Fabulous beachfront location. Great room with balcony. The hotel has been recently redone, and those parts look good. The pool was nice, but unfortunately, is not beachfront. There is a new gym that I thought was great. I think the service could be upgraded throughout the hotel, and hopefully they will work on that.

Great place to visit nice view nice staff excellent drinks just a grown amazing vibes.

Tideline is one of those memorable experiences you will cherish as you relax and enjoy the finest South Florida life has to offer!

Started from check in progress, not welcoming ,

The bathroom was dirty, the safe was broken, and the shower had not water pressure. elevator doors were scratched, hotel needed maintenance.

Tideline is a little hidden gem amongst the pomp and panache of Palm Beach County. A relaxing vacation amongst the Palms on the beautiful beach and it has something for all walks of life or simply the therapy of a walk on the beach! Staff and crew welcoming, human, and accommodating! Definite add for your romantic getaway list!

So close to where I used to live in Palm Beach. Fabulous water view I’ve been here many times before and renovation is beautiful

Awesome location and that is all that is good about it

Really, really want to give the staff credit- they are trying their best. It’s clear that management is not supporting the front of the house to the point they are able to deliver 5-star service. The Tideline is woefully understaffed. Our room was not cleaned twice in a week-long stay; calls to room service went unanswered, maintenance requests needed second requests. It’s a great location and it’s ideal for families. Might not be the best choice if you’re expecting a truly luxe experience (rooms with connecting doors offer no privacy- you can hear complete conversations) but views are lovely as is the beach. Staff do try to help and all seem to want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our room was clean, nice linens, nice selection of mini bar options. With stronger oversight and guidance, Tideline could deliver a more memorable experience.

Boutique hotel on the beach . Valet parking is unnecessary . Spa was Na on Sunday and. Closed in Monday and Tuesday

I had a phenomenal stay at the Tideline! My partner and I had to book a last-minute accommodation as another nearby hotel canceled our reservation. Tideline stepped up and accommodated us right away, making sure we had everything we needed after a long day of travel down the east coast. The manager was wonderful in making sure we were comfortable, felt welcomed, and able to enjoy our time in Palm Beach in spite of the unexpected problem/cancelation at our previous hotel. The staff seemed to really take pride in knowing the guests and ensuring everyone's needs and names were known. We had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed drinks outside in the cabana before taking a walk out onto the beach via their private beach access. Everything was pristine and the service we received was full of care. Thank you, Tideline, for accommodating our last-minute reservation needs and providing a top-notch experience! I'll definitely be back for a longer stay...and another great visit to your spa!

Recently remodeled. Great for families

The hotel rooms have been recently remodeled. Small hotel that offers a more intimate service and amenities. The access to the beach and beach service is great. Sushi bar at night.

Frank, the bartender at Mizu, provided phenomenal service. All food is made to order so zero worries regarding food allergies. The ceviche is the best I’ve ever had. The hotel was recently remodeled. It’s bright, airy and expertly appointed. Already looking forward to a return visit.

Helen at front desk is great!

Hotel is run down but on the beach. Safe didn’t work and asked twice to fix it sad never happened. Couldn’t close air conditioning and took a day to fix. I stay there cause of location on beach. Front desk women named Chelen is the best thing of the hotel. She needs to get a raise. Always so sweet and tries hard to help!

Hotel is so poorly staffed with minimal help. On-site manager is unprofessional and mishandles concerns of guests. It is also not as up-to-date as photos showcase.

Gym is all broken. Nothing works. It’s a joke. Coffee maker for 3 days didn’t work and they never fixed. Run down. Looks they tried to fix with a quick paint job. I stay only because of the location.

Lovely rooms. Convenient beach with lots of chairs. Cost lower than most other hotels that are not as good Not so much- Resort fee- food cost but very good service.

Beautiful location, nice facilities nice rooms. Didn’t smell great. Creaky elevator. Not a 5 star hotel but wants to be.

Don’t stay there.

It was my birthday, we evacuated from the hurricane Milton. We had no shower. It didn’t work. I told the desk. They didn’t do anything. Didn’t offer to move us. Didn’t offer a discount. Nothing. We got power first thing the next morning and left.

Poor service. Very expensive to eat or drink. Elevators never worked right and were super slow. Very noisy. Dogs and pets everywhere. Smelled like dogs. Staff unhelpful. No microwave in rooms or in the lobby.

The property itself was beautiful and Corey the bartender was the best!! My complaint is that the coffee maker in my room did not work and mentioned to front desk multiple times and still did not get a replacement. There were also large black carpenter ants in our fridge cabinet.

We evacuated from Fort Myers due to Hurricane Milton. I can not say enough about the staff and employees at this hotel. They were amazing

It was a great stay! Staff was extremely helpful. Food was delicious. Great place fkr wedding's or company get togethers.

We do a ladies' trip to Palm Beach every year and usually stay at The Breakers, but this time we decided to try something new and stayed at the Tideline. I’m so glad we did—it was fantastic! While the hotel isn’t as big as The Breakers, we really loved the more intimate experience. It felt like a hidden gem, and the restaurant was superb. Every meal was a treat! One of the best parts was the beach—no annoying rocks like some of the other spots in Palm Beach, just smooth sand and perfect for relaxing. We all agreed we’d definitely recommend Tideline and can’t wait to come back again!

I stayed at Tideline Palm Beach for a recent business trip, and it was fantastic! Check-in was super quick, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. Even though I was there for work, the oceanfront location made it feel like a mini getaway. The room service food was just as amazing, with everything arriving promptly and tasting absolutely delicious. It's rare to find a hotel where the room service matches the restaurant quality, but Tideline truly exceeded our expectations. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable and it was like everyone knew we were celebrating and it was like they joined in on it, super special. Every interaction was warm, professional, and personalized. Tideline Palm Beach has quickly become our favorite escape, and we’re already planning our next trip back. This place is a gem!

This is a GREAT property! It’s right on the beach and has a private beach. I was upgraded to an ocean view which was a great surprise. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Brandon’s and loved the food. The French toast for breakfast was incredible. Would definitely come back and bring my family.

The pool area and beach front terrace were both designed beautifully. The lobby and restaurant as well with luxurious materials and furniture. This would be perfect for a destination wedding, party or conference. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel needs better front desk service

Let me start off by saying that the staff that works the beach area and bar area upstairs is phenomenal and they are running a tight ship however, the front desk and interior the rooms need some help. They did go through a new renovation but my room air-conditioning wasn’t work when I checked in, and the ceiling was peeling off in both rooms that. I also felt like for a resort stay even though it’s the middle of the summer the staff was not appropriately matched for service.

My fiancé recently opened a business in Palm Beach area and i went med to explore the hotels. I said this was in Palm Beach reasonably priced at $405 per night and we went to dinner at Buccan which i did enjoy. After dinner we headed to the hotel for our stay and before booking we said let’s just do 1 night to see if the hotel was worth it or go back to another one we were staying at in West Palm. So let’s say … 1. Arriving at 11:15pm no valet… understandable it’s late 2. before getting to our room he said let me know if the room is clean or if you want me to change it. I said why would your book me a bad room? I would change it now .. he said no it’s open so it’s clean just making sure. I said ok 3. Get to the room it’s smells me thinking maybe they just put the AC on. 4. I always book a room with a balcony. nope no balcony. I called 2x at the front desk no response so i went downstairs 5. I told him i booked a room with a balcony he argued and said no i didn’t. Then i showed him my reservation and he said oh we don’t have room with pool view with balcony. I said well i paid extra for it. can you get me a room with a balcony 5. Gives me a room with side ocean view with balcony and says it’s a favor for you i won’t charge you the extra. I said what extra i paid for a balcony and I’m just sleeping - I’m only enjoying 3 hours as check out is at 11am. (Horrible) 6. I slept - came in the morning and walk around the area around 8am. Went to the gym the elliptical didn’t work.

Had a great birthday get away!

I remember coming here a few years ago and thinking how great this place is. Fast forward to today, it is a completely different hotel. Basically lipstick on a pig. We had issues the moment we checked in. As we walked into the hotel the air was very thick and humid. Turns out they were having AC issues because of some “renovations”. The person at the front desk took my CC for incidentals and had to cancel everything because he accidentally put in HIS name into my reservation. He told me to come back in the morning to take care of it with his manager. So he gave us the keys and when we walked into our room, we immediately noticed the AC leaking water. There were dust bunnies and stains on the ground, and stains in the bathroom wall. I’m skeptical at this point and pulled back the sheets. More dust bunnies. I walked downstairs to let the front desk guy what we experienced. He said he would check if another room was available and he would personally go into the room to check it out. He checked out THREE ROOMS before he found a suitable one. At this point it’s getting close to midnight and we were so tired after delayed flights that we just wanted to lay down. This room was decent enough so we stayed. But the following day when I walked into the shower THERE WAS A FREAKING ROACH!!! Pool and area were also dirty, towels and trash everywhere. No one was manning the area. Plus we spoke with other guests and they told us that their rooms were also dirty. They moved 3 times.
