The hotel is good, it’s functional. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great too. Two essential items for me personally when staying away. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Very close walk to two different metro lines. The communal areas were tidy and clean. The room was a bit scruffy in places with marks on the walls, just very visible wear and tear.

便利な場所と朝食がおいしいことと、周辺のホテルと比較するとリーズナブル、そしてドライヤーがある、という理由でこのホテルを選びました。 結果的にこのホテルを選んでとてもよかったです。 部屋にドライヤーの備え付けはありませんが、スマホのチャットを使って、ドライヤーをリクエストすると、すぐに部屋に持ってきてくれました。 部屋の前にはcold/hot waterのwater serverや、インスタントコーヒー、ティーバッグ、缶ジュースが入った冷蔵庫があって、いつでもfreeで飲めるのが最高でした。 （紙コップがあったので、歯磨き用に使えてよかったです） 朝食はbuffet形式で種類が豊富な方だったと思います。 私はあまり食べたいものがなかったですが、味に満足はしました。 ホテル周辺は静かでよかったですが、廊下側での話し声や扉の閉める音が結構うるさかったので、何が原因かと思ったら、結構扉の隙間があって音が聞こえやすいのだと思いました。 部屋自体はきれいでしゃれていると思います。

We had an amazing time at the Bloomrooms! The staff was very friendly, out room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good.

Would be excellent without the bad smell

The rooms are clean, the staff very friendly and the location is good, within walking distance from the Metro and Connaught Place. However the main issue was that there was a foul smell from the bathroom at night and without a window to open it made for an unpleasant sleep as I kept being woken up by the smell. The second night we left the fan on all night and piled the towels against the gap in the bathroom door so it was much better. If they could fix this, I would have given them 4 stars as it was otherwise a good hotel.

Attractive, comfortable property. Breakfast buffet had good variety, different every day. Room service food tasty as well. Free coffee/tea, snacks on each floor is a nice touch. WiFi fast and reliable. Staff attentive and helpful. Any negatives were very slight and wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again.

Backpacking hostel at exorbitant prices

This place is just one step above a backpacking hostel. The lobby looks fancy, but the rooms are very basic, but at least clean. The bathroom was almost as small as an airplane bathroom. The biggest drawback for me was the lack of amenities. There was no hairdryer in my room and when I asked for one, I was told that I could only get one for an hour, so I could only book one when I absolutely needed it. Not something I want to hear when I paid exorbitant prices for two rooms for four people. Breakfast was adequate but very basic.

Need to upgrade bathroom and provide a chest of drawers and proper wardrobes

We had a tough time while checking in at the hotel Janpath location) as the payments/booking request wasn't processed properly between Expedia and the reservation desk. All the rooms were booked and we were sent to another location for a night. It was quite a bit of hassle esp. With a one year old. The hotel rooms and all amenities are quite nice. Except this rough start, we had a good time staying at this property.

Bloom@Janpath was clean and cute. It was a good value. Our room was smaller than we're used to but it was more than adequate. There was a refrigerator and there were snacks and drinks in the common area of each floor. There was a security guard at the front door at all times. The area around it was O.K. but I wouldn't want to walk it at night. The cafe had quite good food for dinner but nobody seemed to realize that. We had the whole place to ourselves the first night. The breakfasts in the morning were good with options for a simple omelet. There were several Indian options and the black coffee was better than the cappucino. We got a better deal on Expedia than the hotel was offering. We enjoyed our three nights there. It was within easy walking distance of stores but a Tuk Tuk was the way to go to Cannaught Place.

Clean and good location, lacking communication

Good location and room condition, slightly overvalued given simplicity of accommodation, price mostly down to location. Communication with hotel in advance of trip was lacking with no response to any of my Hotels.com messages even after Hotels.com stepped in

I booked the hotel and had a confirmation number.When I arrived at the hotel they had no idea.Very disappointing

Nice clean modern place convenient to Connaught Place

Great overall. Clean, convenient central location.

Bloomrooms used to be in better condition, but its starting to get run down a bit. I'll probably find a different hotel in better shape for my next visit.

Area is very bad. Bathrooms were very dirty. Staff were not nice either. Would not recommend.

The hotel is lovely and clean and meet regular western stadard. The area around the property can use some cleaning but compare to vast areas of Delhi is not bad. This is a government issue and not the hotel. The hotel property is clean. We cannot say enough good of the staff and Door person! They are professional, friendly, and helpful. We appreciate them as they made our stay comfortable. We plan to revisit between travel to different parts of India. Siblings visiting India from Canade, Guyana, and The Netherlands.

The room was big enough for the 3 of us and the restaurant was great. There is water, tea, and snacks on each floor. The staff was super easy to work with.

Great boutique style hotel in New Delhi. Great staff, good atmosphere, clean and peaceful room. However, the gym could use an upgrade in a much bigger room.

Nice hotel. A bit pricey, but in line with other hotels in the area. BUT EVERYTHING WORKS HERE. I've stayed in cheaper hotels in the area, but half of the amenities didn't work, their hot water 24/7 was a myth, etc. At this hotel everything works well, the bed is comfortable and you can get a great night's sleep.

Excellent Value Hotel

Situated close to Connaught place and the India gate. The rooms are quite small but comfortable. The level of cleanliness is high and staff helpful. The small restaurant serves a selection of both Western and Eastern food at very reasonable prices. A nice touch are the free snacks and drinks on each floor The hotel is excellent value for money, we would definitely recommend and use again. Dave and Sally Yorks.

Friendly helpful nice breakfast

This is a basic hotel a step above a hostel. It was clean and safe. The staff were very kind. It was everything I needed at a great price. No frills but comfortable small rooms. Just what I needed and I would stay again.

Room was generally clean although some details missed such as marks on the mirror, rusty bin in bathroom. Bathroom was decent although a little small. The bed itself was very clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Breakfast provided was good and eggs were available for order as per requirements.

Super place to stay!

We very much enjoyed both our stays at BloomRooms Janpath while in Delhi. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and immaculate. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was convenient to walk to the markets and restaurants along Janpath as well as to Connaught Place. We highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful

Absolutely lovely stay. Hotel staff go above and beyond tending to all of our special requests and provided excellent information about the area. The rooms probably could use a new coat of paint but the rest of the hotel is in good shape. Breakfast was plentiful and food in the restaurant was delicious. Plus the added bonus of tasty snacks available outside the room was a welcome treat. I've stayed in many Delhi Hotels but keep coming back to Bloom.

Excellent hotel in central position in Delhi

Easy access to near by areas such as visa office, Connaught place etc The only thing I had little issue was with the small size of the room. Overall the staff and support was great and overall an average experience!

Rates are too high for such a hotel. Value for money is low.

the snack and water area on each floor was convenient, and the breakfast selection of local cuisine was good.

There are a few homeless in the neighbourhood

The beds are super uncomfortable, painfully hard, you can hear every honking car on the street and the staff wont let you into your room until you provide them w an email that they will spam you with. Wont be staying here again thats for sure

Great hotel

Clean place to stay in a good location. Was able to check in early without prior arrangnents but the hotel couldnt do enoigh for us! Aamir is a travel aganet located in the hotel - very helpful with good advice.

Clean. Helpful staff. The free snacks and cold drinks were very welcome after a late arrival. Good breakfast also. Would stay again.

Excellent place to stay for our first time arriving in India. Property is clean, beds comfortable, room quiet, with the complimentary drinks and snacks outside the room a lovely surprise. Thoroughly recommend to anyone new to Delhi.

Great Location - The property in situated at the centre Delhi and moving to all important places was comfortable. Room size is much smaller and suitable for single occupation only.

Nice Hotel and staff not close to much

We stayed 3 nights . Rooms were spacious enough Shower was nice and hot Staff were friendly Good idea for drinks hot and cold and snacks on each floor that were complimentary Breakfast was just ok had to keep asking for things that had ran out and more crockery Not a lot around area do rickshaw or taxi is a must Book through Uber not hotel as it’s much cheaper

Overall below average. Amenities are just name sake, not well maintained. AC, TV, Hot Water supply, any additional requests work only if you are lucky.

Unfortunately we couldn’t complete our stay but the staff were truly outstanding in helping us with a difficult health issue. We were extremely impressed. The hotel is lovely, very cost effective and fantastic location.

Excellent option!

This is a well-located hotel, accessible to central New Delhi and Old Delhi. The rooms were in good condition, the lounges on each floor are a fun touch and was nice to have snacks and beverages available. The breakfast, while not huge, has a lot of good options and was always tasty. Would highly recommend.

Just crisp basics done well for a stay in a central location!

The location was good. Close proximity to several landmarks. Staff service was really good. Hotel seems to be will maintained. The rooms were small for the price.

Average Indian hotel

It was a decent hotel stay, still room for improvements. Bathroom floor can be cleaned better under the washbasin and lavatory corners. tiny role of toilet paper. no trash can in the room (only on bathroom). Breakfast taste can be improved (especially, Samba and chutneys) maybe chef need some training in south Indian recipes.
