The room was clean and the bed and furniture were classy and nice. But, I wasn't able to use the garden tub because it couldn't get hot water. I'm not sure if the rare arctic vortex cold weather is to blame, but the shower water did get hot with time. I also didn't like that my room was adjoined to the suite next door, because it felt less safe. The walls were also thin, and there's no elevator to get upstairs to the 2nd floor suites. Overall, staff were courteous and helpful. But, right after checking in, when I went to get my parking pass, the lady tried to talk me into doing a timeshare and was asking me a lot of questions about who I was traveling with, if I was married, my income and other personal info that made me feel less safe and put off. It's like, I came to relax and enjoy leisure fun vacation stuff, not have scheduled meetings sitting around being lectured and marketed to. It's also not a good idea to announce to the world that you're a woman traveling alone or maybe meeting a lover for a romantic rendezvous. That's none of her business. I'd like say it's 50/50 I'd stay again.

The property was great, staff was awesome Only complaint is the bathroom shower head had no pressure unless you held the tub valve plunger open with was cloth and they only helped a little. Great location to go where we wanted.

Room we reserved was not handicapped even though that is what we reserved. Not wheelchair accessible. Room was dated and could use a remodel. Bed was awful!! It was a thick mattress but old and worn out we could feel every spring. I am very disappointed with this hotel. Can't believe it was a Hilton. On a the happier note we did check out early because of the issues and the Manager said they would refund us for the night we didn't stay and the resort fee.

The manager needs to walk the entire property and he or her will see all the conditions that need to be corrected, repaired or updated.

The staff were amazing! They answered all questions & helped right away when I needed something. Everything was clean & safe - which was important as I’m a single woman traveling alone.

Our stay here was great! We rented two 2-bedroom units, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. Parking at night wasn’t as much of an issue as some reviews suggested you may just have to walk a little extra. The property itself is quiet. We stayed on the second floor and never heard any noise from above or below. My only complaint which I didn’t bring up to the front desk since I wasn’t sure about the property’s policies was that people were smoking cigarettes outside all night, making it difficult for us to enjoy our balcony. We are from the Northeast where it was 15 degrees at home, so peaceful balcony time would have been great. However, my parents’ room was on the backside of the building and didn’t have this issue. Other than that small inconvenience, we were so happy with our stay, very impressed with the staff, and plan to return for our annual family trip for many years to come!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. There were a lot of activities planned for the Super bowl that we really enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the text system for any needs and concerns. This system is working very well. I will book with Cypress Pointe Orlando again. Very nice and affordable.

Property was average at best. They couldn't find my reservation so checkin took longer then it should have. Although, I must say the young man checking me in was very nice and apologetic. No elevators on property so you had to walk up with your luggage (they put us on the third floor). Room was clean but could use upgrades. Was not worth the price. Did appear to have nice amenities if that is what you are looking for. I was just here for one night so no benefit to me!

Bed was good and I slept well. I found the general layout of the apartment a bit dated.

Honeymoon at the Hilton

We chose this location for our honeymoon while visiting Universal Studios and the Disney Parks, and we had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and the amenities were great, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. While the outdoor pool was advertised as heated, we found it cooler than expected compared to similar pools at other locations. However, that was a minor detail in an otherwise wonderful stay. My husband and I truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 week stay at Hilton Cypress Pointe Orlando. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. They were many facilities and activity options available. The room was spacious and had everything I needed during my stay. The location was so convenient to Disney World parks and Disney Springs area. Also ready access to the main highways and roads for travelling around. I did find issue with available hot water on a few nights. Loved it!! I would recommend.

Went to the dentist to check in no reservation so they had to cancel my reservation. Waited too long to register, but the staff member was very manageable and helpful. Don’t understand why Expedia rebook my reservation, but it was not here when I got here.

We have stayed several time in florida this the only time that we have been extremely happy with the property, the staff was wonderful.,clwaning staff was fabulous and if you needed anything they would get ut for you. Have onsite washer and dryer was great since we were there for 26 days. Start to finish would highly recommend, next visit will be there agai

Overall great value for a clean and comfortable stay. A one day water service outage and pool closure was “just one of those things” that CAN happen, but communication good. Need larger trash receptacles in room and more than two bath towels

The service team is very reachable, and they will come within 15 min when issue arise. The properties are in very nice condition. Water in swimming pool is very warm. 84-87F The only issue is that: the hot water for the shower was not warm enough (while Orland was hit by a cold front. the daily high temperature was 42F outside).

We have stayed here several times and it is always wonderful. This last trip we took kids and grandkids and had a great trip. We loved the heated pool and close proximity to Disney. Now that our daughter lives in Orlando we will be back soon!

I felt very relaxed at the resort. My stay was nice

Pros: The lobby staff were exceptional , Charlie the parrot was pretty cool , the rec yard is fun and they provide you with everything you need to use it. Cons: The room was supposed to have a stovetop per the pictures and did not , checkout is at 10am but were woken up with housekeeping walking into our room BEFORE 8am. The rooms are a little older but functional.

Room seemed very old and outdated. Bed was rock hard. Shower have very little pressure and never got hot. Staff was very nice and friendly. Property location great and within walking distance of multiple restaurants.

Clean and well maintained

We booked a 3 bedroom condo because we were traveling as a family with adult children and we wanted enough room for privacy. We found Cypress Pointe to be well maintained and clean. They were very attentive to our needs, stopping by mid week to see if we needed cleaning services. They replenished dish soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags when requested and there were plenty of paper products to last the week already in the room. The living room furniture was a bit dated and uncomfortable but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. It looked like they were in the process of updating and making improvements. I would visit there again.

The staff is the friendliest ever. We arrived really early and asked if we could leave our luggage with them. They checked and our unit was ready and let us check in. I would return.

The first room that we were offer, was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE . The bathroom was practically in the bed area , with no privacy and toilet area was a small closet and claustrophobic. We had to last minute upgrade to a 2/2 and incur in additional funds for our stay to be acceptable.

This was a great resort option, especially for the price. The room was big and very clean. The service is ok. I didn’t like that I wouldn’t listen to their time share pitch. Also, the quiet hours are printed everywhere, but not enforced. Not a huge dealbreaker. The parking is a little iffy, but I will give them credit because they did try to help! In all, I liked this place. Big clean rooms at a good price!

Our room had some areas where I think housekeeping may have forgotten to clean. Otherwise, the room and property were clean. The room was spacious and not far from the pool which was nice. I would stay here again.

This hotel was clean but rooms are dated. When we checked in, the door in the first room we got did not shut properly. The deadbolt was broken and the extra latch was barely hanging on the door frame. After waiting over a half hour, we finally got into a different room. Pool area was big and very clean. Close to Disney and Disney springs without paying the disney price tag.

Woken up by pounding on door 1130 at night to see if there was a toilet leak but then came to fix at 9 am the next day! Shower door broken and very strange room set up! Pools and grounds are nice!

We rented a 3BR unit which was very spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent. We used the hot tub, ppol and the cafe. All great! Location is excellent. The only thing that was negative is that the hot water was not reliable and we all took some cold showers.

We stayed in a Suite. It was perfect for the 2 of us and included everything that a regular room has in it!

Do not select the studio

I would not recommend the studio unless you like hearing strangers conversations to wake you up in the morning. After 2 interrupted nights of sleep hearing the neighbors through the adjoining door packing to leave, we paid to upgrade to the 2 bedroom to finally get sleep for our final 3 nights there. The whole point of renting a room is to get sleep, so the fact it was disturbed the first 2 nights I do not think there should have been an upgrade charge, or the charge should have been less for the inconvenience and inadequate sleep for the first half of our stay!

The resort had a nice large pool and hottub for the kids. The living area was a bit small in our 2 bedroom unit, but it worked for the two nights we stayed. Maintenace had to come twice to fix the door so it would lick and the dryer so it would open. They responded within 10 minutes each time. No complaints for what we paid. It was clean and comfortable.

Time Share Property!

This is a time share property so expect to be asked to tour for possible purchase with incentives like a Visa card.

The only issue I had was the parking I had a handicap person with me and I forgot my handicap sticker for them because we had a Rental Car and I had to drop them off and park around at another building instead of in front of the building that I rented for the night, it happened both nights that I was there. For the money I was spending each night I should at least have been able to have one parking spot in front of the building to park. other than that, I really enjoyed it, but the parking is an issue.

Great resort close to Disney parks

My family of four had a great stay at this resort! I had requested an upper floor room when making the reservation. They were able to accommodate, but the resort does not have elevators. I was fine with that as I'd rather walk a few stairs than hear people walking above at night. The room was fabulous for the price we paid. Over 1,000 square feet, separate beds for our kids and a king suite for my wife and I. We all had our own space without being on top of each other. The resort has some age to it, but has been kept up nicely. Our only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was really bad. That could have been since we were on the 3rd floor? Not sure. The resort is just minutes from Walt Disney World. We are passholders and travel to Florida 3-5 times a year. We have stayed at many resorts on site and off site. This will be our go to resort on future trips! We were pleasantly surprised!

Everything was great

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and they allowed for a very late check in. Only downside was the shower water temperature was look warm.

It was great. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. The only negative was on the day after Thanksgiving, there was no water. We were not told of this until we contacted the front desk who said the water will be cut off for a few hours. That was the only inconvenience. Apart from that, it was an enjoyable stay

Great property

The stay was pleasant, the staff that we encountered was friendly and helpful. However, we did experience a little difficulty which we brought attention to the staff, my mom is elderly and had difficulty getting up the stairs, we were put on the 3rd floor. The next morning we were informed that they could possibly move us to the ground floor, we had packed our stuff for the move and waited for up to 2 hours for someone to come after being told that the room would be ready in 20 minutes. We were trying to prepare our Thanksgiving meal and moving now became an inconvenience as no one had yet came to assist us in moving, so we decided to stay where we were, which limited our mom from going in and out.

Check in was a breeze, the staff explained everything in a clear, concise and friendly manner. The room was clean and everything you could ever want was about 20-30 minutes away. The staff was quick to respond to any and all quieres or requests. If I have one critique, it would be to let people know which suits are adjoining to others as unfortunately we had noisy neighbors. But that’s not the hotels fault per se, and they were quick to help with the noise complaint I had! I would definitely stay again, it was a wonderful time.

We absolutely love this property and keep coming back whenever we visit Orlando. This is probably our 10th stay here. The staff is always great, the room is always clean, and whenever we need anything like extra laundry detergent or coffee they’re quick to bring items. We stayed in a 2 bedroom this trip and loved having the kitchen to do some cooking. Overall, a great stay once again.

I didn't find the washroom suitable. I didn't find the iron easily accessible.

I would have given five stars, however, I explained to them I was getting over a sprained knee, and needed a first floor room but they could not assist. The drive from Jacksonville plus the up and down of the stairs bringing my luggage really did a number. They definitely could have found a first floor. I am truly disappointed. The fact that I paid almost two times more than I normally do, along with no accommodations for my situation lets me know, this is what the quality of Hilton is…..Then on top of that I sat on the sofa and it is so worn that I had to have assistance to get up. Please get new couches.
