Staff were excellent, a conference had just finished as we arrived and it would have been been easy to have overlooked new arrivals but the staff were excellent and ensured we were looked after well. The restaurant on site was good and offered reasonable food, bar had great selection and room enabled a good nights sleep comfortable bed.

The staff, all grades, merit serious applause as very cordial in a way that is refreshingly genuine… Otherwise very well arranged large operational groundfloor. Highly recommended

Excellent hotel

The staff were genuine and always wanted to help make our stay special. The accessible room was the bedt we have had in twenty years. Brilliantly subtle in the same style as other rooms. It felt luxurios and not at all adapted. Yet the key requirements were met with style

Staff is helpful and accommodating. Hotel looks well kept and clean.

Just a one night stay at the BW in Rouen. Warm welcome, great ambiance, super helpful staff, good food options, lovely and clean and a great family room which surpassed our expectations! A real find :) Definitely deserves the 9.4 rating!

A lovely tidy little apartment

Good hotel. Staff helpful and rooms well appointed. Good night sleep. Hotel location a little out of the way and area around run down.

Good Hotel

A comfortable modern hotel with excellent staff and dog friendly. We were impressed by the helpful receptionist at check in who volunteered to carry our luggage from our car to our room. Our dog was welcome in both bar and restaurant. There was ample surface parking. Breakfast was good but we were not impressed by the food served when we ate dinner in the restaurant. It was just O.K. but did not match the standard of the rest of the hotel. On the whole this was a very nice hotel and we would happily stay again.

Friendly welcome and we were given an upgrade to an apartment, which was very comfortable.. Disappointed with the location and limited food offering at dinner for an out of town location. Air-conditioning was not on as mini heatwave not expected and the apartment was hot!. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection, including freshly made scrambled eggs/bacon,fruit salad and pastries/ cheeses. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Great hotel with great staff

Very welcoming !!

Very welcoming staff, got an up graded room . Very clean and airy. Only negative is the restaurant as it is partnered with a outside caterer and food is just reheated and very small portions so not good value! Would stay there again !!

A beautifully clean, modern hotel. Incredibly comfortable bed. Everywhere felt clean and looked after. Easy parking right outside the hotel. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food and drinks in hotel restaurant not expensive and good quality. Didn’t have the time to experience the spa but will definitely come back. Had a brilliant stay.

Very nice, clean, modern property. Rooms modern, comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was very nice too, with good quality consumables. My only negative experience was with the night staff member. I was totally ignored by this member of staff at check-in, I was standing at front desk waiting to be served. The staff member was busy on the computer and didn’t even want to give me eye contact. After a few minutes of waiting at the front desk I decided to speak to him. I didn’t understand what he said but he still didn’t want to serve me and continued gazing confused at his computer. I decided to leave and come back later—I came back after a quick visit to a local McDonald’s. Very bad check-in experience!

Excellent stay at Le Conquerant

Fabulous hotel, very clean and friendly friendly and efficient staff. Room was comfortable and the bathroom has a great shower.

The property was new, clean, and Fresh. It was a bit small but a good one or two night stopover.

Very nice room and bathroom. Facilities are nice, staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was nice but felt expensive. Wonderful fast food places nearby that make up for a slighky disappointing resturant.

Nice location. We used an apartment as travelled with a dog. Was clean. First room had been used by someone smoking and they changed it without question. No luggage rack to carry bags. Great parking. The apartment had a fridge and microwave and dining area. Bed comfortable but on the small size. Excellent drop off from shuttle to south of France or back. Would use again

The front desk staff were extremely helpful, very pleasant and went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. The hotel is extremely comfortable but the staff were exceptional. We had an issue with our rental car and the staff translated for us and went above and way beyond expected. Fantastic!!!

A la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles , calme, un peu à l’écart, avec son propre parking, son restaurant. On a plus besoin de bouger et même du mal à partir Je n’ai pas eu le temps d’aller essayer la partie détente et bien être mais ce sera une excuse pour revenir

Genügend Parkplätze, Klasse Frühstück nur ob ich in Aufzug einsteigen soll oder nicht wahr ich mir nicht sicher (etwas in die Jahre gekommen) sonst in die Jahre gekommen, aber doch ganz gut

Bel hotel très calme. Excellent petit dejeuner avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualite. Jus d'orange pressé soi même. Offre Spa 45mn comprise ds le prix de la chambre.

Tres bon petit déjeuner, choix varié de salé et sucré. Jus dorange frais à faire soi même. Espace bien-être accessile pendant 45mn compris dans le prix de la chambre.

Tres bon sejour avec un service d'étage efficace. Menu à 27 euros convenable. L'espace spa est bien. Bemol de devoir traverser la salle de fitness pour passer du bain à remou au hammam.

En banlieue nord de Rouen

L’hôtel était très rempli et nous avons été surclassé en chambre exécutive qui est spacieuse et rénovée avec goût. Le restaurant le soir était correct quoique le service était très lent pourtant nous n’étions qu’une dizaine de personnes. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et de bonne qualité. L’espace bien être est petit et le créneau de 45 minutes un peu court. Le parking extérieur est suffisant. L’environnement est très calme. Dans l’ensemble un bon établissement même si le prix est plutôt dans la fourchette haute.

Proche de la perfection

Toujours un immense plaisir de venir dans cet hôtel : propre, spacieux, avec des chambres et des salles de bain agréables. À signaler un wifi plutôt performant. Cerise sur le gâteau : un personnel au top ! Excellente idée également que la formule petit déjeuner pour les petits mangeurs !

Literie très confortable, hotel propre, chambre bien insonorisée. L'hôtel est situé dans une zone au calme. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Possibilité de manger sur place. Dommage nous n'avons pas pu tester le spa, nous avions oublié les maillots, mais l'envie y était. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Bon établissement, je recommande. Je n’ai pas testé la partie détente, mais je reviendrai !
