Nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at

Everything is so convenient and within walking distance!! Beach set up alone is worth it!!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience staying at the Seabird Resort. The staff was kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed time at the pool and at the spa. My only complaint was the toilet paper. That could use an upgrade.

The room that we received after paying for it in full was not what we had as confirmed The room was not a partial ocean view. The fact there was no ocean view at all.

The resort is beautiful. The rooms are extremely clean. It is right next to the ocean, so it was very convenient. You have access to their other hotel, which is across the street which was very nice as well. The staff was excellent. I will be returning.

The hotel experience was superb. The layout of our 1 bedroom with living room city view is perfect for a relaxing 3-day weekend. The location is unmatched. The service world class!

I really enjoyed the convenience of being able text front desk services. For any questions, or concerns. I got a fast response back. The beach guest services on the beach was great. Towels, chairs, umbrellas all convenient. RESORT IS DOG FRIENDLY !! THATS WAS THE BEST

Outstanding hotel. Beautiful all around. Location is great. Spa is luxurious. Very kid friendly as well.

Did the online check in, & still took a long time to get a key to the room. There was hair in the tub, & the water did not drain from the tub. The door to the bathroom witch is very heavy. Came of track & fell. Could of badly hurt someone.

A truly lovely property. The employees at Seabird were all happy, polite and attentive. Everything exceeded expectations. The location was ideal with the Oceanside pier and partial ocean view just across the street. The Piper resteraunt on property was 5 star 🌟 with excellent service and food. We will be back!

Amazing views, convenient, beautiful, and clean property. Every little detail considered in the rooms, would absolutely stay again! The only downside to this property is limited evening food options and the game room closes fairly early.

Gorgeous interior design and aesthetic. Beautiful property, incredible food at Piper and service was beyond. The views were to die for and their sister property is available to guest- also incredible design and the best rooftop in North county.

My stay at the Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serene luxury. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, anticipating my every need with a genuine warmth that made me feel right at home. The room was exquisite – beautifully designed, and the ocean view was simple. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's. The dining experience was also exceptional. The resort's location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. The pool area was also stunning, providing a tranquil oasis for relaxation. Overall, our experience at the Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa was flawless. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable coastal getaway. Five stars without a doubt!

THE RESORT FEES EVERYWHERE RN THO 😱

This whole resort fee thing is completely outrageously out of control. There I said it. Everything else was total perfection.

Our room was not ready for 45 minutes after the 4 pm checkin

Amazing stay

The stay was amazing . Customer service is amazing and so was our room.

The checkin was great and we loved the room. The valet needs improvement: it was very busy, and we had to wait at the corner.

Love this place

The Secret Service and all the law enforcement on Saturday was a little disconcerting. It took a long time to get our car, and we had a wedding to get to off property. I think we should be compensated for our inconvenience, and the fact we weren’t given any notice. We weren’t told anything other than someone important was in the hotel. We found out from one of the wedding attendees that the Vice President’s wife was friends with the bride & groom, and they were in the hotel for the large wedding. We loved the property and the surrounding area. It is all beautiful. Linda Kice

Lovely! But watch for resort & parking fees

The Seabird Ocean Resort is super clean and right on the beach - beautiful. Room is lovely and we loved the robes and slippers. Beds could use some updating and be sure to factor in the additional resort fee and parking fee (adds up to $100/day!)

Seabird Ocean was really a great place to stay , Sunny & Spa was the cleanest Spa Ive ever had in my life , staff are friendly and professional , very detailed. Piper is just an ordinary one , but servers are lack of friendliness , & food is not really impressive. Front desk welcomed us and Valet parking is also good . The Seabird amenities is considered as a high quality , our room was in front of the beach , nice view while watching the surfers, like Baywatch , service in total was almost excellent ! I recommend this hotel since Its the cleanest ever !

Stay was great. Pillows felt uncomfortable.

My daughter and I had the best “Mommy n Me” weekend at The Seabird! Everything was perfect! The staff, our room and the food. I hope to stay again in the future.

Selina's Hotel was an absolute delight. We had a beautiful cabin, the food was delicious and the drinks were perfection. We celebrated our anniversary here and they had Happy Anniversary in flowers on our bed, how awesome is that! The views were breathtaking and the vibe was chill. If you're looking for a place that's a little bit hippy, a little bit chill and has a great happy hour look no further.

Great but Smokey - Cigarette Smoke

The Seabird is a fabulous hotel and we are anxious to return. Our room was oceanfront and the views of the Pacific and surfers, and beachgoers and the pier were wonderful! Our only complaint is about another guest who was smoking near our room (in this no smoking hotel) and made sitting on the balcony far less than great. We complained to the front desk but no action was taken.

Becca is the type of girl you want working the front desk. She is truly wonderful and kind. Thank you for making our stay amazing!

I stayed at the hotel for four days and I had very restful nights, comfortable beds and pretty quiet for been a family resort. My room was clean except for a little dust by the bed and in the bar. I loved the location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Great service,

From check in to check out, everything was top notch.

A nice 4 star property on the ocean. A couple of bars and a restaurant too. Valet was very efficient and fast. Some room service errors but they corrected them on the spot. Delays on getting someone on the phone though for room service, etc. I’d stay again though.

It was lively location with everything we needed. Room was a little smaller than expected for family of 4 and could be more for kids to do on pool level..maybe some jenga, bean bag throwing or other games. Noise from bar across road was invasive for kids sleeping but great for grown ups!

We had a terrific time at the Seabird. Loved the beautiful site and rooms. Enjoyed the walkability. This place is convenient and staff goes well out of their way to ensure they meet your expectations. Very friendly, casually upscale vibe which is at times hard to find both in one hotel. Upscale typically can be snooty. Not the Seabird. The a/c was terrific, silent yet powerful. Only complaint is that valet parking is pricey but that’s just the way the cookie crumbles. Hopefully we will back very soon for another weekend getaway. Thank you.

Not the same

Second time staying at this property. This time the room and service were not at the level as our first stay. I think we’ll give another resort a chance for our next trip.

Nice hotel. Bar staff was very nice! Even offered blankets for cooler night. Would come back to use the beautiful pool and facility more (spa on site etc) Only stayed one night.

The seabird is so nice and the staff is very professional. The location is so perfect being so very close to the beach restaurants that are walkable are awesome. Love the rooms / decor/ pool area : view!

Great but...

Loved the property. The beach service was great. The food service and valle service was not good. More training is needed. We had a great time, however.

The convenience of the beach! For the Seabird customers, the rentals of beach chairs and umbrellas is complimentary. Chanelle was wonderful. My husband, mother, and I felt welcomed and wanted. She greeted us with a warm smile and happy countenance. Everyone was just wonderful. Hats off to you! We'll be back!

This was a great hotel experience. It was very child friendly. Very close to the beach and local restaurants.

Another fantastic stay at the seabird! Great stay for families. Lots to do around the hotel or stay and enjoy all the hotel has to offer.

They gave us the wrong room and only gave us $50 fee per night waived. We got a way better room than describe but all the rest were sold out so we were just out of luck.

Everything was great! The Staff were amazing. My only complaint was the bed, it sounded like plastic covered the mattress. It was very noisy, every time I rolled over, the noise would wake me up

The property is very well kept, rooms are new and staff are friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and stores. The only negative is the inconvenience and expense of valet parking.

The property is beautiful! However the valet parking for $47 per night was a pain! You have to wait 25 minutes to get your car each time.

Hospitality at its best

My stay could not have been better. The staff was exceptional. The gentleman that helped with our bags, (Imann) was just a ray of positive energy. My wife already wants to plan our next trip back. Thank you to the entire staff for a great stay.

Beautiful resort. Pools at Seabird and Mission Pacific are incredible - Mission Pacific more chic and younger, Seabird for the fam but still super stylish. Surfboards usage included in the resort fee. Boards for all experience levels. Waves 1-3 feet during our stay. Best part of the day for me was getting up early, having a coffee on the hotel patio, walking down the stairs right into the break, surf for an hour, then meet the family for breakfast in the morning sunshine. Could feel work stress literally coming out of my body everytime I ducked under a waive or took a bite of scrambled eggs and waffle. Highly recommend.

Room for massive improvement

The pool was very dirty. No one cleaned the pool for the two days we stayed. The service and food were inconsistent. They also had very few staff working. Placing an order at the pool, could take 20 to 30 minutes. The staff were very friendly and the manger was great.
