Very amazing facility. Our Family Pool Access is perfect. Great location, not too busy, not loud at all, yet still not too far from Ao Nang. Uber friendly and very helpful staff through and through. Me and my best friend had the best time/experience in Krabi and Chermantra doesn’t even disappoint even one bit. Will definitely come back to stay here again on my next trip to Krabi. Resort bar is also very accessible and room delivery is a plus. Love!

Beautiful setting easy access to shopping and street food options nearby. 15 minutes walking to the beach.

Good staff, good breakfast, pool and clean rooms.

Overall, I had a nice stay here. I liked my room a lot, even if it was a bit worn / could use some updating (there was chipped paint all around the pool). Something to note about the private pools: this was a big draw for me but I wasn't able to use the pool much at night due to the gigantic bugs. The only reason I would not stay here again because of how hard it was to get to/from this hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle to/from the beach but at wildly inconvenient times and the shuttle service still costs $200 baht. And the hotel does not do much in the way of arranging taxis. I also found that the Grab app doesn't work very well in the Krabi area. In the future, I would stay closer to the beach or at a hotel that offered more options in the way of transportation. Otherwise, the stay was nice.

Wonderful Relaxing shame no place to eat at pool bar

The property is new and well maintained. We stayed in a family pool Villa. We chose this place because of the privacy and king size beds. The location is quite far from everything, though they have schedule shuttle to Au Nang for shops, restaurants and entertainment. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, only a few that are not. I give this place a 3.7 stars for over all.

Staff are extremely nice and polite. Defo recommended.

Everything is okay for me accept the pool. The chlorine inside my private pool was too strong that me and my wife felt sick after swimming. Felt nausea, dizzy and almost fever.

The pool villa was absolutely amazing. It’s a new resort and fairly quiet which we enjoyed. It’s about a 5 minute ride to the beach and entertainment but they provide a shuttle until late in the night. The staff was very helpful and I would definitely stay there again

I would agree the hotel is quite new and the pool is awesome. I booked the suite with a private pool. The location is good too. Just 5 mins away from the main street. The drawback of this new hotel is service. Being a small scaled hotel, the gym room is very small. Just one running machine. I saw many insects in the pool and I told the reception "Can you turn on the water pump and remove the insects in the pool so that I can swim?" After 2 hours, there was no staff to follow up. House keeping after 3pm was not possible as the staff in charge was left already. My flight was 8:35am in the morning. When I left the hotel at 6am, there was no staff there to check-in. I could not take back my deposit.... All in all, the hotel was nicely decorated but the back up service was not there.

The good: property seems pretty spanking new. We reserved the top villa with private pool, which was pretty neat in its own. Rooms are pretty well appointed and modern. Breakfast was pretty good as well - definitely better than what you'd get from a Best Western Plus, etc. The okay: the resort isn't really built to house visitors cars. There's a small gravel lot in front of the resort that can hold maybe 5 cars, plus mopeds scattered around. It's right off the road so getting in and out without hitting/getting hit is a little tricky. The bad: mosquitoes and black flies everywhere. When we first walked into the room, we found so many dead mosquitoes scattering the ground - almost as if no one had stayed in the room for a while and these suckers just died. We figured housekeeping was leaving the door open when servicing so we cancelled our room being cleaned to aid in the bug situation. However, every morning and every time we returned to the room we kept finding more and more mosquitoes and flies. Chocked it up to them coming through the drains and vents of the room - made for a slightly miserable stay.

The Exclusive Pool Villa really gives lots of privacy. Room size and layout design is very nice. Staff are very polite and obliging.

We stayed in the too villas and it was a breathtaking view of the mountaisn with a private pool. Very relaxing

Lovely condo hotel

Perfect condo , clean , lovely pool , room , will visit again but 15 mins too local Ao Nang and half hour to Krabi Town , lovely breakfast and restaurant, thanks , free bus to Ao bang beach but been to better beaches

Awful.... do not stay here

Awful, from the moment we arrived the level of customer service was dreadful. The hotel has great potential as the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable but the awful staff and the attitude of them really does let them down. Our tv didn’t work the whole time we stayed here, we did mention this and never got fixed. The tuk tuk service doesn’t work, they don’t have any schedule and one night they didn’t even pick us up. The reception staff was rude and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. I can’t recommend avoiding this hotel enough. Until this hotel improves its staff this will never improve.

Amazing hotel, with a breautiful view on the moutain! Everything was perfect: the service, the amenities and the room (i would just suggest to change the matress for tge extra bed)! I highly recommend this hotel!

Super schönes Hotel. Die Tür zum Bad hat gefehlt. Der Pool könnte gesäubert werden, aber das Personal war nett, das Frühstück war in Ordnung und das Hotel lag etwas abgelegen. Dennoch gabs einen free Shuttle zum Aonang Beach

Oltiin 10 yötä joka oli liikaa. Ihan kiva muutamalle yölle, mutta ei pidemmälle lomailulle. Kävelyetäisyydellä ei kauppoja, ja vaikka on ”syrjemmässä” on vilkkaan tien varrella eli ei sen rauhallisempi kuin ai nangin keskustassakaan. Hotelli tarjosi muutaman kerran päivässä kuljetuksen keskustaan, mikä oli hyvä että pääsi käymään kaupassa ja ravintoloissa yms. Kuvat tehty selkeästi jollain tekoälyllä, sillä ei ollut ihan noin siistit puitteet todellisuudessa. Henkilökunta ei juurikaan osannut englantia joten kommunikointi hieman haastavaa joissain tilanteissa. On kolmen tähden hotelli, ei missään nimessä neljän tai viiden. Altaan vesi oli aika likaista. Aamupalalla aika hiilari/sokeri painotteista ruokaa. Siis kokonaisuudessaan ihan ok majoitus, varsinkin kun ottaa huoneen josta pääsy altaaseen. Mutta en olisi kuin muutaman yön.

Allting var bra, läget var lite sådär men hotellet erbjöd gratis shuttle vid flera tillfällen på dagen så det fungerade bra.

I stayed here for 14 nights and enjoyed it a lot. It’s a bit outside of Ao Nang, but that’s what I wanted to have and I enjoyed swimming in the 33 meter long pool.

Good hôtel

Très bien mais perfectible

Etablissement excentré. Douche quasiment bouchée. Petit déjeuners moyens. Le lit demandé pour un enfant de moins de 6 ans n'était pas fait. On nous a demandé un supplément pour que le lit soit fait. L'enregistrement sur l'application n'avait pas suivi. Je préconise de doubler la réservation par un mail. Ceci à part, séjour agréable, personnel très disponible et souriant.

Magnifique hôtel, personnel et piscine au top. Je le recommande fortement. Pensez à louer un scooter pour vos déplacements.

Nous avons opté pour cet hôtel en dehors du centre ville pour éviter la foule, le bruit...Et nous ne regrettons pas. Nous étions au calme dans la végétation et à moins de 10min du centre en navette gratuite depuis l'hôtel. Nous étions 2 adultes 2 enfants et avons donc eu la suite familiale donnant un accès direct à la piscine, juste exceptionnel ! Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits et y retournerons sans hésiter. Le petit déjeuner était varié et bon (hormis les jus qui sont inexistants c'est ni plus ni moins des sirops = mais ce n'est pas grave il faut manger les bons fruits frais proposés 🤩). Le personnel est adorable. Merci ❤️

Accommodation was ok, reception was super friendly, the little problem is with the room cleaners, this hotel works with a board system at the rooms, Green the room is made up, Red is “ Do not Disturb “, and in the middle they have yo clean the room, I don’t know if my room had a ghost in it, but for 3 day nobody came to clean the room, someone kept putting the board on green, had to go to the reception to ask to clean the room!!

Nous avons réservé la chambre avec la piscine privée. Globalement, l'hôtel est bien, la chambre superbe. Attention, il y a une navette seulement toutes les deux heures pour la plage, pas très pratique, nous aurions apprécié une plus grande fréquence. Mais a notre arrivée, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'être envahie de fourmis. Nous l'avons signalé, une personne est venue immédiatement les retirer et passer du produit. Le robinet de la salle de bain était cassé, cela a mis 2 jours a être réparé. Levier était bouché, personne n'est venu le déboucher, sans compter la fuite d'eau du robinet aussi ... L'hôtel n'a pas voulu discuter et ne propose aucune remise malgré les désagréments. Sur 5 jours de séjours, et au vu du prix c'est franchement moyen ! Je ne recommande donc pas cet hôtel.

Hotellin kuvat hienommat, mitä paikka itsessään. Äänieristystä ei ollut. Mukava lisä oli uima-altaaseen pääsy suoraan omalta terassilta. Hinta-laatu suhde ok, edullinen yhden/kahden yön hotelli. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, avuliasta.

Flott hotell! Nytt, lekkert, gode senger, puter, dyner. Serviceinnstilt betjening. Eneste minuset er at det ligger ca 1.5 Km fra stranden og resten av "sentrum" men, gratis shuttle opp og ned flere ganger daglig og kun 200 bath hver vei om man velger å ta en taxi. Vil man bo fint i ett stille og rolig område og samtidig ikke være for langt unna der det skjer, er dette stedet å bo! - Veldig bra service fra betjeningen. Frokosten er som ellers i Thailand, ikke noe å skryte av, men helt OK :) Her kan vi helt klart bo igjen!

Everything was perfect at Chermantra! The staff always smiling, the quality of the room and the pool, the location close to the coast, the shuttle transfer for the closest city! We had an amazing holidays there! Thanks a lot for everything!

We had a very pleasant stay (11 days ). The resort is nice and clean, rooms too. The pool was well maintained also, In this heat the pool access room was great! The staff was very friendly and tried their best even though we had some misunderstandings while renting a motorbike and with other services. The included breakfast is great with a wide variety of food (thai, western, salad, fruits) The free shuttle service to the beach was awesome, which makes the location of the resort a non-issue.

Roller leihen auch am hotel möglich, klasse pool & Service Zimmer mit poolzugang genial. Biker bar daneben perfect.

Fräscht och lugnt hotell

Vi avslutade vår Thailands-resa med att bo två nätter på Chermantra och vi är nöjda med vår vistelse. Hotellet var fräscht som bilderna utlovade och vi kände att vi fick vad vi förväntade oss. Personalen talade engelska, maten var god(rekommenderar vårrullarna), bra frukostutbud. Det ligger någon kilometer bort från stranden men hotellet erbjuder shuttle-trafik ner till stranden nästan dygnet runt vilket gjorde att avståndet inte kändes som något problem, det gick enkelt att ta sig ner till stan. Lugn och avkopplande miljö.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. The service is fantastic - you feel right at home from the first moment. The staff is very friendly and speak good English. The hotel itself is new. Very luxurious with nice big rooms and a very nice swimming pool. In the rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the swimming pool from your balcony. At the pool is a bar where you can order delicious dishes and drinks. The rooms are big, modern and luxury and equipped with all modern conveniences, such as: bathrobes, slippers, beach bag, hairdryer, refrigerator, safe, umbrella, tea and even a flashlight. The shower is also large and modern. The shower gives a good jet. The entire hotel is also very hygienic and always clean. The staff do their job well. They also offer a free shuttle service to the center all day long until midnight (5 minutes' drive) When we visited Ao nang again - we will stay here again. We recommend this hotel to everyone!

High privacy, far enough from busy Ao Nang area but still shuttle tuktuk to accommodate guest during day/ night time. All staffs are caring and professionalism.

Nettes Personal gutes Frühstück immer wieder gerne

Wir hatten 2 Wochen dort unseren Aufenthalt. Es war ein Traum. Sehr ruhiges Hotel, sehr nettes Personal und saubere Zimmer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Some reception don',t has good service mind as the level of your hotel. When we go to ask her something. She suddenly answer the telephone. The facilities is very good.

숙소는 신축이라 일단 새거에요.근데 관리가 안되네요.입실했는데..바닥에 발자국 같은게 있고..슬리퍼도 없고..풀빌라 이용했는데 개인수영장 물도 너무 더러웠어요.요청해서 바로 청소해 주셨지만..바쁜 곳도 아닌데 기본적인 것들도 안되어있어서 기분이 좋진 않았어요. 직원분들은 상당히 친절하세요.근데 전반적으로 체계가 잡혀있는 서비스를 제공하는 호텔은 아니에요.뭐라해야할까..규모가 작아서인지는 몰라도 분업화되서 딱 이루어진다기보다 적은 인원으로 꾸려가는 느낌이랄까?그래서 직원분들 자체는 매우 친절하신데도 불구하고..그에 비해 서비스나 관리가 부족한 느낌이에요. 풀빌라는 가격에 비해 상당히 넓고 개인풀도 훌륭했어요.호텔이 전반적으로 조용한 편이라 공용풀도 거의 전세낸 것처럼 이용했구요. 조식은 기대하지 마세요.그냥 토스트 한조각에 우유 커피 정도만 먹었어요. 위치가 외곽이라 아오낭비치까지 거리가 단점이지만..셔틀있어요.두시간에 한번뿐인건 좀 아쉬워요. 청소 상태나 관리에 신경 쓴다면 1월 재방때 재방문 할 의사가 있을 정도로 가격대비 메리트 있는곳이지만..그만큼 관리가 아쉬운 곳이기도 하네요.

Be a Chinese owner.Third visit to Thailand.Only pool connected rooms must be reserved.The owner was living. I was uncomfortable. Away from downtown. I was nervous. Next time I will go to Hilton Where there is no owner.I regret to my urgent decision

Un bel hôtel avec une présence permanente du personnel. Une magnifique piscine pour se détendre. Le confort dans notre chambre était vraiment présent. Je recommande fortement cette hôtel

Härligt hotell väl värt att pröva

Mycket trevlig hotelll med fantastisk ”mountain view suite” egen varm pool, dubbeldusch, badkar. Minibar på rummet med ok pris i samt bra städning men lite väl mycket myror i badrummet men de höll sig i duschområdet.Väldigt sköna sängar. Mjuka kuddar som kunde fått varit lite lägre men i thaimått helt fantastiskt. Trevlig frukost men lite hög ljudvolym med skralig musik. Suveränt med shuttle bus till aonang skulle dock funnits lite fler avgångar och lite tydligare att de är ok att åka med åt båda håll. Mitt emot finns ett trevligt bageri och efter vägen åt vänster finns lite fler restauranger m.m (upptäckte det dock lite sent). Personalen var hjälpsamma och trevliga
