Very nice hotel

Excellent in every way

everything amazing

Very unique location and very accessible to everything. Great dining options, cafes etc. we loved that we could get to all of the great food spots within 10 minutes. For a 5 star hotel the front desk staff was alright. We were travelling on our honeymoon and the other hotels we recently stayed at truly gave a 5 star feeling, this felt more like a 4. Nice pool on rooftop, but was missing a bathroom up there to change etc, should you want to use facilities after check out before flights. We asked multiple staff and they said to go to the main floor (uncomfortable in a suit and towel). Cleaning staff was lovely and the stocked up water and clean rooms was great.

One Night Stay

Great one night stay at this hotel for work. I was upgraded due to being on crutches as Cristina on reception kindly thought it would be more comfortable for me.

STAY HERE! When planning our honeymoon I relied solely on reviews and I’m happy I did because this was worth it. Greeted us with a drink, if you rent a car they park it for you, michilan rated restaurant, safe area and a short walk into main plaza!

Really enjoyed our 3-night stay. We had a superior double room with good space and bathroom. Bed was comfy as well. Loved the Guerlain toiletries. The housekeeping lady was doing a great job every day to keep the room refreshed and she provided unlimited supply of water and little sugary treats during turndown. We didn’t have the breakfast as I’m not keen on buffet breakfast and would rather go and discover other places. Hotel is very stylish with wonderful and helpful staff. The swimming pool and decking area is a great bonus especially as the weather was warm. This stay is a 10 out of 10.

Superb 5* Hotel weekend break

Superb hotel, we had a fantastic 2 nights stay for our wedding anniversary. From the moment of our arrival the attention to detail and customer experience was superb. Joan the Front office manager could have not been more welcoming, we both had a lovely welcome drink and he enthusiastically talked us through the history of the hotel which is still an active monastery (4 monks left). He also explained our room with its 7th century door and artistic features from 2 local artists. The whole hotel has been beautifully restored keeping a lot of the original features. Breakfast in the Michelin star restaurant was superb with a huge buffet selection. The pool terrace was quiet and relaxing and we were brought drinks and lunch, great service and reasonably priced. It’s located in the city centre on a quiet street but a short walk to all the Palma bars and restaurants. Overall we loved it and would definitely recommend and will be back!

Staff was next level

It was beautiful in the public areas, the pool area was tiny and pool so shallow you couldn’t swim, this was disappointing as reason for booking. The room was small over levels and challenging with so many steps. The staff were very pleasant. The drinks in the bar very expensive. Overall style over everything.

Great hotel in great location

As we love a hotel with roof top in Palma we’ve tried a few! Pleased to say this one is great…staff were so helpful and lovely, room fabulous, amenities great, location excellent, and the roof top chilled and nice size pool! Will return!

This was our 3rd stay at our home (yes they really make us feel at home) in Palma and it is simply the best place to stay. The staff are absolutely 1st class and really go the extra mile and make you feel special. The rooms are beautiful and everything has a 5* feel about it. Breakfast is simply on another level and Danielle ensures you are pampered. Don’t take my word for it, just book it and see for yourself. We are ready to book our 4th stay and even if you don’t go out of the hotel you will have a great stay and come home relaxed and refreshed.

Beautifully restored convent

Amazing in every way

We had the most amazing stay at the Convent de la Missio. We were there to celebrate my birthday and were so impressed with everythig, from the beautiful building to the rooms, the roof-topped terrance, incredibly attentive service and of course the first class restaurant Marc Fosh. Everything about our stay was spot on... we loved it.

This hotel is fantastic and very central to all attractions. The staff are attentive and always there to help. I would definitely recommend the restaurant, although it only has a tasting menu. However the food was excellent and service superb.

The hotel was very clean and stylish. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They especially looked after me when I had a slight medical emergency which was very comforting. I will be staying again! It is everything you expect from a 5* hotel

My husband and I were in Mallorca for our honeymoon and were originally staying at another hotel that just wasn't doing it for us--so we made a last minute switch to Convent de la Missio, and it was the best decision. The space is pure beauty, calm and luxury, and the staff attentiveness is unmatched. We felt so taken care of--a great place to celebrate love.

Attention to detail … from the moment we parked up outside. Staff, room, facilities and food … superb. We’ll be back.

Boutique hotel with Michelin star restaurant. One issue-you have to climb steps to get to the center. It's very close, but nevertheless, steps could an issue for some. Staff was great! Special thx to Fede!

Words almost can’t explain how amazing our stay was. We were celebrating my partners birthday and couldn’t have chosen a better destination. The hotel is beautiful, the service is incredible and then you have Marc Fosh on site which is another level

This is a beautiful, stylish hotel in the old town of Palma. The rooms are spacious and modern and each is decorated by a different artist. A converted monastery, there are still some surviving monks on the first floor and you can go to mass on Sunday if you’d like. The hotel is wonderfully quiet, with no traffic noise, but centrally located so you can walk everywhere. The roof terrace and pool is a lovely space to catch some sun and have a light lunch. Couldn’t recommend the hotel highly enough, we’ll definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. The room was very stylish although the bed was hard. Being a boutique hotel it was missing some of the full-service aspects like room service etc. but very enjoyable for a couple of days in a central Palma location.

Excellent hotel concierge

Joan the concierge gave us the most wonderful recommendations. We went to all of them and were delighted. Gracias por todo. Palma es muy especial.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Palma. There were a couple of very, very minor things they could improve on - like topping up the fruit and toiletries in the room. The breakfast service improved dramatically for days 2 and 3 of our stay. Mojitos are amazing! They are expensive at €15 each, so best enjoyed on the terrace in the evening sunshine. The staff will bring them up to you if you call down. My tip: book a smaller room and spend the difference on cocktails, because unless you book the suite you don’t really get that much more for your money.

This is a haven in the centre of Palma; the staff are charming and our stay was superb.

The attention to detail is wonderful. We were made to feel very special and the staff were all incredibly polite, helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel is very unusual in account of its former role as a convent but has been sympathetically redesigned to provide very comfortable and beautiful accommodation. The complimentary use of the spa was an added bonus. Located centrally in the old town, it is very easy to walk to the sea front, restaurants, bars, cathedral and the main shopping streets.

My wife and I liked everything about this hotel. Location is good, staff recommend and booked lovely places. Room is clean and modern. Has a car park if you need one. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful oasis of calm

Splendid in every way. Staff went out of there way to make us as comfortable as possible, helped us to find the perfect room for our needs, and organise excursions. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are gorgeous, and the atmosphere is calm, relaxed, creative and very special. The only very small drawback is that the swimming pool on the roof is a bit small and shallow to actually swim, but good for cooling off in the summer heat. All together a wonderful experience and highly highly recommended.

Every year I go to Palma and this hotel is by far the best! The whole experience from start to finish was superb. The staff are really friendly and the service is fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful and you can book the spa exclusively for you for no charge. You also receive free sparkling and still water all day. When my daughter and I arrived the hotel manager Javier took us around and told us all about its history which was fascinating. A fabulous hotel and I will definitely be going again! Thank you to all the staff for making it such a delightful experience.

Wonderful little gem close to Palma Old Town

Such a great hotel, real 5 star service from the front desk, barmen, waiters...everyone! They even go as far as to remember your name! Food was great at breakfast, rooms were lovely and they really made us feel special on our minimoon.

Beautiful hidden gem in the heart of Palma

Everything about this hotel is 5 star. From the ease of the airport transfer and check in, to the helpful and knowledgeable staff, you will not be disappointed. The exclusive use spa is a must as is the Michelin starred Marc Fosh restaurant - what a dining experience! The rooms were modern and immaculate and the rooftop terrace is a wee oasis in the city. The old town location is perfect for all the bars and restaurants - there are so many to chose from. Palma is a city break with everything, culture, nightlife and plenty of sunshine - I cannot wait to book up again!

Excellent location, fabulous private (free) spa

A characterful hotel, brilliantly located next to the old town, the Rambla, the train station (with none of the sleaze that could be associated with this), on a quiet street, in an old convent sympathetically renovated. Delightful staff, excellent food and a superb spa that can be booked for free for an hour. I would definitely recommend this to a friend - and have done already!

Stunning hotel in the centre of Palma

I had an absolutely perfect stay at Convent de la Missio. The hotel is stunning, service immaculate, staff extremely friendly and the very beautiful with amazing views! Breakfast was also very good and the spa facilities are very cool, you can book for private use. I can't wait to go back to this hotel, centrally located by in a quiet street of Palma.

A very calm, peaceful and stylish location. Lovely rooftop terrace with plunge pool. Cool spa area in the basement. Room was spacious and elegantly done, without being flashy. Service was first rate and super friendly. A little Oasis just off Las Ramblas

Very friendly and welcoming hotel

We were given a very warm welcome on arrival and whilst the charming Susanna explained everything about the hotel facilities, we were served a complimentary glass of Cava. Together with a map, she gave advice on places to visit and see in Palma which was extremely helpful. Our bedroom was bright and spacious and there were bathrobes, slippers and plenty of towels,bottles of water and fresh fruit. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

5 night stay

My wife and stayed at the hotel for nights and loved every minute of it. Location was excellent for walking to all sites and the terrace was great for relaxing in the afternoon. Very peaceful. Staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble

Very good , but not exceptional

Great Hotel , Architecturally beautifully executed . Some very basic service level issues for a 5* though , Turn down service happened 2 nights not 1 night , dirty glasses left in room after cleaning not replaced. No plain Green Tea available at breakfast despite 3 requests ( kept providing different but not correct product Ie Green Tea with Mint , with fruit …..etc etc)

A fantastic urban boutique hotel

We have just returned from our stay at this charming hotel. What a wonderful find! This is an exceptional place and the staff could not have been friendlier and more welcome and accommodating. We would not hesitate to recommend it to fellow ebookers.

Immaculate hotel with classic understated style

Our whole stay was excellent. From the moment we checked in the staff were perfectly welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The design of the hotel was classic and luxurious, but cleverly understated. The rooftop pool area was great and the breakfast was faultless. We don't have a bad word to say about our stay and would highly recommend.

Great hotel with personal top notch service

Amazing personal service, very nice hotel but it needs to be updated and renovated if they want to keep their leading position. To have a 1 star restaurant Simply Fosh which is really great also makes worth to stay.

Dont stay in room 15

Hotel had a good location and reception staff were lovely. Restaurant was very good. The only problem was we were in room 15 and it was up out of the way, the air con was mildly effective and the room was cleaned last each day which was a nuisance. On last day when room wasnt cleaned when we got back to room with 2 hours before a wedding they did move us to a nicer room with air con that worked and they did apologise for the cleaning. My son was in room 9 which was nicer than our room so my advice would be to decline room 15 and ask for a different room
