Lovely rooms great location and really helpful owners

Satisfying and peaceful place to visit

Air conditioning did not work. Very warm at night. Clean. Minutes away from beach. Helpful staff

Great place to stay for a few days. Restaurants, bars, shops and beaches nearby all within walking distance. The staff was really friendly and accommodating.

Little gem of a hotel

Exceptionally clean and perfectly located a few metres from the beach. Lovely family run hotel couldn’t of asked for more.

Visit Greece Santorini

Perfect, the owner and staff cery friendly and nice

Zacharakis was the perfect location for visiting Santorini. It was close to the main strip, but just out of the way. Lots of convenient places to grab groceries and whatever we needed were easily walkable. The staff were great and helped us with all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Firiendly host, beautiful cats, pretty good location

We were only hours in this place but we loved it. They helped us with the check in and the beach is just around the corner, there are many restaurants and a supermarket. Super convenient we would like to return.

Not for us

Arrived after the flight tired thirsty hungry , we met the owner a very nice proud man of his hotel . Unfortunately he had no empathy with our situation and thought it was much more important to machine gun us with facts about Santorini, sadly as all we craved was a cold drink and some food we glazed over . I tried to explain my daughter was tired hungry thirsty but he told us we must listen it’s very important!! He lost us then so we moved the next morning . The room was a pain to get to through the hotel up lots of steps !! He took us there and watched while we struggled with our luggage not great !!!

The room is very nice with a great kitchen set up. From the balcony you can see the beach. It is in a great location with quick walk to beach, public transportation, supermarket and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and had provided all necessary information on the whole island. Wifi was great and a roof top pool.. Would stay here again.

Great location, just a few steps from Kamari beach. Free parking down the road. Horrible WIFI. Tiny bathroom, bad shower. Squeaky beds.

Great place

Great stay! Mistakingly didn’t book a night when we were arriving and owner was very accommodating. Lovely view and extremely close to Kamari beach and the shopping strip. Ate dinner at fish bone and it was so good and relatively cheap

Another perfect stay in Kamari

Lovely and clean studios, it was equipped with a kettle, hot plate and sandwich maker, this was ideal for breakfast. Our room had a double balcony which was a bonus. The local bars and restaurants are close by!! PLEASE note that we went 18/10/18 and a lot of places had closed in Kamari. Fira and Oui was still in full swing though which was good. The two best restaurants in Kamari were open throughout our stay so that was a bonus, great food and excellent service at Peregali and Amelia’s. My only criticism is that The hotel Manager is a tad miserable and appears to be glued to the TV rather than engage with his guests!!! But the place itself is 9/10

Great location, friendly and safe neighbourhood. Fantastic taverns on beachfront. We found Zacharakis Studios relaxing with excellent management. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely return.

Great hotel with wonderful friendly vibe

This is a great little hotel, very close to the beach and all of the shops. The woman who runs the hotel is the best - she's extremely friendly and welcoming, and will help out with all types of travel-things like renting a car, booking tours, etc. We felt totally at home here. Amazing value for the money. And the rooftop pool is great!

Nice accommodation with amazing location

When I first arrived....I was not sure where my friends were staying and the staff were so accommodating to help me find them! The location was amazing, right opposite a supermarket and right beside the beach! Have already recommended to family and friends.....would definitely stay again

Excellent value for money

So glad I choose this accommodation for my stay. Staff excellent friendly and helpful, absolutely nothing which the staff could do to improve the service. Great location, not on main strip where it can get noisy and have lots of people passing by looking in, instead this accommodation is seconds away from the Main Street and a minute walk to the beach. Excellent bars and restaurants nearby, including a gorgeous cocktail bar and a supermarket two seconds from the accommodation. Roof top pool meant there was a lovely view of the sea, and maximum sunbathing time because no high buildings nearby to block out the sun. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and would have no issues going back to stay here in the future.

Very nice studio, kind stuff. Whatever we needed was provided: beach towels, filters for coffee machine… The environment is great, the beach with black sand is beautiful. We were there end of April and could already swim in the sea

Adoramos o acolhimento, Sr. Evan muito simpático. A localização apesar de não ser nos lugares tipos como mais tops, a localização é excelente, bares restaurantes, mercadinhos, praia. Muito bom!

Koselig hotell i Ksmari.

Hyggelig leilighetshotell i Kamari. Rolig og fredelig, hyggelig vertskap og 8 katter som koser seg iresepajonen😊. Veldig rent og fint.

Veldig vennlig og hjelpsom personale

Vi overnattet kun 1 natt, men synes det var så kjekt å bli tatt så godt imot av hele familien som drev hotellet. Veldig koselig, rent og fin beliggenhet. Anbefales !

Un must pour Santorin

Hôtel très bien, personnel accueillant. Très belle vue sur la mer et la montagne, Système d'autobus très efficace à environ une centaine de mètres de l'hôtel. Pourquoi demeurer à Fira lorsqu'on peut avoir la tranquillité et sa proximité.

Relax a Kamari

Zacharakis Studios è una struttura che si trova nel punto migliore di Kamari in prossimità del monte che la separa dalla località di Perissa. Il mare è vicinissimo e raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Nonostante la vicinanza al colorato lungomare di kamari (perfetto per lo shopping, l'aperitivo o una semplice passeggiata serale) le camere risultano silenziose. La mia camera per 2 persone era ampia e confortevole: letto king size, diversi armadi e appendiabiti, angolo cottura fornito di tutti gli accessori per cucinare. Ma il valore aggiunto sono i membri della famiglia Zacharaki sempre sorridenti e disponibili a fornire preziosi consigli per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile.

Veldig koselig hotell med en dyrekjær vertinne. Stort rom, gode senger. To balkonger.

Very friendly and helpful owner

The owner of the Hotel was very friendly and helpul. Just ask and she will arrange it for you. Hotel is just round the corner from the beach close to lots of shops and restaurants. Our kids liked the pool but it is not so big. But with the beach so close you don't need a pool. Rooms were clean but small. So with four people in it there is not much space left. So have this in mind if booking it for a family of four. But it is written in the description of the room.
