Thank you
Very convenient to where I was working. Very quiet and clean. Loved the big windows and decor.
Loved the spacious rooms.
The hotel could use a good cleaning...
Great Location, Cute & Comfortable!
Great location downtown. The staff was excellent, kind, and very accommodating. The hotel is charming, although if you are older or have bad knees, getting out of the bed is very difficult due to how low to the ground it is. Also, the shower and bathroom walls are glass, so there is zero privacy and the whole room can watch you shower and use the toilet. Good to know if you are traveling with friends haha. I would stay here again.
The bottom floor is beautiful, but then you go upstairs to your room and it is … bizarre… it looks like a mix of a 70’s
The property is undergoing renovation and everything that’s been renovated so far is beautiful. This does not include the rooms, however. The bed was comfortable, the linens were high-end. I would have liked the bar/coffee area to be open in the mornings/day time. A heads up that there would be a jazz band playing on Thurs nights, that would sound like they were right next door to our hotel room, would have been appreciated.
Great service and very nice hotel!
Little bit old, elevator is spotty, and they need to clarify the free water policy for guests. We did appreciate the credit for the restaurant, thank you.
The hotel was fine. The room is large. I did NOT love the platform built around the bed, which sticks out at least 18 inches from the mattress. I (for real) broke my little toe on this thing in the middle of the night when I got up to use the bathroom and returned to the bed in the dark. :P
Quality hotel and a great value. Area of downtown is clean and easily accessible, easy and safe access to restaurants and amenities. I would stay here again.
We loved the place the only bad part is they over charged my stay on 3 separate charges on my bank account not sure if it was Expedia or the hotels fault waiting on those charges to fall off soon hopefully. Our sink was not draining and out of 4 elevators there was only one elevator working.
Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff
Clean, great gym, bed was too hard but overall great hotel
We love our Delphi stay. This will be our 3rd trip there. It's so comfortable and the staff is wonderful. Cassandra always gives us the best service. The comfortable chill hotel in Downtown!
Staff were very helpful
Bad service ours bathroom was dirty and clung
Great location close to the crypto arena and subway station 😃
Overpriced breakfast but nothing on the menu was
I was disappointed that I was charged from your company $100 apiece for breakfast and no one could communicate with me on why but the hotel in itself accommodated us and took very good care of us
Everything was amazing!!
Out of four elevators only one was in service
I was very pleased with the way I was treated and the way they explained everything to me about my stay.
Nice Hotel but bad Housekeeping
The hotel was very nice the only issue I had was getting housekeeping to come clean the room called and asked multiple times only I got was some towels but never got the room cleaned.
The staff is amazing, the rooms are very nice, and the over atmosphere is enjoyable. One thing I did NOT enjoy, was the room noise, you can literally here every single sound on the other side of your door/wall.
I just really liked the hotel
We took a spontaneous last minute trip to LA and wanted to stay in the downtown area. Their communication was great and when we checked in, I explained how we needed a break from the kids and to just getaway. We got there later than we expected and their receptionist was totally understanding and very helpful. The place is very clean, smelled great, and we will definitely be back for future stays! Thank you!
Be prepared to spend money. 30$ a day to self park 55$ for valet! No vending just ice machines. Buy groceries!
The only complaint was the strange shower setup. The shower has a glass that looks directly into the area where the bed is.
The room was simple. The windows were not as large as the pictures but it was a good stay. It was convenient for watching the basketball game and enjoying the night scene.
We did reservation for non smoking room and the give was very dirty room with bad cigarette smells . I told the front desk we have a child staying with us We cannot be in that room. They told us best We can do is Send housekeeping to fresh it out and no one show up.
Omg amazing experience at this hotel would definitely go again only thing was the parking there company parking valet was 50 a day or the public parking and that was 30 dollars and if you leave someone can take your spot and you would have to pay again but otherwise the stay was fantastic wonderful hotel
Perfect DTLA Staycation Spot!
I had been wanting to do a staycation at this hotel for awhile and it finally happened. Booked the King Suite for my birthday and it was perfect! Spacious, clean, vibey. The room even had a Bluetooth speaker which helped to set the mood with my playlist! The front reception and staff were amazing, accommodating and friendly. The smell of the reception area is yummy! The aesthetic overall was chic, simple, and modern. Only complaint is that getting off the elevator the hallway kind of smelled like smoke. So if you can put some scents or fresheners in the hallway it would be good. Overall, I will be back and it’s in a great location of DTLA.
The old Standard DTLA. Pool was closed. Middle of a remodel. Restaurant was good. Location great.
Nice hotel
Great
Great
My room had a broken sink plug and the shower curtain wasn’t weighted (causing it to suck inward and constantly stick to me when showering). I had to use a hanger just to weigh it down.
It was way better than i expected thats forsure
Great staff and clean rooms
We spent two nights, the room did not get clean after the first night. They do clean servica every other day.
LA Visit
Customer Service was excellent, breakfast was a bit pricey but the Dahlia French Toast was amazing. The room was nice but the bed was too low and I tripped over the platform several times. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Great location near the Metro, restaurants and Lakers arena.
Can’t express enough how much I love it
WHO DESIGNED THESE ROOMS?? The location of this hotel was great. It is close to dining, bars, and entertainment. However, my main concern or issue with it was the design of the hotel room. Mainly, the design of the bathroom. If you are staying there with a partner, just know that the only thing separating you, while sitting on the toilet, from your partner, sitting on the bed, is a TRANSPARENT glass panel. Oh sure, you can draw the translucent shower curtain for additional “privacy,” and change the lighting settings so that they are not watching your COMPLETELY clear silhouette as you wipe yourself, but that’s … it’s a lot. My boyfriend actually ended up going downstairs to use the lobby bathroom because he felt there was more privacy there! (Not that we are poop-shy, but just trying to keep it sexy out here!) Other than that- great hotel!!
Good place just old hotel
Amazing stay!
Perfect location. Easy to walk to a variety of places for food, entertainment and shopping. Front desk staff was very poliet and welcoming.
Love this place
Nice property.
Super cost-effective!

Will stay again
They were very helpful with early check in. Would always come back
Spacious room
Great Staff.. Area was in walking distance of the Cryto Arena!! Denae’s Diner inside the Hotel was good!
front man gave me an upgrade
Great business trip and affordable hotel
Great rate, nice remodeled boutique hotel in center of downtown LA
AVOID THIS HOTEL. I discovered a broken glass pipe (used for drugs) in the bedding. Absolutely horrified by this and can only imagine what their general level of cleanliness is if this is something that is overlooked when they are resetting rooms. The property is dated and the photos do not reflect the actual state of the place. Everything is unkempt, soulless, and feels more like a budget motel. The fridge in the room was archaic and didn't work. No kettle, coffeemaker etc. (not that I would ever trust it). Avoid this place like the plague. There are better options for what you'll spend on a disgusting room.
Not a lot of food selection .
.
Good place to stay
Everything was great.
Awful Hotel and Experience but phenomenal staff
Unfortunately, this was among the worst stays I’ve experienced. The layout of the rooms is beyond bizarre, with a giant tub just in the middle of the room. There’s no furniture, it was uncomfortable and very loud. I probably would’ve been fine, but to top it off, the AC was broken and the room was very dirty. The silver lining, and the the only reason I’m not giving it one star, is because the front desk guy and the manager handled everything with a ton of professionalism. They offered me a free room upgrade, but those rooms weren’t better. I decided to move to another hotel after just the one night, and the Manager comped my parking, tourist fees, and gave me a discount on the one night. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, but I will say I was blown away by how they handled it. Hopefully a nice, swanky hotel hires them away and pays them bunch!
Close by to many points of interest. Check out is at 12. Staff is friendly and willing to help
Amazing customer service really thy are so helpful and nice

Excellent customer service and beautiful and modern rooms! Easy to get to everywhere.
Great experience
Great staff
Check in staff, MaryAnn was very pleasant and helpful at all times during our 2 days stay. I had issue with my credit card payment. MaryAnn went out of her way to help me make telephone call to my bank. I was very glad that the issue was resolved. Thank you Mary Ann.
very nice staff and very different
Excellent and Beautiful
Great hotel with charc
Beautiful hotel , affordable price right in the middle of downtown la
Very Modern
Great modern room. Beds were comfortable and the nostalgia of the building just add to the character. I would stay here again.
No launary。parking is a little bit of expensive.
Over all good. when we went they had a cool Christmas pop up with speciality drinks.
The picture displayed a very clean bathroom with white lights. The bedroom and bathroom were both not clean. The bathtoom tiles are a greyish-white with lots of gunk in between them, even build up in the corner of the floor of the shower. We just didnt feel very comfortable or relaxed with the tiled floors being dingy. Definitely not worth all the money.
Clean and stylish hotel. Really love the interior design.
Rooms are big and clean. Conveniently located
First off, staff were excellent. My first room had cockroaches so they gave me a second. Horrible design: near empty room, two plastic chairs and a mini table plus a bed, translucent window shades in the shower. Left a night early from this bad experience and was billed for it. DTLA has so many great places to stay, so avoid this poor one.
handy to the amtrak railway station
Good
This property was listed as 0.14 miles from the LA Convention Center. In reality, it was a mile plus. As as staff, most were as pleasant as could be, a select few were extremely rude. Never asked for anything extra or above and beyond. Simply asked if my package had arrived and was treated as an annoyance without holding back the attitude. As far as the actual hotel, it was dirty, elevators broken, and overall low upkeep. The room, which was a “premium”, was a train wreck. Oddly large, empty, and strangely spaced. One TV across the room, one small table, open bathroom. All around weird. Only redeemable trait of this hotel was the diner. Great food and the prices were low.
Our stay was warm and welcoming. The only issue was parking. Regular parking was $30 however you weren’t able to come in or out. Overall everything was great.
Bad experience they did not give us the microwave we asked for time reception staff was rude
The coffee/tea bar did not seem to follow the opeartion hours posted on the website. That limited my access to it even though their menu was more appropiate for my needs.
Bed was comfortable and the room was clean
Up to scratch
Front desk was great room was nice elevator got stuck but overall nice place
Great service in a unique style hotel. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Room was nice, staff was friendly, central location was great!
Great experience overall!
I love that the lounge is open for drinks. The atmosphere is very nice. No coffee until 7am though. Please put coffee makers in rooms for us early risers.
Best hamburgers in town.
Amazing staff and super clean place.
I would definitely stay here again!
Great Stay!
The staff was very nice and accommodating! And the food at Denae’s is very good!
The property was very clean with attentive staff.
The Delphi is a "legit" boutique experience!
The hotel was beautiful and offered a "boutique" vibe throughout, however" The staff was certainly the highlight! They were all warm, welcoming, accommodating, informational and offered many "bells and whistles" and bonus features without request or necessity! I will stay again for sure! Well done Delphi!
