Good value for money business hotel

It is my regular hotel when staying in Jakarta for business (office very close), and it offers the necessities and very good value for money. A few things I would appreciate are 1) bed - a bit too hard for my taste (I am European and the bed is more aligned with Asian taste, i.e. harder 2) a bit better / healthier selection of breakfast - especially the hot items and bread.

Food wasn't good both breakfast n dinner. Limited menu, early closing time, cutlery not clean, need more coffee machine etc Old tired room, bathroom drain not good, towels old... room smelled... not good.

Good midscale business hotel

3 night stay for business - I have stayed a couple of times due to proximity to our office. Overall good - friendly staff, reasonably comfortable and clean. Nothing exciting though. Nearby expressway both an advantage (accessible) and a drawback (noise). Food (Breakfast) is just average. Some of the hot dishes are occasionally cold.

Ok mid-range hotel for shorter business stays

I was on a 3-night business trip. I would consider this a decent mid-range hotel with reasonable value for money. I will probably stay there again next time I go. up-and downsides: Decent breakfast, though more fit for Asian guest than for westerners (but thats normal). Good and clean rooms, decent bed. Reasonably priced buffet dinner. Major downside for me was no hot water in the shower (brr) - lukewarm at best. All in all I didnt regret staying there, but for longer stays I would probably look for something else.

No hand soap in the bathroom. Stingy about giving a complimentary bottle of water ..need to give explanation. Not very convenient

Place was clean and comfortable the only thing that both me was that the ac was set to turn on only for motion and it would cut off when I was not moving.

The room is much far than to be junior suit room. The room should be rename.

polite and friendly staff. towels in the room are not too clean looking because they look greyish. toilet has some uncleaned stuff.

Great stay

Comfort, service and food was all great during the stay. Definitely one of the better valued hotels around this area

Excellent Indonesian food and buffet. Staff were so friendly. Convenient location to the outer ring road. Clean comfortable rooms. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it.

This hotel has a pleasant staff and nice facilities. The pool is spacious and uncrowded. The buffet was ample. The room is adequate and room service and cleaning good. The TV kicked out once in a while but other than that everything was fine. I would recommend this hotel.

1, air conditioner control is faulty. Unable to keep the setting to a desired temperature. 2. bed sheet shows signs of small tear. These sheet should not be used as it negates the other positive aspect of the room. Breakfast spread is good. Located next to a small supermarket/resturant/cafe - good for dinner and also meetings

Unfriendly reception

I was allergic to cigarette smoke, and specifically indicated that I need a non-smoking room. I was there early for the check-in, but still was assigned a smoking room. Eventually, they moved me from Deluxe to Junior Suite room, making it sound I should be grateful to them. All I wanted was a decent room that does not have any cigarette smell. There is nothing exceptional even if I had presumably been "upgraded"

Great Stay, Fabulous Breakfast

Great stay. The rooms were new, big enough, super clean, big TV, comfortable beds. Only the shower leaked a bit. Bathroom was a bit small. Other than that, great stay. Breakfast was unbelievably fabulous. Asian & western, everything you could ask for. Dining was good at the hotel too. The receptionist was nice enough to put our big group on the same floor. We chose this location as it was close to the wedding venue we had to attend. So I didn't have much to say on location. Warning: if u happened to get a massage at their massage parlor downstairs, the lady with short hair was incredibly rude. She was the only one with the hard face on. You could spot her right away if u see her. Fortunately, they take turns.

Bad experience staying in smoke-smelt room

It is unacceptable at all that the hotel failed to reserve a non-smoke room as requested. They should inform the potential guest in advance of the condition that all the non-smoke room has already allocated for other guests. The hotel should also check each reservation they received and double confirm the selection made. During making reservation I thought I selected a room with breakfast which is actually not! During check-in only I have been advised.

The bed sheet was dirty and there was no hand towel in the toilet. They also did not replenish the tissue.

Good stay, will visit again

Room and facilities are in good condition.I was a little upset when I found out that I have forgotten to bring back something my office had sent me under my room number. Fortunately, the concierge team, Dito and Jeffry went the extra mile to arrange for the item to be delivered back. In the future, would be great if the hotel can put a written note for any delivered item. Food selections are extensive during breakfast although I would prefer less selection with higher food quality instead.

Not quite 4 star service

The hot water in our room was not good even after it was reported to reception. The maid did not leave any hand towels for 2 days running. Breakfast had very good choice.

Excellent location for business

I love the location, cleanliness, great service, the staffs are helpful and meeting room very modern and spacious Easy access to toll road. great wedding venue too.

Warm welcome, friendly staff & great pool!

Warm welcome and friendly staff especially the restaurant crew at the lobby. Love the pool. Taxis are easy to get, there are taxis waiting next to the hotel. Strategic location at south of Jakarta near to Pondok Indah. Would recommend this hotel.

Dissapointed

For someone who has already regularly come to this hotel, i found it a lil bit dissapointed since the front office gave me the smallest room I've ever found in this hotel.

Business is ok. But no money changer at hotel is quite inconvenient.

In Room Dining

Was a bit dissapointed they had scaled down the menu for in room dining. More choices as previously usually made my day after a long days work.

Great Hotel in South Jakarta

Stayed here for the first time for business. The hotel is only one year new, but it seems they are keeping it well maintained. Accommodations are are clean and fresh, and the food selection and its quality is excellent. With three restaurant choices in the hotel, we didn't need to leave to enjoy Indonesian and Japanese food. Great place to rest your head while conveniently located for access to our business associates.

Nice hotel needs double glazed windows

Nice hotel just next to a noisy road which noise you can here in almost all the rooms no double glazing which would have minimised this problem

Good bed; cosy and good breakfast.

Due to rally use the hotel golden bird airport pick-up which is too expensive; which should be reviewed as this affected the overall value of Aston.

More than 4 star

I stayed here for 2 nights.The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was nice with a variety of local and western cuisine.Anyway the hot shower is not really working well.Hope the management can look into this issue

Great 5 star service all around. Good food. The bathroom was a little cosy but overall a great stay.

High Lobby noise from outside traffic noise due to close proximity to highway. No porters at lobby entrance. Junior Suite very nice, but though we asked for a no-smoking room, the room and especially room air conditioning system was smoke polluted - very unpleasant overnight. Room Service good quality and reasonable compared to other hotel groups.

WiFi TV did not work

So thankful they let me check in early! It was my wedding day. However the WiFi/TV did not work in my room. They sent engineering 3 times...could not fix it. I requested discount or compliment room service. My request was declined.

Hotel and bed ok. AC was on lowest temperature all stay. Could not increase temperature. Gym is old and not so well equiped. Breakfast was good in new refurbished restaurant.

Sudah sering menginap disini, tapi kali ini, kasur kotor, bantal kotor, cotton bud tidak diisi ulang. Kok bisa? Foto bukti sudah saya capture.

The room is little bit worn out, the carpet need to be changed. The breakfast is good.

The hotel's response to my little comment (not a claim) on the shower booth leakage through web site was quick and in satisfaction. They provide a comfortable stay with a quite reasonable price. Recommended for a plan to stay in south Jakarta area.

Amazing hotel

침구에서 냄새 많이 납니다. 호텔 침구는 보통 하얗고 깨끗합니다. 이곳 필로우는 누렇고 오래된 냄새가 베어 있습니다. 침대가 나쁘지도 좋지도 않습니다. 침구는 3성급이라고 생각됩니다 금연이라고 하지만 여전히 피우는 분이 계신지 환풍구로 납니다. 교통체증이 워낙 심한 이곳 자카르타라서 가까운 숙소를 선택합니다만 늘 만족스럽지는 않습니다. 보통입니다.
