Great staff, great property! Kind of out in the middle of nothing, only a few great spots to eat/drink within walking distance. NO parking near by. Had to walk a few blocks anytime I wanted to drive anywhere, but that’s not a huge deal. I’d say an overall 8.5/10!

The hotel was great, excellent staff and really comfortable, the only issue was the parking, too many cars around, and the parking areas are limited, also I would to add there's a church next door, the bell doesn't stop, if you want to sleep in the morning, forget it

Amazing little hotel

Really helpful staff, we arrived out of normal check in time but arrangements were made to make it very easy for us. Amazing rooms and location!

Amazing, beautiful

Traditional Mallorcan Hotel which was spotlessly clean, quiet and full of character. The staff were excellent, the surrounding are, town and the north west coastline of Mallorca were spotless and awe inspiring.

We liked everything and everyone was so helpful and kind to us. Made this stay wonderful

Lovely room, abrupt service, awful parking

Lovely room, amazing bed and jacuzzi bath, however the service was abrupt and felt a little pretentious. Also parking a bit of a nightmare in the town.

the check in was very slow. it appeared that there was only 1 member of staff on duty doing everything although she was very friendly. I phoned and asked for a bucket of ice for a bottle of champagne. initially she asked me to come to reception and collect it then she she said she would bring it and she brought a glass with 4 ice cubed. very disappointing. We discovered that the half board meal was in fact not in the hotel and was at a restaurant 5 minutes walk away which was not very impressive. There was no information booklet in the hotel room describing the facilities and spa details and prices and more importantly no fire escape details in the room as normal.There was a min bar but no bottle opener or corkscrew. In the spa there was no hand rail to get in or out of the spa which was very dangerous. overall experience 8 out of 10 but could have been more with attention to these small but importand details. thanks

Small boutique Hotel with only 20 Rooms. We had beautiful room in the Annex. Roof pool is a little small but perfectly adequate and has a spa pool/ tub attached. Perfect for cooling off. Roof terrace day beds ideal for getting a little sun and reading. Hotel staff can be contacted on what’s App while at the hotel, you can order drinks. Organise the spa to be setup (just need 30mins notice.) staff excellent and very helpful, staff numbers reflect hotel size, don’t be afraid to go looking for them if not at front desk, they don’t mind at all. No hotel restaurant at night, but surround by excellent small local restaurants and bars, enough for a different venue every night of the week. Food and wine prices are good.

I stayed with my partner for 4 nights and this hotel was incredible and refreshing. Super clean! I need to broadcast how AMAZING the local restaurant is for dinner. Cellar C’an Carissa food was best in the world, I would strongly recommend visiting if you want authentic Spanish at super affordable costs. A must visit, I still dream about this dinner. Buffet breakfast has a huge variety and the food is fresh and delicious. I did not use the spa so cannot comment. What I do need to mention is the hotel is attached to the church so you will hear church bells ring to tell the time. This is common in many European countries but does get quite annoying at 11pm when the bell will ring 11 times. So just bring your earplugs. To bring your luggage into the hotel it is all cobblestone so be weary of this, you can drive around any try get closer to the entrance so you don’t have to carry up too many steps, but really no issue to do this. Otherwise 10/10 you will love it.

Peaceful and away from all the tourists. A piece of real majorca.beautiful building in the old part of the village. Not too far from the airport, 40 min taxi. Modern and up to date bathrooms and a great free spa!

Delightful Experience

Our stay was very pleasant. We were very happy with the accommodation and the breakfast was good. We used the train to visit areas nearby. Trains were frequent and inexpensive.

The difficulty finding car parking was a problem for us. The fact that the hotel did not have its own dinner restaurant was also an issue and having to use a restaurant about 200 metres down a sloping road was not easy as both my wife and I have walking difficulties. We also got thoroughly wet one evening. We were not impressed with the restaurant but would prefer not to elaborate. Good restaurants and good food are reasons why we visit Mallorca every year and had a house there for over 10 years. Cas Comte hotel itself was very good and we had no complaints with our superior suite and the service. We can understand why this unique hotel is an attraction for many regular customers.

beautiful hotel ,fab room

Elegant interiors with comfortable, very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. An excellent breakfast choice, beautifully presented by a highly professional waitress.The management was lacking in some respects, e.g. unable or unwilling to deal with details such as questions related to local information, map routes and instructions for the use of spa bath in bedrooms, etc. Two very helpful young women receptionists. No private parking presented difficulties. The hotel has an arrangement for dinner in a local restaurant, if desired. Experience of eating here was limited to dinner on one evening: the set menu was limited; the food only average, and cold, as was the restaurant.

Love it!

I absolutely love this place, It's the second time I stay at this hotel and I will definitely come back. Lloseta is a very quiet town, only recommend it if you want to have a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

We had a lovely stay - the hotel is beautiful though surprised to discover we were staying in another building away from the main hotel! However the room was of the same design and very high standard so not an issue though I may have used the spa more - seemed a little bit of a chore to go dressed rather than popping down from your room in a gown especially as there are no lockers.

Beautiful

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and relaxing pool and spa areas! Room was stunning and cleaned every day. We hired a car so easily explored the area. Lloseta is quite quiet as for things to do but lovely atmosphere at the local bars and restaurants. My only criticism would be that there was no additional information in the room. It would have been nice to read about the hotel’s history, mini bar prices, extra meal options and nearby sight seeing. No spa treatment options were openly on display apart from 1 option displayed at reception. This hotel is heavenly quiet and beautiful but they are missing a tiny trick to promote the extras. We would definitely come again. A lovely couples quiet break away x thank you x

I had a very relaxing time in Cas Comte. Lovely hotel in Lloseta. The staff was FANTASTIC. Always willing to help. The food was delicious and the hotel was very quiet and super clean. Bernat and team, you are simply amazing. I will definitely recommend the hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel in centre of Mallorca

Stunning restoration of old manor house with a beautiful central courtyard. Suite was luxurious, with bedroom on mezzanine floor. Breakfast was a relaxed buffet with hot and cold food. It's a shame that the hotel does not provide other meals as it would make a stunning setting for evening meals.

Exceeded my expectations.

Perfect place to unwind. Everything you could wish for, with excellent service, amenities, location and ambience. Beautiful old building attached to a Church Excellent breakfast, served on the terrace. Restaurant for Dinner is located just round the corner and the food was superb.

The hotel is situated in the small town of Lloseta

What surprised us was the number of excellent restaurants in Lloseta, they varied in price and most only offered a set taster type menu, but that said the food was of the highest quality. Be prepared to practice your Spanish as very few of the locals spoke English, which for us was a good thing as it gave us more of the local Majorcan flavour. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and the hotel provided an excellent range at breakfast.

Apart from waiting a long time to be checked in everything else was fantastic would recommend it and hope to return

Quiet getaway

My husband and I stayed here for the 2nd time. We love the hotel and the small feel. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The highlight of breakfast was the freshly squeezed orange juice. I am definitely going to miss that.

A boutique hotel that really is a boutique.

Lovely hotel with wonderful roof top pool, very curteous staff and amazing breakfast. The size of the hotel is perfect, small but with all the amenities and services of a large hotel. Good place to relax and Llosetta is a good base to explore the area. Easy to get in or out of the town into the country side or off to the beach areas. We would not heitate to stay again if we were in the area. we were very impressed with the hotel.

Relaxing stay in comfortable hotel

A relaxed and friendly hotel, a good base for travelling round the island. Our room was on three levels - large bathroom with spa bath, lounge and then a large double bed on a mezzanine level. Lots of choice at breakfast. Our room faced the square which meant we had fine views over the plain but there was some noise some evenings if the windows were open.

Outstanding small hotel in working Mallorcan town.

This is a beautiful hotel with an interesting history. The rooms are well equipped, comfortable and clean. We stayed in one of the suites but have previously stayed in a standard room. The buffet breakfast is typically Spanish with plenty of choice. Taking breakfast on a sunny morning in the courtyard is a lovely way to start the da y. Evening meals can be booked in advance and comprise a 4 course menu decided on the day. The cooking is excellent. The staff are very friendly and efficient - a family owned and run hotel.

A relaxing retreat.

Impressive hotel and we had a very relaxing holiday in this retreat. Perfect location for travelling to other areas of the island which we did daily. Getting to the hotel from the airport by car was easy and takes about 30 minutes. Travelled to Palma on the train to avoid parking and driving into the centre. The cost was 6 euros return and takes about 25 minutes. Ate at the hotel 3 nights during our week stay as the food was as good if not better than the resturants in the village. The weather was good and we were able to eat out in the courtyard each time. The hotel pictures are very true to the hotel.

Great character, nice quality, but strange room

Pros: Loved the charm & high-end quality of the hotel. It's built between a church & a castle in the quiet, residential town of Llosenta. Breakfast was great. Cons: Bathroom isn't really it's own closed-off room, but an afterthought glass wall that doesn't even go to the ceiling. Doesn't offer much privacy! Bad pillows + constant church bells = not great sleeping. Roof terrace and pool has good views but is nothing special. No towels provided.

A Very Different Hotel

This place is a great change from the usual tourist hotel, a renovated house in a little town in central Majorca. The town is pleasant enough, but nothing to write home about. The hotel, however, is elegant and charming. It is a haven of peace and quiet and excellent home cooking. It includes a small spa, a rooftop sunbathing terrace with a small swimming pool, and some outside seating areas. Our room was large with a very large double bed, a sofa, a writing desk and a television. The bathroom was also large. Some reviewers have complained about dinner. Now if you want egg and chips this is not the place for you, but the food is fresh and well prepared and served in a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. The fish was all excellent, and the tumbet worth coming back to Majorca to have again. The fresh fruit was beautifully ripe and juicy: to get fruit like that in England you will have to grow your own. The staff are pleasant and helpful, and try very hard to cope with the different languages of their guests.

No lemons !

Great bolt hole with wonderful interiors and comfy rooms. A real gem however rather strange they claimed to have no lemons in August !

Beautiful boutique hotel.

Staff is very nice and helpful, hotel is clean and calm. Breakfast is amazing, Dinner is available on request and it's a bit pricey, but it well worth the cost. It consists of four courses: starter, fish meal, meat meal, dessert.Hotel also has very delicious selection of wines. If your room's window is over the main entrance be prepared that local youth chit-chat during the night next to the hotel. Therefore we sometimes had to close the window for silence.

Hotel & Spa

We have just spent the second half of our holiday at this small, quiet adults only hotel. Most other residents used the hotel as a base as it is central to both Alcudia and Palma. It is also easy access to Soller and other Tramuntana Mountain villages. However we chose this hotel as Lloseta is a spanish village away from the tourist resorts. It proved to be a good choice as the few bars and restaurants were used mainly by the locals and as a result the cost for food and drinks were much more reasonable than can be found in the tourist areas. There was still and adequate number of bars and restaurants for a five/six night stay.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our all aspects of our stay. Great suite (especially the double whirlpool bath). Nice touch with chocs and cava on arrival. Fabulous breakfast; friendly Multi-lingual staff. Not much in Lloseta itself, but very convenient place to tour from. E.g. walking in the Tramuntana; also convenient to use train to visit Palma.

Stunning hotel, but truly awful service... Had to wait almost an hour to check-in as there was no-one around. Once we were briefly shown our room the man completely disappeared and there was no staff around for hours. At night all staff are off site, so I have no idea what would happen in an emergency, as there's not even any information or contact numbers for local services in the rooms. At breakfast you are left for an age at an unmade table until someone finally offers you coffee and breakfast. There's no lunch served, and dinner is a daily mystery which you have to order by midday if you want it. Apparently there is a roof-pool but we didn't know that as no introduction was given to the hotel's facilities. This hotel has the potential to absolutely brilliant, as it is beautifully restored and very comfortable, but the rude and almost non-existent staff ruin the experience

Best hotel ever

The room was large with a memory foam king bed. The bath was easily big enough for 2 and was jetted with a seperate large walk in shower. The dinner was fantastic. There was no option for dinner, just what they served, but the 5 course meal was incredible. This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and would definitely reccomend it to anyone else. You'll drive about 30-40 min to get to the beach.

Gem of a hotel

A hidden gem of a hotel in the small town of Lloseta. Typically Spanish with great food and good facilities. Evening meal is like a taster menu with local ingredients of the day served to guests, no menu to choose from, with a good choice of wines. Would recommend use of a car.

Lovely setting, staff and rooms......

This is a fantastic little hotel, a lovely surprise. The rooms were nicely appointed and individual, complete with coffee machine. The spa and pool were nice and as it was a very small hotel we mostly had the facilities to ourselves. To top off the holiday the breakfast was amazing, good selection and served by really nice welcoming staff.

Great location, excellent service and a wonderful breakfast. Very comfortable stay, would go back in a heart beat.

Cas Comte Petit Hotel & Spa

We stayed at this hotel for four nights over new year. We have never written a review about hotels where we stayed before. But we decided to write about this hotel, because we had such a great time there. Room was nice and clean. Foods was great. Nothing for complaining about this hotel. The location was in small village near Inca. You see only local people around this hotels. We actually enjoyed this experience rather than staying in tourist area. It gives you feelings that you are in Spain!! Next time we visit in Mallorca, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Lovely boutique hotel

This beautiful hotel is not in Palma if that is what you are looking for, but it is a short drive away or … train ride. The people running the place are very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and have personality. We had 3 rooms and each of them with different furniture. We spent one day in the spa at the hotel and had massages arranged for us. It is perfect for a girls get away weekend!

One of the best small Hotels in the world

Outstanding facilities for such a small quiet hotel. Food excellent. Very quite and small village location. A haven in the middle of the island.

Very nice Hotel and Rooms

Sehr schönes Gebäude. Reichhaltiges spanisches Frühstück. Leider ist von Kundenorientierung wenig zu spüren. Eigentlich ist es ein tolles Gebäude und es könnte ein schickes kleines nettes Hotel sein, wenn der Service nicht dem eines Hostels entsprechen würde. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch jederzeit freundlich wenn auch nicht kundenorientiert.

Sehr schönes Haus, kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet.Sehr freundliches Personal. Autoparkplätze gibt es nicht viele direkt beim Hotel.Es gibt aber einen Sportplatz in der Nähe ( Fußweg ca.5 min), bei dem man parken kann.

Uns hat alles gut gefallen… Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Punkte die in manchen Bewertungen erwähnt wurden, wie zum Beispiel keine Kaffeekapsel inkl. Zubehör oder nur Seife im Bad ist alles zutreffend. Wenn man es weiẞ, kann man sich drauf vorbereiten. Es hat uns nicht gestört. Beim Frühstück werden Eier und Kaffee frisch zubereitet und dauert vlt. 5 Minuten länger. Dafür schmeckt alles sehr gut! Klare Empfehlung von uns, ins „Es Garum“ abends essen zu gehen und sich dort das Menu vom Hotel zu gönnen. Man wird nicht enttäuscht. Auch das örtliche Bistro „Ca‘n Bestard“ mit den Einheimisches bei Pizza oder Burger Fußball zu gucken, war ein toller Ferientagsabschluß. Bevor ich es vergesse, oben auf dem Dach ist ein Pool und ein kleiner Whirlpool, den kann man tatsächlich 24/7 nutzen, das fanden wir auch super. Vielen Dank für die schöne Urlaubswoche!

Sehr schön renoviertes historisches Gebäude in ruhiger Lage. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und ansprechend eingerichtet mit einer schönen Terasse. Das Badezimmer mit Whirpool modern und angenehm. Sehr guter und aufmerksamer Service. Was will man mehr!

Nicht hilfsbereit

Es ist ein tolles Haus mit sehr nettem Personal.Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Man kann von Llosetta aus gute Touren starten und auch im Ort Fahrräder leihen, was sehr zu empfehlen ist.

El lugar ideal si buscas paz y tranquilidad

Hotel maravillloso en mitad de la isla de Mallorca. Ubicación perfecta para visitar los alrededores e ir cada tarde a una ubicación diferente; sin embargo, se estaba tan a gusto en el hotel que no querías salir de éste. Habitación espectacular y piscina perfecta. Personal amable, Julia nos ayudó y trató con mucha dulzura :)

The hotel is very cozy and quiet, made in an “old” luxurius style. The staff was very friendly and VERY helpfull.

Spansk idyl

Dejligt roligt hotel/by, ikke noget for festhungrende mennesker. Venligt personale, god morgenmad. Måske lidt ensformig hen over en ugen. Men på ægte spansk vis var de aldrig klar til tiden.

We stayed 7 nights in one of the suites and enjoyed the stay very much. The hotel is nice and cosy and in a pretty good shape. It has a tiny pool and a pretty nice roof top terrace. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast is offered until 11am, which is really nice for long sleepers. The breakfast could offer a little better more variety. The hotel is a good starting point to explore Mallorca. Lloseta is a small village with not many places to go out. So a rental car is definitely recommended.

Wir waren nun schon einige Male im Cas Comte - es war immer perfekt. Geräumige Zimmer, immer sehr sauber, vorbildliches und sympathisches Personal. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

Stilvolles, schön eingerichtetes Hotel in einem sehr schönen alten Haus am Kirchplatz von Lloseta. Das Hotel ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden und ist umgeben von sehr guten Restaurants. Super Frühstück, große Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und sehr bequemen Betten. Fantastische Dachterrasse mit Pool. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Aufgrund des Altbaus sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Leider werden auf den Zimmern kein Kaffee und Tee sowie Shampoo und Duschgel bereitgestellt. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sind aber vorhanden.

Store og flotte rom. Fantastiske bad. Resepsjon, spaavdelingen og hele området til hotellet er gjennomført sjarmerende. Nydelig frokost. Stille og rolig område. Togstasjon 3 min unna.

Trevlig personal och service . Enkelt rum med sköna sängar med sänghimmel. Badrum med ett fantastiskt spabad. En perfekt frukost där man inte saknade något.Temat spahotell känns konstigt när det inte alls fanns några spaprodukter på rummet förutom ett badsalt.Fanns inget duschtvål (enbarthård tvål ), schampo eller bodylotion .

Fint och rogivande, exklusivt

Fantastiskt fint hotell! Utsökt frukost, exemplariskt rent och välstädat. Lite svårt att hitta fram till hotellet och att hitta parkering...Läget mycket centralt i Lloseta, precis vid domkyrkan. Otroligt behaglig gård där man inter frukost, vilsamt och vackert.

Es un lugar con mucho encanto, formando parte de un antiguo palacio. Se ha respetado la arquitectura y está decorado con mucho gusto. Nos ha encantado: el SPA, las zonas comunes, el desayuno, nuestra habitación... Nos quedamos con ganas de volver

La politica de privacidad se la pasan por la piedra no lo recomiendo para nada muy bonito pero muy mala gente

Très bel hôtel dans une ancienne bâtisse en pierres.. Très grande chambre avec lit à baldaquin, jacuzzi dans la salle de bain. Spa très bien et bons restaurants à proximité

Kleines, komfortables Stadthotel

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude unmittelbar an die Kirche angrenzend. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Pool auf dem Dach lädt zu einem erfrischenden Bad. Das Frühstück kann bei gutem Wetter auf dem schönen Platz vor dem Hotel genossen werden. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Parksituation ist eher schwierig, da das Hotel über keine eigenen Parkplätze verfügt. Je nach Tageszeit kann sich die Parkplatzsuche über mehrere Runden durch die angrenzenden Strassen hinziehen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel ideal gelegen für Ausflüge ins Tramuntana Gebirge.

Escapada ideal

La habitación es perfecta, ideal para una escapada y relajarse. El baño cuenta con una bañera espectacular de hidromasaje. Si reservas la media pensión no elijas el menú del chef, con el normal es suficiente. El desayuno es básico, deberían ofrecer mas cosas y informar de todo lo que tienen y no simplemente decir si quieren “huevos o bacon” . El spa es perfecto, simplemente mejoraria el servicio. Volveremos pero solo con alojamiento.

Cadre et architecture magnifique ! Le personnel adorable et le conseil pour le restaurant à 2min à pied, qui est extraordinaire également, a été la cerise sur le gâteaux pour notre séjour! Nous recommandons vivement ce magnifique hôtel!

Dejligt hotel, meget roligt, Rustikt, velholdt og rent, Lækker morgenmad med forskellige valgmuligheder. Hyggelig restaurant til hotellet med meget fornuftige priser og dejlig spansk mad og vin. Byen Lloseta sker der ikke så meget i.

Mysigt, romantiskt Hoell

Mysigt hotell. Liten by med få restauranger, se till att förboka. Att ha bil är att föredra då det inte finns något att göra i själva byn. Väldigt mysigt hotell, vi bodde i en av sviterna.

Hotel som har några år på nacken. Tråkigt, kalt rum, små fönster utan utsikt. Fin huvudbyggnad, utomhuspool samt frukost.

Hyggeligt boutique hotel

Rigtig hyggeligt boutique hotel i en hyggelig lille by. Fine restauranter i nærheden til billige penge, f.eks. 5 retter til 300kr. Hotellet er meget lydt og lå ud til en stor plads, hvor lokale spillede fodbold og opholdt sig - hvilket kunne give en del støj i de sene aften timer. Morgenmad på hotellet var ikke så varierende som håbet.

Schöne Anlage, sehr stilvoll, gute Produkte beim Frühstück - Auswahl könnte grösser sein, sehr hellhörige Zimmer, wortkarges Personal, man fühlt sich nicht willkommen, es fehlt leider die erwartete Herzlichkeit, schöner Aussenbereich welches allerdings nicht eingedeckt wurde, praktisch kein gastronomischer Service vorhanden, lieblose Dachterrasse, keine Handtücher am Pool, schmutzige Auflagen

스파가 있는 호텔

주변이 조용하고 가정집에 찾아온 듯 편안하고 침대 및 시설이 깨끗하다. 각자 방안에 월풀 스파시설이 있어 좋다. 호텔에서 제공하는 저녁식사는 훌륭하다. 나는 마요르카에 오면 이곳 호텔을 찾는다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 신속하게 처리해 좋다

Wunderschönes Gebäube! Zimmer ( Wir hatten eine Suite ) sehr schön eingerichtet und groß. Leider gab es trotz allem ein paar Minuspunkte: Vorhang an der Dusche hatte Löcher, Rattanbezug der Stühle war kaputt

Ruhiges, elegantes Hotel mit phantastischem externen restaurant für die Halbpension. Einfach nur GUT!!
