The services and internal design are perfect, but the curtain and blinds are not installed properly, despite offering a Somfy motor.

My stay at YaTi by Artyzen Hongqiao Shanghai was disappointing due to air conditioning issues and poor communication. When I entered my room, it was 26°C, so I set the AC to 22°C. Instead of cooling, the temperature rose to 29°C. The front desk later explained that the hotel has a centralized system, meaning rooms cannot switch between heating and cooling individually. Due to a cold spell, the entire building was in heating mode, and turning on the AC only made it hotter. Had the staff informed me at check-in, I wouldn’t have attempted to use it. With no way to cool the room, I had to switch rooms at midnight, which was very inconvenient. Despite the trouble, the hotel offered no upgrade, discount, or compensation. Worse, I later discovered my previous room’s toilet didn’t flush—an issue they admitted but should have never assigned the room in that condition. Issues: * Poor facilities – The AC system lacks flexibility, causing discomfort. * Lack of communication – Staff didn’t inform me of AC limitations. * Poor issue handling – Midnight room switch, no compensation, and a broken toilet.

Staff was not very helpful and did not offer any amenities such as toothbrushes/razors even when asked. We only knew they had those things when I saw them give it to someone else. Hotel was clean and area was excellent especially the shopping centre next to the hotel

Location, location in the heart of the city.

The front desk at the Yati is excellent, friendly and always are there to assist you. Ellis, Ekko, Lilly, Tracy are amazing. I spent so much time at the bar Andy and Joy became friends, Carter is a great manager at the bar. BUT, it would be awesome if there could be a Yati Happy Hour at the bar! Audrey the front desk manager has a great team. I hope the management realizes that the 5 star rating they get is because of the workers they have at the front desk.

Excellent hotel to stay with...

Facilities are very new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had some cell phone issues and the staff did me a favor and helped me to resolve the issues quickly. I would come back next time.

Nice hotel to stay for a few nights and high CP value including breakfast.

Great stay near the airport and close to metro

Crafty, smartly designed boutique hotel with guest needs and environment consciousness in mind. Cozy and quiet, with comfortable beddings. Highly recommended

酒店位于商场附近，出行吃饭都很方便。酒店设施方便而且舒适，也很适合家庭入住。房间虽然不算大但是舒适。遗憾的是隔音效果不好👎！

I like everything about this hotel, good location, excellent service, nice decorations.

Affordable room, room was clean and nice, staff is friendly, close to shopping mall, only complaint is bad Wi-Fi.

I will be back to stay in the future. Highly recommend. The stuff even helped me to call taxi because I didn’t have local phone.

ホテル自体は良いです。ホテルまでの行き方がわかりにくい。特にショッピングセンターが閉まった後の行き方の案内があると良いと思います。

Overall staying experience is satisfied, only one thing, after checked-out I’ve received message from hotel’s staff that accusing me of borrowing the staff’s phone charger without returning back and intimidating to report to police. I do not know why they will come out such accusation! I have my own cable, and the room inside has the usb wall outlet. I am waiting for them to prove it was me that borrow the phone charger and cable. I will definitely will not going back to stay in this hotel ever again. This is really unprofessional!

아티젠바이 호텔

한인타운 음식점과 15분정도 걸어서 가는 거리지만 너무 호텔의 상태가 좋아서 걸어다녀도 좋네요. 다음에 또 상하이온다면 또 이호텔로 해야겠어요~호텔 룸 바닥이 카펫이 아니라 더 좋습니다.

位於虹橋機場附近 離地鐵站不遠 旁邊是商場 交通方便 但房間隔音有點差 可以聽到隔壁房的打呼聲 有點美中不足

항상 깨끗하고 가성비가 좋아서 숙박합니다. 조식은 메뉴가 많이적긴해요.

Clean and modern room welcomed me with complimentary water bottles. Sufficient water from shower nozzle. Price was reasonable too. Breakfast was not bad at all. Quite satisfied.

酒店非常近万象城商場，食飯購物方便

若是搭地鐵要到飯店，確實有點不好找，但飯店距離萬象城很近，腳力好的，附近還有愛琴海商城與韓國街可以逛。我們住的房間很潮濕，一進入就有聞到霉味，洗澡後到浴室地面到第二天都不會乾，我們洗手帕晾在房間也不會乾，空調固定在25度，調整不會有效果，只能調風量大小。

홍췐루에서 걸어서 10분거리로 다소 거리가 있는 것 외엔 전체적으로 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

従業員の方は綺麗な英語を話し、丁寧に対応して良い頂きました。

清潔な宿　タバコのにおいが残念

清潔で斬新なホテルでした。しかし、たばこのにおいが不快。換気口を伝わって煙草のにおいが入ってきていました。短時間の滞在だったので我慢はできましたが。 あと、安価な値段ではありましたが有料で朝食をつけていたのに朝食会場についての説明がなく時間もあまり余裕がなかったので朝食を食べることをあきらめました。 朝食会場もわかりにくく、システムもわかりにくい あとは良かったです
