        Can my friend/family member use the booking if my plans have changed?

        Should you no longer be able to check in to a reservation under your name, please contact our Customer Service team via email at support@travala.com as soon as possible, as you may need to change the name of the reservation. We will contact the supplier with your request and get back to you once we have confirmation. Please note that such an amendment depends on the supplier’s policy and is not guaranteed.
