Patrick the onsite mgr was very welcoming accomodating made our stay personal and enjoyable

Location is excellent The actual set up of the room was a very standard basic room.It was noted the property is in need of some renovation and maintenance .It is also noted that vacancy rate was low and they would possibly do quite well as a budget family room arrangement. There are better options around the area for adults only accommodation

Just had a fantastic week staying here. Great location in the middle of Port Douglas close to restaurants and Coles supermarket. Comfortable bed, ensuite with plenty of hot water. Kitchen with hotplate, microwave and dishwasher. Our balcony overlooked the pool. Adults only and also non-smoking. Secure car-parking. A quiet complex we would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of a lift to get our baggage in and out

Great location in Port Douglas

Great apartment with all the amenities you need, including a 2-burner cooktop, all in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved that it is was adults only in a private more quiet setting.

For us (and for now in our lives), the peace and quiet of "no children" let us unwind and fully enjoy our stay.

The queen suite is extremely small with very little natural light - whilst the larger rooms may be ok, the queen suite was very disappointing

Great location

Such a great place to stay - perfect central location and friendly staff- bed was comfy and clean. Pool heated. Really enjoyed it - we’ll be back!

Perfect location and super friendly

We arrived post cyclone and Mandy on reception was so helpful and friendly. A landslide occurred and blocked the road so we had to go back to the hotel and they were again so helpful. Hotel location ideal in centre of town.

Lovely apartment and close to supermarket and many venues. It was very secure and pretty quiet.

Lovely small and quiet property. Located right in the heart of Port Douglas. Walking distance to the shops and the marina. Small and clean pool with sun lounges. Fully equipped kitchen. Absolute gem!

A lovely place to stay right in the Main Street of Port Douglas. The owners were very helpful and friendly and being an adults only resort it was a quiet comfortable place to stay. Our only concern was climbing up into the bath for a shower which could be difficult for older guests.All in all a lovely apartment with everything required 👍

Best thing about this joint was its location

This property was in a great location for walking just about everywhere. The apartment was great size for a couple and had everything we needed. The pool was very clean, relaxing and quiet. We used very clean bbq, laundry and parking facilities. Management extra helpful as our flight was delayed for checking in. Many options for pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Wow! I was so surprised by this place. It was absolute paradise tucked away behind the main streets of Port Douglas. The staff were fantastic, communicating everything perfectly with us every step of the way and we’re so flexible, accommodating late arrivals and late departures. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Pleasant stay!

Our one bedroom apartment was quite small and compact but with a generous undercover balcony which helped with space issues. There was also a modern, stylish bathroom and modern kitchen. The apartment was clean as was the rest of the property. The pool was on the small side and nowhere near as big as appeared in the photos. However, overall the pool area was pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and the location of the property was very convenient to shopping, dining, the parks and the beach. The property manager, Patrick, was super helpful and friendly.

Over 18 great asset. Pool area and barbecue great. Car parking a bonus. Comfy bed. Only minus may be the climbing into the shower for some guests. Excellent location

BEWARE - advertising for this hotel is misleading.

We booked an air conditioned room with pool views. We got a partially (bedroom only) air conditioned room which could be described as pool glimpses at best. When these issues were raised with the manager the response was " if you don't like it I will refund your remaining nights (we couldn't get to see the manager until the day after book in) and you can book elsewhere". As this was the start of school holidays and everywhere would be booked out this option was not feasible. This was a cynical response from an unethical management that provides misleading booking information.

Stayed in a studio / Queen room, very small hardly a princess let alone a queen. No windows and only a enclosed courtyard, felt very like a prison cell only stayed a couple of nights would not have lasted longer.

Central location close to everything you need

Convenient location. Smallish size for a 1 bedroom apartment

Our room was clean beautiful view from the balcony of the hills. The although no large was plenty big for two. Would stay here again. Forgot to mention central location to all restaurants cafe’s and shops 👍

Perfect location amongst the restaurants and bars, close to Sunday market and beach. Great balcony on 3rd floor with a view. Closing the doors at night blocked out a lot of the noise but if noise bothers you a lot you should try somewhere else. Ceiling fans and air con. Good cooking facilities. Comfortable king bed and good shower. Friendly staff. I loved it and would choose to stay again.

Great location - very pleasant staff

The location and the swimming pool

The advertising of the rooms was misleading. This is really 1.5 Star place. Another couple we spoke to there were also angry with the misleading advertising. This is more like a brothel room where you can go after picking someone up from the night club.

Lovely hosts. This property boasts an excellent location in the main street directly opposite Coles. Can walk to everywhere and no need to use local shuttles. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay

Clean, cheap and the owner is delightful. Unbeatable location.

Wonderful location, great sized apartment and very clean.

Our room was rather smaller but very cosy, Netflix TV, spa bath. Balcony with view to rainforest. Down the stairs and you are in the middle ot the town. Restaurants and shops in front of you, left, right, everywhere.

Awful experience

It was one of the worst experience. All the bowls and utensils were super dirty. I dont think they were being cleaned at all. The room was super small. The bed was not comfy at all. I hd sore back after using the mattress for 2 nights. I saw a few cockroaches on the floor too. The design of the room was very old too. There was limited parking. Parking area was small and tight too.

The pool was the best!! Patrick is a wonderful host - communicative, friendly and warm. I loved my room and the whole property is gorgeous and central.

We will definitely be staying again

Our stay was amazing. We were able to check in early and were offered late checkout as well. The room we stayed in was huge in size and very clean. The Manager of the property was lovely and very responsive. The property is an adults only property. Perfect for those without children or a mum and dad weekend away from the kidlets. Right in the middle of the Main Street of Port Douglas.
