Need improvement in management.

Location was very close to train station, walkable. I didnt like to pay separately for city tax, it needs to be included all charges for online payments, whats the use of paying online then? Its not convenient at all. Stairs looked dirty, wifi was very slow, and twin bed was wobly, if a heavier person climb the ladder to upper bed, the whole structure might collapse, not safe.

A decent option for some

This hostel looks a little tired. There's no shelf or pocket for your electronics or whatever you need to keep close at hand. Location is so-so for those doing typical tourist things,and it's not as if it is extremely close to a Metro stop. On the plus side, staff aims to please.

Nice staff at check in

Hostels always scare me but wow, this one was incredible. I got the all female dorm and the bathroom was SO clean. Thank you for making my stay a peaceful one.

Don't select a 4 bed dorm

There is no four bed dorm in this hotel. It is an eight bed dorm with a curtain in the middle. They are scamming you by selling you an eight bed dorm. Also make sure you have cash as there is no guarantee their card machine will operate. Overall a very poor experience.

Okay BUT Disappointing

Quite disappointing in comparison to the photos. Reception staff wasn't that welcoming. I had requested a lower-deck bed, which was confirmed, but that request was eventually not met. The rooms, bathrooms, etc could do with DAILY cleaning ESPECIALLY during this period when health and safety issues re: COVID-19. Breakfast wasn't anything special. The positive point is that the hotel is situated in a very nice area, with many shops and close to public transportation.

Hostel is safe in a great location. Bed was comfortable.

For a cheap hostel, this place is great. A full front desk, and even if the breakfast isn't superb it's more than you'll get anywhere else for this price!

Clean, good, safe and quiet area. Bed are comfy, but not stable for bunk bed. No privacy...no curtain to seperate the beds...

the service I got from the front dest was okay. breakfast is included but only bread and butter plus coffee. remember, there is no elevator! for people with heavy luggage...sorry for you guys

The staff Alex is very helpful and kind , he tried his best to arrange me a room because my reservation was canceled, so he gave a single room (only for one night) in approximately the same price of a bed in a shared dormitory. 🙏 Thank you Alex. But the second day the manager told me we ate sorry have no rooms for you. So i was supposed to search for bew place to stay for the coming 2 days.

Very good location

Good convenient location. Friendly staff.

The staff and location was good but it was too loud. The washroom was clean but it lacked basic amenities like shower curtains and tissues/hand wash soap.

Reat for the price, would stay again

Great for the price. Nice that they provide breakfest even if it is simple. I think my only gripe would be that they dont have an elevator. It can be a long way to drag heavy luggage up the spiral staircase.

Everything was perfect, but ...!

This hostel was good. Location is a bit far from the RER B metro station (Denfert-Rochereau), but hostel’s bed, bed sheet and blanket were clean and housekeeper checked them every day. Toilet was clean as well, and it is big so i was really satisfied with toilet. I think this hostel’s bad point is no lift and so much light breakfast. Breakfast is free, but its only pieces of baguettes with butter or jam. Actually i expected much more kinds of breakfast, so i was disappointed, but if you guys dont much mind about that, it will be good. And no lift, it means if you get toppest floor’s room, you should carry your luggage bag by yourself. Just consider this point as well..! Except of those bad points, everything was perfect. I was literally satisfied with Enjoy hostel :)

Disappointing

I was quite unhappy with the hostel. The room that I stayed in was close to the stairs and called hear people moving on them all night. The room did not lock aswell as the bathroom.

Was only there for the night and left early in the morning, bunk bed was comfortable, no wifi available at night

Don't Do It

My room #45, was disgusting. The restroom smelled like urine, my roomies had a fueling odor and there were no basic toiletries. Also, there is no elevator!

Good & enjoyable hostel

Overall, good place to stay! Perhaps the only minus is the breakfast... So on, i'll stay again next time.

Good cheap place ...

Not bad just that I was on the fifth floor , if u just looking for a cheap place to stay it’s ok , just a bit noisy as people come and go but it’s clean ...

The room was too small for 4 people. No enough space to store the luggage. Bathroom is not in a good condition. A guest was checked in after 1 AM and we were a sleep. Alarm sounded off the first night and we had to come down to see what's going on and no explanation was given to us. I had to drag my luggage to the third floor though the stairs and no elevator

Stayed in female dorm of 3. Good to have private bathroom for each room and free breakfast. Bad is I was left with suspicious red marks after I woke up, might be bed bugs.

There are no locks on the locker doors. The bathrooms are nice and recently renovated. The showers were great. There are several nice cafes nearby and it’s close to bus and metro stops. However my biggest complaint was that there was blood on the bed. They were booked out for the night and unable to change anything. The next day they did replace the mattress. Other than that, the room and bathroom were clean. The climate controls in the room worked and were easy to adjust. The USB chargers on the walls did not work but the outlet proper did.

I don't like it at all.

Some pictures of hostel are of different hostels, the condition of mattress is completely worst. They give us only bread along with butter thats it. They were charging 0.5 euro for a cup of coffee. The staff didn't know how to speak in english language and were not able to speak properly. The rooms locker were not working properly.

For the price you pay is very fair, and safe. To me location is everything specially the metro near by is close to everything. I recommend.

The hostel is in an area that is easy to access the catacombs, metro stations and shopping. The staff was neither friendly nor rude, they just didn't seem to care. Very matter of fact and nonconversational. There is no elevator so prepare for a LOT of walking up steps. I was on the top floor and had to climb that spiral staircase repeatedly. Not the worst hostel I stayed at but certainly not the best either. It was clean and that was a big plus.

There are better options for a better price

Room: Eventho it says 8 bed room, it's actually a 4 bed room, because they're split in two rooms with one bathroom each. The bed was comfortable with a good pillow. I has plug for all kinds of plugs and USB, also a reading light. The only bad thing about the room were the lockers, I couldn't fit my bag in there, there like highschool lockers. Breakfast. It's basically just bread, two types of jam, butter and coffee from the machine... Tbh I was tired of it. Service. This was really weird, because when I was about to change my clothes in the room (I was alone and we were all the same gender) and the manager came in to the room like nothing... That was hella of a weird. Also, the front desk is supposed to be 24 hours which was really good because I had to checkout at 4 am to take a flight, so I go down stairs and the lights were off, everything was dark... So freaked out bc I needed to go. Then I heard someone snoring... And it was the receptionist lol fortunately the had something like a box to put the key and leave. That was funny tho. Kitchen. I basically chose this hostel because they were supposed to have a kitchen (bc there was another one way better than this one but they do not have a kitchen neither allow to bring outside food) so I didn't mind paying more for the hostel so I could save money. So, once in the hostel I saw the kitchen with a fridge, microwave and a stove... But what happened? The manager said I can't cook. That was a deal breaker for me.

Pros: Spacious room and bathroom, free towels Cons: Small roaches running around in the kitchen. Very old and dirty carpet.

The worst room stayed in Paris

We got a room at sixth floor and there is no escalator. The room was so small (less than 90 square feet) and we paid $112 for this small room. No phone in the room, so we had go back and forth if we had any questions need to ask the front desk.

Central and Clean.

Arrived quite late but the receptionist was polite. He didn’t have any change for the city tax, so I had to over pay. Lent me a hairdryer which was ideal. Great location. The breakfast was pieces of bread with two types of jam. Coffee was available.

Location is great. The room is almost no soundproof (8mixed beds) They separate 4-4and the second group will pass first door when they get into the room which means that first group totally is disturbed by the second group. Breakfast is poor and without tea or coffee(you need to pay).

Very practical to visit Paris on a budget

As my first time staying in a hostel, this one was definitely a good choice. It's very small, but it has everything you need. Bathroom very spacious and rooms are cleaned everyday, although I noticed given towels are not replaced daily. It's not strategically located near the center of Paris, but I think this is the great plus of it. You can still find cool stores nearby and bus and metro stations, without being smashed by the wave of tourists. Also, the train from the airport leaves you relatively close to the hotel, 11 min walk max from Denfert Rocherau station.

Nice place to stay in Paris

The location is a little bit difficult to find but you can go to the metro station by walk. The place is safe and good for travelers who wants to go around the center of Paris. The staff speaks English too and is kind. The room is clean and has a bathroom for each rooms. There are locker for each person. If you bring your lock, you can lock your locker. The Wi-Fi is a little bit slow. There are three or more floors but no lift. The breakfast is included but just a bread and coffee.

Great location, easy to get in and out of. No lift though, so if your room is on the 5th floor, that's 90 stairs....

Clean and cheap

Clean and cheap. Five floor but No elevator. simple breakfast ( bulk Jam, butter, bread and coffee) but it's ok. Good speed internet. Close to subway station so you can take it to go or come from airport with 10 euros.

Clean and Safe in Paris!

I would recommend this place clean and safe!

The rooms were clean, but everything seems to be not in working condition. They came and fixed things and were excellent on service. Only biggest problem was that I lost some money here, and never found it.

Localização muito boa, perto do metrô, custo benefício, quarto e banheiro muito limpos, roupas de cama cheirosa, staff gente boa. Recomendo!!! Brasileiros que não falam inglês o staff só fala francês ou inglês, arranham muito pouco no espanhol, vai a dica!

Le séjour à l'Enjoy Hostel s'est très bien passé ! J'ai pu être dans la même chambre que mes 2 amies alors que nous avions pas réserver ensemble ! Tout s'est donc très bien passé !

Mes compagnons de dortoir horrible, mauvaises odeurs, les chaussures ouvertes, ronflement, bruit, les sanitaires remplis de poils, un cauchemar.. je suis partie dès l'aube tellement ils étaient insupportables..

Badezimmer sehr klein, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Keine Lademöglichkeit am Bett. Keine Vorhängeschlösser am Spind. Sehr kleine Spinde. Zimmer nachts sehr laut. Personal sehr unfreundlich.

50대 혼자여행 이었습니다 한국인이 운영하는곳이 아니지만 뭐랄까 한국식정서가 있습니다 짐도 그냥 맡아주고 밖에서 사온술,안주,식사거리로 음식도 만들어먹을수있어요 안그러곳도 많더군요 제 기준엔 아주훌륭했습니다 가격대비 대만족입니다

Bien la limpieza

C'est bien pour passer la nuit, proche de la gare de Montparnasse, avec plusieurs restaurants et commerces à proximité. Bonne relation qualité-prix. Par contre, les gens en réception ne sourient jamais, c'est étonnant !

In general for sleep its ok, but the employees sucks, at 7 am I try to do my check out and the guy from reception it was sleeping in the sofá so I left the card and I left, need more attention and cleaning.

L'agent de service fait d'avec les moyens qu'il lui sont donnés pour quand même remettre une propriété global dans l'établissement ... Tandis que le prétendu directeur ce permet d'affecter la même chambre, des personnes à l'hygiène-inexistent d'avec Moi à l'hygiène-irréprochable, puisque j'asseni au vinaigre-d'alcool mes positions ...😁 ce qui importuné les roulures opposé à l'hygiène 🤗❕

Améliorer le contact client en ne faisant pas de différence suivant leur situation personnelle serait une nécessité. Renforcer l'hygiène surtout en période d'épidémie est impératif.

二段ベッドが二台置かれている空間が２つ繋がっており、一部屋に合計8人が泊まる部屋だった。かなり狭い シャワーやトイレのコンディションは普通だが石鹸やタオルを持っていくべき。 朝食がついているのがよかった。

correu muito bem sem problema nemhum, limpeza dos quartos todos os dias que e optimo, pessoal de servico super prestativos e simpaticos parabens. Pequeno almoco ,simples mas muito gostoso, bebidas quentes ao gosto.

Etablissement de 5étages sans ascenceur nous étions au 5eme et les escaliers pas très facile à monter avec une valise . Moquette des parties communes bien usée . Il faut faire son lit et pas de serviettes de toilette Petit déjeuner le café est bon pain frais et bon mais cela se réduit à ça . Bon emplacement 15mns à pieds de la gare Montparnasse . pas cher pour petit budget

EN DERNIER RECOURS...

Déjà mon lit était occupé par une personne. J'ai un lit en bas et juste la place pour dormir.. Les personnes occupant l'espace disponible... Entre les allers retours dans le couloir, les claquements de porte et les va et vient des personnes dans la chambre.. J'ai peu dormi... Le seul point positif : la salle de bains très propre.. Pour le petit déjeuner : un café à la machine.. L'employée étant trop occupée à manger ses chips.. Bref...

パリでこの値段なら寝泊まりするだけなら満足。オルリー空港にいくためのバス停へも徒歩圏内で便利だった。部屋は広くはないがバスルームは広く清潔だった。ロッカーが金属製のため開け閉めするたびに音がして気になった。 早朝に到着したら、スタッフがロビーのソファで寝ていて驚いた。スタッフはチェックイン前だったが、朝食をサービスしてくれた。

良心的なホステルでした。

日本では自分で使った食器は 自分で洗うのが普通だと 思っていたけれど、 こちらでは宿泊者が 自分の分の食器を洗う人、 洗わない人がいる事が気になりました。 食器洗浄機もありましたが、 洗わずシンクに溜め込み食べカスなどが排水溝に詰まってシンクに水が溜まってしまい これではシンクがすぐにダメになってしまうと悲しくなりました。 無料の朝食や無料の珈琲まで頂いてるのにスタッフが宿泊者の食器洗いまでしているのをみて 私は自分の分は洗うけれど、 同じ宿泊者として申し訳ない気持ちにもなりました。 私が宿泊した初日は 夜に宿からおもてなしの お菓子や飲み物のサービスもありました。 日本から、こちらに 宿泊される方がいらっしゃったら 日本でゲストハウスやホステルに 泊まる時のように大切に使っていただきたいと思います。

아주 청결함.

화장실 및 샤워부스 청결이 별로였음 개인 캐비닛 고장 직원들은 친절하고 좋았음 바로옆에 작은마트와 버스정류장있어서 편했음 공항버스타는곳이 걸어서 15-20거리이긴 하지만 다른 여행자들 이야기를 들었을땐 호스텔 위치가 용이한 편이였음

하루이틀정도 머물기에 좋은 호스텔입니다 조식은 바게트 2개와 버터 잼밖에 없습니다 락커가 있는데 자물쇠가 없으니 꼭 가져오세요 (저는 자물쇠 없어서 그냥 안채웠는데 도난이나 그런건 전혀 없었습니다) 그런데 락커 철 소리가 엄청커서 자는데 불편하실 수도 있습니다 (둔한편이시면 신경쓰이지 않아요!)

Miellyttävä hostelli. Respa puhui sekä selkeää ranskaa että oman ranskan kielen taitoni loppuessa loistavaa englantia. Sängyssä oli mukava patja. Aamupala oli toimiva kaikessa minimalistisuudessaan, sillä illalla "kotiutuessa" viereisestä kaupasta oli helppo napata täydennystä esim. jogurtin ja hedelmien muodossa. Oli kiva majoitus käydä nukkumassa ohjelman täyteisten päivien välillä :) Lähistöllä oli myös mm. Lidl, mistä sai unohtuneet vaihtosukat ja hammastahnan, sekä useita paikallisia kauppoja, joista löytyi paikallista ruokaa.

また泊まりたい。

清潔で良かったです。 またフランスに行くとしたら、泊まる候補になります。 部屋が4階だったのですが、エレベーターがないので、階段が少し面倒でした。ホステルはどこもそうかもしれません。

Dortoir avec un lit d'appoint. Le bruit des autres occupants. Manque d'intimité sur les lieux d'aisance. Accueil sympa mais le nombre de passages abîme l'hôtel.

호텔닷컴 사이트 사진과는 너무 달라도 너무 다른 작은 방의 벙크베드 3있는 방이라 처음에 너무 당황. 깨끗하긴 하나 샤워부스는 여태껏 경험 못했던 사이즈. 수건도 달라야 주고 있을건 다있어 불편하진 않았음 다만 너무 방이적고 사이트 사진은 진짜 바뀌주기 바람

Personnel pas tres sympathique chambre propre mais petite pour une nuit cest une auberge suffisante

観光地から離れた場所だが、治安がいい地区。セーヌ川沿いはあまり治安が良くないとのこと。 ホテルのスタッフさんはとてもいい方たちだった。 プリントしたいデータがあると言ったら50セントでしてくれた。予約サイトの写真は綺麗に見えるが、実際に訪れると築年数感じた。 私の案内されたベッドは、二段ベッドではなく一台別に置かれたベッド。寝床があれば良いと思ってたが、独立して置かれていたのでコンセントもロッカーもなく大変不便だった。共有スペースにコンセントがたくさんあったので、支度しながら色々と充電してました。ラゲッジルームがあったのは嬉しかった。バスルームにはドライヤーあり。 レビューに書いてあるようにエレベーターは無し。 私のスーツケースは小さめなのでそこまで困らなかったが、急な螺旋階段なので大きいスーツケースは大変そう。 パリのホテル高いので、安くて治安のいいエリアに泊まりたいならここが適してるのかな〜 でも私のベッドはコンセントなくてとても不便だったから、次は違うとこにします。

Décevant et limite trompé

Un site qui publie des photos de chambres mais quand on est pressé la premiere photo suffit a valider le choix sauf que la les autres photos montrent des lit superposé pour dortoir element egalement non cité dans le texte d’accroche. Bref pour des jeunes voyageurs.

위치는 좋습니다 다만 5층 (한국으로는 6층) 까지 캐리어 들고 올라가는 것은... 각오했던 일이지만 상상 이상이더군요 가격이라는 메리트때문에 한번 시도해봤는데 굳이?라는 생각은 있네요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 나머지는 다 무난해요 + 조식은 정말...에휴

O hostel é exatamente da forma que vemos no anúncio, tudo muito tranquilo e organizado não é a vibe de festas é feito pras pessoas descansarem mesmo! Eles ainda contam com um café da manhã muito simples, porém grátis!

No tenían ascensor, y ni habitación estaba en el piso 5. Tenían varios recepcionistas y algunos eran muy desatentos

Excelente custo benefício

O hostel é bem localizado, ao entorno existem diversos restaurantes, farmácias, incluindo um mercado de esquina e etc... Você leva 10 minutos a pé até a estação de metrô (Gaite) que te leva a Champs Elysses em 15 minutos. Existe um linha de metrô que fica a 15 minutos a pé (Denfert), ela é da mesma linha de RER que sai do aeroporto. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis, porém o café da manhã é muito simples, tendo apenas pães comuns com geléia ou manteiga.

Dépanne pour de courtes nuits et proche de la gare

La chambre possédait 4 lits (2 lits superposés) mais était un dortoir traçant qui donnait sur une autre chambre... Clairement pour dormir quelques heures ça suffit mais pas pour y dormir toute une nuit. Il n'y avait pas de rideau pour garder son intimité. Salle d'eau et douche spacieuses et propres, eau chaude sans souci, casier à disposition (prévoir un cadenas), literie bonne mais à ressors (grince). Toujours le même souci dans ce genre de dortoir, c'est le manque de savoir vivre des occupants (fumeur à la fenêtre de la chambre ! et des entrées de personnes en faisant du bruit à minuit et plus tard, en allumant carrément la lumière.).
