What are Travel Credits?

Travel Credits can be used to make bookings on Travala.com. Travel Credits are denominated in USD (i.e. 1 Travel Credit = 1 USD) and are stored in your wallet—they cannot be withdrawn or converted. The value of Travel Credits is displayed in your selected fiat currency.

Travel Credits can be purchased using either crypto and fiat, received via refunds, received as part of the Ambassador Bonus, or as an annual birthday gift. Travel Credits that are purchased or received as a refund have no expiration date. Obtaining Travel Credits in any other way will involve an expiration date specific to the manner in which they were obtained.
