Excellent in all ways except location. It's a long way from the centre of town. But pubs and eating nearby.

Stayed here for 3 nights while sightseeing in Malmö. I stayed in a single room which was nice and spacious. It had its own little kitchen, dining table, a decent sized bed and a nice bathroom. Overall, the hotel was quiet and clean and had extra amenities available to guests such as a gym, laundry, library ect. Nice little place to stay if you plan on being in the area for a few days or months. Staff were helpful and super kind!

Unity is amazing and likable temporary home for all your needs are fulfilled by far. The staff is amazing and service minded. Overall, it was just amazing!

It was ok

Very nice and inexpensive room. Ask for extra blankets tho, our room only had 1 twin blanket for 2 ppl. Pretty far from most restaurants, but not too far from a bus route.

Fresh and modern apartment hotel with all necessary amenities. The room is very clean and cosy. We love to sit and relax at the lovely winter garden. Also great value for money.

Hotel is good itself very quiet and calm downstairs lounge/bar. Rooms need to be soundproofed as at night you can hear all of your neighbours pillows should be changed from time to time because been just used and very basic toiletries it's nice to have shampoo conditioner or body lotion in the rooms

Wonderful experience. My first completely solo trip abroad and I was so relaxed staying at Unity. The studio room was fully equipped with everything I could have needed. The breakfast was great and service was amazing. Would recommend for anyone doing a longer stay.

Amazing place and staff were so lovely and friendly. Lovely clean, well equipped room.

Did not like Unity much. Staff was nice, the room was nice, gym, restaurant, lots of space as well but the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere, it takes 15' walk to get you to bus 5 to the centre & station.

Be mindful that the majority of the photos listed are for the top level/executive suite apartments. When using the expedia app, the pictures do not simultaneously share the description. Can not attest to what it looks like via web browser. Standard/city studio are fine, but the premium bedding shown in those photos are not provided- maybe upon additional charge? Just do not be expecting what you see in the photo, or you will be disappointed. Property is safe and staff is kind. Overall fine stay, just not what was expected.

Stay in Malmo

Very good experience. I would most likely return. Good prize and correct value.

Reception helped me when my phone did not work on mobile service. I did not realise my phone was only working on WiFi after it had been dropped. The person on reception allowed me to phone my sister-in-law on their phone so they new i was at the hotel. That is good service.

We had a lovely stay here! The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation…a bit out of the way from the major attractions but it allowed us to experience the local culture, there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby/ within walking distance. The staff was super friendly, we were able to check in early after our morning flight which was amazing..the hotel offersSwedish breakfast for purchase, which was good overall (1 half a sandwich, 1 pastry, 1 yogurt or fruit, coffee & juice) and not a bad value. It was clean and we felt very safe walking around/ exploring the area. We commuted to Copenhagen for a couple of days and the hotel is approx 40 min away from the airport (and about an hour from most of the attractions depending on where you’re going). The Malmo touristy ateas are about 20-30 minutes away. Folkets park is within walking distance! I am glad we chose this place and would stay here again.

Clean, quiet and convenient. Highly recommended particularly if you value having a kitchen and gym and laundry access. The bar with snacks and drinks available 24 hr was great.

Very good location and so calm clean privacy hotel

The rooms were spotless, everything I needed for a week in at Eurovision in Malmo. And once I figured out how to use chrome cast for the t.v. It was plain sailing. Great location as a base for exploring, access to city and for transport links. Big super market 5 minutes away. Great working and socialising venue, and thegym was excellent. The staff are so lovely, patient and helpful. They have a super team. They would help in any way they could 24/7. I would highly recommend Unity and can’t wait to stay again.

UNITY Malmo Set 2023

Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. A few negative points - rooms were stuffy, my colleague had a fall because someone had used a wet mop on the "stone effect" floor at the foot of the stairs rendering it slippery, and the cafeteria selection of food ran out and was not replenished. Overall, I would recommend this is as good value accommodation.

Convenient location, very modern and clean. Parking was a bit complicated, and double sized bed was a bit smaller, more like US full sized.

Great hotel

The property is new with beautifuly designed amneties. It is well maintained and staff is always ready to help. The only recommendation would be to have a bigger blanket for dubble rooms ☺️

A traveller’s dream. A calm, relaxed, effortless stay in modern, beautifully designed accommodation. The staff provide the friendliest, personable service throughout the Hotel. Located in a quiet area but within walking distance from Malmo centre.

I really like the property, their multiples benefits and how complete the studio was. The people in the front desk was wonderful! Really happy with my choice.

New, relaxed, and very pleasant

A good find. Nicely designed room. Easily accessible from central Malmo and the train stations. Friendly staff. Breakfast just right. Quiet and private. Good value for money.

There is nothing to like about this hotel. Too small bed and uncomfortable. No windows in the room so no air circulation. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s not worth it

Fräscht hotell med bra utrymmen för häng med vänner. Sängarna är dock stenhårda.

Mycket värde för pengarna

Perfekt för den som önskar laga egen mat under jobbresor. Mycket fint skick till kanonpris.

Fint och fräscht rum, mysiga allmänna ytor och ett litet men bra gym. Går att köpa till en enklare frukost med yoghurt och mackor. Bra ytor om man vill sitta och plugga/jobba lite. Enda anmärkningen är på sängen, som är väldigt fast, lite som att sova på en bäddsoffa. Jättesynd för hade väldigt gärna bott här fler gånger annars, men var lite svårt att sova.

Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Jättefint hotell, bra läge, rent, men personalen under kvälls- och nattetid var ganska otrevliga., men dagpersonalen jättetrevliga

Smidig och bekväm upplevelse på UNITY Hotel Malmö

Min vistelse på UNITY Hotel Malmö var fantastisk! Rummen var moderna, bekväma och utrustade med allt jag behövde. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående, och incheckningen gick smidigt.

Trevligt och bekvämt

Väldigt trevligt lägenhetshotell. Hade en deluxe lägenhet, verkar dock som att det inte skiljer så mycket från ”vanlig” enkel lägenhet. Rummet var bra städat och utrustat. Skönt att kunna ha sin ”egen mat” och möjlighet att kunna laga mat. Sängen dock var ingen riktig säng utan en bäddsoffa vilket var lite obekvämt att sova i och den var väldigt kort så att till och med mina fötter ibland stack ut nertill och jag är ändå bara 166 cm lång. Annars var allt trevligt och ett perfekt koncept.

Väldigt praktiskt boende med kontorsplatser, gym och fantastiskt allmän yta. Rekommenderar varmt för dig som är på affärs resa i Malmö och vill ha ett praktiskt och fräscht Hotel.

Hård futon/seng!

Stedet var ikke helt som ventet, værelset var mindre end på billedet, og sengen var umådelig dårlig og hård, det var ikke en seng, men nærmere en futon i forklædining, og ikke en dobbelt seng men måske 1,5 mands. Derudover var der dårlig indeklima, og ingen mulighed for udluftning på toilettet. Personalet var dog søde og rare. Vi tog af sted samme dag, så jeg kan ikke kommentere på faciliteterne på stedet.

Fup og fidus

Bookede et værelse med dobbelt seng men fik et værelse som ikke var det på billederne og sengen var en enkeltmands seng. Hotellet bekræftede vi fik et forkert værelse men kunne ikke give os et andet. Og pengene kunne vi ikke få retur selvom de lovede det.

God

Gode faciliteter, lidt hård seng og larmende køleskab. Men overall meget godt, kunne helt klart finde på at komme igen

Trevlig personal, bekväm och fräsch.

Rent och snyggt. Och en helt fantastisk inglasning att sitta och äta frukost i!! Frukosten i sig hade dock mycket att önska. Väldigt lite att välja på.
