We loved this place. Cool area for hanging out downstairs with sockets and a cafe and cool staff. Great restaurant upstairs on the roof and great interesting room. Only thing for us is the room was on the smaller side and not quite enough space to put stuff so it would be more of a 1 or 2 night place rather than longer for us. Underground stop just 2 or 3 mins walk was super handy also. Would definitely stay again. :)
Great place to stay friendly staff and great breakfast options
Beyond the normal very good ratings it has a fun and energetic vibe. Loved the 7th floor breakfast looking out over the City and Park! Fun
Good choice
The hotel is away on the downtown but it's nearly to subway station. The hotel has a new concept in their room that do the experience totally different on other hotels.
Not very convenient from town. Had to take uber to get to down town about 15-20 Euros
Quirky little spot with wonderful decoration and Great service!
The Superbude is a unique hotel with a very warm and inviting lobby. The rooms are colorful, well designed, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the Messe Wien congress center with easy access. Truly an exceptional hotel.
Excellent staff!!
disappointed
Concert was canceled and i rearranged my trip due to a terrorist attack plot flagged by the Austrian government. Though it was a non refundable room, i was hoping the hotel would do the right thing by refunding me given the unusual circumstance.
Best designed hotel
Probablly the best designed hotel Iv'e ever been at. Every detail is planed, the only thing better than this is the heart warming and welcoming service the staff offers. Really close to the park. Great choise.
Staff is great. Ambiance is funky awesome. Just a fantastic place to stay.
Good hotel if visiting Ernst Heppal stadium
Quick check in and although we arrived before check in our room was ready so we were able to take our cases straight up. Nice room with a quirky design, looks unfinished but that’s the look they want and they’ve nailed it. Beds are ok but they need the option of having one or two pillows. The downside is the air conditioning is inefficient, it would be better if the bed was on the other wall. The thermostat does absolutely nothing. You have to leave a card on the door if you want your room cleaned, not a major issue. Breakfast on the 7th floor is really nice and the view of Vienna is great. Some people complain of noise from the funfair we didn’t notice it unless we had the window open (room 114) but I’m sure some rooms would be affected by noise, I think the park closes at 11pm. Check out quick and easy. Would I stay here again? Yes Would I recommend to a friend? Yes
NO A/C!! The room is terribly hot. Other than that clean hotel a bit loud in the evenings from the Prater.
Great stay
Really great stay at Superbude, the decor is really fun and the hotel has all the services you could need including free, fast wifi. Neni, the restaurant on the roof provides great views over Prater for drinks and breakfast. Our room didn't have a direct view of Prater, but this wasn't a problem for us, you could definitely hear the park with the window open, but it was fine once the window is closed. The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor which seemed to be down to a design flaw which was a tiny annoyance but it was not enough to impact our stay.
Highly recommended
Great stay at a very stylish hotel, and especially convenient if you are here for work/conference at Messe Wein. Love the entry level cafe, and the room design. However, the rooms do run a little warm so perhaps ask for a fan
The hotel is very modern and cozy. They have both underground and on-site parking. The rooms are beautiful and stylish.
Excellent staff, uncomfortable bed
The staff in the hotel are very friendly. The bed in the deluxe room is extremely uncomfortable and hard and the one pillow provided isn’t sufficient, upon asking for another pillows there wasn’t any available. Also there was loud music until around 2/3am and then loud building work next door at 7am. The location is also a bit far from the centre unless you’re willing to get the busy subway which a few minutes walk from the hotel
Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and unique. The hotel lobby is a great place to hang out in the evenings. We enjoyed our weekend here very much. The big downside was that its right next door to an amusement park and when the windows are open the noise from the roller coaster which is meters away can be quite loud. The park closes at 10pm thankfully but something to bear in mind. Also our room looked out onto the parking lot which is very brightly lit all night,i feel blinds as well as cutains might be better. Bring eye masks if you prefer. Otherwise would definitely recommend.
The staff are some of the best I’ve encountered. Very helpful and welcoming. The whole interior is like a big art installation with weird things to find in every corner. Never heard another guest from our room on a busy weekend. Neat gift shop with unique finds. Loved to end the night at Prater and back in our rooms with just a 2 minute walk. Food was great.
Family room was fantastic and most delicious breakfast. We loved the view from the top floor terrace!
Loved the room and the design quirks of the hotel. Would have appreciated glasses in the room. Breakfast was legendary.
The room was unique, had some storage but lack of seating was quite inconvenient. Customer service was hit and miss depending on staff member. We were low on body wash & requested more from front desk-it never came. Nice to have coffee downstairs, but temp not very warm. Interesting place to try but we wouldn’t stay again.
Nice and tidy and central to the bars and restaurants. No fridge in room
The “reading” room with a view of the park was quirky and fun, but definitely didn’t feel worth paying extra for as we had done. The room did lack other facilities, for example only one stool to sit on other than the bed. The “safe” in the room is just a cupboard with a flimsy padlock. For us in March the room was too warm, the air conditioning cooling wasn’t available and it was a little noisy with the park outside in the early evening to leave the window open. The room was also looked in on from the outside stairs, so felt we needed the curtains closed more than we would have liked. Multiple pre and post stay emails didn’t add much... The shower was good and staff were friendly. Overall wouldn’t be opposed to staying again but only if cheaper, and probably in a different room
Excellent stay
Great hotel, very cool design, fun aesthetic. Great lobby with cheap drinks (coffee and beer) and restaurant on top floor. Excellent and friendly customer service. Two minute walk to subway. Room is pretty no frills, but bed was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet despite being busy.
Very nice accomodation near to subway.
Nice place in a good location
Perfect location, not far from the metro or train station, also shops around there too. Next to Prater so if u looking for summer time is just your dream come true.Nice and very modern mix with old school style. Good for families and friends. Staff is very helpful and you can speak either English or German,I think even Polish was in option. But I'm pretty sure few more other languages will be easy to find there.
Fantastic!
Overall, it's was a great stay. Close to subways, friendly staff.i would definitely stay again!
Great designer style, decor and quiet, clean rooms. Nice and friendly staff. Easy access to the subway station.
Lovely place and staff!
Very cool vibe. Clean and friendly, helpful staff.
Great Business Hotel
Excellent Business Hotel if you are working in or around the Universities or the river/stadium district. Fast Wifi, Great, quiet room. Food not the strength but excellent pizza/italian restaurant at a 2 minute walk away. Highly recommend.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Neni’s rooftop restaurant, not connected with the hotel, very convenient. Hotel is located next to the Prater amusement park making walks to nearby metro stops always fun for people watching. Room was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Shower and wash area clean and modern. Dark room colour and lack of storage cabinets only negatives, but you get used to these minor flaws. Otherwise, highly recommended.
Great place to stay with the family if you plan to visit Prater. The kids will love multi-storage beds. They will serve like a castle for them.
Great hotel warm welcome and friendly helpful staff
Very chic
This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are very chic with great decor. The staff are extremely friendly and will help with anything. I particularly like the honesty fridge which was an added bonus, especially with the weather as hot as it was. I was there for a conference so the location was perfect, being just a five minute walk from the conference centre. Overall this is a gem of a hotel and one that I would highly recommend
Very nice hotel
I would not stay at the Superbude again
Overrated compared to most reviews I read before reserving. Most of the interesting features such as an elaborately and quirkily decorated lobby and the wooden frame style cube room is just bells and whistles to make the place look comfortable and modern, but actually do little to add to confort. No coffee, tea or kettle in any common space or the room. The wooden frame around the bed in the cube room gave off a distinct particle board smell, which if you're sensitive to it, is not good. I opened a window which took care of the problem. But you're required to leave a window open or endure the particle board smell. I put the door hanger out requesting service in the morning, then upon returning at night no housekeeping was done. I'm pretty agile, so the wood frame cube worked ok, but it is a dangerous design for someone less mobile. Most hotel stays in Austria have included a small comforting welcome gesture, ..a bottle of water, something. This place didn't even provide a single glass to drink tap water in the room. This is the only hotel in Europe I've seen that fails to provide at least a small glass to use. The only quality feature of the room is the shower which is handsome and functional and the quality body wash and shampoo provided. Otherwise the Superbude has been designed to look like a quality, trendy hotel that is mostly void of comfort and clearly designed to cool and flashy, but to cut costs in building and service at the expense of confort.
Great new hotel
A very new hotel, not in the city center but still ok. Messe around the corner, as is the fair. A lot of choice in different rooms, it's more for the younger people among us.
Family City Break
Enjoyable stay with super friendly and helpful staff. Decent location with metro stops close by. Not so keen on the mattress on the floor set-up and would have preferred a standard bed. Showers were excellent and spotlessly clean hotel all round. Highly recommend the Neni restaurant on the 7th floor.
Room was good. But very poor bed, pillows and linen. No one from my group could not sleep.
Amazing stay Beautiful decor- very unique
Nice hotel but seriously flawed
Nicely located and friendly demeanour Unfortunately money was taken from my room and when I pointed this out it was refunded. It appeared this is an everyday issue but not one that I would like to experience again.
Disco Room Next To Prater
The style is quirky, loud taking inspiration from the adjoining Wiener Prater amusement park this hotel is really fun and a refreshing change to the usual chain hotel. The staff are super lovely and helpful, the paid parking underneath the hotel was really convenient and the overall location was great, you can actually see the roller coasters outside your window. The rooftop restaurant and bar is great for views across the amusement park and city. We stayed in a Disco Studio - which had one super large bed that slept (up to 5 but there were 4 of us) which was a fun trip for close friends! Next to each bed were handy usb sockets, they’d really thought of everything, there was tons of storage space and an epic rainfall shower.
Hip and modern rooms, just a 3 minute walk from the U-Bahn. Friendly staff and great common spaces, especially the tables out near the sidewalk. It's a new building, and they need to work on tweaking the air conditioning so that it works better. The system just isn't powerful enough when it's a hot day out. I would have liked a few amenities in my room: water boiler with coffee supplies, a mug or glass for brushing my teeth, drinking water, a place to put my clothing (maybe a few cubes attached to the wall would work). Overall, I really recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay there again.
Super nettes Personal und absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern im Familienzimmer. Hat uns allen richtig gut gefallen. U-Bahn Station fußläufig erreichbar. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Sehr zentral.
Great hotel
Love the family room, spacious and fun
Super freundliches Personal, entspannter Check-Out bis 12 Uhr, ruhiges Zimmer.
Beautiful practical family rooms and great breakfast
Perfect stay
Amazing!!!!! 10/10
I can not say a good expression for our room. Water was falling from the bathtub to the floor after the shower. Sheets were cleaned after i tell the problem to the staff they were sorry and helped about that but it would be better if we saw a clean room when we enter the room with our baby. On the other hand i believe they’ll try for better. Staff is very helpful and kind, breakfast was great.

Sehr zentral am Prater. Super Lage, tolles Frühstück. Wir waren zufrieden
Good
This is an interesting hotel with its unique decoration of rooms and laid back style. The rooms are very clean and beds are quite comfortable. The restaurant on 7th floor has great breakfast and dining service. My only negative comment is on toilettes in rooms not having a sink. You need to go to shower room for washing your hands. It is very inconcenient. The toilettes are bot ventilated well either
Perfekter Service!
Tolle Unterkunft. Nähe Prater, Nähe U Bahn!!!!!!@
Great place!
Super Vibes, super Design, super Personal, super sauber, super Bude.
Excellent
The hotel is very special. It was very nice staying there. Sometimes the concept gets in the way practicality.
Their airconditioning system is actually more of a ventilation system. In the first room we got, it was broken. Opening the window is impossible due to the Prater attractions going on until 1AM (next door is a karting, great!). We got switched to another room where the “airconditioning” worked but still it was pretty hot. The staff in the morning shift was not informed of the problem we had at night, we eventually got free breakfast to make up but the breakfast staff was not informed, and as a cherry on the cake the housekeeping just entered our room in the morning, waking us up. Would not come back here, and would definitely not recommend in summer.
Für einen Besuch des Praters hat es sie absolut perfekte Lage. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer eher mittelmässig, und das Preis:Leistungsverhältnis eher nicht so gut.

Room with a view!
Awesopme rooms - kids loved the bunk beds. Delicious breakfast, something for everyone to enjoy. The babaganoush was the best. Lots of games in the lobby for the kids to enjoy.
