고, 해운대역이랑 바로 연결되어 있는 점도 좋았습니다.

위치가 아주 훌륭합니다. 깨끗하고 정리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 개이적인 생각입니다만, 엘리베이터가 약간 아쉽지만, 나머지는 아주 좋습니다. 추천 드릴만 하다고 생각 됩니다. 재 방문 의사 있습니다.

Very nice position!

대체적으로 만족하는 숙박시설이긴 합니다만, 엘리베이터 이용에 10분이상 소요되어서 다시는 이용하지 않을 예정입니다 너무너무 불편해요

位置好，房間很大

海雲台站往七號出口走，有一個指標Felix by sky指示的手扶梯，搭上去後往前走就能直接從B1搭到住宿樓層。 雖然電梯有四台，但住宿的人非常多樓層又高，電梯不好等。

너무 깨끗하고 시설도 훌륭했어요 덕분에 좋은 추억 많이 만들었습니다

Me encantó este hotel! Las fotos no le hacen justicia y los cuartos y el baño son mejor en persona! El buffet estuvo muy bueno lo recomiendo ampliamente. Me volvería a hospedar aquí sin duda!

중딩 아들과 둘이 방문했는데 편안하게 잘 쉬었습니다. 아침을 잘 먹지 않는데 아들녀석이 호텔 조식 경험이 없어 추가했었는데 역시 아침에 잘 먹지 않는 습관때문에 조식을 알차게 즐기지는 못했습니다. 그런데, 아침식사를 꼭 하시는 분들에게는 나쁘지 않은 선택일 것 같습니다.

가성비 좋은 호텔

저렴하고 넓어서 선택했습니다 저렴한 대신 이불등 추가하는 모든건 추가요금 지불해야 하며 3인용 객실인데 2명 예약했다고 이불 추가요금 받는 것은 이해가 가지 않았습니다 체크아웃 후 짐보관 맡겼는데 찾아갈때 데스크 옆에 두었으니 알아서 찾아가라고 하는 것을 알았다면 맡기지 않았을 것 같네요 조식은 첫날 괜찮았으나 둘째날은 양배추와 파인애플이 시들고 상한 것이 올라와있었고 커피는 원두가 너무 탄것이어서 맛이 안좋았습니다 지하철역에서 호텔이 연결되어 있는데 표지판이 눈에 잘 띄지 않아 찾기 어려웠습니다 그외 34층 배정받았는데 뷰는 너무 좋았고 위치가 지하철역과 버스정류장 앞이라 매우 편리하였습니다 난방도 잘되어 따뜻했고 객실상태도 만족스러웠습니다 가성비로 좋아요

객실도 크고 룸 컨디션도 좋은 편입니다. 전반적으로 만족스럽습니다만, 엘리베이터 웨이팅이 너무 심합니다. 엘베앞에서 5분이상은 탈때마다 소진했던거 같습니다.

엘레베이터가 평점을 다 깎아먹는곳 저층이면 엘레베이터 탑승이 불가할정도..ㅎ 투숙객에 비해서 엘레베이터가 너무 적음 캐리어 끌고 계단으로 내려간 경험은 처음 최악 다시는 방문하고 싶지않음

엘레베이터

층수는 많고 객실수는 많지만 엘레베이터가 4대만 있는갓도 모자라 극성수기인 크리스마스에 엘레베이터 점검까지 진행. 교통 편의성 객실 등 다 괜찮지만, 엘레베이터가 모든 장점을 다 씹어먹을 정도. (참고로 크리스마스 퇴실때 최소 20분 기다림)

숙소 위치, 컨디션 등 숙소 자체는 만족스러웠습니다만, 엘리베이터 숫자가 부족해서 입, 퇴실시에 불편했습니다. 특히 퇴실시에는 엘리베이터를 기다리다 결국 걸어내려 왔어요.

서비스와 교통편 특히 전철과 연결이 되어 너무좋았어요
