A wonderful night stay

My very first stay, one of the best overnight stay in a long time. The room was superb and spacious. Breakfast on offer was good. Sam was a great host.

Excellent stay

Was very clean and host was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice and very good. So quiet and peaceful, village had nice little pub.

Countryside b&b

Great trip just what me and the wife wanted for my birthday trip. peace and quiet a great sleep and an amazing host. The property was perfect and we felt right at home with Sams hospitality. Highly recommend this place to anyone

SWALLOWS

First class from the moment we arrived. Sam made sure we understood where everything was and what was available to us. Room was tip-top and spotless. The breakfast came as ordered and hot. Would have no hesitation in going back again.

My stay was absolutely perfect beautifully clean rooms with plenty of space. Great bathroom excellent hosting from Sam. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic again. Plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place to stay

An excellent residence in a beautiful village. Immaculate presentation with spacious rooms, comfy bed and excellent shower. Excellent service from the hosts even placing a reservation at a local restaurant after my late arrival. Will stay again when in the area!

Sam is a fantastic hostess. Messaged me weeks before to know if we needed any recommendations while in town. Super accommodating and all round a great experience. Would love to visit again.

Fantastic stay, will stay again. A very warm welcome from Sam upon arrival, rooms are spacious and comfortable, bathrooms are again spacious. Honesty Fridge with local beers and wines are a great addition.

Absolutely beautiful room, bed was super comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous and breakfast was 10/10 . The owner Sam had great communication before my stay and during the stay , she made us very comfortable. Would definitely highly recommend staying here.

For a bed and breakfast beats the standards of many hotels for comfort, service and attention to customer's wishes

Absolutely wonderful in all respects, best place we have ever stayed. Hosts were fantastic, and communication great even before we arrived. The setting is in a beautiful quiet village, bordering a vin yard, but just minutes away from Kettering so really convenient. The rooms and facilities are welcoming, warm, modern, but with lots of character, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Breakfast options are superb and served in the dining room or to your room. The stay exceeded our expectations and we certainly hope to return.

Can’t possibly fault it! Lovely Sam let us into her gorgeous extension of 3 rooms, all of outstanding fashionable quality. Super little quaint village , impressive accom with tasty breakfast and amazing attention to detail. One of the best!

amazing little place to say , the views are great in the morning looking over the countryside . very clean and modern but keeping in tact with the countryside vibe. the service was outstanding and sam was very accommodating. she made sure that she added the personal touch to the stay to make you feel very welcome throughout . 10/10 would highly recommend . it also has its own vineyard just a small walk down the field.

The welcome was warm and friendly and it was a joy to stay. The garden room has a wonderful view and the village is beautiful.

This is my 3rd stay with Swallows and again, it was amazing. This was a business trip, and everything was spot on, from the call before I arrived, to the beautiful breakfast. I would highly recommend Swallows to anyone from business to families.

Whistle stop visit to go to a wedding in the village but will defiantly be using again, Great location in a very nice looking village and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful B&B in idyllic location.

I stayed here as part of a business trip as I had a meeting in Corby. It is a handy location for this area. Right from booking, Sam couldn't do enough to help. From the call before I arrived to the morning I left, I felt very well looked after. On arrival there was a lovely home baked cookie in the room that was delicious. The room was light, spacious and immaculately clean, with a good blend of tea and coffees. Sam offered some good advice on eating options with the current restrictions and I went for the Indian that was fantastic. The bed was really comfortable, and the whole room was finished to the highest quality. There was good breakfast options, and I went with the porridge followed by poached eggs which was beautiful. All in all, a great visit and I hope to visit again and next time bring the wife.

This is probably the most perfect place I’ve ever stayed! Everything about it was faultless, from the friendly welcome to the homemade food. The bathroom and room were amazing. I’ll definitely being staying again! Thank you!
