Easy check in, very clean and modern room, was a great experience, would stay again.
Shower was not great, everything else was amazing!
10/10 would recommend!
The property and room are great, but there were no check in instructions sent to me. I had to wait for almost an hour while a representative reached out to them.
The building was very secure, requiring keypad entry at the door as well as elevator and a different code for the room. The studio was very clean, and the building itself was quiet. We were facing the expressway, and we could hear a low hum of traffic that did not bother us at all. There was a sound machine as well as earplugs for those who are light sleepers. The bed was firm and we found it to be comfortable with an excellent duvet cover. The kitchen area was well stocked and once again extremely clean. The water, temperature and pressure of the shower were excellent. There were several restaurants on the same block and we ate in the sushi restaurant which we enjoyed thoroughly. The Pine Box on the corner is an excellent place to try different microbrew beers and voodoo donuts across the street is always welcome for a nightcap! It is a short walk down Pine Street to the train station as well as Nordstrom’s and Macy’s. Just a short walk further is Pike market. We highly recommend this property.
Loved the easy check in and access. Will definitely stay there again only may I’ll book the 1 bedroom instead of the studio. I would have liked another seating option other than the bed. Even 1 comfy chair would have made a big difference. All I. All loved it.
Perfect Location
I arrived in Seattle by train and had to get rid of my luggage so that I could attend a Super Bowl Party. The property had large lockers available with key pads which allowed me to set my own code. When I returned to the property, I was stunned when I walked into the room as there were floor to ceiling windows on two sides of the room with expansive views of the Seattle skyline. I walked right past the full kitchen to take in the views. The location was ideal with only a two-block walk to the Paramount Theatre where I saw "Hamilton" that night. I had three perfect nights in Seattle.
Lobby was unsafe.
It was great
would recommend, I enjoyed my stay.
Awesome location
The building is beautiful and the location is key. Was actually booked last minute when I heard my mom was transferred to a nearby hospital. As close as this is to Pikes, I was there for the vicinity to the hospitals. In walking distance to everything.
The building and the room were amazing. Also there are so many surrounding restaurants and places to try that it’s very convenient. Certain sketchy aspects but it’s expected with it being in downtown. Would definitely recommend.
The place itself was great overall, had all the amenities and in a good location downtown, close to restaurants and public transport. The kitchenette is a plus especially if you have a long stay. I didn't give a 5 star rating because l wasn’t thrilled on my first day/ check-in. I had an early flight in so l requested for an early check in at 1pm which they made me pay for. Regular check in is at 4pm. I got to the room and it was still being cleaned so when the cleaner noticed me l told him not to rush and do his thing. I wanted a clean room so l was ok waiting but after he was “done”, l entered and found myself grabbing the broom (thankfully there was one in the room) the floors were dirty and the rug had so much hair on it. The other stuff seemed clean thou, l was just annoyed that l paid to have the room ready earlier only for me to clean up after them.
Great location, really clean, secure.
Very Nice
Good location but it comes at the penalty of no parking (aside from the pay garages), otherwise a very hip area.
Perfect!
Perfect for a business out pleasure trip. An excellent experience overall and extraordinary for the price. I’ll certainly be back!
We really loved our stay!
I was impressed with my entry. The place is very clean. I think they are brand new. I’m unsure but it was very well decorated and had everything you would need. This place made me want to stay at another Sonder. I have to say I’ve been equally or more impressed.
This room was like a small condo and it was immaculate! I was very impressed for the pricing and really enjoyed my stay with my daughter. Thank you for providing toiletry items and a well stocked kitchen.
Great location close to Starbucks Roastery. Well equipped kitchen, very clean, comfortable apartment. Easy to access with code. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
A great place to stay if you are looking for an easy walk up Capital Hill or downtown. We would definitely stay again. Only caution is, the location is not noise free…however, there are ear plugs on the nightstands!
Clean, updated, everything works great. I felt like I was at home. I would definitely recommend this business for stays and look forward to staying there again!!! Communication was also great, they’re super considerate of potential customer needs and are attentive to any situations that may arise. Super awesome experience.
When we first looked at booking this property, I was a little skeptical because of its proximity to the freeway. It ended up being one of the quietest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in- even on a party weekend like Halloween. Loved how close it was to interesting Cap Hill food & beverage options like Pine Box, Noren Sushi. It is also really close to the Starbucks Reserve, if that’s on your bucket list. The bed was really comfortable, even if the sheets were a bit utilitarian. It was easy to check in and out, and the Sonder app had lots of helpful info. Would absolutely stay again & recommended it to others.
App with key codes was easy to use
We saw hairs in the bathtub. And spider on the wall. Except that, everything else is perfect.
It was ok
Hopefully I can write more later, but great property. I attending a child psychiatry conference at the Seattle convention center two blocks away. I felt like I was coming home versus going to a hotel room. Will stay here again next time I’m in Seattle. Only down side is a function of Seattle, no good parking. I spent too much money on that while there that week
Easy check in and out process
Everything esa good
Great option
Very clean, very safe, easy to use. I have stayed at a Sonder once before in another state and it was great also.
Easy instructions to follow, good security, easy walkable access to everything I wanted, and rideshare was never more than 2 minutes away when I needed
near many restaurants and the property is nice
Across from the theater
It was great overall. Towels and the shower curtain smelled bad. It seems that it wasn’t dried completely. With the humidity, it wasn’t helping. There are many restaurants and Starbucks Reserve right outside. The neighborhood was quiet, but the tenants next door were smoking weed.
It was a good stay, lots of stuff in walking distance! Would stay again. Thank you for the affordable room!
We didn't park there, we ubered everywhere we went. This was a great spot! Right in the middle of a really nice nice part of Seattle. Walking distance to Pike place market. We were there for a convention center event. Super close to that too. Very convenient for Uber. Sonder is great, it was our first time staying in one and I would definitely use them again. Not like a traditional hotel but extremely communicative through text. And having washer dryer available to us was extremely convenient! Whenever we ran out of something, there was an amenities cabinet in the hallway. I wasn't sure from the pictures but there was a stove in the kitchen which was really great, we made almost all of our own meals. I highly highly recommend.
Great stay loved area parking is a big issue parking garage on site not available for use have to find parking garages with high prices
Would definitely stay here again!
This is my first time staying at a Sonder property and it was a 10/10 experience! The room was similar to a studio apartment set up with a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and small families. The room was spotless, the bed was firm but soooo comfortable (I fell asleep straight away), and the windows were large with a great view of the city. Luggage storage is available on the second floor. I stored my carry on there because I arrived 4 hours before check in. Then used it again because my departing flight was 6 hours after check out. The rooftop has tons of seating, tables, a firepit, grill, and a beautiful view of the Seattle skyline. There's many close bus stops that go to the downtown area. Also, a bunch of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. This Sonder stay is located in a very convenient spot. Some people mentioned noise at nights I'm guessing since the property is next to the highway. Earplugs are provided but I never needed them. I did reach out to customer service through the Sonder app and they replied within 20 minutes on a Saturday. They were very helpful and friendly. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe! If this is the quality all properties provide, I will be staying at other Sonders in the future.
I had a very "homey" stay for a couple days on a work trip! It was comfortable and convenient!
Everything about this rental was great. From booking and arrival to the services when we were there. Everything was provided and free. We made use of laundry facilities - all free. Laundry tabs were even provided. Everything was very clean and we had everything we could possibly need. We had an initial query when we arrived and it was answered on app within minutes. Fully recommend.
Solid option, good neighborhood
Well sorted room. At this apartment building, which is a block away from the Starbucks Reserve Roastery, Sonder occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of an 8 story building. Very well organized electronic check in and doors. But you MUST lock your door behind you, it doesn’t automatically lock.
The place was really nice and clean! It’s not a traditional hotel where there’s a front desk. Check in was easy online. Parking was ok. I did need more towels, additional toilet paper and had to call the number provided. When they delivered it later I guess I could have just checked some supply closet? But I didn’t know that or saw that posted anywhere. Overall was a great place to stay a couple nights!
This is not in the greatest area in Seattle. Be aware that there is not a check in desk. They send an email that asks for you to upload you license, do a face recognition test - right on the street. When I got in, the code didn’t work. Still outside 25 mins later. Just be aware you need to complete the online check-in BEFORE you come. Otherwise you can do it on the street with all the locals.
Loved my stay with Sonder at Pivot, I’m taken aback with it being my initial stay but want to thank Expedia and Sonder for the experience of Seattle and helping myself make memories.
It was difficult to get into. Lots of texts and phone calls. The person on the phone was very helpful.
Hidden gem
I stayed here for three nights while on a business trip. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was useful to make a light meal, but there is no cutting board for use. However, plates, pots/pans, cups and utensils are provided. The building has a secure entry and you need a code for the elevator as well, so I felt safe entering the building. The rooftop was a nice perk. It is loud because of the proximity to the freeway, however a white noise machine and ear plugs were provided. I didn’t have any issues falling asleep without them, but some may more sensitive to the sound. About five blocks to the light rail. Close to downtown but plenty of options near the building without having to go into downtown. I plan on staying here again for future business trips.
Nice rooftop
The battery indicator on the door lock was signaling “low battery” on day 1 On day 3 I returned to find battery was dead and the door was unlocked

Great property and very clean. The only thing Id advise other visitors is, if your unit is facing the street, everyone can see inside your glass walls. I come from an area where these are usually blackout glass. I didn't realize until I saw people looking straight into the bed area. There are shades you can out down so this is a non issue.
