Didnt get extra bed for the Child despite booking

Hotel is well located in the heart of AoNang beach and even though there is a mosque nearby, we didnt get disturbed at odd hours-probably coz my room was on the other side facing mountain. My only concern with this booking via Hotels.com is that despite paying for additional bed for the child, there was no special arrangement made or informed to the staff there. Hence we had to use King Size bed itself. Not sure if King Size bed is what was arranged by hotels.com for this stay as they charged extra for the kid's stay after mentioning the kids age during booking.

Really liked. We stayed in low season so the noise was not a big problem. The pool doesn't look very nice but it's because the tiles are green... someone had a creative bad idea... anyway it's clean even when it looks like not.

Very Nice Hotel

Very nice hotel, big and comfortable room, near with the beach, friendly staff and have jacuzzi for deluxe room.

You get what you pay for. Simple hotel, comfy bed, slightly noisy from outside. Helpful staff.

Ok hotel, so loud at night!

We stayed 3 nights and first thing we did was lay on the bed but it was totally flat on one side. The spring had gone so ended up having to share half a bed. Room was pretty clean but the bathroom was really cramped. Facilities are average, the pool did not look good at all. Staff are very friendly though. If you want to sleep at night this may not be the place although I think that is with all of Ao Nang. Pretty short walk to Ao Nang beach, I would say 10-15 mins, around loads of restaurants and a great street food market across the road.

The hotel is good for a one night stay.

Well,its an old Hotel but with a very large room.The balcony allows a view on to the road which I find is not really exciting. However, if you are fortunate enough to have a car a very good German restaurant which serves among others a fantastic breakfast can be reached in about 5 minutes from the hotel.

Very nice place for decent price

Better than I expected. Very nice room with awesome swimming pool view. Nice staff and clean room. Good location, just about 15 minutes walk to the beach. No elevator that is the only thing to complain about.

Not bad choice in Ao Nang

This hotel is ok. We got an upgrade to a big room. Only problem was it overlooked street and they have a bar beetle that runs until 1am. Plus the bass from other bars could be heard too...but this didn't trouble my wife who sleeps better than me. Pool was ok but could be better kept. Ao nang beach is horrible but there are a few nice cafes and restaurants in area. Also Railay beach is just a short longtail boat ride away. Staff are very friendly.

comfortable, awesome staff

Location is OK. ..not near the beach, but you can walk there or rent a motorbike. There is a mosque close by so bring earplugs if you don't want to be woken up every night. The staff is super friendly and helpful, although some of them don't speak much English. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Good choice for Ao Nang hotel

Pros : - Located right on the main road, not too much far walking to the beach (about 20 mins) - Clean, spacious room - Having balcony (for rooms facing the road) - Having a small pool - Nice staff Cons : - Only stairs up to the room, so you should be fit, might not suit to elders people - TV is quite small (but no problem for me)

Great hotel with friendly staff, far from beach

The room was beautiful but there were the odd insects crawling. However, this was expected as the hotel is in a tropical country. The hotel was quite far still from the aonang beach compared to others. Staff were friends and there were many food options around the area. Do laundry elsewhere (cheaper by 5baht) and take airport taxi elsewhere (cheaper by 100baht)

Not much to look at from the front but rooms were nice (other than slightly grubby bathroom) and staff were helpful and friendly. 10 minute walk to beach and everything I needed close by.

Don't stay here

Didn't enjoy this place, the staff weren't helpful at all when we checked in they told us our room was upstairs but none of them offered to help us with our bags we were even laughed at by one guy working there the place needs a lift It became a real chore walking up and down those stairs everyday especially when every time you step outside to go anywhere it rains, also asked if we could use there printer they said yes it's free but then changed their mind not even looking at ink levels just telling us they didn't have any. Then later that day we asked to use the scanner after being told we would be able to earlier in the day the answer was no, most of the staff have terrible English and our room didn't get cleaned once, the wifi wasn't very good neither was the tv channel selection which is annoying when it's raining none stop remote didn't work either. Been in Asia for about a month and a half now vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand this is the first time we've really felt ripped off.

4 star budget accommodation

Rooms were a bit small, but besides that, it was very clean and well kept. 10 mins stroll to the beach and many eateries, massage parlours and tour agencies are along the path which makes everything very accessible. Pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone.

Best hotel of its price range

Hotel room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and it was a joy staying at haleeva.

Excellent Value For Money

I can't possibly ask for more for the low rate I paid ~ about USD20. Good location, near the beach (about 7-10 minutes walk, depends on your speed), plenty of restaurants nearby, but the best noodle has to be the hawker stall nearby. Rooms were clean (I booked 2 rooms), towels, bed sheet, etc were changed/replenished everyday. Swimming pool is a bit small but clean (water is greenish because the tiles are green, not because it's dirty). Hotel staffs can speak pretty good English (only the girls, the boys can hardly understand my questions). The girls were very helpful in helping me plan my itinerary, no pressure at all to book any tour with them. All in all, a very happy customer.

アオナンビーチへは15分程度かかるが、ツアーはホテルまでピックアップの車が来るので、不便はない。 一方で、Wi-Fiが途中できれる、シャワーのでが悪いといった施設の不便さはあるが、ホテルに重きをおかない場合は、非常に有用なホテルでもある。

ทุกอย่างดูธรรมดาสำหรับโรงแรมนี้ ไม่มีลิฟท์จึงไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุและผู้ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ ห้องพักสะอาดดี แต่ปัญหาคือเครื่องปรับอากาศไม่เย็น ถ้าช่วงเวลาบ่ายถึงเย็น เมื่อห้องโดนแดดจะร้อนมาก นี่ไม่ใช่เฉพาะห้องผม ห้องเพื่อนที่ไปก็ร้อนจนต้องขอเปลี่ยนห้อง

Pieni vähän rähjäinen mutta suhteellisen siisti hotelli ihan ookoo-paikalla (kävelymatka rantaan ja ravintolat lähellä ). Ehkä lähellä oleva moskeija hieman häiritsi, muutamana aamuna heräsimme aamuviideltä rukouskutsuun. Myöskin heräsimme pari kertaa kun ilmastointilaite alkoi pitää hirveää ääntä ja lorisuttaa vettä, onneksi ei sattunut olemaan kamera tms. vesisuihkun alla. Pitkä miinus siitä että Wi-Fi ei toiminut huoneessa, ainoastaan aulassa ja jonkun verran altaalla. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä !

Hyvä hotelli ao nangnin alueella, lähellä rantaa

Huone oli tilava ja iso, sekä siisti muuten, mutta lattialla ja seinillä meni jotai pieniä ötököitä. Näytti vähän bananikärpäsen tyyppisiltä, mut se ei ainakaan meitä haitannut yhtää. Ei hissiä, joka oli kipeytyneen jalan kanssa pieni ongelma. Henkilökunta kantoi kyllä laukut huoneeseen ja halutessaan sieltä myös pois, joten ei ongelmaa sen suhteen. Receptionissa puhutaan yllättävän huonoa englantia, joten välillä kielimuuri oli ongelma, mutta todella ystävällinen palvelu muuten. Ei aamiaista.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt

Hat alles super funktioniert, check in, Service und auch check out. Man läuft halt 15 Minuten zum Strand, wenn man zu geizig für einen Roller ist. Am Strand haben uns die uralten Longtailboote sehr genervt, sie fahren unentwegt los, od kommen an. Den ungeheueren Krach kann man auch im letzten Winkel vom Strand noch hören. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Wir hatten die besseren Zimmer mit Wohn u. Schlafzimmer mit großer Badewanne am Balkon. Preis/Leistung absolut top! Wenn die Situation am Strand nicht wäre, würden wir definitiv wiederkommen.

ОСТОРОЖНО! Персонал в отеле - воришки!!!!!!! Впечатление об отеле было очень испорчено следующей ситуацией. Отдыхали в отеле с 15.02.17 по 20.02.17. Всё вроде бы ничего. Но когда уже съезжали, оставили на зарядке телефон! Вернулись через несколько часов - в номере уже произошла уборка... И персонал сказал, что телефон мы не оставляли!!!! Как мы не разговаривали, как не твердили, что Googl показывает посл. местоположение телефона - отель, персонал нам на встречу не пошел(

Ottimo albergo vicino al centro

Ottimo soggiorno , staff gentile e disponibile , a 5 minuiti di camminata dalla spiaggia principale , unica nota negativa il rumore causato dalla moschea che si trova a poca distanza dalla struttura ( di 4 notti di soggiorno in una mi sono svegliato Alle 5 di mattina poiché le preghiere vengono diffuse tramite enormi altoparlanti nell' area circostante ).

Albergo pulito in linea con quanto si chiedeva. Letti comodi (3), personale gentile e disponibile. L'hotel é datato e ha visto sicuramente giorni migliori, un resort non é quello che chiedevamo alla ns vacanza e quindi se torniamo da quelle parti alloggeremo sicuramente all'Haleeva.

깨끗한 객실

직원들이 친절하고 문의시에 도움을주고자 노력하는점이 좋았음. 룸이 깨끗하고 침대는 푹신했으며 뜨거운물도 잘나오고 에어컨 냉장고도 잘 구비되어있어 편리했다. 수영장쪽 전망이 특히 좋았는데 배정받은방은 도로쪽이라 24시간 내내 소음이 끊이지 않았고 조금이라도 예민한사람은 절대 잠들수 없는상태였다. 룸이 4층이었고 올라갈때 엘리베이터가 없어 혼자 중형사이즈 캐리어를 들고 좁은곳을 오르느라 애먹었다. 스텝들이 모두 여자이고 이경우 도움은 주지 않는다. 단점은 딱 이 두가지이고 장점이 훨씬 많은곳이므로 다음에 다시 숙박한다면 도로쪽 말고 수영장쪽 룸을 배정받는다는 조건하에 재숙박 의사 충분하다. 근처에 명동 이라는 한식당이 있는데 맛이 괜찮고 뷰가 좋아 몇번 이용했으며 스타벅스 맥도날드 등이 걸어서 5분거리이다. 인터넷은 방에서 신호가 약하지만 이미 공항에서 AIS 유심을 구입해 사용했으므로 큰 불편은 없었고 룸내 와이파이로도 간단한 인터넷검색은 가능한정도이다.

Prisvärt hotell i övre delen av Ao Nang. Rummen och hotellet är helt okej men jag hade rum mot vägen vilket gjorde att både trafik och moskén som ligger i närheten störde nattsömnen.
