The hotel was clean and kept up on. The staff was very friendly.

Great location

Great location for our quick shopping trip. Probably wouldn't book on a holiday again as many families with small children overran the breakfast, pool and afternoon reception.

Would recommend!

I thought the hotel was clean, great service, well maintained. The decor is really nice. The free breakfast is amazing. Great location. We will definitely be back! Weather was crazy, pouring the night before, lots of scope the next morning. Ohio!

Clean and comfy

Friendly, attentive staff. Comfy beds and clean.

Normally I would rate it 5/5 but one elevator was out of order and so it was a little difficult with only one elevator working for all guests.

Nice, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was typical fare. We didn't get to take advantage of the evening free drinks and food, but that is a very nice addition, particularly for families. Would stay again. Plenty convenient for what we were doing.

I enjoy the amenities such as free breakfast options and the kickback for a meal and drinks that’s included with your stay. The hot tub and pool and gym is also great. This location is very close to the freeway and shopping and dining options. I often stay at the Drury rather it’s this location or in another city however, I was disappointed that they were doing construction so there was a lot of loud banging early in the morning so we couldn’t sleep in as we were in town dealing with a family emergency.

First time at a Drury Inn

Only complaint was the beds. They werent very comfortable.

Return trip from Michigan to North Carolina.. got in late..beds always comfy.. popcorn was a nice treat.. our go to where available when we travel

Our families had the most enjoyable time at Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Polaris!. Ardie helped by keeping our 6 Adults and 7 Children together on the same floor in 2 Suites and 2 Queen rooms. Everyone was pleasant and we enjoyed all the amenities. The pool (could have been warmer and hot tub a little hotter) but kids enjoyed it! The fitness room was very nice. The Kickback social was a big hit, as well as the popcorn and cold drinks. Breakfast had a great selection and very good. Kudos for cleanliness, friendly staff, and a family-friendly stay. We will be back!

Clerk on day of checkout not very friendly or helpful.

Nice staff,rooms clean,well maintained,nice lobby and lounge area. Only complaint I had was the $50 per night charge for pet,highest we've paid.

Very Nice Drury

Very nice and clean hotel. Hotel was in a nice and safe area close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Drury Inn perks are a definite bonus compared to other hotel chains.

Hot tub was cold

They served to meals but where mostly PORK based meat no substitute for people who DONT EAT PORK chicken or fish would be nice

Breakfast was not very good. I haven't stayed at a Drury Inn for a while but it was excellent then.

The staff went above and beyond! We had a christmas eve family gathering and they accommodated us using their dining area. Even allowing us to use their soda machine and gave us plates, napkins etc. Highly recommend! We will be staying here again on our next trip.

Great Stay at Drury Inn

Comfortable room and great location

Very nice safe area. Room was very clean. Excellent hospitality staff❤️Only problem I experienced was road noise on the interstate side of building. It quieted down after 11pm.

Disappointed TWICE

Undoubtingly my son and I had to cancel our scheduled trip. Although it was a non refundable booking, we notified the hotel of out cancelation a good two months before our arrival date. I was hoping to recovery some of the close to $700 cost. I also felt wit hit being a major rival football weekend there would be no trouble renting this room out. I was told I would not be refunded any monies. I asked Hotels.com to assist in getting my money returned and thought being a loyal Silver Member in outstanding status they may be able to assist. They told me there was nothing I could do. Its frustrating knowing they rented this room out twice and were never going to be out any money. But not to be retrieve any portion of the money back was very disappointing. Having to do everything be emails and not being able to discus this with an actual human being was another disappointment. I cant talk bad about the hotel and we were looking forward to staying there. But I will probably avoid staying at any other Drury hotel on principal. Tom p

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 Black Friday weekends. We keep coming back. Great location, clean facility and friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend. We will be back next year!

We have stayed at the Drury Inn before and it has always been clean and quiet. We enyoy the snacks provided in the evening. It is a central location to visit family in Westerville, and shop at Polaris.

Great hotel for family of 4

Great location. Very nice. Like all hotels, pillows are way too small and very uncomfortable for me to get a good nights sleep. Woke up Sunday morning to at least 10 vehicles having been broken into. It was very cold and windy so I feel awful for those people. I felt safe the whole time. Just make sure you do not leave ANYTHING visible in your vehicle. Park around back by the entry door up against the building. My vehicle was safe there.

We loved our room, the evening food and wonderful breakfast, and a clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and informative and the property looked great. We loved our first stay here and would gladly recommend it.

The $50.00 pet fee was a surprise. Ruined the value

The hotel was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Not sure if this is all locations, all the adults received a drink ticket for the bar along with a complimentary Buffett in the early evening. The hotel was very very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. I signed up for the rewards program. The Drury may be my go to for stays from now on!

positive: easy check in / easy check out / quiet and peaceful / easy access - parking and roadways / great breakfast / nice evening snack / never wait too long for elevators / only negative is that the rooms are a little cold when first arriving but the heating system warms them up quickly

Riley at the front desk was awesome!! Answered any questions we had and was very friendly. The cleaning staff was amazing too! Everyday we came back to our room it was always cleaned and stocked with new towels.

We had a reservation for a suite, there was a problem, and we were given two adjoining room and that worked well for us.

Truck Damaged

Everything regarding the room was fine. But the first night we were there two windows in our truck were busted out and the back passenger door will need to be replaced. That put quite a damper on our stay.

Property was great for our stay. However we were in town for the Congress Horse show in Columbus. 5 people had their truck windows smashed during our stay. We picked this hotel with the assumption of safety. I was traveling alone with my daughter. Likely won't stay here again because we need to feel safe going to and from our car all hours of the night. There was a security guard some nights but usually just parked at Panera and didn't really elude feelings of safety. Great hotel but if you can keep the premise safe then we won't return.

One of the best hotels my family and I ever stayed in. Had we checked in a bit earlier, we would've been able to get free dinner! Hotels don't do these kinds of perks anymore. From 5-7pm, they have free dinner. From 7-9am free breakfast that's more than oatmeal and yogurt you get at those other places. Very good hot breakfast. Will definitely be coming back!

Weed hotel

First it took almost 20 min to check in. Once I got to room I had no blanket. First night crying kid next door, then it smelled sooo strong of weed I got a headache Everytime I opened my room door. The hallway was filled with the smell of pot. The fire alarm ended up going off and no one would answer front desk. Won’t stay here again

Be safe - don’t stay in Columbus!

Well, I was going to give the Drury Inn Polaris a glowing review for our stay for the QH Congress, however, upon checking out this morning, we discovered our vehicle had 2 windows smashed; along with at least 4 others in the lot! Supposedly, our vehicle was “just out of range” of the security camera. We were parked right in front and under a light. We also saw a security guard in a vehicle the night before, but don’t know if he was present last night. We were also told that the hotel had been tipped off they were going to be targeted that night but enacted no extra measures to keep vehicles safe, or warn people. We had nothing in the vehicle, it was an act of vandalism.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Room was clean and the beds comfortable.

We had a great, one night stay. All of the food was really good at dinner and breakfast. Our daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Wonderfully appointed hotel conveniently located near shopping and dining. Pool was warm, hot tub was large and clean. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel like old friends. Good buffet breakfast. Kickback appetizers and drinks a welcome break in our busy days.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near highway, which unfortunately has it’s inherent noise factor associated at certain times, morning breakfast could use a few “tweaks” to make it less ‘run-of-the-mill’ food wise, morning staff at breakfast were very personable and cheery, overall good quality hotel stay.

Great stay as usual

It's a great place to stay for myself and my special needs adult son. Plenty of space in the suite room and he loves the 5:30 kick-back and all of the snacks and the free breakfast. Great location in Polaris close to everything.

After staying here for 3 nights, I never want to stay at any other hotel chain. Staff was fantastic and friendly (the manager was there constantly, personally sweeping, cleaning and fixing, and asking guests how everything was). The pool was perfect - a nice area with lots of chairs and towels, and a spacious hot tub. Every morning we enjoyed a fresh, hot breakfast. Free dinner from 5:30-7, which included 3 adult beverages per person. The food wasn’t anything special, but it was free, hot and constantly refilled by friendly staff. Free popcorn in the lobby during afternoons. The room was a lifesaver for us - we have a baby and a toddler. We got a multi-room so the toddler could sleep on the pull-out couch, and not be woken by the baby during the night. There was actually a door between the rooms. For once, we actually all slept amazing!!! No small feat when on the road with little kids.

Excellent service!

I found it very strange that the hotel did not place trash bags in the room trashcans. When i ask the front desk for some they told me they didnt use trashbags? The only other thing was there want any bedspreads on the beds just sheets which again was odd. The amenities were great though and the meals were very good

Very helpful staff & service

I really liked that they served breakfast AND a dinner option as well. Only thing that bothered me was we were in room on backside of building next to the highway. Trucks kept me awake all night. Need thicker or more soundproof windows. We did not hear any doors slam, or the elevators that were on other side of our rooms wall. Just the darn traffic all night. I will be back though

I have stayed at a lot of hotels through the years and never have I seen a manager as good as Casey. He was involved with the guests, he made us feel welcome and is running an awesome hotel. We are usually loyal embassy people but when I’m Columbus I will be staying at the Drury

Love the extra perks of evening kickback. Breakfast was good. The bed was not comfortable, sunk in the middle.

We were traveling for my nephews wedding, & had stayed at this property before. Accommodations were comfortable and stay professional and welcoming.

We were well taken care of, with a fantastic staff. They went out of their way for both kids and adults, and I was excited to book another trip before we even finished this one. Fantastic experience.

Very nice stay

I stayed here while moving my daughter into college a few miles away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub and fitness room were all very clean. Breakfast included a lot of good options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
