The battery in the door lock was dead took about 10to 15 tries to get in and I was not able to get it to work again. No one on site to remedy it after a long day of travel I ended up with my luggage in front of a door that would not open at night and was feeling very unsafe

Cheap but decent.

The place was decent. The location was good. Pool area was nice. It seemed clean except for the fingerprints all over the fridge and the floors need a good wash with soap and water. They felt dirty and left your feet filthy. Showers worked good. Overall the furnishings were cheap. I’m pretty sure they all came from Walmart. Some of the furniture was damaged but it’s not my house so as long as nothing broke when we sat on it then I could care less. I didn’t look dirty and nothing was falling apart, it just looked cheap and some of the surfaces were peeling. I would stay again for the price.

Great location, responsive hosts. advertsed as nonsmoking but a unit around#12 had someone smoking pot all of the time. the main bedroom stunk from the pot and the odor lingered. i will book again but will ask for a different location on the 3rd floor.

This property had lots of positives. It was well located, spacious, clean, well equipped with little conveniences that were very thoughtful. BUT - we stayed out late Friday night and planned to sleep in on Saturday and enjoy the pool in the afternoon. Unfortunately, without any warning or notice, the property managers thought that early Saturday morning was the perfect time to do construction on site. The noise was impossible to sleep through. The 2nd issue was the ventilation system. This was a non smoking property yet seemingly the ventilation system in the bathroom was connected to that of another room and constantly pumped marijuana smoke into our bathroom the entire time. The smell was sickening and not something that we should have been subjected to. There was no attempt by management to resolve these issue with me. Wen I reached out to complain about these issues the response I got was "thanks for letting us know!" Not really a good answer. I really wanted to leave a great review for this place, but these significant issues are the reason I withheld 2 stars.

Great place. I will stay again

We rented an apartment that was described as deluxe for 5 people. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. There were dishes and towels for 4 people. Not even an oven mitt. A mini frying pan to cook only one egg at a time. A mini table with only 4 chairs. A very dirty and stained couch. The floor was so dirty that we could not walk barefoot without getting black feet. The cleaning of the apartment left something to be desired. The bathroom with bathtub was unusable because the paint was disintegrating. We had 4 to 5 people coming in to smoke every 15 minutes. We constantly had a loud background noise at all times during the night, because our room was stuck to a huge turbine. Unable to sleep for 9 days... We asked the host to change rooms and they told us that everything was acceptable according to their standards.

Ive stayed here many times. Its hit or miss as far as getting a unit that is renovated or not so great. This time the room was bad enough that instead of staying there Monday to Saturday, I left Tuesday morning.

It's a home away from home

The place was really nice and we didn't have any issues.

When we arrived to check into the hotel, we could not enter our room with the given code. As it turns out, someone else was staying in the room! It took multiple phone calls to get anyone to answer our call so that we could resolve the issue. Luckily, they did have another room available. The room seemed like most of it had been renovated, but one of the bathrooms was in very poor shape with paint coming off the tile, etc. The tub looked very dirty. We all shared the other shower instead of using the other one.

Property Managers communicated well, the staff membets we met were polite. My experience was very good although hurricane Milton's approch made it a little difficult to enjpy the property as planned. I will return ffor another stay.

The toaster does not really work, the center burner is out and takes 20 monies to fast a piece of bread.

I thought this property was average. The unit itself was older. Nothing accommodated more than 4 people and there were 5 of us for our stay. We had 4 pillows, 4 bath towels, 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 spoons, 4 forks, 4 knives, etc. There was nothing extra. I requested extra towels and pillows the night we arrived and they weren't delivered until 4 days later. The property itself seemed clean. The pool wasn't always clear and had some algae on the sides. There was a little noise from businesses across the way but nothing terrible. The main good point of this property was the proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Just like the last Lowkl place I stayed, the place smelled like a tent at Woodstock. Kitchen accoutrements were sparse, although I did appreciate the paper towels. An what is the point of putting a coffee maker in the unit if you don't stock it with at least a few filters? I have go to buy a pack of a 1000 after I arrive? Thanks for the effort.

Close to everything

There was an alarm going off for the first 5 days from 8pm till 7am. Called property every day and got no were for 5 whole days. They did nothing rectify the situation. No partial reimbursement for the lack of sleep the 5 guests that were in my party or any other guest for that matter.

Great place, just bring your spices

We appreciated the spaciousness of the living area and the cleanliness of the apartment. The kitchen was not as well stocked as we thought it would be…no salt or pepper or a kitchen towel but we were able to make meals in the cookware provided. We loved that we could walk to the beach plus had a park close by. We would choose this place again.

We loved our stay! Safe and quiet place, close to the beach, dinning and shopping. We will be back!

The floors were never mopped and they were really dirty. Loud noises in front of door until 3 am. People from bar on commercial were coming over yelling. Pool area was dirty. Not enough covers, towels for the five people that were staying. The couch which made into daybed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable. Asked for more blankets that never came. The stove top was not heating up properly. The locks on door were not safe. In all we were not happy with our stay. My two granddaughters wanted to go home after they saw and experienced the place. It was suppose to be fun for them.

Always satisfying

The place was nice and clean. The pull-out sofa was hard to sleep on and the bed mattress was hard but it was just for one night. Very clean. I would come again if I had fewer people.

We stayed for a week in January. Location is convenient and property is clean. Communication with staff was great. Apartment was spacious, supplied with lots of towels, kitchen pots and pans, bathroom soaps etc. Would stay here again!

Need updating and repairs

I have stayed with LOWKL at another property in this area and had a great experience, however, this property was a different story. The unit is extremely outdated and in need of repair. The walls are filthy, air conditioner was not cooling, master bath drain was clogged full of hair and not draining, and the stove displayed an error message. This unit has a lot of potential with a convenient location and plenty of space, however, they really need to invest a little for updating, renovations, and repairs. I was disappointed with my stay. LOWKL is great at communicating, and would likely choose to stay with them again at a different property. Hopefully, this time it was just a miss!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit for five nights, and had no issues. The apartment was very clean, there were plenty of towels, free soap, and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The beds were a bit noisy (metal frames), but very comfortable. We loved the area, lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed here a few times, I like the two bedroom two bathroom apartment. It’s in a good area, walking distance to the beach, downtown Lauderdale by the sea and many other places. The communication, when there’s an issue is very good. I’ve had a few issues, but nothing major and the response was very satisfactory and the issues were resolved timely so there’s no issues there. Most of the units are updated but some of them do need to be updated even more, especially The kitchens and the master bathrooms. Hopefully they will do that. Overall I will stay again as I’ve stayed here several times already.

Not sure why the negative reviews- we were very comfortable there (5 adults) and beach was walking distance: big plus! Staff is great and we would stay there again!

The bed is not comfortable and the pool was very cold. The place need love, fresh paint job would be nice. A good think, the condo as a bath and a half.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had the worst experience with this place. We checked in the place was dirty- the beds were broken. We ended up buying a bottle of bleach as they would not do anymore cleaning then a quick floor wash. The elevator did not work the entire time and we were woken up every day by the construction. There was garbage thrown all over. We had to fight with them to be given a change of sheets. The units are NOT properly stocked- very basic. The bathrooms are gross and have mold in the showers, the walls are beat up and missing paint. The wifi and TV did not work for a good portion of our stay. There are exposed electrical boxes around the pool which is also dirty and very cold. We found mails and screws at the bottom of the pool. Check in was a nightmare not only for us but for many other people- they are not clear when you book about how to check in- many people could not access there units as the pin pads do not work.Paid laundry is joke as you have to buy a prepaid card for an amount that is way more then you need. It is located on a very LOUD corner- do yourself a favor and stay closer to the beach. Do not give these people your money!! I wish I could add pictures to show you just how bad it is at this place.

Nice place the apartment was big. There was good parking. The management staff was easy to reach, check in and check out was really easy. There was also a washer and dryer on each floor so we were even able to wash our clothes before we checked out. I would stay here again.

I have stayed here three times. The units I have stayed in have been updated and clean. The parking is very easy, and the communication is good when I had very minor issues. The place tends to be noisy in the evening and in the morning but overall, it is a good property, and I will continue to stay there.

The lights work on a remote and must be comparable with other lights in the units and turned on and off themselves. A few times at 1am and other ungodly hours. They came and fixed this but it took several visits to straighten this out. Meanwhile, the lights were turning on and off by themselves at all hours. This was a huge issue for me. They refunded me a small amount of money for my troubles. The washing machine and dryer use an app but it is not clear in the laundry room, because there is also a card machine that gives you a card to use for the washer and dryer. The card machine is no longer compatible, but the app is. But it was not clear so I wasted my money on the machine that didn’t work. They said they would get my money back but they did not. I dispute it with American Express and I got the money back. The beds were very uncomfortable. They squeezed every time I moved! I finally took the mattress off the squeaky frame and saw that every screw was loose! It was amazing that the bed didn’t break with me on it! (I am pregnant and pretty heavy right now) anyway. I Spent the rest of the time on the mattress on the floor. I was only compensated a small amount of money. $100. Considering I stayed 10 days and 6 of them were pretty bad, $100 didn’t make a dent in the overall cost. I won’t stay here again even though it was a nice location. The one good thing was the pool. It was awesome having a pool right out front.

Convenient location.

Great place

Large unit, very clean, 15 min walk to the beach. All perfect. Had minor issue with door code and they sent someone right away. These guys are good at their job.

It was little noisy but overall it was good.

Disappointed

I was disappointed. The shower did not work. The door knob was broken and the key code lock seemed iffy. We canceled and left early. It was clean

Communication was great and room was spacious. A bathroom wasn't quite up to par but the other amenities made up for it.
