This was a fantastic property. It is setup like condos instead of traditional hotel rooms. I had a single suite and it was the perfect size for me. There was even a tub in the middle of the room! There was a small kitchenette, separate toilet, working desk, and balcony. Parking is easy and convenient. You could walk to some stores and restaurants but the area/region is definitely setup for a car. Walking to the bus stop is easy. Staff was friendly. The pool was being worked on when I visited so I sadly was not able to use it.
This was our first time staying here, it will be our last. We have stayed at cheaper hotels and the walls were thicker than this place. We could literally hear the conversation our neighbors were having. They weren’t even talking loud. I heard the crinkling of a plastic bag. Thank goodness they went to bed at a decent hour. Thank goodness we were on the third floor with no one above us. I feel for the people under our neighbors they had 3 kids. The room it self wasn’t bad. Had a tub in the middle of the room which was neat. However, they put the faucet right where you rest your head if you want to watch tv while enjoying a bath. The stopper didn’t function right, it let water leak out. Tried to make some tea but heating up some water in microwave (sorry don’t trust coffee makers at hotels). It didn’t work. There is not internet service. Being it is supposed to be like a vacation stay kind of place you would think they would offer WiFi, even if you pay a fee. They had a texting format where they text you updates on the property and also you can check out via text which was nice. However, I got text all day on Saturday that the pool was closed then open then closed again. There was one pool that wasn’t even open. It is however very close to Disney Springs. A bit of traffic when you first leave the grounds because it is less than a mile from interstate. This place served its purpose by having a place to sleep but we won’t be back.
The ONLY negative comment I have is that the walls are very thin and you can hear people in other suites talking/laughing, which was disturbing at times but outside of that, EVERYTHING else was amazing—I really enjoyed my stay there very much, I will be retuning again in the future and I will be referring my family and friends to this resort—thank you again! :) 9/10!!!!
The room was just right for us and our Anniversary
The property was nice, but I felt like it should have had a restaurant or some type of eatery, the only issue I had was with the room itself, which had a shower that was out in the open with literally no privacy whatsoever.
We have stayed at this property several times due to its facilities and location to all of the parks. The only thing that let it down this time was that the pool was under renovation (which it needed) whislt we were there and i wasnt aware. All of the facilities across the road at the Grand villas are open for use though so we still had a pool it was just further to walk after doing lits of steps during our days at the parks. I appreciate work needs to be done and it was looking fab when we came away.
Great place . Close to restaurants Cool pools. Easy parking and a very nice room
Convenient location for Disney, but the shuttle they offered ran only once per day for EPCOT and at an odd time. We were only there for 2 nights, to visit the Flower & Garden Festival at EPCOT. In the end, we opted to pay to park our rental car at EPCOT rather than deal with the shuttle. The room we were assigned was on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Room layout was a bit awkward. The open floor plan (with tub and shower not walled off separately) would be fine for a couple, but was not ideal for our mother/adult daughter trip. We booked the room at a great nightly rate which helped mitigate any disappointments with the property.
The walls are very thin I heard everything that was happening in the other room. I went on vacation to sleep but i need another vacation after this trip. Beautiful facility but very old and do no go there if You're looking for rest. My AC was not working for 3 of my 5 nights, they switched my room upon request.
The most interesting room layout I have ever seen, with the bathtub in the middle of the room. I didn’t like not having our room serviced as this was not explained to us at check in.
The first morning we were awakened by loud bangs in the hallway due to property repairs. I received an email prior about them shutting down the pool area for repairs but was worried because my stay was a stay was the week before. We were not advised that it would be repairs being done in the building we stayed in.
The grounds are kept up and kept clean and neat. The staff is excellent. The rooms are always clean. I enjoy the place so much. I go there a couple or a few times a year now.
Really enjoyed my stay
Enjoyed it very much
Nice place
Olga & the rest of the staff were very accommodating. There was excellent service. I would stay again.
Great place
Amazing as always
Unbelievable (great value for money)
It's one of the rare gem. I don't know whats the catch and why its not so popular but in fact I was shocked looking at room and its cleanliness. Everything was neat and placed precisely according to need. Best value for money property in orlando if you are finding something near disney parks. It's literally 5 min from disney. We had really great experience and I just can get away from that studio. Kudos to the team! Highly recommended!
Next door had a dog that barked when they went out at night.
Awesome
Very clean and comfortable great service
Was good, except you can hear everything when you are trying to sleep. Everything else good!
Amazing weekend.
We had an amazing time. Room service was available upon request. Staff was welcoming. Enjoy our time. Will book again
We booked this property through Expedia. Upon arrival, the hotel tried to put us in a handicap room which we had not reserved. We were then put into a king 1st floor studio that did not have an actual bathroom. The shower and tub are sitting in the middle of the bedroom floor. There is no way to undressed and get in the shower or tub without the other person or persons in the room seeing you There was a small toilet room that honestly was not even big enough to barely get dressed in. I filed a complaint with Expedia and I’m still waiting to hear back from them. The property called and said that is their standard studio room with the tub and the shower sitting in the middle of the bedroom. It is the most ridiculous configuration I have ever seen. Additionally, The pool was closed down and we were not made aware prior to our stay. I went back and looked at the Expedia site multiple times and if the information about the pool and hot tub closure is on the side it is buried so deep it would be near impossible for a normal traveler to find there is also construction going on at the hotel so there are large dumpsters cones and multiple parking spots blocked off where they are doing construction that also is not on the website. Absolutely terrible would never go back.
Property was nice but room was kind of a strange layout with tub in middle of the room. Didn’t use tub but had to run water in shower for over 10 minutes before it got hot enough to get a shower.
The room was fine, but it was right next to the ice machine, which was very active all night long. The shower hot water took 15 minutes to warm up and had very low pressure.
Great stay
Its a very nice place to stay me an my husband enjoyed ourselves they are very accommodating an it was his birthday an they surprised him with a little special gift he loved it we will visit again
I love that one of the staff members there was nice to use because we booked our stay last minute and they didn’t have our room available but they we nice enough to upgrade us to a two bedroom suite at the price of the studio suite we originally booked with no problem. The room was huge and nice and well kept, only problem (which wasn’t a huge problem) was that they were renovating the pool area. Will definitely come back and stay in that two bedroom suite again.
No elevators on property to get to the higher floors.
The staff in its entirety from: front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, grounds, were all amazing to interqct with. The foldout couch needs replaced very badly.
There are pros and cons of staying at this location. Pros: Relatively close proximity to the Disney parks. It’s usually about a 10 minute drive depending on the traffic. Close to several food options both quick and sit down dining. There is a grocery store 2 minutes away. And the property is pretty clean overall. Cons: This is a “Vacation Club” property so expect to be texted and harassed about going to one of their presentations. The pool was closed, but they still charged me for a “resort” fee. Claimed that I didn’t have an email on file for them to let me know, but I received all of their other emails. We were told that if we wanted to swim we could go to the resort across the street and swim there. The biggest con of this location, for me, is how loud it is. Walls are very thin so expect to hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing. Talking, toilets flushing, other activities… Overall, if you’re just looking for somewhere clean to get a nap in, it’s not bad. However, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Was not able to park near the building I was assigned, had to walk from the main parking lot in front of property. Main pool was closed for rennovation. No elevators in the building to get luggage upstairs. Ants in the sink when I got in the room. Single door separating the adjoining room that let lots of light and sound through all night. Very unimpressed and would not stay there again, even if it was free.
If you use a third party site to book, read the fine print carefully. We thought we paid in full up front but the hotel adds a resort fee when you check in. It was $90.00 for four days. You will be asked to attend a "presentation" upon check in to receive discount theme park tickets. (timeshare or vacation club I assume) We declined when they called up to the room and they weren't to pushy. The hotel seems like it is getting needed reservations at this time. The pool was closed, but you can use the pool at their other hotel next door. They gave us a key card that didnt work. I brought it back to the office. The clerk gave me another key, but advised this key might not work either. She stated I should just go to the guest services at the other hotel if that was the case and get it programmed. A little annoying after paying an added resort fee. There was no ice machine in our building. The closest machine was a few buildings away. The staff did howeversay they would bring
Don’t like it has a 200 dollar deposit and it don’t have table in the room to eat but other then that it was good
Overall nice property shuttle to parks was nice but times/locations werent very convient for leaving out of 4 days we were only able to make the shuttle back once was a bummer that the pool was closed but they did give us access to a basic pool next door staff was nice and friendly did really like the text message alerts/communication from front desk convient location near dinning no elevators less like a hotel more like an up scale motel based on what im used to overall would stay again
Main pool was not open due to construction but the rest of the hotel was great for the price. Didn’t realize there were no elevators
I really enjoyed my stay here. The Hilton standard is real here. The staff was find, the accommodations were made easy and ready. I love how they text us, and we were able to text request to them. Will come again
We were very disappointed with our stay. First, there was no communication about the ongoing construction on the pool. When we arrived, we were surprised to learn the pool was closed and that we had to walk across the street to use an overcrowded alternative. To make matters worse, our room was placed right next to the construction site, which started promptly at 7 AM/5 AM for us, coming from Mountain Time. We requested a room change, and while they did accommodate us, the process was delayed. The bellman claimed there was a “miscommunication,” even though he hadn’t spoken to any of us. On a positive note, the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently laid out. However, on our final day, we were once again woken up at 7 AM this time by security and housekeeping even though checkout wasn’t until 11. Whether it’s a lack of communication among staff or simply poor guest consideration, the experience made it feel like they didn’t want us to get any rest.
Amazing resort! Close to everything! Very clean!
We love to stay here! This trip the pool was being refurbished, but we had access to the pool next door and it was closer to our building. It was just as relaxing too! Everything is very clean, quiet and very safe! We love the steps that are taken to ensure our safety! It's also very close to everything we like to do and very easy to access. It is close to everything, but very quiet too!
Overall a good clean stay. Bed very comfortable.
Very nice place. The living room furniture was a tad uncomfortable but it was fine. Also, the pool is closed for maintenance.
We did not end up staying here. The rooms were all adjoining and very loud. There was no water in the swimming pool.
Facilities are outdated
Dated. Carpet in bad shape. Tub is so 1990. Staff was accommodating and kind
Pool was closed for repair. Room with huge tub in the middle is weird, just take it out and put in a loveseat as there’s only one desk chair to sit in. But if you’re on a budget, it’s OK for a place to rest!
No elevators was a deal breaker. Won't be staying there again.
The pro
Family friendly
Hotel was decent, has a lot of amenities and nice to be close to a sister property that amenities are also open to use. Thought the room was a little outdated and one of the bathroom I felt wasn’t cleaned. The hotel is family friendly, and my kids did love staying there. We had three adults and two kids. Plenty of room and enjoyed the balcony
Great
The area is quiet.
Felt like home.
I was very disappointed about pool was close 😕 i just reserve for my daughters enjoy the resorts amenities and the pool was close they give me the options to the other property but was packed to many people on small pool
The hotel is a bit old the cleaning has to schedule it so if you don't know it's mandatory you'll have to arrive from your day and find the room without cleaning the noise that is heard from the adjoining rooms is excessive
The room smelled terrible and the walls were so thin. It was not a good choice to stay there.
Great Value!
I would not recommend this property. Our room had no water pressure and no hot water. When we mentioned this to the front desk staff nothing was done to rectify the issue and we were told there weren't any other rooms available.
Very clean suite
Was a great stay for me and my husband. Was a little disappointed with the dragging of suitcases up and down the stairs. Other then that it was great
We had a wonderful stay and the staff is very accommodating.
The staff went above and beyond to assist with a few request for my wife's medical condition and it was greatly appreciated. We will definitely return to this property on our next trip to Orlando/Disney World. It's literally only two miles to Disney Springs and so convenient. All parks are very convenient too on back roads or I-4, if it's not backed up with rush hour or construction traffic. The only negative is there is not an elevator for upper floors, but our agent at check-in gave us a room on first floor. We loved being able to text requests that they fulfilled immediately. Great use of technology. Thanks!
Staff where very at all nice service
The place was very pleasant entirely
My wife, our son, and I stayed here for two nights over Easter weekend. We will definitely return. Our two bedroom suite was very specious and the resort itself was clean, comfortable, and most importantly for me, it was quiet! We had a first floor suite just yards from the pool and it was still a very quiet stay. Our five year old's room was directly next to the front door and he slept soundly, and was not impacted by the neighbors or people walking by. The pool area is huge with plenty of room and the pool itself is awesome. I could go on and on. Like I said, we stayed here two nights but we could have easily done a week or more. Highly recommended, especially for families!
Very nice would recommend. However I wouldn’t recommend waisting your time with there timeshare presentation that they bribe you with gift cards and free stay.
Great Resort Stay
My resort was excellent. The rooms were better than what is pictured on the website. Outside of the thin walls and the guest next door not paying attention to quiet hours, everything else was great. There was enough parking onsite, just when you come in later at night you may not be able to park directly in front of your building.
The resort was home away from home very accommodating attentive and great service
Great quiet location
We always stay here on our weekend trips. The place has been remodeled and looks more to up to date. The location is great and only about 5-15 minutes drive to most shopping and Disney springs. The only drawback is the walls are thin and you can hear everything. But the price is what keeps us coming back
Wish we could have stayed longer! It was a quick stay due to commitments in town. Check in was flawless, quick and efficient. Room was clean and exactly as portrayed in the pictures. We wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities. The only thing that was a small inconvenience was how loud the next door guest was early in the morning with loud coughs, bangs and general noises. Not a hotel issue, though. Overall pleasant stay.
NO ELEVATORS. NO DAILY ROOM SERVICE. The condos here are spacious and clean. Quiet hours for laundry and dishwasher between certain hours. There are no elevators so be wary if you need an accessible room - lugging up luggage or a stroller up 3 flights in the Florida heat is no picnic. They have outdoor hallways and stairwells. We missed the once a week room service during our stay and requested room service but they only dumped a bag of linens and towels inside the door instead of actually cleaning up so we had to make the beds ourselves and had a pile of dirty linens sitting around for the rest of the week. Not consistent with what you associate with a Hilton property. Also to note, the blinds in the second bedroom leaves a half to 1 inch gap around the edges so technically people can peer into the cracks and see into the bedroom that is right next to the front door (where your kids would be sleeping) so bring some masking tape to tape up the edges if you are paranoid. Resort had a lot of fun sounding daily activities. Front desk was not exactly helpful as they seem to be training new staff - hospitality was lacking from staff. Read the fine print - they bury important details and then will tell you technically its in the pamphlet and you should have read it.
Great stay for the price
The room was really clean and well taken care of. Overall great location and place to stay. Just wish the bed was a bit more comfortable.
Inadequate parking near and roaches in the room
The only downside to this property is there is not enough parking. We had to park across the street at their sister hotel on multiple nights.
Workers to loud and smelled
Tub
I only booked the room for a jacuzzi tub bit it was a hot tub (a regular tub) was disappointed for the price
Great Family place
Great Location and nice surroundings and pools. We were in a lock-off studio and we could hear people moving around and talking next door.
The room and property were very nice. We had a great time and the location was prefect
We really liked the location — just could have used an update!
It’s a dated property - but very well located to walk to Disney Springs and extremely low in cost for the amenities. Excellent staff.
Excellent customer service! Neighbors were noisy at night. Sound dampening would be nice, but security did respond to noise complaint promptly.
Excellent
The room was huge! The parking was super accessible to the room, staff was great, highly recommend!
Wonderful time love the room
We've stayed at this resort several times. Love the location. Convenient to the parks and Disney Springs. It was just my husband and i this trip so we got a King room. It was an odd layout with the shower and tub in the middle of the room. It could have been more private, maybe with a half wall or something. That was our only complaint. Did not have housekeeping the 4 days we were there, but i think thats more common now after COVID. We called for fresh towels and they were delivered in minutes.
Great
Excellent
Short walk to the pool and the pool area was very clean. Staff were very helpful with any questions.
One of our best vacations! A wonderful experience.Staff warm and friendly.Clean, comfortable place to stay!Close to Disney Springs and theme parks. Pool and hot tub were awesome! Several amenities including washer/dryer, gas grill, basketball court. We definitely will be back! Our new favorite place to stay!
Check in and out was easy. Location was good. Unit was clean. The resort is clean. Privacy was my issue, Ground units facing the parking lot has no privacy! The walls are made of cardboard, you can hear everything in the unit next door from talking during the day to coughing overnight..,! My ground unit supposedly has a little porch with 2 chairs to sit and watch, but I couldn’t because my ground unit faced the sprinklers that kept everything wet!. I would return But definitely I will not get a ground unit.
Convenient access to DisneyWorld
The room was comfortable, clean and had a small balcony. The soaking tub was enjoyable after a long day at Disneyworld. There is easy access via several different roadways to the various Disney parks. If the highway is crowded, your gps will take you backroads. It was about 15 minutes to both Epcot and Animal Kingdom. Also about 20 minutes to MCO. The pool area was very nice, and the parrots in the lobby are cute. Check in and departure were easy. Could have been more towels and more ways to hang your towels in the room for easier re-use for one or two days.
No hot water
Lovely place
-
Room was a bit ‘tired’ But, understand Hilton recently took it over & has planned refurbishing
Great value
walk three flights of stairs parking was difficult thin walls could hear people nested door talking won’t stay again
Enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and our family of seven was very comfortable. It was located close to all the Disney parks. There is a shuttle that takes you to and from the parks but the timetable was not ideal for my family. We drove to the parks so that we could maintain flexibility in our departure and return times. Parks are within 20 minute drive. We will plan to stay here again if we visit the Orlando area again in the future. The only negative was that parking was difficult to find if you returned to the hotel late at night. There are no difficulties in parking if you arrive in the day or early evening.
I have stayed here previously. I was not disappointed. I will stay here again. It has great conveniences, pool, basketball courts, tennis, shuffeboard
Room was scrupulously clean every square inch Wonderful decor and furniture
Need renovations
