The attitude and rudeness of the reception lady was terrible . Carpet looks likes it’s never been cleaned - stains everywhere AC didn’t work and was filthy TV didn’t work Bed was also quite disgusting. I left early it was so bad and the receptionist still charged me. $220 per night is an absolute rip off. Don’t stay there - would have been better sleeping in my car.

Convenient and comfortable dog friendly accom

There was some sort of motor going all night - possibly on adjacent property or maybe refrigeration unit on a truck. Toilet was constantly running.

A little on edge of town but shops & town centre not far away. Spacious older motel but very clean & staff was very helpful.

This is the only place I will stay in Emerald. Reasonably priced pet friendly accommodation close to town. Whether you have a pet or not I doubt you’d find a more comfortable place. With super friendly and accommodating staff

The meals were excellent in the onsite restaurant, steak was cooked to perfection.

A very relaxing environment, staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access. Many choices of accommodation. I would highly recommend this motel especially the on site restaurant and salt pool.

Best Hotel in Emerald

As always Emerald Explorers Inn provides the best value stay in Emerald. Prompt personalised service with super friendly owners and staff. I travel for work and this is one of my favourite places to stay.

Very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Quiet, good walking areas.

A nice motel situated away from the busy main road through Emerald. It was a shame that dining in the restaurant wasn't available as was advertised on all the publicity and guidebooks in the room but room service proved to be a great choice.

As a regular visitor I always find it welcoming and a great place to stay on business. Menu is good and reasonably priced.

Welcome relief with a central pool to cool off, comfortable bed, Xmas period so no restaurant.

A Top Place To Stay

Excellent friendly checkin, great clean comfortable room and very nice room service menu. In close proximity to the shops and airport. I would definitely recommend and consider Emerald Explorers Inn at any time in the future.

Very relaxing

Awesome stay, friendly staff, comfy bed, generous sized rooms. Can’t fault it besides the fact the mentioned fitness centre is not actually on site, It’s 2kms away. However they do give you a discount. Would stay again.

Quiet hotel away from highway noise.

Welcoming friendly staff. Lovely clean room away from the noise of the highway. Mattress was very comfortable and we had an excellent night’s sleep. Would have given a higher score but was let down by the bathroom. Firstly the sink wasn’t in the bathroom but outside the bathroom near the entrance to the room. Not a deal breaker but the bathroom itself was unclean. Had we not just driven for over twelve hours we would have spoken to reception. Instead we put our thongs on and made sure not to touch the screen. A little disappointing in what was a very comfortable room.

Good facilities and restaurant

Adam (Mgr & Nth Melb supporter) was exceptionally welcoming. Room was good size and very clean. Shower door is very low so watch your head if you are over about 175cm. Bed was too soft for my liking although still had a good sleep. Undercover parking available for the car. Highly recommend restaurant located in site which seems very popular with the locals

Nice place to stay in Central Queensland

Very friendly and obliging staff. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have all conviences. Restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff very attentive without being 'in your face'.

Country hospitality at its best!

As always we enjoyed our overnight stay here. The reception and restuarant staff very friendly and efficient. Our dinner in the resturant was sensational, my hubbie LOVED the chilli tiger prawns. The only negative...the bathroom needs a freshen up, regrout etc, otherwise overall the motel is a really comfortable resting point on our annual Christmas road trip.

Great Place

Stayed 2 nights with my wife while on holiday. The restaurant was top class and the meals and presentation where worthy of any high class restaurant I have experienced. The staff were friendly and helpful.I would definately recommend this motel to all.
