Very quiet area / safe and the unit was clean. Just few things that need fixing but overall a great location, comfortable and convenient to just about anything you need

Misadvertised as being in the town of Pompano Beach, it is not. That is why I booked it. The apartment while clean and fairly stocked, is a bit bare. Not worth the high $$$, and a completely nude resident was hanging around in the garden. Gasp! Not what what we signed up for.

Easy self check in. Great location, close to Deerfield Beach Boardwalk. Everything was clean and bed was super comfy. I will recommend this place.

70's Florida vibe. Nice.

Really nice, 70's-old-Florida vibe place updated and in very good condition, except a couple of delaminated floor tiles. We liked the location and the unit a lot. We (couple)stayed in the bedroom, our friend slept on a nice fold out sofa, everybody had personal space. We really liked the nirrored walls in the loving room. It looked very spacious. Near enough to the beach to be convenient. We would rent here again

Great location, near beach, shopping and restaurants. Easy to get to other areas, as well. Very clean, had everything we needed to cook and clean the apartment while there. Convenient laundry areas as well. Would definitely stay again. The only thing was the sofa bed was a little small for my sons in the unit, but thats because I didnt pay attention to the description. We made it work.

Clean and quiet. Convenient location. Close to shopping, dining. Communication with property owner was terrific. No negative issues arose. Highly recommend this property for relaxation. Parties not allowed and quiet required 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Worked great for us!

Amazing !!

Firstly the property was not property cleaned. Communication with the property managers was extremely poor. The bed in apartment 104 that I stayed was propped up on boards. The sofa could not be used as it was extremely uncomfortable - almost broken down. I only stayed because It would be difficult for me to relocate. I will never use or recommend properties by LOWKL. SMH

Clean and well maintained property

4-night stay with my family. Nice quiet 10 minutes from beach and shoppping. 25 minutes from the airport though

The property was clean and well kept. It had all the necessary amenities for a 3 day stay. Communication was easy via texts. Nice safe area 10 minute drive to the water

I loved my stay there, except for the fact that the dryers were out of service a few times and the tub got clogged too many times! Other that that, I really liked it!!

Everything met my expectations! Lots of room and very comfortable. A perfect location for my needs.

This is a large place for the money, but the condition and furnishings reflect it. Overall it got the job done for what I needed to do, but if you’re thinking this is a good vacation spot you should look elsewhere. It needed updates badly. I e seen worse but this place is tired.

Had a very enjoyable 5-night stay at the property when coming to town for a training session and charter fishing trip. Having a full size refrigerator and kitchen was very beneficial when you get a catch of Wahoo, Mahi and Tuna and have to keep them well cooled before you head home. (No way to do that effectively in a "hotel atmosphere") Mgmt staff were very responsive through texting when needed. Will definitely go back next time I am in town for another fishing charter or trip to the S. Florida area.

Tile floors need a good professional cleaning. Bottom of sandals were black from floors. Blinds could be updated. They are the old slat type and some slats were missing. They would also make quite a bit of noise with the air conditioning blowing on them.

everything was perfect

Cute one bedroom apartment with sturdy full sized pullout couch in the living room. I loved how clean the shower and the glass was! All the linen was stain-free and smelled fresh. The kitchen was stocked with cutlery, flatware, glasses and mugs, and even some pots and pans. It was raining during most of our trip so we didn't make use of the small seating out front or the grill area out back, but both looked clean. I didn't get the chance to use the laundry facilities but they were available. The area was set a little ways back from the highway and main shopping area, it's definitely more residential. The neighborhood was full of small family homes, condos, and vacation rentals, so it felt very safe and everyone around us was quiet by a respectable hour. There was plenty of parking and it has good sized spots so we were able to park our SUV without getting crowded. I'd definitely stay out here again should I need to come back to the FL/Pompano area

It’s a good property specially for women’s the whole property has filled with mirrors. The only problem is not near any restaurants but other than that it’s nice it’s quiet very nice.

Visited family and the proximity and location worked. The condo was clean and met our needs.

We stayed 11 nights. Our unit looked like recently renovated and it's nice. Nice area. Good cookware, nice dishware, and utensils. Would be nice if there is a dishwasher. Keypad is tricky. There is no lock from the insides. So, if anyone knows the code of your keypad they can get in (this happened to us at another property, while we were sleeping someone tried to enter). We didn't feel secure. The property manager tried to put an inside lock on day 6, but they didn't have the correct lock. The door is outswing, but the guy brought a lock for inswing door (how can a maintenance guy didn't understand this)! My husband told them it was the wrong lock & won't stop people from coming in. They told us that we had to buy one ourselves if we wanted the correct lock. We ended up putting furnitures to block the door every night so we can sleep (yes, we did it for 11 nights)!

Bed was very comfortable..TV's were very small..Overall very nice place.

This location was conveniently located near gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants and shops! The apartment very tidy. Absolutely loved how easy it was to communicate with the property for various questions. I recommend this location and would stay again in the future.

We stayed at the property for ten days, we went to use the stove on the second day and found that the electric stove didn't work, I called the person in charge of the apartment and they fixed it, the garbage disposal isn't working either, I called the person in charge and he said someone could go and fix it, but we didn't say it wasn't necessary, I think that before handing over a property for someone to use, there should be an inspection by the person responsible for the property.

The front door was not sealed correctly. And the lock was challenging at the very least. Cabinets need upgrading.

Location was convenient and easy to get to. Condo was nice and clean.

Totally acceptable

It was a totally adequate apartment at a very fair price. The sofa was very uncomfortable.. Everything was functional but there was no luxury to be seen.Communication with management was almost non existent unless they wanted something from me.

This is my go to stay when I am in the Boca, lighthouse point area five stars always!!!!

Great for the price

Le quartier est beau et calme , le condo était propre mais est du pour des rénovation … les lumière de la cuisine « flashait » 1 journée sur 2 sinon le lit était asser confortable et pour le prix je le recommande.

Shower doors were off the track and were very hard to open. Sofa was horrible to sit on comfortably and should be replaced!! TV’s were almost impossible to get channels on. Both TV’s worked differently and should have instructions on how to use. I am not familiar with Roko TV.

Three stars instead of four because we were not made aware all communication would be through text. I thought the first message for sign in was a scam. The apartment was minimally furnished and equipped but suitable. Lighting in living room terrible; other rooms fine. Location was close to grocery and variety stores and main highway & short drive to waterfront.
